一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质
本发明要求申请日为2022年11月01日、申请号为CN202211354079.9、名称为“一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,终端是否支持VoNR(Voice Over New Radio,新空口语音)能力,只能通过UE(User Equipment,用户设备)能力消息(UECapabilityinformation)传递,根据3GPP协议,4G核心网MME(Mobility Management Entity,移动性管理实体)或者5G核心网AMF(Access and Mobility Management Function,接入及移动性管理功能)会保存UECapabilityinformation,但不会解析,从而导致核心网设备无法提前识别终端的VoNR能力的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质,用以解决现有的核心网设备无法提前识别终端的VoNR能力的问题。
第一方面,本发明提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法,应用于核心网设备,所述方法包括:
向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;
接收所述无线网设备基于所述第一请求消息发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段;
根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
可选地,所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持或不支持,若所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持则表示所述终端具有VoNR能力且处于开启状态, 若所述VoNR能力字段的值为不支持则表示所述终端不具有VoNR能力或者具备VoNR能力但所述VoNR能力处于关闭状态。
可选地,所述核心网设备为移动性管理实体MME,所述向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,具体包括:
向所述无线网设备发送携带有VoNR能力字段的用户终端设备UE无线能力匹配请求消息;

基于所述第一请求消息向所述核心网设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段,以使所述核心网设备根据所述VoNR 能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
可选地,所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持或不支持,若所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持则表示所述终端具有VoNR能力且处于开启状态,若所述VoNR能力字段的值为不支持则表示所述终端不具有VoNR能力或者具备VoNR能力但所述VoNR能力处于关闭状态。

第四方面,本发明提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取装置,设置于无线网设备,所述装置包括:
请求接收模块,用于接收核心网设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;
响应发送模块,与所述请求接收模块连接,用于基于所述第一请求消息向所述核心网设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段,以使所述核心网设备根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
第五方面,本发明提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以实现上述第一方面或第二方面所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法。
第六方面,本发明提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述第一方面或第二方面所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法。
本发明提供的终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质,通过向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;并接收所述无线网设备基于所述第一请求消息发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段;从而使得核心网设备能够根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR 能力。本发明通过在无线网络和核心网络的消息交互中携带VoNR能力字段,可以让核心网提前识别终端的VoNR能力,使得核心网无需对UE能力消息进行解码,也可以得之UE的VoNR能力,避免了过多的能力读取导致的处理时延过长,解决了现有的核心网设备无法提前识别终端的VoNR能力的问题。

实施例1:
本实施例提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法,应用于核心网设备,如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤S101:向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
步骤S102:接收所述无线网设备基于所述第一请求消息发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段。
步骤S103:根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
在本实施例中,当当前网络为4G网络时,本发明提供的一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法可以应用于当前网络的MME,当当前网络为5G网络时,本发明提供的一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法可以应用于当前网络的AMF,其中,在有归属网络的场景下,当前网络指归属网络,在没有归属网络的场景下,当前网络指拜访网络。
可选地,所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持或不支持,若所述VoNR能力字段的值为支持则表示所述终端具有VoNR能力且处于开启状态,若所述VoNR能力字段的值为不支持则表示所述终端不具有VoNR能力或者具备VoNR能力但所述VoNR能力处于关闭状态。
在本实施例中,VoNR能力字段可以是数值型或枚举型或布尔型,用于指示终端是否支持VoNR能力或者是否处于开启状态,比如,当 VoNR能力字段是数值型时,可以用0代表支持,即表示终端具有VoNR能力且处于开启状态,用1代表不支持,即表示终端不具有VoNR能力或者具备VoNR能力但VoNR能力处于关闭状态;相应地,当VoNR能力字段是枚举型时,可以用supported代表支持,用not supported代表不支持,当VoNR能力字段是布尔型时,可以用true代表支持,用false代表不支持。

