本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质。
背景技术
未来通信的一个目标是支持用户设备(User Equipment,UE)在连接态通过共享进程(shared processing)实现对单播业务和广播业务的同时接收,其中,单播业务和多播业务来自相同或不同的运营商/基站。
但是,当UE在一个基站下接收单播/多播业务,又在另一个基站接收广播业务时,单播/多播业务的基站提供的配置可能会影响广播业务的接收,从而造成广播业务的中断。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种信息处理方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,以避免终端同时接收单播业务和广播业务时,广播业务的中断。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:
第一接入网设备接收终端发送的第一信息;
响应于所述第一信息,所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。
可选的,所述第一信息包括以下一项或多项:
第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新当前的无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)状态和/或是否期望离开当前服务小区;
第二指示信息,用于请求更新配置;
第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置;
当前广播业务的信息;
第四指示信息,用于指示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
所述第一接入网设备向所述终端发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。

参见图1,图1是本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤101、第一接入网设备接收终端发送的第一信息。
在本公开实施例中,接入网设备可以为基站。其中,第一接入网设备可以是用于调度终端单播或多播业务的基站。所述第一信息作为辅助信息,以由第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。在此,进行调度增强处理的目的是为了避免单播/多播业务与广播业务之间的冲突。
其中,所述第一信息包括以下一项或多项:
(1)第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新RRC状态和/或是否期望离开当前服务小区。
其中,所述RRC状态指的是终端当前的RRC状态,例如,为连接(Connected)态,非激活(Inactive)态等。更新RRC状态也可理解为是离开当前的RRC状态。
可选的,在此,第一指示信息还可可携带对应的原因值(cause value),如需要接收广播(broadcast)业务,并可指示要接收的广播业务的service ID(业务ID),如临时移动群组标识(Temporary Mobile Group Identity,TMGI)、源IP地址(source IP address);或者由于测量配置冲突,或者冲突的多播业务ID(标识),TMGI等。
(2)第二指示信息,用于请求更新配置,从而避免测量与广播业务接收冲突,或者,避免多播/单播业务的接收与广播业务的接收冲突。
(3)第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置。
其中,终端期望的配置可基于网络设备/协议提供的可上报内容来确定,该配置可能是单播(unicast)配置,也可能是多播(multicast)配置等。如果接入网设备对部分配置提供了多个选项,如接入网设备配置了多套测量间隔(measurement gap),则可直接上报某个选项对应的ID,从而节约信令开销。
(4)当前广播业务的信息。
如广播业务服务小区(如小区标识等)、频率(Frequency)、子载波间隔(Sub-Carrier Spacing,SCS)、公共频率资源(Common Frequency Resource,CFR)、多播业务信道(Multicast Traffic Channel,MTCH)、非连续接收(Discontinuous Reception,DRX)中的一项或多项信息。
其中,在本公开的一个实施例中,在步骤101之前,所述方法还可包括:
所述第一接入网设备向所述终端发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
通过这种方式,可以通过第一接入网设备的控制,使得终端提供上述多种用于调度增强处理的辅助信息,避免终端广播业务接收的中断,并实现更快速的调度。
可选的,所述第二信息包括以下一项或多项:
(1)第五指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否上报所述第一信息。
例如,可通过一个信元(Information element,IE)来指示终端是否可以上报所述第一信息,也即调度增强请求相关信息。
(2)第六指示信息,用于指示所述终端需要上报的信息。
如上报广播业务服务小区、Frequency、SCS、CFR、多播控制信道(Multi Cast Control Channel,MCCH)、MTCH DRX、同步信号/物理广播信道信号块(Synchronization Signal and PBCH block,SSB)配置中的一项或多项信息。
(3)一套或多套测量间隔配置信息。
可选的,还可包括一套或多套测量间隔配置信息的ID,从而使得终端可通过ID来指示获取期望测量间隔配置。
(4)第七指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的消息类型。
