Description
本申请涉及化妆品包装技术,具体涉及一种化妆品涂抹器。
化妆品涂抹器一般包括分体式结构和一体式结构。分体式结构中笔头组件和瓶体组件是分开布置的,因此使用时很不方便;目前使用一体式结构的化妆品涂抹器时,需要挤压瓶体组件完成出料操作,因此料体的出料量很难控制,而且化妆品涂抹器内料体用完后,直接将化妆品涂抹器丢弃,造成了资源很大的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本申请提供一种化妆品涂抹器,该涂抹器中将旋转件安装于料瓶与笔身组件之间,在更换料瓶的过程即可完成螺杆的回退操作,不仅减少了资源的浪费,而且使用也十分便利。

一种化妆品涂抹器,包括笔头组件、料瓶、笔身组件、旋转件、螺杆和控制组件,所述笔头组件安装于所述料瓶的第一端,所述旋转件的第一端连接于所述料瓶的第二端,所述旋转件的第二端连接于所述笔身组件,所述料瓶内设有活塞,所述螺杆和所述控制组件安装于所述笔身组件中,所述控制组件连接于所述螺杆并能够驱动所述螺杆朝向所述笔头组件的方向运动,所述旋转件能够带动所述螺杆转动,并使所述螺杆脱离所述控制组件而朝向远离所述笔头组件的方向运行。
可选地,所述螺杆周向固定、轴向可动地安装于所述旋转件内。
可选地,所述旋转件内设有安装孔,所述螺杆穿设于所述安装
孔内,所述螺杆的横截面的形状与所述安装孔的横截面的形状相同,且所述横截面的形状为非圆形。

本申请的有益效果是:本申请包括笔头组件、料瓶、笔身组件、旋转件、螺杆和控制组件,控制组件连接于螺杆并控制螺杆朝向笔头组件运行而将挤出料体,旋转件用于控制螺杆的转动,而使螺杆脱离或连接于控制组件。本化妆品涂抹器在使用过程中,当料瓶中的料体用尽后,可直接更换料瓶和笔头组件,容器中的其他部件可以重复利用,从而减少了容器的制造成本、减轻了消费者的负担,同时降低了资源浪费;本容器的套装中可以配置多种料体的料瓶,使用过程中可以通过更换不同种类的料瓶来实现多样化的使用需求;本申请中将旋转件安装于料瓶与笔身组件之间,整体结构紧凑,而且在更换料瓶的过程即可完成螺杆的回退操作,使用便利。

实施例:如图1-17所示,一种化妆品涂抹器,包括笔头组件10、料瓶20、笔身组件30、旋转件40、螺杆50和控制组件,笔头组件10安装于料瓶20的第一端,旋转件40的第一端连接于料瓶20的第二端,旋转件40的第二端连接于笔身组件30,料瓶2O内设有活塞21,螺杆50和控制组件安装于笔身组件30中,控制组件连接于螺杆50并能够驱动螺杆50朝向笔头组件10的方向运动,旋转件40能够带动螺杆50转动,并使螺杆50脱离控制组件而朝向远离笔头组件10的方向运行。
如图1所示,本化妆品涂抹器自上而下依次为笔头组件10、料瓶20、旋转件40和笔身组件30,如图4所示,料瓶20中设有活塞21,活塞21与料瓶20的内侧壁气密贴合,因此料瓶20和活塞21形成密封的储料仓用于存放化妆用的料体,笔头组件10与料瓶20相连通,旋转件40位于料瓶20与笔身组件30之间,螺杆50和
控制组件安装于笔身组件30内,且螺杆50的上端抵靠于活塞21;
使用时,用户按压控制组件而使螺杆50带动活塞21朝向笔头组件10的方向运行,活塞推动料瓶20中的物料流向笔头组件10;当料瓶20中的物料用尽后(如图3所示)或中途需要更换其他种类的料瓶20时,用户转动料瓶20,料瓶20带动旋转件40转动,旋转件40带动螺杆50旋转一定角度后,螺杆50脱离控制组件而落至笔身组件30的底部,然后从旋转件40上取下料瓶20和笔头组件10,再将新的料瓶20和笔头组件10装于旋转件40,最后反方向转动旋转件40,使螺杆50恢复初始状态即可完成料瓶的更换。
因此,本化妆品涂抹器在使用过程中,当料瓶中的料体用尽后,可直接更换料瓶和笔头组件,容器中的其他部件可以重复利用,从而减少了容器的制造成本、减轻了消费者的负担,同时降低了资源浪费;本容器的套装中可以配置多种料体的料瓶,使用过程中可以通过更换不同种类的料瓶来实现多样化的使用需求;本申请中将旋转件安装于料瓶与笔身组件之间,整体结构紧凑,而且在更换料瓶的过程即可完成螺杆的回退操作,操作方便。