在本实施例中,若当前网络为4G网络,为了得到终端的VoNR能力,可以在核心网设备(MME)向无线网设备(eNB)发送的UE无线能力匹配请求消息以及eNB向MME发送的UE无线能力匹配响应消息中新增VoNR(Voice over NR)能力字段,需要说明的是,在现有流程中,UE无线能力匹配请求消息以及UE无线能力匹配响应消息中并没有VoNR能力字段,本实施例为了让核心网提前识别终端能力且降低处理时延,在相应消息中增加VoNR(Voice over NR)能力字段,该VoNR能力字段的描述可以如表1和表2所示:

在本实施例中,若当前网络为5G网络,为了得到终端的VoNR能力,可以在核心网设备(AMF)向无线网设备(gNB)发送的UE无线能力检查请求消息以及gNB向AMF发送的UE无线能力检查响应消息中携带VoNR(Voice over NR)能力字段,需要说明的是,在现有流程中,UE无线能力检查请求消息以及UE无线能力检查响应消息中并没有VoNR能力字段,本实施例为了让核心网提前识别终端能力且降低处理时延,在相应消息中增加VoNR(Voice over NR)能力字段,该VoNR能力字段的描述可以如表3和表4所示:

可选地,所述向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,具体包括:
判断所述终端是否签约了核心网漫游业务,若是,则向所述无线网设备发送第一请求消息。
在本实施例中,当终端附着/注册到归属网络/拜访网络的核心网设备时,无线网设备获取终端的注册信息以及除VoNR能力之外的其他能力信息并发送给核心网设备;核心网设备发现终端用户签约了核心网漫游业务后,向无线网设备发送第一请求消息以获取终端的VoNR能力,若核心网设备发现终端用户未签约核心网漫游业务,也可以按照正常流 程进行注册或移动性更新等。
需要说明的是,在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,发明人发现:在5G核心网漫游场景下,由于现有的EPLMN列表的设置方法不能针对终端以及拜访网络的VoNR能力、EPS FB(EPS Fallback,演进分组电路域回落)能力有区分性的进行设置,容易导致终端移动到拜访网络后无法使用语音业务,或者当终端在拜访网络下无法使用语音业务时,无法主动返回归属网络的情形,严重影响了用户体验,而核心网如何获取终端的VoNR能力,这对于需要进行核心网漫游的终端来说至关重要,若核心网无法提前识别终端的VoNR能力,容易导致对终端的漫游行为进行误判的情形,因此,本实施例通过在无线网络和核心网络的消息交互中携带VoNR能力字段,并根据核心网漫游业务的签约状态动态地向无线网设备索取VoNR能力,可以避免对终端的漫游行为产生误判的情形。
可选地,所述向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,具体包括:
当检测到所述终端对应的核心网漫游业务的签约状态从未签约状态变更为已签约状态时,向所述无线网设备发送第一请求消息。
在本实施例中,当核心网设备检测到终端的核心网漫游业务的签约信息发生变化时,向无线网设备发送第一请求消息以索取终端的VoNR能力,以使核心网设备能够根据终端以及拜访网络的VoNR能力、EPS FB能力对EPLMN列表有区分性的进行设置。
在一个具体的实施例中,核心网设备为4G网络的MME,无线网设备为4G网络的eNB,终端为5G终端。5G终端开机选网,优先选择HPLMN(Home Public Land Mobile Network,本地公用陆地移动网络)所在的频点进行登录;5G终端搜索到4G信号,随机接入成功后,向4G核心网的MME发起attach request(附着请求),其中携带IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,国际移动用户识别码)、IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity,国际移动设备识别码)、位置信息,如TAC(Tracking Area Code,跟踪区代码)、IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,多媒体子系统)语音能力(IMS PS Voice preferred,即IMS分组域语音优先,CS Voice as secondary,即电路域语音优先级第二)、 短消息能力、紧急呼叫能力、EPS FB能力等,通过NAS消息直接发送给核心网的MME;eNB向5G终端发起UE能力查询请求(UEcapabilityenquiry),向5G终端索要终端的5G能力信息,当5G终端支持VoNR时,可以通过UE能力消息中携带的VoiceoverNR中标识VoNR能力,发送给4G的eNB。4G无线网和核心网之间传递终端VoNR能力的方法如下:
(1)核心网MME收到5G终端的attach request时,检查5G终端的签约状态,发现5G终端支持核心网漫游业务,则查询该5G终端签约的核心网漫游的拜访网络相关能力信息,如,是否支持VoNR能力,是否支持EPS FB能力等;
可选地,核心网MME收到5G终端的attach request后,若发现5G终端支持核心网漫游业务,可以进一步根据终端的位置信息、和/或IMSI、和/或IMEI、和/或MSISDN判断所述终端是否满足核心网漫游条件,若满足核心网漫游条件,再查询该5G终端签约的核心网漫游的拜访网络相关能力信息,并跳转到下一步。
(2)核心网MME向eNB发送UE RADIO CAPABILITY MATCH REQUEST消息,向eNB索要5G终端的VoNR能力,或者,MME需要对所有5G终端都开启这个流程。在UE RADIO CAPABILITY MATCH REQUEST的消息体中设置了一个新的Voice over NR字段,值可以为默认值。
(3)无线网eNB收到UE RADIO CAPABILITY MATCH REQUEST消息后,解析UE无线能力,发现VoiceoverNR字段为supported时,在UE RADIO CAPABILITY MATCH RESPONSE消息中回复Voice over NR为supported并发送给MME,其中,UE RADIO CAPABILITY MATCH RESPONSE的消息体中设置了一个新的Voice over NR字段,值可以为supported或not supported,该值与UECapabilityinformation中的VoNR能力指示保持一致。
在本实施例中,MME获取到5G终端的VoNR能力后进行存储,并根据5G终端以及拜访网络的VoNR能力、EPS FB能力判断5G终端是否满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的 条件,若满足,则MME下发附着接受(attach accept)消息给5G终端,不携带EPLMN list。若不满足,则MME下发附着接受(attach accept)消息给5G终端,携带EPLMN list,以将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效PLMN,其中,判断5G终端是否满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件,具体包括以下至少之一:
a),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力中的至少一种,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
b),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
c),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
d),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力,但支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
