Description

Roll-up screen window and its connecting device Technical Field
The invention relates to a roller device for a door and window screen curtain, in particular to a roller type screen window and a connecting device thereof.
Background technique
140。Referring to FIG. 1 , a conventional roller screen 1 comprises a housing 10 surrounding and defining a configuration space 100, a shaft 11 disposed in the configuration space 100, a curtain net 12 that can be rolled up on the shaft 11, an operating member 13 connected to one end of the curtain net 12 away from the housing 10 and used for pulling, and two side frames 14 respectively connected to opposite ends of the housing 10 and surrounding and defining a shielding area Z shielded by the curtain net 12 after being stretched out together with the housing 10. Each side frame 14 surrounds and defines an inner space 140, and an anti-lifting track is disposed in the inner space 140. The curtain net 12 comprises a net body 121, and two films 122 attached to the left and right sides of the net body 121 to make the overall retraction of the curtain net 12 more stable and prevent the curtain net 12 from being lifted off the side frame 14. When the curtain net 12 is stretched in a direction away from the outer shell 10 due to the pulling operation of the operating member 13, the net body 121 moves in the inner spaces 140, and the films 122 attached to the net body 121 can slide in the anti-lifting tracks in the inner spaces 140 respectively, so that the curtain net 12 will not be separated from the inner space 140 of the side frame 14 due to external impact or strong wind.
In addition, considering that the curtain net 12 may be attached with foreign objects such as dust, sand, etc. outside the configuration space 100 after long-term use, in order to prevent the accumulation of foreign objects and affect the operation, a cleaning brush strip 19 is usually additionally provided at the exit of the configuration space 100 as shown in FIG. 2 to move relatively when the curtain net 12 is retracted to sweep away foreign objects, thereby preventing the attached foreign objects from being brought into the configuration space 100 when the curtain net 12 is retracted.
However, when the cleaning brush strip 19 is provided, although the purpose of sweeping away foreign matter can be achieved, the height of the cleaning brush strip 19 is configured to be sufficient to achieve a sweeping effect on the net body 121. Therefore, the films 122 attached to the net body 121 will be pushed by the cleaning brush strip 19, and thus it is easy for the net body 121 near the films 122 to wrinkle when the net body 121 is relatively uneven. If the curtain net 12 is still pulled and retracted when the net body 121 is wrinkled, it is easy for the curtain net 12 to be unfolded or retracted unevenly. At the same time, it causes irreversible folds on the net body 121, which affects the appearance and quality, and may even cause subsequent operations to be unsmooth. It is bound to be improved, especially when used in a roll-up screen window with a flip cover, when the net body 121 enters the side frame 14, it is easier for the net body 121 near the films 122 to wrinkle.

In addition, at least one end of the roller is further provided with an extension member, and the extension member is provided with a channel, and at least one counterweight member is further provided in the movable frame.
The beneficial effect of the present invention is that even if the curtain net is attached with baffles that make the overall retraction more stable and prevent the curtain net from being lifted off the side frame, the track formed by the baffle portion of each connecting device and the first baffle portion can be used to accommodate the baffles of the curtain net, thereby guiding the curtain net into the side frame and preventing wrinkles.
Another effect of the present invention is that the extension piece arranged on the reel is provided with a groove. The groove design can not only increase the capacity of accommodating the baffle on the curtain net, thereby increasing the length of the curtain net, but also guide the baffle of the curtain net in the space of the groove, so that the curtain net can be unfolded or retracted more smoothly.
Another effect of the present invention is that at least one counterweight is provided in the movable frame to increase the weight of the movable frame. Therefore, when the present invention is applied to an electric roller screen window, the movable frame can be provided with a stable lifting and lowering when the curtain net is unfolded.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 at the same time, the side frames 31 and one end of the side frames 31 in the opposite direction of the connecting devices 5 are respectively provided with an adjusting member 311, and are respectively provided with a pull wire 312 whose one end is connected to the adjusting member 311. As shown in FIG. 4, the other end of each pull wire 312 opposite to the adjusting member 311 first passes through the side frame 31 to bypass the movable frame 32, and then is connected and fixed to the rolling mechanism 4 through the side frame 31. The tension of the pull wire 312 can be adjusted at any time by the adjusting members 311. At the same time, the tension of the pull wire 312 can be adjusted by the adjusting members 311, so that the movable frame 32 can be kept stable without tilting.
It should be noted that the curtain net 33 in this embodiment includes a curtain net 331 for producing a shielding effect, and two baffles 332 arranged in parallel on one side of the curtain net 331. The positions of the baffles 332 correspond to the side frames 31 respectively, and the baffles 332 can be a sheet of a flexible material, such as a film, a metal sheet, etc.
33。Referring to FIG. 5 and in conjunction with FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the rolling mechanism 4 includes a housing 41 having an inner space 410, a fixing seat 42 connected to the housing 41, and a reel 49 disposed in the inner space 410 and connected to one end of the curtain net 33. As shown in FIG. 6 , in this embodiment, the reel 49 has extension pieces 491 disposed at opposite ends thereof (only one end is shown in FIG. 6 ). Each of the extension pieces 491 is provided with a channel 499. The channel 499 allows the baffles 332 of the curtain net 33 to be respectively rolled and accommodated when the curtain net 33 is rolled up on the reel 49, thereby allowing the curtain net 33 to be relatively flatly rolled up on the reel 49. In addition, the design of the channel 499 of the extension piece 491 can not only guide the baffle 332 of the curtain net 33 within the space of the channel 499, so that the curtain net 33 can be unfolded or retracted more smoothly, but also increase the capacity of accommodating the baffle 332 on the curtain net 33, thereby increasing the length of the curtain net 33, allowing the user to use the curtain net 33 with a longer length.