可选地,螺杆50周向固定、轴向可动地安装于旋转件40内。螺杆50与旋转件40周向固定是指:旋转件40转动时带动螺杆50同步转动,反之亦然,即螺杆50和旋转件40在圆周方向的运行是一致的;螺杆50与旋转件40轴向可动是指:螺杆50可相对于旋转件40进行轴向方向的运动,如图3所示,螺杆50可相对于旋转件40向上运动而挤出料体,或如图4-5所示,螺杆50可相对于旋转件40向下运动而复位。
如图16所示,旋转件40内设有安装孔43,螺杆50穿设于安装孔43内,螺杆50的横截面的形状与安装孔43的横截面的形状相同,且横截面的形状为非圆形。如图2所示,螺杆50和安装孔43的横截面是指沿径向方向的截面,两者的横截面形状相同,对于
旋转件40而言,指旋转件40与螺杆50贴合处内侧壁的横截面,安装孔43横截面的面积可略大于螺杆50横截面的面积,即旋转件40的表面贴合于螺杆50的外表面,且横截面的形状为非圆形,这样,当旋转件40转动时能够带着螺杆50同步旋转,理论上,只要螺杆50与旋转件40相互贴合处不是圆柱结构,即可实现两者的同步转动,实际加工时,需结合加工以及组装的成本、难易程度等因素选择合适的结构;可选地,横截面的形状为长圆形、多边形或者其他异形结构。
如图2和图6所示,螺杆50的横截面和安装孔43的横截面为长圆形或正多边形。将螺杆50和安装孔43的横截面设计为标椎的长圆形或正多边形,这样有利于旋转件和螺杆的加工及安装。
在另一实施方式中,旋转件40内设有安装孔43,螺杆50穿设于安装孔43内,旋转件40的内壁沿径向方向向内延伸形成滑块,螺杆50沿轴向方向开设滑槽,或螺杆50沿径向方向向外延伸形成滑块,旋转件40的内壁沿轴向方向开设滑槽,滑块插入滑槽内,且滑块能够沿滑槽进行滑动。亦即旋转件40与螺杆50之间通过滑块与滑槽相互干涉,而使得两者同步转动,但螺杆50能相对于旋转件40进行轴向方向即上下运行;或旋转件40的内壁朝向安装孔43内延伸形成两个平行布置的挡块,两个挡块分别设置在螺杆50的前后两侧,这样旋转件40转动时可以带动螺杆50同步转动。在上述结构中,安装孔43与螺杆50的横截面的结构不作限定,可以为圆形、长圆形、多边形等等各种常见结构。
如图1、图3-6和图9-10所示,笔身组件30包括笔身31以及安装于笔身31的尾塞32,旋转件40的第二端可转动地连接于笔身31,旋转件40能够相对于笔身31转动的最大角度为90°。
如图13-14所示,笔身31具有第一开口端和第二开口端,尾塞32塞紧于第二开口端,笔身31的侧壁设有安装槽33,第一开口
端上固定设有第一限位块36和第二限位块37,旋转件40上固定设有径向向内延伸的第三限位块,第三限位块能够在第一限位块36和第二限位块37之间转动。当第三限位块从第一限位块36处运行至第二限位块37处时,旋转件40刚好旋转了90°,反之亦然,而使螺杆50脱离了控制组件或重新连接于控制组件,如图3-5所示,旋转件40螺接于笔身的第一开口端,可选地,第一限位件36和第二限位件37为弧形件且两者沿着笔身的中心轴对称布置,因此第一限位件36与第二限位件37之间具有两段间隙,旋转件40上设有两个第三限位件,两个第三限位件分别位于两段间隙内,且两个第三限位件分别抵靠于第一限位件36和第二限位件37上,以一第三限位件抵靠于第一限位件36朝向纸面外侧的一端为旋转件40的起始位置,此时螺杆50与控制组件相互卡合,化妆品涂抹器处于待使用状态,然后顺时针转动旋转件40,使该第三限位件抵靠于第二限位件37朝向纸面外侧的一端,即旋转件40完成了90°的旋转,此时顺时针方向无法转动旋转件40,螺杆与控制组件脱离,且螺杆落下,化妆品涂抹器处于换料状态。可选地,在第一限位件36和第二限位件37的附近的笔身31上设有凸点38,当旋转件40快要旋转至终点时需越过此凸点38,从而给用户带来了良好的使用体验。
