Abstract

本公开的示例实施例总体涉及计算机领域,特别地涉及用于直播的方法、装置、设备和计算机可读存储介质。
随着互联网的发展,基于互联网的直播已经成为人们获取信息的重要渠道之一。越来越多的个人用户也加入到了直播方的行列,通过直播平台来提供各种类型的直播。由此,人们期望能够丰富直播内容的来源,提高直播的灵活性。
发明内容
在本公开的第一方面,提供了一种用于直播的方法。该方法包括:接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,第一直播间对应于第一直播方;以及呈现第一直播间的第一直播界面,第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容,第一视频内容对应于第一来源,第二视频内容对应于与第一直播方相关联的第二来源,第一直播界面还包括与对应于第一来源的第二直播间相关联的入口。
在本公开的第二方面,提供了一种直播装置。该装置包括:接收模块,被配置为接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,第一直播间对应于第一直播方;以及呈现模块,被配置为呈现第一直播间的第一直播界面,第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容,第一视频

例如,在响应于接收到用户的主动请求时,向用户发送提示信息,以明确地提示用户,其请求执行的操作将需要获得和使用到用户的个人信息,从而使得用户可以根据提示信息来自主地选择是否向执行本公开技术方案的操作的电子设备、应用程序、服务器或存储介质等软件或硬件提供个人信息。
作为一种可选的但非限制性的实现方式,响应于接收到用户的主动请求,向用户发送提示信息的方式,例如可以是弹窗的方式,弹窗中可以以文字的方式呈现提示信息。此外,弹窗中还可以承载供用户选择“同意”或“不同意”向电子设备提供个人信息的选择控件。
可以理解的是,上述通知和获得用户授权过程仅是示意性的,不
对本公开的实现方式构成限定,其他满足相关法律法规的方式也可应用于本公开的实现方式中。
在传统的在线直播中,直播方(也称为主播)能够添加各种类型的直播素材。例如,以游戏直播为例,直播方能够分享游戏应用的屏幕来作为直播素材。或者,直播方也能够分享其当前屏幕或屏幕中某个应用的内容来作为直播素材。
然而,这样的直播方式是欠灵活的。以体育赛事直播为例,由于内容权限等约束,通常只有官方直播间才拥有相应内容的直播权限。这使得其它个人直播间无法进行相应内容的直播。
本公开的实施例提出了一种用于直播方案。根据该方案,接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,其中第一直播间对应于第一直播方。相应地,可以呈现第一直播间的第一直播界面,其中第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容。该第一视频内容可以对应于第一来源,并且第二视频内容对应于与第一直播方相关联的第二来源,其中第一直播界面还包括与对应于第一来源的第二直播间相关联的入口。
基于这样的方式,本公开的实施例能够允许直播间对其它直播间内容的应用,并呈现两路视频信号。由此,本公开的实施例能够提高直播的灵活性,例如,尤其适用于对于赛事解说等场景。
以下进一步结合附图来详细描述该方案的各种示例实现。
示例环境
图1示出了本公开的实施例能够在其中实现的示例环境100的示意图。在该示例环境100中,可以包第一设备110和第二设备160。
示例性地,第一设备110可以与直播方130(也称为主播)相关联,其可以安装有应用120。直播方130可以经由第一设备110和/或第一设备110的附接设备来与应用120进行交互。示例性地,应用120可以是直播相关的应用,例如直播应用或直播管理应用。应用120能够向直播方130提供与直播相关的一个或多个服务。
在图1的环境100中,在打开应用120时,第一设备110可以呈
现应用120的界面140,也称为直播管理界面140。直播方130可以通过直播管理界面140来控制对应的直播间中的内容的提供。
在一些实施例中,第一设备110还可以与服务器150通信,以实现对应用120的服务的供应。
此外,第二设备160例如可以与用户180(也称为观众)相关联,其可以安装有应用170。用户180可以经由第二设备160和/或第二设备160的附接设备来与应用170进行交互。示例性地,应用170可以是与获取直播相关的应用,例如直播应用或视频应用。应用170能够向用户180提供与获取直播相关的一个或多个服务。应当理解,应用120和应用170可以是相同或者不同的应用。
在图1的环境100中,在打开应用170时,第二设备160可以呈现应用170的界面180,也称为直播界面190。用户180例如可以通过直播界面190来获取与直播方130的相关的直播内容。
第一设备110和/或第二设备160可以是任意类型的移动终端、固定终端或便携式终端,包括移动手机、台式计算机、膝上型计算机、笔记本计算机、上网本计算机、平板计算机、媒体计算机、多媒体平板、个人通信系统(PCS)设备、个人导航设备、个人数字助理(PDA)、音频/视频播放器、数码相机/摄像机、定位设备、电视接收器、无线电广播接收器、电子书设备、游戏设备或者前述各项的任意组合,包括这些设备的配件和外设或者其任意组合。在一些实施例中,第一设备110和/或第二设备160也能够支持任意类型的针对用户的接口(诸如“可佩戴”电路等)。服务器150可以是能够提供计算能力的各种类型的计算系统/服务器,包括但不限于大型机、边缘计算节点、云环境中的计算设备,等等。

