Description
PRELOAD-ADJUSTABLE BACKLASH CLEARANCE MECHANISM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a backlash clearance mechanism for clearing backlash caused by manufacturing and tolerances between two different gears in gear pairs.
In particular, the invention relates to a backlash clearance mechanism comprising at least one spring, which is fixed at one end to the hole of the fixed gear and at the other end to the large hole of the planetary gear, and whose tension is increased by rotating the planetary gear, thereby realising the preloading process.
KNOWN STATUS OF ART
Today, there is a backlash between the gear pairs. This backlash is undesirable.
As in the patent application numbered CN113513576A in the present art, for gear types that do not operate under heavy load, the helical traction spring is used and horizontally connected backlash-free gears are used.
Although the systems in the patent applications numbered CA2893518A1 and CN102494107A in the present art are similar to the system of the invention; the prestress desired to be applied in the system in patent number CA2893518A1 is not adjustable, additional parts are required and a coupled solution is provided. This system has both increased the ergonomic disadvantage and turned into a complicated system.
In patent application numbered CN102494107A in the present art, a smaller structure is used by using a spring washer, but here, too, the pre-stress is not increased as required.
As a conclusion, for the solution of the above mentioned problem in the present art, the requirement to a new economical, useful practical backlash clearance mechanism and the inadequacy of the current solutions have made it compulsory to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.
OBJECTIVE OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a backlash clearance mechanism for clearing the backlash caused by manufacturing and tolerances between two different gears in gear pairs, which has been developed to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.
The most important objective of the invention is that it operates under a certain load, has a simple structure and offers the possibility of clearance-free operation. Thanks to its simple structure, easy assembly, minimisation of tolerance accumulation and low volume occupied are ensured.
Another important objective of the invention is to provide the opportunity to adjust this backlash in the gear itself, instead of using different mechanisms that occupy a lot of space. In the invention, a fixed torsion spring is mounted in the gear pair at both ends, and a hole is drilled in one of the gear pair in order to adjust the preload force and the desired force is given by means of the adjusting bolt used here and the backlash process is performed.
The structural and characteristic specifications and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by the following figures and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures, and therefore this evaluation should be carried out by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

DETAILED STATEMENT OF INVENTION
In this detailed statement, the preferred embodiment of a backlash clearance mechanism is only explained for a better understanding of the subject and without causing any limiting effect.
Contrary to what is stated in the prior art, the most important advantage of our invention is its simple structure, which operates under a certain load and offers the opportunity to work without clearance. Therefore, it can be used under heavy loads, in systems with high load to be rotated, in addition to providing weight and space saving, it can be used in all areas where clearance-free operation is desired.
Figures 1-4 illustrate the preload-adjustable backlash clearance mechanism of the invention and its details. In our invention, the fixed gear (10) is connected to the part to receive the travelling drive. The internal structure of the fixed gear (10) is emptied but with a shaft (11) structure in the centre, enables the meshing of the spindle axis of the planetary gear (20). In the invention, one of the two fixed ends of the spring (60) is fixed to the hole (12) in the fixed gear (10). The two gears are aligned by inserting the planetary gear (20) into the shaft (11). The other end of the spring (60) is inserted into the large hole (21) on the planetary gear (20). In this way, the integration of the spring (60) between the two gear groups is achieved. Here, the two ends of the spring (60) are perpendicular to the spring axis and ensure preload.
The assembly of the bolt (50) is carried out on the planetary gear (20). The planetary gear (20) is rotated in the direction of tension of the spring (60). When the spring (60) is tensioned, preload is achieved. In order to prevent the spring (60) from returning to its original position after the preload is achieved, the blocking pin (30) is used. When the blocking pin (30) contacts the bolt (50), the spring (60) is prevented from opening by the rotation of the planetary gear (20).
In the invention, the ring (40) is used to hold the two gear pairs together against gravity.
The exclusivity scope of this invention is determined in the claims section, and cannot be limited with the expressions provided above for the purpose of illustration by no means, it is obvious that a person skilled in the art can demonstrate the novelty revealed in the invention by using similar embodiments and/or can apply this embodiment in other areas of similar purpose used in the art. It is therefore obvious that such embodiments will not accommodate the criterion of overcoming novelty and in particular the known status of art.