如图3-5所示,旋转件40的第一端螺接于料瓶20,或旋转件40的第一端卡合于料瓶20。如图15-16所示,旋转件40包括固定连接且同轴布置的第一套筒41和第二套筒42,第一套筒41上设有外螺纹与料瓶20螺接,第二套筒42内设有内螺纹与笔身31螺接,当需要更换料瓶20时,顺时针旋转料瓶20,料瓶20带动旋转件40同步转动,当旋转件转动了90°后,螺杆50与控制组件脱离,且螺杆50落到笔身31的最下端,此时旋转件40被笔身31上的第一限位块36和第二限位块37挡住而无法进一步进行顺时针转动,
继续旋转料瓶20即可将料瓶20从旋转件40上旋下,而使料瓶20与旋转件40分开,因此,采用此结构的旋转件,用户只需要一直旋转料瓶即可完成螺杆回退和料瓶拆卸的操作,省略了单独操作螺杆回退的步骤,操作便利、快捷、顺畅。
可选地,第一套筒41与料瓶20卡合固定,第二套筒42内设有内螺纹与笔身31螺接,当需要更换料瓶20时,顺时针旋转料瓶20,料瓶20带动旋转件40同步转动,当旋转件转动了90°后,螺杆50与控制组件脱离,且螺杆50落到笔身31的最下端,然后将料瓶20从旋转件40上拔出即可,从而增加了化妆品涂抹器的操作多样化。
如图3、图6-7所示,笔头组件10包括引水芯11、引水芯座12、笔头内座13和笔头外罩14,笔头内座13连接于料瓶20的第一端,引水芯11固定安装于笔头内座13,引水芯座12固定套设于笔头内座13外,笔头外罩14可拆卸地盖合于引水芯座12。笔头内座13螺接于料瓶20,笔头内座13插入引水芯11,且笔头内座13内设有料体通道,这样笔身31内的料体可以通过笔头内座13流入引水芯11而供用户使用。
如图3-6所示,控制组件包括按钮60、第一螺杆套70和第二螺杆套80,第一螺杆套70上设有第一勾爪72,第二螺杆套80上设有第二勾爪81,按钮60安装于笔身组件30,第一螺杆套70轴向可动地安装于笔身组件30内,第二螺杆套80固定安装于笔身组件30内,螺杆50包括第一连接段51和第二连接段52,第二连接段52上设有锯齿54,第二连接段52插入第一螺杆套70和第二螺杆套80内,且锯齿54能够与第一勾爪72、第二勾爪81相互勾合,第一螺杆套70与笔身组件30之间设有第一弹性件34,第二螺杆套80与螺杆50之间设有第二弹性件35,按钮60受力后挤压第一螺杆套70而使第一螺杆套70和螺杆50沿着笔身组件30的轴向方向
运动。如图6和图9-10所示,按钮60安装于笔身的安装槽33,按钮60上设有第一斜面61,如图3所示,第一螺杆套70安装于笔身31内,且第一螺杆套70上设有第二斜面71,第二螺杆套80位于第一螺杆套70的下方,如图17所示,螺杆50包括依次固定连接的第一连接段51、第二连接段52和凸台53,第一连接段51的外侧壁为光面,第二连接段52的前后侧壁为光面、左右侧壁上设有若干锯齿54,如图3和图4所示,旋转件40总是套设于第一连接段51,因此第一连接段51的长度大于等于螺杆50上升的最大距离,第一弹性件34安装于笔身31与第一螺杆套70之间,第二弹性件35安装于第二螺杆套80与螺杆的凸台53之间,当螺杆50处于初始状态(如图4所示)即工作状态,锯齿54分别与第一勾爪72和第二勾爪81相互勾合。
使用时,用户按压按钮60,按钮60上的第一斜面61作用于第一螺杆套的第二斜面71,而推动第一螺杆套70向上运动,由于锯齿54与第一勾爪72勾合,第一螺杆套70带动螺杆50同步上升,第一弹性件34被压缩,且螺杆50相对于第二螺杆套80向上滑过一个锯齿后重新与第二螺杆套80勾合,第二弹性件35被压缩,螺杆50推动活塞21上升而将料瓶20中的料体推向笔头组件10;松开按钮后,第一弹性件34驱动第一螺杆套70向下运行而恢复原位,即按压一次按钮60后,只有螺杆50朝向笔头组件10的方向运行了一格锯齿的距离;按压一次按钮出料量是少量且固定的,因此可精确控制容器的出料量。
当料瓶20中的物料用尽(如图3所示,活塞21上升到最高处)或需要中途更换料瓶时,用户转动料瓶20时,首先料瓶20带动旋转件40转动,由于旋转件与螺杆的第一连接段的接触面为非圆柱形,因此旋转件40能够带动螺杆50转动,当螺杆50转动90°后,螺杆50被笔身31上的第一限位块36和第二限位块37挡住而