该消息类型例如可以是,RRC专用信令、媒体接入控制(Medium Access Control,MAC)控制单元(Control Element,CE)、下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)、混合自动重传请求(Hybrid automatic repeat request,HARQ)反馈、SR、BSR;其他专用物理层消息等,或者,是否支RRC信令与物理层消息组合的方式上报,例如,通过RRC信令上报业务基本信息后,通过物理层消息上报期望配置的编号。
其中,对于通过SR、BSR上报情况,所述第一接入网设备可配置专用逻辑信道或资源或配置,用于所述终端发送SR或BSR,从而便于终端上报第一信息,也便于第一网络设备识别出该第一信息。
(5)第八指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的触发条件。
其中,所述触发条件例如可以是,终端需要改变当前RRC状态,和/或,期望接收广播业务,和/或,接收的广播业务优先级(可以是多个广播业务的优先级,也可以是相较第一接入网设备的单播/多播业务的优先级)/配置变更等。
(6)第九指示信息,用于指示所述第一信息的上报方式。
所述上报方式包括周期性上报、事件触发上报等。其中,该第九指示信息可指示是否周期性上报,和/或,上报周期等。其中,该事件例如可以是终端需要改变当前RRC状态,和/或,期望接收广播业务,和/或,接收的广播业务优先级/配置变更等。
(7)第十指示信息,用于指示对于非激活态的终端是否上报所述第一信息。
在此,例如,若终端为非激活态接收小包或多播业务的终端,第十指示信息用于指示该终端是否可上报所述第一信息。例如,此类终端可在RRC恢复请求(RRC resume request)中携带特定原因值(cause value)或使用特定逻辑信道标识(Logical Channel Identification,LCID)表征RRC恢复的原因或直接携带上报内容。
(8)第十一指示信息,用于指示是否重复上报所述第一信息。
例如,第一接入网的配置未满足终端的期望配置的情况下,终端是否可重复上报所述第一信息等。
(9)引起广播业务接收冲突的原因。
其中,该原因例如可以是,测量配置的原因、需接收多播业务和/或单播业务。对于多播业务,还可提供多播业务的ID。
可选的,所述消息类型、所述触发条件以及所述上报方式中的一项或多项,基于终端的RRC状态进行配置;
和/或,所述第十一指示信息,用于基于终端的RRC状态,指示是否重 复上报所述第一信息。
也就是说,第七指示信息、第八指示信息、第九指示信息、第十一指示信息中的一个或多个指示信息,可以根据终端的RRC状态进行相同或者不同的配置。其中,RRC状态包括:RRC连接态、RRC非激活态、RRC空闲态等。
例如,针对所有的终端,上述指示信息中的一个或多个指示信息可以指示相同的内容。
又例如,针对不同RRC状态的终端,上述指示信息中的一个或多个指示信息,可以区别配置。
例如,对于第七指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第三信息可指示其上报第一信息的类型为物理层消息;对于RRC连接态的终端,第三信息可指示其上报第一信息的类型为RRC消息。例如,对于第八指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第八指示信息可指示其触发条件为终端需要改变当前RRC状态;对于RRC连接态的终端,第八指示信息可指示其触发条件为接收的广播业务优先级/配置变更等。例如,对于第九指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第九指示信息可指示其上报方式为事件触发上报;对于RRC连接态的终端,第九指示信息可指示其上报方式为周期上报。例如,对于第十一指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第十一指示信息可指示其无需重复上报第一信息,对于RRC连接态的终端,第十一指示信息可指示其可重复上报第一信息。
以上仅是一些举例说明,在实际应用中的具体实现方式可不局限于此。
通过本公开实施例中的方式,通过事件触发上报的方式,可以避免信息过度上报,节省信令开销,也可以达到网络周期性获取信息的目的。引入非RRC信令(物理层消息)上报的方式,可以实现更快地调度增强,更灵活
在具体应用中,终端可根据协议中的规定,或者,第一接入网设备的第二信息而发送第一信息。例如协议可规定即便终端没有收到其期望配置,也不可重复上报第一信息,或者规定上报的触发条件等。
其中,在本公开的一个实施例中,在步骤101之前,所述方法还可包括:
所述第一接入网设备从第二接入网设备获取第三信息,其中,所述第三 信息包括以下一项或多项:
(1)第十二指示信息,用于指示是否需要所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强;
(2)广播业务的信息;
(3)广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
其中,广播业务的信息包括但不限于业务标识、业务优先级、MCCH调度信息、DRX、CFR、Frequency、SCS、带宽(bandwidth)、SSB等信息中的一项或多项。
该增强配置指的是针对第二网络设备已与第一网络设备交互的参数或者配置,第二网络设备提供的这些参数或者配置中发生改变的参数或者配置。例如,第二网络设备向第一网络设备交互过业务优先级、MCCH调度信息等,若业务优先级发生改变,该增强配置可包括改变后的业务优先级,改变后的业务优先级的指示信息等。
在此实施例中,第一接入网设备与第二接入网设备进行协商,以进行调度增强。在此过程中,也可结合终端提供的辅助信息。其中,第二接入网设备为用于调度终端的广播业务的基站。在这种方式中,终端上报的第一信息还可包括:
第八指示信息,用于指示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。其中,该第八指示信息可以仅表征广播业务的配置发生变化,也可以提供具体变化的项目和/或内容。
可选的,所述第一接入网设备在获取所述第三信息之前,还可向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强,从而可高效的进行后续的调度增强。
