本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备、计算机可读介质。
背景技术
在一些应用场景中,用户可以使用某种即时通信软件进行交流沟通,以便于该用户能够及时地了解一些消息。
然而,因一些即时通信软件存在缺陷,导致用户体验不佳。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备、计算机可读介质,能够提高用户体验。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
本申请提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
响应于在通信系统客户端界面中的预设触发操作,展示目标分组的分组配置页面;其中,所述通信系统包括第一分组和至少一个第二分组,所述目标分组为所述至少一个第二分组中的任一个,所述第二分组包括满足所述第二分组对应的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息;
接收利用所述分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,所述对象展示配置操作用于指示:将满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在所述第一分组中展示;所述目标对象筛选条件是根据所述对象展示配置操作确定的;
根据所述对象展示配置操作,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
响应于展示第一分组的操作,基于所述第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表并展示。
在一种可能的实施方式下,所述目标对象筛选条件包括如下中的一种或多种:
目标分组下的所有消息;
目标分组下的新消息;

响应于针对所述分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,若所述待调整分组属于预设分组类,则根据所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,并利用满足所述待调整分组对应的筛选条件且满足所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件的历史会话和/或消息,更新所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表;
若所述待调整分组不属于预设分组类,则根据所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
在一种可能的实施方式下,所述将所述待调整分组从所述第一区域移动至所述第二区域之后,所述方法还包括:
响应于针对所述第二区域内展示的待调整分组触发的第一预设操作,将所述待调整分组从所述第二区域移动至所述第一区域,并在所述分组配置页面中将所述待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从所述预设对象展示描述信息切换为所述第一对象展示描述信息。

响应于第一切换操作,将所述对象聚合页面中所展示的第一分组切换为待查看分组;
响应于第二切换操作,从所述第一分组中删除所述第一待展示对象,并将所述对象聚合页面中所展示的待查看分组切换为所述第一分组。
在一种可能的实施方式下,所述至少一个第二分组中待处理分组与所述目标分组之间存在预设从属关系;
所述对象展示配置操作用于指示:将满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,以及满足所述待处理分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在所述第一分组中展示。

当满足预设提醒条件时,在接收到第二待展示对象之后,展示会话提醒信息;所述第二待展示对象属于至少一个待使用分组;

实际上,对于一些即时通信系统来说,这些即时通信系统通常会将所有会话进行无差别地展示,如此易因有些用户(例如,会话联系人比较多、所参与的会话交互团体比较多等用户)可能会短时间内接收到大量会话而导致这些用户及时处理这些会话,从而易导致这些用户无法及时地发现并处理那些比较重要的会话,进而导致这些用户的用户体验不佳。
基于上段内容,为了更好地解决背景技术部分所示的技术问题,本申请提供了一种应用于通信系统的信息处理方法,该方法包括:对于通信系统(例如,某种即时通信系统等)来说,当该通信系统包括第一分组(例如,用于默认展示会话和/或消息的主信息流等)和多个第二分组(例如,类似于娱乐分组、出行分组等用于聚合某种类型会话和/或消息的分组)时,用户可以依据其个性化信息查看需求(例如,只在主信息流中查看娱乐分组中提及我的消息等需求),针对某个第二分组(例如,娱乐分组等)的执行一些配置操作,以调整该第二分组中会话和/或消息在该第一分组中所处的展示状态(例如,是否在第一分组中展示该会话和/或消息),以使在该第一分组中只会出现该第二分组中满足该个性化信息查看需求的会话和/或消息,如此能够满足用户的个性化信息查看需求,从而能够有效地克服所有第二分组中会话和/或消息无差别地聚合展示所导致的不良影响(例如,因某些比较重要的会话淹没于大量会话中而导致这些比较重要会话处理不及时等),进而能够有效地提高用户体验。。
另外,本申请实施例不限定本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法的执行主体,例如,本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法可以应用于终端设备或服务器。又如,本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法也可以借助终端设备与服务器之间的数据交互过程进行实现。其中,该终端设备可以为智能手机、计算机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assitant,PDA)、平板电脑等。服务器可以为独立服务器、集群服务器或云服务器。

