The portable charging case comprises a charging main body used for charging an electronic cigarette. A first protruding portion and a second protruding portion protrude from the end edges of two ends of the charging main body in the direction away from one side of the charging main body, an accommodating space for clamping and holding an electronic cigarette being formed between the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion. One end of the charging main body is provided with a rotatable flip cover, the first protruding portion being formed on the flip cover. By means of the design of the flip cover, the charging case can fix an electronic cigarette only at the two ends, such that the electronic cigarette is fully exposed, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency during a charging process.