具体的,在与所述第二接入网设备建立接口时,或者,按照预设周期(或称为周期性地),或者,在接收到所述终端的第五信息时,所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息;其中,所述第五信息用于表示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。其中,该预设周期可根据需要设置。
其中,所述第四信息可携带在Xn接口信令中,如接口建立请求/modification(修改)信令中,或者是一条新的Xn口信令。具体的,该第四信息可以仅为一个单独的IE(显示指示),若第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强,则在Xn接口信令中包含该IE,若不支持,则Xn接口信令中该IE缺失。其中,第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强,既可表示第一接入网设备进行调度增强的能力,也可表示该第一接入网设备愿意提供增强处理。
或者,所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第一请求,所述第一请求用于请求以下一项或多项:
所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的信息;所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
在这种方式中,通过第一请求来隐式指示第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。其中,所述广播业务的信息可以包括但不限于为业务标识、业务优先级、MCCH调度信息、DRX、CFR、Frequency、SCS、bandwidth、SSB等信息中的一项或多项。所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的一项或多项增强配置,包括但不限于为业务优先级、MCCH调度信息、DRX、CFR、Frequency、SCS、bandwidth、SSB等信息中的一项或多项的增强配置。
或者,还可通过以上Xn接口信令以及发送第一请求这两种方式的结合来向第二接入网设备表示支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强,以及向第二接入网设备请求上述信息。
在该实施例中,在通过与第二接入网设备的交互获得第二接入网设备提供的信息之后,第一接入网设备可按照前述实施例描述的方式,向终端发送第二信息。在发送第二信息时,第一接入网设备可通过系统消息指示或者RRC专用信令发送。
可选的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述第一接入网设备向所述终端发送第六信息,所述第六信息用于表示是否需要调度增强、期望配置、是否需要更新当前RRC状态的对应关系。例如,该第六信息可以是多套比特序列对应 关系,用于表示是否需要调度增强,期望配置、是否需要更新当前RRC状态的对应关系。例如,需要调度增强用1表示,不需要调度增强用0表示;两套期望配置分别用1,0表示;需要更新当前RRC状态用1表示,不需要更新当前RRC状态用0表示。那么,通过上述设置,可得到多个比特序列,111,101,001等。对于终端来讲,可上报其中一个比特序列;第一接入网设备在接收到之后,即可识别出其具体的含义。
由于第一接入网设备指示终端可通过多种方式发送第一信息,那么,相应的,第一接入网设备可通过以下方式接收第一信息:
所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端通过RRC消息发送的所述第一信息;或者
所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端发送的物理层消息,所述物理层消息用于指示所述第一信息;或者
所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端通过专用逻辑信道或资源或配置发送的SR或BSR,所述SR或BSR携带所述第一信息。
可选的,所述BSR包括以下一项或多项:
第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新RRC状态;
第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置。
其中,终端期望的配置可以单播(unicast)配置,也可能是多播(multicast)配置等。
步骤102、响应于所述第一信息,所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。
在本公开实施例中,第一接入网设备如何结合第一信息进行调度增强处理,取决于第一接入网设备的具体实现。例如,若终端上报了DRX周期和/或MCCH信息,那么,可通过调整,在广播业务的调度时隙/子帧/窗长避免调度其他业务;或者,通过调整measurement gap避免在广播业务调度时隙/子帧/窗长进行相关测量;或者,网络基于终端的更改RRC状态的请求,时释放其RRC连接(并释放UE的单播/多播无线承载(Radio Bearer,RB)),终端仅接收广播业务;或者,基于终端提供的广播业务带宽信息,调整终端的激活带宽部分(Bandwidth Part,BWP)或者多播业务CFR等;或者,基 于终端的第一信息中的小区标识信息,添加调度广播业务的基站为终端的辅小区(Secondary Cell,SCell)等。
在本公开实施例中,第一接入网设备可根据终端的第一信息对终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理,从而避免在终端同时接收单播业务和广播业务时造成的广播业务的中断。
参见图2,图2是本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法的流程图,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤201、终端向第一接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于请求所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