S1:响应于在通信系统客户端界面中的预设触发操作,展示目标分组的分组配置页面;其中,该通信系统包括第一分组和至少一个第二分组,该目标分组为至少一个第二分组中的任一个,该第二分组包括满足该第二分组对应的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息。
其中,通信系统用于向一个用户提供与其他用户进行通信功能;而且本申请不限定该通信系统,例如,其可以是现有的或者未来出现的任意一种通信系统(例如,某种即时通信系统)。
另外,上文通信系统可以包括第一分组和至少一个第二分组。其中,分组是指一种由一个或者多个会话和/或消息聚合而成的信息流。也就是,每个分组包括至少一个会话和/或消息,以使每个分组能够代表一种信息流。
第一分组是指预先设定的、用于聚合多种会话的、默认展示给用户的信息流(又称,主信息流)。另外,当上文通信系统包括多个第二分组时,该第一分组可以用于展示根据一个或者多个第二分组中部分或者全部会话和/或消息。可见,对于作为主信息流的第一分组来说,该第一分组可以聚合展示来自于其他分组的全部或者部分会话和/或消息,以使用户能够从该第一分组中查看到来自于某些第二分组中的部分或者全部会话和/或消息。此外,本申请实施例不限定该第一分组,例如,其可以是指图2所示的以“消息”这一字符串作为标识信息的分组。
第二分组是指用于聚合展示某种会话和/或消息的信息流;而且本申请实施例不限定该第二分组,例如,该第二分组可以是一种预先依据应用场景所设定的分组(例如,图2所示的以“未读”作为标识信息的分组等)。又如,该第二分组也可以是一种由用户依据其个性化需求所设定的分组(例如,图2所示的以“免打扰”作为标识信息的分组等)。
第二分组对应的对象筛选条件用于从通信系统的大量会话和/或消息中筛选出属于该第二分组的会话和/或消息。可见,该第二分组用于记录满足该第二分组对应的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息。
此外,通信系统客户端用于向用户提供该通信系统的服务,以使该用户能够借助该客户端使用该通信系统。另外,本申请不限定该客户端。

另外,本申请实施例不限定上文分组配置页面的打开方式,例如,在一些应用场景下,其具体可以为下文步骤1-步骤2所示的页面打开方式。
步骤1:在上文客户端界面上展示分组管理页面;该分组管理页面上展示有第一分组的标识信息和至少一个第二分组的标识信息。
分组管理页面用于依据用户操作针对一个或者多个分组进行相应地管理处理。例如,该分组管理页面可以是图2所示的页面202,也可以是图3中页面302。需要说明的是,页面202以及页面302是指在不同类终端设备上所展示的分组管理页面。其中,该页面202是指在第一类移动终端(例如,电脑等)上所展示的分组管理页面。该页面302是指在第二类移动终端(例如,手机等)上所展示的分组管理页面。
还需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定上文第一类移动终端以及第二类移动终端,例如,该第一类移动终端可以是指具有较大信息展示空间的移动终端;但是该第二类移动终端可以是指具有较小信息展示空间的移动终端。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上文分组管理页面的展示流程的触发方式,例如,其可以借助现有的或者未来出现的任意一种能够触发针对该分组管理页面的展示流程的方法进行实施。又如,其具体可以为:通过点击图2所示的页面200中的控件201或者点击图3所示的页面300中的控件301的方式,触发针对该分组管理页面的展示流程。
实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,可以在上文分组管理页面上展示有第一分组的标识信息和至少一个第二分组的标识信息,以便后续能够通过针对该第一分组的标识信息(或者某个第二分组的标识信息)触发一些操作,以实现针对该第一分组(或者某个第二分组)的管理处理。其中,该第一分组的标识信息用于唯一标识该第一分组;而且本申请实施例不限定该第一分组的标识信息,例如,其可以是图2所示的“消息”这一字符串。第i个第二分组的标识信息用于唯一表示该第i个第二分组;而且本申请实施例不限定该第i个第二分组的标识信息,例如,其可以是图2中页面202所示的除了“消息”这一字符串以外的其他任意一个用于标识一个分组的字符串(例如,“未读”、“标记”、“@我”等字符串)。i为正整数,i≤I,I为正整数,I表示上文“至少一个第二分组”中的分组个数。
步骤2:响应于针对分组管理页面中编辑控件的触发操作,展示上文分组配置页面。
其中,编辑控件是指在上文分组管理页面上展示的、用于触发针对一些分组的状态编辑过程的控件。例如,该编辑控件可以是指图2所示的控件204或者图3所示的控件303。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上文“针对分组管理页面中编辑控件的触发操作”,例如,其可以是点击操作。
分组配置页面可以用于依据用户操作针对一个或者多个分组进行相应地状态编辑处理(例如,对象展示状态编辑处理等)。例如,该分组配置页面可以是图2所示的页面205或者图3所示的页面304。