When operating the embodiment of the roller screen of the present invention, the pull wires 312 can be adjusted through the adjusting members 311 to maintain appropriate tension, so that when the movable frame 32 is manually operated, the movable frame 32 can be held stably, and the curtain net 33 can be pulled in coordination with the operation of the rolling mechanism 4, so that the curtain net 33 can be deployed and retracted more smoothly. In addition, when the roller screen of the present invention is applied to the technology of electric function, the roller 49 of the rolling mechanism 4 is provided with a motor (not shown) for providing power to pull the curtain net 33, and the motor can drive the roller 49 to rotate the curtain net 33, so that the user can achieve the purpose of deploying and retracting the curtain net 33 without manually operating the movable frame 32. Furthermore, at least one counterweight (not shown) can be installed in the movable frame 32 of the roller screen of the present invention. The weight of the counterweight can assist the stability of the movable frame 32 when it moves. In particular, when the roller screen of the present invention is used in a technology with an electric function, when the curtain net 33 is unfolded, the counterweight can be set to allow the movable frame 32 to remain stable when it is raised or lowered.
Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 5 , the embodiment of the connecting device 5 of the roller screen window of the present invention is shown. Specifically, in the embodiment, the connecting device 5 is respectively arranged at two ends of the fixing seat 42 of the rolling mechanism 4, and each of the connecting devices 5 includes a body 50 and a first plug-in portion 51 connected to the body 50, and a first stop portion 501 is extended from one side of the body 50, and a stopper portion 509 is extended from one end of the first stop portion 501, and the stopper portion 509 is arranged parallel to and spaced from the first stop portion 501 to form a track 500. In addition, a second plug-in portion 52 is extended from one side of the first stop portion 501 toward the first plug-in portion 51, and a second stop portion 502 is further extended from one side of the body 50, and the second stop portion 502 is arranged parallel to and spaced from the first stop portion 501 to form a channel 505. A third plugging portion 53 is extended from a side of the second stop portion 502 toward the second plugging portion 52 . The third plugging portion 53 is parallel to and spaced from the second plugging portion 52 .
Referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 in conjunction with FIG. 7 , in this embodiment, the connection between the connecting device 5 and the side frame 31 is to insert the first plug-in portion 51, the second plug-in portion 52, and the third plug-in portion 53 into the internal space 310 of the side frame 31, but this is not a limitation. If the connecting device 5 only has the first plug-in portion 51, it can also be inserted into the internal space 310 of the side frame 31 and connected to the side frame 31. Then, the caliber of the entrance end of the internal space 310 of the side frame 31 is consistent with the channel opening of the channel 505 of the connecting device 5, so that when the curtain net 33 is operated and pulled through the rolling mechanism 4, the curtain net 33 can enter the internal space 310 of the side frame 31 through the channel 505 of the connecting device 5 and move.
310。Referring to Figures 8 to 10 again, the track 500 of the connecting device 5 is connected to the anti-liftoff track 319 provided in the internal space 310 of the side frame 31, and the distance between the anti-liftoff track 319 and the track 500 is consistent. Therefore, the curtain net 33 corresponds to the individual baffles 332 of each side frame 31, can be accommodated in the individual track 500 of the connecting device 5, and enter the anti-liftoff track 319 of the side frame 31 through the track 500 to move. When the baffles 332 can be properly accommodated in the track 500 of the connecting device 5 and the anti-lift track 319 of the side frame 31, even if a cleaning brush strip 39 is provided as shown in FIG8 , the baffle portion 509 of the connecting device 5 can limit the deformation space of the baffle 332 without generating wrinkles, so that the curtain net 33 is always maintained in a relatively flat state. Therefore, when the curtain net 33 is retracted, the curtain net 331 is less likely to generate wrinkles due to the movement of the baffles 332, which not only makes the operation smoother, but also prevents the curtain net 331 from generating creases and even affecting its service life. Even when the curtain net 331 is impacted by external force or blown by strong wind, the curtain net 33 will not be lifted away from the internal space 310 of the side frame 31.
In summary, in the roller screen and the connecting device 5 of the present invention, when the connecting device 5 of the roller screen of the present invention is installed, when the roller screen of the present invention is operated, the baffles 332 of the curtain net 33 can be properly accommodated and smoothly guided, thereby avoiding movement and wrinkling of the curtain net 331. Therefore, even if the cleaning brush strip 39 is installed for the cleaning of the curtain net 331, the smooth operation of the curtain net 33 can be ensured, the service life of the curtain net 33 is extended, and when the curtain net 331 is impacted by external force or blown by strong wind, the curtain net 33 will not be lifted off from the internal space 310 of the side frame 31. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.
As described above, these are merely embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of implementation of the present invention cannot be limited thereto. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the contents of the patent specification are still within the scope of the patent of the present invention.