示例直播配置
在一些实施例中,第一设备110可以允许直播方130添加与其他
直播间相关联的直播流素材,以提高直播的灵活度。
以下参考图2A至图2D来讨论直播方130进行直播配置的相关过程。图2A示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的示例直播配置界面200A。该直播配置界面200例如可以由第一设备110所提供。
如图2A所示,直播方130在开启进行直播配置的过程中,可以获取用于添加直播素材的直播管理界面200A。直播管理界面200A可以呈现与多个不同类型的直播素材所对应的素材添加入口。
示例性地,直播方130能够添加的素材可以包括:本地摄像头的视频流、本地视频、本地图片、本地图像幻灯等等。
在一些实施例中,直播方130还能够被允许添加与其他直播间相关联的直播流素材。相应地,如图2A所示,直播管理界面200A可以呈现与直播流素材所对应的添加入口210。
在一些实施例中,响应于接收到添加入口210的选择,第一设备110例如可以呈现界面200B。在界面200B中,第一设备110可以呈现直播方130能够被允许添加的一个或多个直播流素材220,也称为来源。
在一些实施例中,只有在确定直播方130具有对相应直播流素材220的引用权限时,第一设备110才在界面200B中呈现该直播流素材220。这样的引用权限例如可以是由直播流素材220的管理方所配置的;或者也可以是响应于直播方130的申请而创建的。
示例性地,服务器150例如可以管理具有对直播流素材220具有引用权限的直播方的信息。在一些实施例中,直播流素材可以是由直播平台所管理的直播内容,其可以默认用于特定的平台直播间(也称为官方直播间)。例如,直播流素材220可以对应于由直播平台所管理的特定赛事的直播流信号。
在一些实施例中,这样的直播流素材例如也可以对应于直播平台中个人直播方(也称为个人主播,或非官方主播)的直播流。直播方130可以在获取个人直播方的允许的情况下,能够具有对其对应直播录素材的引用权限。
在一些实施例中,如果直播方130不具备对于任何直播流素材的引用权限时,则添加入口210例如可以被置为不可用,或者不在界面200A中被显示。
进一步地,在直播方130利用界面200B添加了相应的直播流素材220后,电子设备110可以例如可以呈现界面200C,以支持直播方230配置与所选择的直播流素材220(也称为第一来源)对应的视频内容(为了方便描述,也称为第一视频内容)以及与直播方230自己相关联的视频内容(为了方便描述,也称为第二视频内容)的布局。
这样的第二视频内容例如可以对应于由与第一设备110相关联的图像采集设备(例如,摄像头)所捕获的直播方130的视频流(也称为第二来源)。备选地,在未开启摄像头的情况下,直播方130也可以将预设的图片设置为视频流的来源,以作为第二来源。
在一些实施例中,这样的布局例如能够指示第一视频内容或第二视频内容在直播界面中被呈现的样式。这样的样式例如可以包括样式230-1,以指示第一视频内容被优先呈现;还可以包括样式230-2,以指示第二视频内容被优先呈现。
在一些实施例中,直播方130例如也可以不进行样式的配置。在这种情况下,其样式例如可以被确定为默认样式。这样的样式配置信息例如作为直播配置信息的一部分而由第一设备110生成并发送至服务150以用于直播间的管理。
进一步地,在直播方130的直播期间,第一设备110还可以呈现界面200D,以例如向直播方130实时提供与直播流素材220对应的第一视频内容的画面240-1,以及第二视频内容的画面240-2。
在一些实施例中,第二视频内容可以是针对第一视频内容的解说。例如,第一视频内容可以包括赛事直播内容,第二视频内容可以是直播方130关于该赛事直播内容的实时直播。
此外,界面200D还可以包括一个或多个直播调节控件。例如,控件250可以用于支持主播调整第一视频内容和/或第二视频内容的音量。控件260可以用于在直播中切换第一视频内容和第二视频内容
的布局。控件270可以用于在直播中关闭所引用的直播流素材,也即,使第一视频内容停止在对应到直播间中被呈现。
基于以上所讨论的方式,本公开的实施例能够允许直播方在直播的过程中直接引用与其他直播间相关联的直播流素材。以这样的方式,本公开的实施例能够提高直播的灵活性。此外,通过添加直播流素材的方式,直播视频的视频质量也能够被显著提升。
示例直播界面
在一些实施例中,如上文所讨论的,第二设备160能够支持用户170查看与直播方130所对应的直播界面190。
以下参考图3A至图3C来讨论示例直播界面。图3A示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的示例直播界面300A。该直播界面300例如可以由第二设备160所提供。
在接收到针对与直播方130对应的直播间(也称为第一直播间)的访问请求后,第一设备130例如可以呈现如图3A所示的直播界面300A。应当理解,这样的访问请求可以包括任何适当访问方式,包括但不限于:在应用170中打开直播间入口,通过链接地址直接访问直播间等。
如图3A所示,直播界面300A可以用于提供第一视频内容310和第二视频内容320。如上文关于直播配置过程所讨论的,这样的第一视频内容310例如可以对应于直播方130所添加的直播流素材(即,第一来源)。第二视频内容320可以对应于与直播方130相关联的第二来源,例如,通过摄像头所采集的直播方130的视频流。
在一些实施例中,界面300A例如还可以包括与对应于第一来源的直播间(也称为第二直播间)相关联的入口330。例如,直播方130所添加的直播流素材例如可以对应于“A直播方”的直播间。在一些示例中,这样的“A直播方”例如可以是直播平台的官方直播方。备选地,这样的“A直播方”例如可以是直播平台的非官方直播方,例如,个人直播方。
在一些实施例中,在生成界面300A中,第二设备160可以从服务器150接收与第一直播间相关的直播流,并且从该直播流中解析出第一视频内容310和第二视频内容320。
进一步地,第二设备160还例如还可以从服务150获取与第一直播间的第一直播界面(例如,直播界面300A)相关联的样式配置信息,并基于该样式配置信息来相应地绘制直播界面300A。
如上文所讨论的,这样的布局信息可以用于指示第一视频内容或第二视频内容在第一直播界面中被呈现的样式。例如,该样式可以是第一视频内容被优先呈现,或者是第二视频内容被优先呈现。
以界面300A为示例,这样的布局信息可例如可以指示第一视频内容310被优先呈现。例如,第一视频内容310可以具有比第二视频内容320更大的显示尺寸,并且可以位于相对更显著的位置。在一些实施例中,第二视频内容320的显示位置例如是用户180所不可改变的。
作为另一示例,如果样式配置信息指示第二视频内容被优先呈现,则第二设备160可以相应地呈现直播界面300B。如图3B所示,在直播界面300B中,第二视频内容350可以被优先呈现,例如以全屏方式。相应地,第一视频内容340则可以以浮窗方式在界面300B的左下方,并以更小的尺寸被呈现。
附加地,直播界面300B也可以包括与对应于第一来源的直播间(也称为第二直播间)相关联的入口360。
在一些实施例中,除考虑直播间的样式配置信息外,第二设备160在呈现直播间界面时,还以基于第二设备300A的显示设备的朝向信息。
以图3A作为示例,如果直播间配置信息指示显示样式为第一视频内容被优先显示,且第二设备160的朝向为竖直朝向,则第二设备160可以呈现如图3A所示的样式。
在一些实施例中,如果第二设备160的朝向旋转为水平朝向,则第二设备160例如可以呈现如图3C所示的直播界面300C中。如图
3C所示,第一视频内容370例如可以被优先呈现,例如,以全屏方式。此外,第二视频内容380例如则可以以浮窗方式在界面300C的右下方,并以更小的尺寸被呈现。
附加地,直播界面300B也可以包括与对应于第一来源的直播间(也称为第二直播间)相关联的入口390。
在一些实施例中,在接收到直播界面中与第二直播间相关联的入口(例如,如上文所介绍的入口330、入口360和/或入口390)的选择后,第二设备160例如可以呈现与第二直播间的直播界面(也称为第二直播界面)。该第二直播界面可以用于提供与第一来源对应的第三视频内容。这样的第三视频内容例如可以与第一视频内容相同,例如对应于相同视频流的视频内容。备选地,这样的第三视频内容例如还可以根据第二直播间的直播设置呈现与第一视频内容样式不同的第三视频内容,例如第三视频内容可以具有更高或者更低的分辨率。示例性地,以图3A作为示例,第二设备160可以跳转至于“A直播方”对应的第二直播间。

