- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실외열교환기는,히트펌프 모드 시에, 상기 냉매순환라인의 냉매와, 주변의 공기를 상호 열교환시켜, 주변의 공기열원을 상기 냉매순환라인의 냉매로 회수하고;상기 칠러는,히트펌프 모드 시에, 상기 냉매순환라인의 냉매와, 전장품 냉각용 냉각수순환라인의 냉각수를 상호 열교환시켜, 상기 냉각수에 흡수된 상기 전장품 폐열을 상기 냉매순환라인의 냉매로 회수하며;상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서의 차실내 제습모드 시에, 상기 냉매순환라인의 냉매와, 차실내 공기를 상호 열교환시켜, 차실내를 제습하고;상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시키고, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 공조 조건에 따라 상기 실외열교환기와 칠러와 차실내 냉방용 열교환기 중 적어도 어느 하나에 선택적으로 유동시켜,상기 실외열교환기측에서의 냉매에 대한 공기열원 회수와, 상기 칠러측에서의 냉매에 대한 전장품 폐열회수와, 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 의한 차실내 제습 중 적어도 어느 하나가 선택될 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서의 최대난방모드 진입 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 실외열교환기와 칠러 각각에 병렬로 모두 도입시켜,상기 실외열교환기측에서의 냉매에 대한 공기열원 회수와, 상기 칠러측에서의 냉매에 대한 전장품 폐열회수가 동시에 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건과 최대난방모드 조건하에서 차실내 제습모드 진입 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 실외열교환기와 칠러로 직렬로 도입시킴과 동시에, 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 도입시켜,상기 실외열교환기측에서의 냉매에 대한 공기열원 회수와, 상기 칠러측에서의 냉매에 대한 전장품 폐열회수 및, 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 의한 차실내 제습이 동시에 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서 일반난방모드 진입 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 칠러에만 도입시켜,상기 칠러측에서의 냉매에 대한 전장품 폐열회수만 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건과 일반난방모드 조건하에서 차실내 제습모드 진입 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 칠러와 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 각각 병렬로 도입시켜,상기 칠러측에서의 냉매에 대한 전장품 폐열회수와, 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 의한 차실내 제습이 동시에 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서 일반난방모드 진입 시에, 상기 전장품 냉각용 냉각수순환라인의 냉각수 온도가 미리 설정된 크기 이하로 낮을 경우, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 실외열교환기에만 도입시켜,상기 실외열교환기측에서의 냉매에 대한 공기열원 회수만 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건과 일반난방모드 조건과 상기 냉각수순환라인측 냉각수의 설정 온도 이하 조건하에서, 차실내 제습모드 진입 시에, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시킨 후, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 실외열교환기와 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 각각 병렬로 도입시켜,상기 실외열교환기측에서의 냉매에 대한 공기열원 회수와, 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기에 의한 차실내 제습이 동시에 이루어질 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 냉매제어부는,상기 실외열교환기와 차실내 냉방용 열교환기와 칠러의 공통적인 상류측 냉매순환라인부분에 서로 병렬로 설치되어, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 각각 감압,팽창시킬 수 있는 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브와;상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매를, 상기 실외열교환기와 칠러 중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 유동시키는 제 1삼방향 흐름제어밸브와;상기 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매를, 상기 실외열교환기와 차실내 냉방용 열교환기 중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 유동시키는 제 2삼방향 흐름제어밸브 및;히트펌프 모드 시에, 상기 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 제어하여, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 감압,팽창시키고, 감압,팽창된 냉매를 공조 조건에 따라 상기 실외열교환기와 칠러와 차실내 냉방용 열교환기 중 적어도 어느 하나에 선택적으로 유동시키는 밸브제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 밸브제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서 최대난방모드 진입 시에,상기 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브를 모두 온(ON) 제어하여, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 양쪽의 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 모두 감압,팽창시키고;상기 제 1 및 제 2삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 각각 제어하여, 상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 상기 칠러측으로, 상기 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 상기 실외열교환기측으로 각각 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 밸브제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건과 최대난방모드 조건하에서 차실내 제습모드 진입 시에,상기 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브를 모두 온(ON) 제어하여, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 양쪽의 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 모두 감압,팽창시키고;상기 제 1 및 제 2삼방향 흐름제어밸브와, 상기 실외열교환기와 상기 칠러를 직렬로 연결하기 위한 삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 제어하여, 상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 상기 실외열교환기를 거쳐 상기 칠러측으로 도입시키고, 상기 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기측으로 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 밸브제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건하에서 일반난방모드 진입 시에,상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브는 온(ON) 제어하고, 상기 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브는 오프(OFF) 제어하여, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서만 감압,팽창시키고;상기 제 1삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 제어하여, 상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매를 상기 칠러측으로 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 밸브제어부는,히트펌프 모드 조건과 일반난방모드 조건하에서 차실내 제습모드 진입 시에,상기 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브를 모두 온(ON) 제어하여, 상기 압축기측의 냉매를 양쪽의 제 1 및 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 모두 감압,팽창시키고,상기 제 1 및 제 2삼방향 흐름제어밸브를 각각 제어하여, 상기 제 1히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 칠러측으로 도입시키고, 상기 제 2히트펌프용 팽창밸브에서 감압,팽창된 냉매는 상기 차실내 냉방용 열교환기측으로 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 열관리 시스템.