其中,所述第一信息的包括的内容和具体含义可参照前述方法实施例的描述。
可选的,所述第一信息中指示的所述消息类型、所述触发条件以及所述上报方式中的一项或多项,基于终端的RRC状态进行配置;和/或,所述第十一指示信息,用于基于终端的RRC状态,指示是否重复上报所述第一信息。
那么,在上报第一信息时,终端可根据自身的RRC状态,选择相应的消息类型上报,或者,选择相应的上报方式上报,或者,根据相应的触发条件进行上报,或者,判断是否需要重复上报。
例如,对于第七指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第三信息可指示其上报第一信息的类型为物理层消息,对于RRC连接态的终端,第三信息可指示其上报第一信息的类型为RRC消息。那么,此时,若终端处于RRC非激活态,那么,终端可利用物理层消息上报第一信息。
例如,对于第八指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第八指示信息可指示其触发条件为终端需要改变当前RRC状态;对于RRC连接态的终端,第八指示信息可指示其触发条件为接收的广播业务优先级/配置变更等。那么,此时,若终端处于RRC非激活态,那么,终端可在满足终端需要改变当前RRC状态这一触发条件时上报第一信息。
例如,对于第九指示信息来说,对于RRC非激活态终端,第九指示信息可指示其上报方式为事件触发上报;对于RRC连接态的终端,第九指示信息 可指示其上报方式为周期上报。那么,此时,若终端处于RRC非激活态,那么,终端可在发生事件触发上报所对应的事件时上报第一信息。

在本公开实施例中,第一接入网设备可根据终端的第一信息对终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理,从而避免在终端同时接收单播业务和广播业务时造成的广播业务的中断。
以下,基站1为调度UE单播/多播的基站,基站2为调度UE广播的基站为例,描述一下本公开实施例的具体实现方式。
在本公开的一个实施例中,基站1基于UE发送的辅助信息进行调度增强。具体可包括:
S1、基站1通过系统消息或者RRC专用信令发送第二信息,以指示UE当前小区是否支持为UE同时接收(其他小区)广播业务进行调度增强,该第二信息包括的含义可参照前述方法实施例的描述。
S2、UE基于基站1的第二信息和/或协议规定,当满足周期或当其期望接收广播业务或广播业务配置变化或优先级变化时,上报调度增强请求相关信息,即第一信息。该第一信息包括的含义可参照前述方法实施例的描述。
该第一信息可通过RRC消息上报,通过物理层消息上报等。具体上报方式可参照前述方法实施例的描述。
在本公开的一个实施例中,基站1基于基站间协商(和UE的辅助信息)进行调度增强。具体可包括:
S1、基站1在与其他基站进行接口建立时,或者周期性地,或基于UE提供的表征其接收的其他基站广播业务配置变化的辅助信息,向基站2发送第四信息,指示其支持对UE接收其他基站广播业务的调度增强。
其中,该第四信息携带的内容和具体实现方式可参照前述方法实施例的描述。
S2、基站2收到基站1的指示和/或请求后或当其广播业务发生配置变更时,向基站1发送第三信息,以反馈是否需要基站1进行调度增强,和/或,提供必要的业务信息,包括但不限于业务标识、业务优先级、MCCH调度信 息、DRX、CFR、Frequency、SCS、bandwidth、SSB等信息中的一项或多项,可选的,基站2还可提供上述信息的一项或多项增强配置。
S3、基站1基于基站2提供的信息,通过系统消息或者RRC专用信令向UE发送第二信息,指示UE当前小区是否支持为UE同时接收(其他小区)广播业务进行调度增强。
此外,基站1还可要求UE在当接收的其他基站的广播业务配置变化时向基站1提供指示信息(即第五信息),该指示信息可能是仅表征该广播业务配置发生变化,也可以提供具体变化的项目和/或内容。
通过以上描述可以看出,在本公开实施例中,可以通过网络控制,使得UE提供多种调度增强反馈,从而可避免UE广播业务接收的中断,并实现更快速的调度。通过本公开实施例中的方式,通过事件触发上报的方式,可以避免过度信息上报,节省信令开销(如提供上报模板,仅上报ID);也可以达到网络周期性获取信息的效果;其次,引入非RRC信令(物理层消息)上报的方式,可以实现更快地调度增强,更灵活;再次,本本公开实施例还考虑了多播接收对广播的影响,可以实现更为全面的调度增强。
本公开实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置,应用于第一接入网设备。参见图4,图4是本公开实施例提供的信息处理装置的结构图。如图4所示,信息处理装置包括:

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。根据这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    第一接入网设备接收终端发送的第一信息;
    响应于所述第一信息,所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新无线资源控制RRC状态和/或是否期望离开当前服务小区;
    第二指示信息,用于请求更新配置;
    第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置;
    当前广播业务的信息;
    第四指示信息,用于指示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    所述第一接入网设备向所述终端发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第五指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否上报所述第一信息;
    第六指示信息,用于指示所述终端需要上报的信息;
    一套或多套测量间隔配置信息;
    第七指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的消息类型;
    第八指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的触发条件;