e),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
f),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
g),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力,但不支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
h),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
i),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、不支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力中的至少一种,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
j),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件。
在另一个具体的实施例中,核心网设备为5G网络的AMF,无线网设备为5G网络的gNB,终端为5G终端,5G终端开机选网,优先选择HPLMN(Home Public Land Mobile Network,本地公用陆地移动网络)所在的频点进行登录;5G终端搜索到5G信号,随机接入成功后,向5G核心网的AMF发起Registration request(注册请求),其中携带IMSI、IMEI、位置信息(TAC)、IMS语音能力(IMS PS Voice preferred,即IMS分组域语音优先,CS Voice as secondary,即电路域语音优先级第二)、短消息能力、紧急呼叫能力、EPS FB能力等,通过NAS消息直接发送给核心网的AMF;gNB向5G终端发起UE能力查询请求(UEcapabilityenquiry),向5G终端索要终端的5G能力信息,当5G终端支持VoNR时,可以通过UE能力消息中携带的VoiceoverNR中标识VoNR能力,发送给5G的gNB。5G无线网和核心网之间传递终端VoNR能力的方法如下:
(1)核心网AMF收到5G终端的Registration request时,检查5G终端的签约状态,发现5G终端支持核心网漫游业务,则查询该5G终端签约的核心网漫游的拜访网络相关能力信息,如,是否支持VoNR能力,是否支持EPS FB能力等;
可选地,核心网AMF收到5G终端的Registration request后,若发现5G终端支持核心网漫游业务,可以进一步根据终端的位置信息、和/或IMSI、和/或IMEI、和/或MSISDN判断所述终端是否满足核心网漫游条件,若满足核心网漫游条件,再查询该5G终端签约的核心网漫游的拜访网络相关能力信息,并跳转到下一步。
(2)核心网AMF向gNB发送UE RADIO CAPABILITY CHECK REQUEST消息,向gNB索要5G终端的VoNR能力,或者,AMF需要 对所有5G终端都开启这个流程。在UE RADIO CAPABILITY CHECK REQUEST的消息体中设置了一个新的Voice over NR字段,值可以为默认值。
(3)无线网gNB收到UE RADIO CAPABILITY CHECK REQUEST消息后,解析UE无线能力,发现VoiceoverNR字段为supported时,在UE RADIO CAPABILITY CHECK RESPONSE消息中回复Voice over NR为supported并发送给AMF,其中,UE RADIO CAPABILITY CHECK RESPONSE的消息体中设置了一个新的Voice over NR字段,值可以为supported或not supported,该值与UECapabilityinformation中的VoNR能力指示保持一致。
在本实施例中,AMF获取到5G终端的VoNR能力后进行存储,并根据5G终端以及拜访网络的VoNR能力、EPS FB能力判断5G终端是否满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件,若满足,则AMF下发附着接受(attach accept)消息给5G终端,不携带EPLMN list。若不满足,则AMF下发附着接受(attach accept)消息给5G终端,携带EPLMN list,以将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效PLMN,其中,判断5G终端是否满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件,具体包括以下至少之一:
a),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力中的至少一种,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
b),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
c),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
d),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力,但支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络 的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
e),若拜访网络支持VoNR能力、但不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
f),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
g),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力,但不支持EPS FB能力,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
h),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、但支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
i),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、不支持EPS FB能力,终端支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力中的至少一种,则判断终端不满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件;
j),若拜访网络不支持VoNR能力、不支持EPS FB能力,终端不支持VoNR能力和EPS FB能力且终端为非语音类终端,则判断终端满足将拜访网络的漫游PLMN和归属网络的归属PLMN设置为等效的条件。
本发明提供的终端VoNR能力的获取方法、装置及可读存储介质,通过向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;并接收所述无线网设备基于所述第一请求消息发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段;从而使得核心网设备能够根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。本发明通过在无线网络和核心网络的消息交互中携带VoNR能力字段,可以让核心网提前识别终端的VoNR能力,使得核心网无需对UE能力消息进行解码,也可以得之UE的VoNR能力,避免了过多的能力读取导致的处理时延过长,解决了现有的核心网设备无法提前识别终端的VoNR能力的问题。