示例性地,图4示出了根据本公开的另一些实施例的示例直播界面400。在例如接收到对于界面300A中的入口330的选择后,第二设备160可以呈现与第二直播间的描述信息410。
这样的描述信息410例如可以包括直播间的标识、直播间的当前观看人数、直播间的等级、直播间的热度等信息。备选地或附加地,这样的描述信息410例如还可以包括关于该第二直播方(例如,“A直播方”)的直播方描述,例如,直播方的标识、直播方的关注人数、直播方的历史直播情况。
此外,界面400例如还可以包括用于访问第二直播间的访问入口,以及用于关注该第二直播方的关注入口。由此,用户可以更加方便地跳转该第一视频内容的原直播间,从而提高用户获取直播内容的效
率。
直播流的合流传输与解析
在一些实施例中,为了提高直播视频的质量,服务器150可以获取源自直播流素材(即,第一来源)的第一直播流,并获取源自第二来源(例如,直播方的摄像头)的第二直播流,并将第一直播流和第二直流进行合流,以生成用于向第二设备160发送的直播流。
图5示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的合并视频流的示意图500。如图5所示,第一直播流例如可以对应于16∶9的第一画面520,第二直播流可以对应于9∶16的第二画面530。服务器150可以基于第一画面520和第二画面530来生成目标画面510,从而完成对第一直播流和第二直播流的合流。
进一步地,第二设备160在获取到直播流后,可以对目标画面510进行解析,以分别提取与第一视频内容对应的第一画面520和与第二视频内容对应的第二画面530。
应当理解,图5中画面合并的具体方式仅是示例性地,可以根据画面尺寸的具体情况来执行适当的画面合并传输。
基于这样的方式,本公开的实施例能够有效地提高来自不同来源的视频内容之间的时间同步性,避免音画不同步的问题,从而提高视频内容的质量。
示例过程
图6示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的用于直播的示例过程600的流程图。过程600可以由上文所讨论的第二设备160来实现。
如图6所示,在框610,第二设备160接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,第一直播间对应于第一直播方。