无法进一步转动,此时螺杆的第二连接段52的光面面向第一勾爪72和第二勾爪81,因此螺杆脱离了第一螺杆套70和第二螺杆套80,并在第二弹性件35的作用下下行至笔身31的最下端,然后继续旋转料瓶20,由于料瓶与旋转件40是螺接的,因此可以将料瓶从旋转件40上旋下,换上新的料瓶20,反方向旋转料瓶20直至料瓶旋紧于旋转件40,继续旋转料瓶20,料瓶带动旋转件40相对于笔身31旋转90°后,螺杆50恢复至工作状态。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

- 一种化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:包括笔头组件(10)、料瓶(20)、笔身组件(30)、旋转件(40)、螺杆(50)和控制组件,所述笔头组件(10)安装于所述料瓶(20)的第一端,所述旋转件(40)的第一端连接于所述料瓶(20)的第二端,所述旋转件(40)的第二端连接于所述笔身组件(30),所述料瓶(2O)内设有活塞(21),所述螺杆(50)和所述控制组件安装于所述笔身组件(30)中,所述控制组件连接于所述螺杆(50)并能够驱动所述螺杆(50)朝向所述笔头组件(10)的方向运动,所述旋转件(40)能够带动所述螺杆(50)转动,并使所述螺杆(50)脱离所述控制组件而朝向远离所述笔头组件(10)的方向运行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述螺杆(50)周向固定、轴向可动地安装于所述旋转件(40)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述旋转件(40)内设有安装孔(43),所述螺杆(50)穿设于所述安装孔(43)内,所述螺杆(50)的横截面的形状与所述安装孔(43)的横截面的形状相同,且所述横截面的形状为非圆形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述螺杆(50)的横截面和所述安装孔(43)的横截面为长圆形或正多边形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述旋转件(40)内设有安装孔(43),所述螺杆(50)穿设于所述安装孔(43)内,所述旋转件(40)的内壁沿径向方向向内延伸形成滑块,所述螺杆(50)沿轴向方向开设滑槽,或所述螺杆(50)沿径向方向向外延伸形成滑块,所述旋转件(40)的内壁沿轴向方向开设滑槽,所述滑块插入所述滑槽内,且所述滑块能够沿所述滑槽进 行滑动。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述笔身组件(30)包括笔身(31)以及安装于所述笔身(31)的尾塞(32),所述旋转件(40)的第二端可转动地连接于所述笔身(31),所述旋转件(40)能够相对于所述笔身(31)转动的最大角度为90°。
- 根据权利要求6所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述笔身(31)具有第一开口端和第二开口端,所述尾塞(32)塞紧于所述第二开口端,所述笔身(31)的侧壁设有安装槽(33),所述第一开口端上固定设有第一限位块(36)和第二限位块(37),所述旋转件(40)上固定设有径向向内延伸的第三限位块,所述第三限位块能够在所述第一限位块(36)和所述第二限位块(37)之间转动。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述旋转件(40)的第一端螺接于所述料瓶(20),或所述旋转件(40)的第一端卡合于所述料瓶(20)。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的化妆品涂抹器,其特征在于:所述笔头组件(10)包括引水芯(11)、引水芯座(12)、笔头内座(13)和笔头外罩(14),所述笔头内座(13)连接于所述料瓶(20)的第一端,所述引水芯(11)固定安装于所述笔头内座(13),所述引水芯座(12)固定套设于所述笔头内座(13)外,所述笔头外罩(14)可拆卸地盖合于所述引水芯座(12)。