    第九指示信息,用于指示所述第一信息的上报方式;
    第十指示信息,用于指示对于非激活态的终端是否上报所述第一信息;
    第十一指示信息,用于指示是否重复上报所述第一信息;
    引起广播业务接收冲突的原因。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述消息类型、所述触发条件以及所述上报方式中的一项或多项,基于终端的RRC状态进行配置;
    和/或
    所述第十一指示信息,用于基于终端的RRC状态,指示是否重复上报所述第一信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    所述第一接入网设备从第二接入网设备获取第三信息,其中,所述第三信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第十二指示信息,用于指示是否需要所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强;
    广播业务的信息;
    广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:
    所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息,包括:
    在与所述第二接入网设备建立接口时,或者,按照预设周期,或者,在接收到所述终端的第五信息时,所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息;
    其中,所述第五信息用于表示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其中,
    所述第四信息携带在Xn接口信令中;和/或
    所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第四信息,包括:
    所述第一接入网设备向所述第二接入网设备发送第一请求,所述第一请求用于请求以下一项或多项:
    所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的信息;
    所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下一项或多项:
    所述第一接入网设备向所述终端发送第六信息,所述第六信息用于表示是否需要调度增强、期望配置、是否需要更新当前RRC状态的对应关系;
    所述第一接入网设备配置专用逻辑信道或资源或配置,用于所述终端发送调度请求SR或缓存状态报告BSR。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述第一接入网设备接收终端发送的第一信息,包括:
    所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端通过RRC消息发送的所述第一信息;或者
    所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端发送的物理层消息,所述物理层消息用于指示所述第一信息;或者
    所述第一接入网设备接收所述终端通过专用逻辑信道或资源或配置发送的SR或BSR,所述SR或BSR携带所述第一信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述BSR包括以下一项或多项:
    第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新RRC状态;
    第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置。
  13. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    终端向第一接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于请求所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述第一信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新RRC状态;
    第二指示信息,用于请求更新配置;
    第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置;
    当前广播业务的信息;
    第四指示信息,用于指示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
    所述终端接收所述第一接入网设备发送的第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第二信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第五指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否上报所述第一信息;
    第六指示信息,用于指示所述终端需要上报的信息;
    一套或多套测量间隔配置信息;
    第七指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的消息类型;
    第八指示信息,用于指示上报所述第一信息的触发条件;
    第九指示信息,用于指示所述第一信息的上报方式;
    第十指示信息,用于指示对于非激活态的终端是否上报所述第一信息;
    第十一指示信息,用于指示是否重复上报所述第一信息;
    引起广播业务接收冲突的原因。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
    所述终端向所述第一接入网设备发送第五信息;
    其中,所述第五信息用于表示所述终端接收的所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的配置发生变化。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