在一些实施例中,布局信息指示第一视频内容或第二视频内容在第一直播界面中被优先呈现。
在一些实施例中,布局信息是基于:与第一直播间相关联的直播配置信息;和/或用于呈现第一直播界面的显示设备的朝向信息。
在一些实施例中,直播配置信息包括预设配置信息的,或者直播配置信息是基于第一直播方的直播设置而被生成的。

本公开的实施例还提供了用于实现上述方法或过程的相应装置。图7示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的直播装置700的示意性结构框图。
如图7所示,装置700包括接收模块710,被配置为接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,第一直播间对应于第一直播方。
此外,装置700还包括呈现模块720,被配置为呈现第一直播间的第一直播界面,第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容,第一视频内容对应于第一来源,第二视频内容对应于与第一直播方相关联的第二来源,第一直播界面还包括与对应于第一来源的第二直播间相关联的入口。
在一些实施例中,呈现模块720还被配置为:接收与第一直播间相关联的直播流;从直播流中解析出第一视频内容和第二视频内容;以及根据与第一直播界面相关联的布局信息,呈现第一直播界面,使得第一视频内容和第二视频内容基于布局信息而被显示在第一直播界面中。
在一些实施例中,布局信息指示第一视频内容或第二视频内容在第一直播界面中被优先呈现。

装置700中所包括的单元可以利用各种方式来实现,包括软件、硬件、固件或其任意组合。在一些实施例中,一个或多个单元可以使用软件和/或固件来实现,例如存储在存储介质上的机器可执行指令。除了机器可执行指令之外或者作为替代,装置700中的部分或者全部单元可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑组件来实现。作为示例而非限制,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑组件包括现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准品(ASSP)、片上系统(SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),等等。
图8示出了其中可以实施本公开的一个或多个实施例的计算设备/服务器800的框图。应当理解,图8所示出的计算设备/服务器800仅仅是示例性的,而不应当构成对本文所描述的实施例的功能和范围的任何限制。
如图8所示,计算设备/服务器800是通用计算设备的形式。计算设备/服务器800的组件可以包括但不限于一个或多个处理器或处理单元810、存储器820、存储设备830、一个或多个通信单元840、一个或多个输入设备860以及一个或多个输出设备860。处理单元810可以是实际或虚拟处理器并且能够根据存储器820中存储的程序来执行各种处理。在多处理器系统中,多个处理单元并行执行计算机可执行指令,以提高计算设备/服务器800的并行处理能力。
计算设备/服务器800通常包括多个计算机存储介质。这样的介质可以是计算设备/服务器800可访问的任何可以获得的介质,包括但不限于易失性和非易失性介质、可拆卸和不可拆卸介质。存储器820可以是易失性存储器(例如寄存器、高速缓存、随机访问存储器(RAM))、非易失性存储器(例如,只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、闪存)或它们的某种组合。存储设备830可以是可拆卸或不可拆卸的介质,并且可以包括机器可读介质,诸如闪存驱动、磁盘或者任何其他介质,其可以能够用于存储信息和/或数据(例
如用于训练的训练数据)并且可以在计算设备/服务器800内被访问。
计算设备/服务器800可以进一步包括另外的可拆卸/不可拆卸、易失性/非易失性存储介质。尽管未在图8中示出,可以提供用于从可拆卸、非易失性磁盘(例如“软盘”)进行读取或写入的磁盘驱动和用于从可拆卸、非易失性光盘进行读取或写入的光盘驱动。在这些情况中,每个驱动可以由一个或多个数据介质接口被连接至总线(未示出)。存储器820可以包括计算机程序产品825,其具有一个或多个程序模块,这些程序模块被配置为执行本公开的各种实施例的各种方法或动作。

