Abstract
L'auto-injecteur (1) comprend un boîtier (10) s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal A et configuré pour recevoir un récipient médical (100), un couvercle d'aiguille (5) couplé et mobile axialement par rapport audit boîtier (10) entre une première position étendue, une position rétractée, et une seconde position étendue dans laquelle le couvercle d'aiguille (5) se déplace en arrière dans la direction distale pour protéger une aiguille d'injection (103). L'auto-injecteur (1) comprend en outre une tige de piston (2) axialement mobile à l'intérieur du boîtier (10) entre une position de stockage, une position d'activation située de manière proximale par rapport à la position de stockage, et une position d'extrémité d'injection située de manière distale par rapport à la position de stockage et à la position d'activation ; un moyen de sollicitation pour solliciter la tige de piston (2) dans une direction distale vers la position d'extrémité d'injection ; et un dispositif de verrouillage (3) pour bloquer de manière distale la tige de piston (2) dans la position de stockage avant l'activation de l'auto-injecteur (1). Le dispositif de verrouillage (3) comprend un premier élément de blocage (31) mobile radialement entre une position de blocage, dans laquelle ledit premier élément de blocage (31) empêche un mouvement distal de la tige de piston (2) par rapport au dispositif de verrouillage (3), et une position de libération pour permettre un mouvement distal de la tige de piston (2) par rapport au dispositif de verrouillage (3). Un dispositif de retenue (4) est fixé au boîtier (10) pour maintenir le premier élément de blocage (31) du dispositif de verrouillage (3) dans la position de blocage, le dispositif de retenue (4) comprenant une surface de butée latérale (40) pour venir en butée radialement contre le dispositif de verrouillage (3) de telle sorte que le premier élément de blocage (31) du dispositif de verrouillage (3) est bloqué dans la position de blocage, et le dispositif de retenue (4) comprenant un épaulement proximal (41) pour venir en butée axiale contre un second élément de blocage (33) du dispositif de verrouillage (3). Le dispositif de verrouillage (3) est mobile axialement par rapport au dispositif de retenue (4) conjointement avec la tige de piston (2) entre une position de stockage, dans laquelle le premier élément de blocage (31) est bloqué dans la position de blocage, et une position d'activation, de telle sorte que le premier élément de blocage (31) du dispositif de verrouillage (3) peut se déplacer de la position de blocage à la position de libération, le mouvement du dispositif de verrouillage (3) de la position de stockage à la position d'activation étant provoqué par le déplacement du couvercle d'aiguille (5) de la première position étendue à la position rétractée.