如图2所示,本实施例提供一种终端VoNR能力的获取方法,应用于无线网设备,所述方法包括:
步骤S201:接收核心网设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;
步骤S202:基于所述第一请求消息向所述核心网设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段,以使所述核心网设备根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。

    基于所述第一请求消息获取所述UE能力消息;
    若所述UE能力消息用于指示所述终端支持VoNR能力,则向所述核心网设备发送VoNR能力字段值为支持的第一响应消息,否则,向所述核心网设备发送VoNR能力字段值为不支持的第一响应消息。

  12. 一种终端新空口语音VoNR能力的获取装置,其特征在于,设置于核心网设备,所述装置包括:
    请求发送模块,用于向无线网设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;
    响应接收模块,与所述请求发送模块连接,用于接收所述无线网设备基于所述第一请求消息发送的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段;
    能力获取模块,与所述响应接收模块连接,用于根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
  13. 一种终端新空口语音VoNR能力的获取装置,其特征在于,设置于无线网设备,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收核心网设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取所述终端的VoNR能力;
    响应发送模块,与所述请求接收模块连接,用于基于所述第一请求消息向所述核心网设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息携带VoNR能力字段,以使所述核心网设备根据所述VoNR能力字段的值获取所述终端的VoNR能力。
  14. 一种终端新空口语音VoNR能力的获取装置,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以实现如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法,或实现如权利要求7-11中任一项所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法,或实现如权利要求7-11中任一项所述的终端VoNR能力的获取方法。