输入设备850可以是一个或多个输入设备,例如鼠标、键盘、追踪球等。输出设备860可以是一个或多个输出设备,例如显示器、扬声器、打印机等。计算设备/服务器800还可以根据需要通过通信单元840与一个或多个外部设备(未示出)进行通信,外部设备诸如存储设备、显示设备等,与一个或多个使得用户与计算设备/服务器800交互的设备进行通信,或者与使得计算设备/服务器800与一个或多个其他计算设备通信的任何设备(例如,网卡、调制解调器等)进行通信。这样的通信可以经由输入/输出(I/O)接口(未示出)来执行。
根据本公开的示例性实现方式,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有一条或多条计算机指令,其中一条或多条计算机指令被处理器执行以实现上文描述的方法。
这里参照根据本公开实现的方法、装置(系统)和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或框图描述了本公开的各个方面。应当理解,流程图和/或框图的每个方框以及流程图和/或框图中各方框的组合,都可以由计算机可读程序指令实现。

Claims (13)
- 一种用于直播的方法,包括:接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,所述第一直播间对应于第一直播方;以及呈现所述第一直播间的第一直播界面,所述第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容,所述第一视频内容对应于第一来源,所述第二视频内容对应于与所述第一直播方相关联的第二来源,所述第一直播界面还包括与对应于所述第一来源的第二直播间相关联的入口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中呈现所述第一直播间的所述第一直播界面包括:接收与所述第一直播间相关联的直播流;从所述直播流中解析出所述第一视频内容和所述第二视频内容;以及根据与所述第一直播界面相关联的布局信息,呈现所述第一直播界面,使得所述第一视频内容和所述第二视频内容基于所述布局信息而被显示在所述第一直播界面中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述布局信息指示所述第一视频内容或所述第二视频内容在所述第一直播界面中被优先呈现。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述布局信息是基于:与所述第一直播间相关联的直播配置信息;和/或用于呈现所述第一直播界面的显示设备的朝向信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述直播配置信息包括预设配置信息的,或者所述直播配置信息是基于所述第一直播方的直播设置而被生成的。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述直播流是基于对第一直播流和第二直播流的合并而被生成的,所述第一直播流源自所述第一 来源,所述第二直播流源自所述第二来源。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:响应于对所述入口的选择:呈现与所述第二直播间的第二直播界面,所述第二直播界面用于提供与所述第一来源对应的第三视频内容;或者呈现与所述第二直播间相关联的描述信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述描述信息包括关于对应于所述第二直播间的第二直播方的直播方描述。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一来源是由直播平台所管理的,所述第一直播方是所述直播平台中的目标用户,所述目标用户具有对所述第一来源的引用权限。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,响应于预定直播方具有对所述第一来源的引用权限,与所述预定直播方的直播管理界面能够呈现用于添加所述第一来源以作为直播流素材的入口。
- 一种直播装置,包括:接收模块,被配置为接收针对第一直播间的访问请求,所述第一直播间对应于第一直播方;以及呈现模块,被配置为呈现所述第一直播间的第一直播界面,所述第一直播界面用于提供第一视频内容和第二视频内容,所述第一视频内容对应于第一来源,所述第二视频内容对应于与所述第一直播方相关联的第二来源,所述第一直播界面还包括与对应于所述第一来源的第二直播间相关联的入口。
- 一种电子设备,包括:至少一个处理单元;以及至少一个存储器,所述至少一个存储器被耦合到所述至少一个处理单元并且存储用于由所述至少一个处理单元执行的指令,所述指令在由所述至少一个处理单元执行时使所述设备执行根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述程 序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