    所述终端接收所述第一接入网设备发送的第六信息,所述第六信息用于表示是否需要调度增强、期望配置、是否需要更新当前RRC状态的对应关系;和/或
    所述终端获取所述第一接入网设备配置的专用逻辑信道或资源或配置,用于发送SR或BSR。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述终端向第一接入网设备发送第一信息,包括:
    所述终端向所述第一接入网设备发送RRC消息,所述RRC消息携带所 述第一信息;或者
    所述终端向所述第一接入网设备发送物理层消息,所述物理层消息用于指示所述第一信息;或者
    所述终端通过专用逻辑信道或资源或配置向所述第一接入网设备发送SR或BSR,所述SR或BSR携带所述第一信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述BSR包括以下一项或多项:
    第一指示信息,用于指示所述终端是否期望更新RRC状态;
    第三指示信息,用于指示所述终端期望的配置。
  21. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    第二接入网设备向第一接入网设备发送第三信息,其中,所述第三信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第十二指示信息,用于指示是否需要所述第一接入网设备对终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强;
    广播业务的信息;
    广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,还包括:
    所述第二接入网设备接收所述第一接入网设备发送的第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示所述第一接入网设备支持对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,所述第二接入网设备接收所述第一接入网设备发送的第四信息,包括:
    所述第二接入网设备接收所述第一接入网设备发送的Xn接口信令,所述第四信息携带在所述Xn接口信令中;和/或
    所述第二接入网设备接收所述第一接入网设备发送的第一请求,所述第一请求用于请求以下一项或多项:
    所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的信息;
    所述第二接入网设备的广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  24. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第一接入网设备,所述信息处理装置包 括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收终端发送的第一信息;
    第一处理模块,用于响应于所述第一信息,对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。
  25. 一种信息处理装置,应用于终端,所述信息处理装置包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向第一接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于请求所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  26. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第二接入网设备,所述信息处理装置包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向第一接入网设备发送第三信息,其中,所述第三信息包括以下一项或多项:
    第十二指示信息,用于指示是否需要所述第一接入网设备对终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强;
    广播业务的信息;
    广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  27. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第一接入网设备,所述信息处理装置包括:处理器和收发器;
    所述收发器,用于接收终端发送的第一信息;
    所述处理器,用于响应于所述第一信息,对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强处理。
  28. 一种信息处理装置,应用于终端,所述信息处理装置包括:处理器和收发器;
    所述收发器,用于向第一接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于请求所述第一接入网设备对所述终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强。
  29. 一种信息处理装置,应用于第二接入网设备,所述信息处理装置包括:处理器和收发器;
    所述收发器,用于向第一接入网设备发送第三信息,其中,所述第三信 息包括以下一项或多项:
    第十二指示信息,用于指示是否需要所述第一接入网设备对终端接收的第二接入网设备的广播业务进行调度增强;
    广播业务的信息;
    广播业务的一项或多项增强配置。
  30. 一种通信设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序;其中,所述处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序实现如权利要求1至23中任一项所述的信息处理方法中的步骤。
  31. 一种可读存储介质,用于存储程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至23中任一项所述的信息处理方法中的步骤。