又如,在一些应用场景(例如,第一类移动终端)下,若第i个第二分组属于多聚合分组(例如,标签分组),则该第i个第二分组可能包括多个对象聚合子组(例如,标签1子分组、标签2子分组等),以使该第i个第二分组中可能存在多个信息流,故为了更好地满足用户需求,该第i个第二分组对应的第一控件可以采用图2中控件207进行实施,以使后续用户可以借助该第一控件快速地设置各个对象聚合子组中会话在 第一分组内所呈现的展示状态。其中,该多聚合分组用于表示多个信息流的聚合情况。该对象聚合子组是指在该多聚合分组中存在的、用于表示某种单一信息流的分组。
还如,在另一些应用场景(例如,第二类移动终端)下,为了更好地满足这些应用场景的信息展示空间约束,无论该第i个第二分组属于单聚合分组还是属于多聚合分组,该第i个第二分组对应的第一控件均可以采用图3中控件305进行实施,以使该第一控件能够尽可能少地占用信息展示空间。
此外,本申请实施例不限定上文“针对至少一个第二分组中目标分组对应的第一控件的触发操作”的实施方式,例如,其具体可以为点击操作。
对象展示状态设置页面用于依据用户操作设置某个分组中会话在第一分组内所呈现的展示状态。例如,在一些应用场景(例如,第一类移动终端)下,该对象展示状态设置页面可以是在图4或者图5中页面402内所展示的页面403。又如,在另一些应用场景(例如,第二类移动终端)下,该对象展示状态设置页面可以是图6所示的页面602。

示例2,若上文目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用新会话,则该目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果包括该目标分组中所有新会话(例如,所有处于未读状态的会话),以使利用该会话筛选处理结果更新后的第一分组也包括该目标分组中所有处于未读状态的会话,从而使得该第一分组只会聚合展示该目标分组中新会话。其中,该新会话是指该目标分组中处于未读状态的会话。

实际上,在一些应用场景下,一个分组(例如,折叠会话分组)可能会从属于另一个分组(例如,免打扰分组),以使该分组的对象展示状态应该随着该另一个分组的对象展示状态的变化而进行相应变化。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了上文对象展示配置操作的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当上文至少一个第二分组中待处理分组与目标分组之间存在预设从属关系(例如,该待处理分组从属于该目标分组)时,该对象展示配置操作具体用于指示:将满足该目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,以及满足该待处理分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在第一分组中展示。
其中,预设从属关系是指预先依据应用场景所设定的一种从属关系。例如,该预设从属关系可以为:待处理分组从属于目标分组。
待处理分组是指与上文目标分组存在预设从属关系的分组;而且该待处理分组不同于该目标分组。另外,本申请实施例不限定该待处理分组,例如,当该目标分组为免打扰分组时,该待处理分组可以是指折叠会话分组。其中,该折叠会话分组中的会话通常是用户不想实时查看的会话,以使该折叠会话分组中会话尽可能少(或者不打扰)该用户。可见,该折叠会话分组可以被用于记录某一类免打扰会话。

其中,编辑生效控件用于触发针对上文分组配置页面编辑所得的状态信息进行生效处理流程。例如,该编辑生效控件可以是图2所示的保存控件208或者图3所示的保存控件306。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上文“针对分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作”,例如,其可以是点击操作。
实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,本申请实施例还提供了上文S3的一种可能的实施方式,其具体可以为:响应于针对分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,根据上文对象展示配置操作,调整第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,并从该分组配置页面切换至分组管理页面。
可见,当正在展示分组配置页面(例如,图4中页面405、图5中页面503、图6中页面605、或者图8中页面806)时,在接收到针对该分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作(例如,针对保存控件的点击操作)之后,不仅会借助上文对象展示配置操作,调整第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,还会从该分组配置页面切换至分组管理页面,以使该分组管理页面处于可操作状态,以便后续用户可以借助该分组管理页面查看更新后的第一分组。
S4:响应于展示第一分组的操作,基于该第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得该第一分组的会话和/或消息列表并展示。
上文“展示第一分组的操作”用于触发针对该第一分组(也就是,主信息流)的展示流程。另外,本申请不限定该“展示第一分组的操作”,例如,其可以采用下文步骤25所示的操作进行实施。
上文“第一分组的会话和/或消息列表”用于记录满足该第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息。
基于上文S1至S4的相关内容可知,对于通信系统(例如,某种即时通信系统等)来说,当该通信系统包括第一分组(例如,用于默认展示会话和/或消息的主信息流等)和多个第二分组(例如,类似于娱乐分组、出行分组等用于聚合某种类型会话和/或消息的分组)时,用户可以依据其个性化信息查看需求(例如,只在主信息流中查看娱乐分组中提及我的消息等需求),针对某个第二分组(例如,娱乐分组等)的执行一些配置操作,以调整该第二分组中会话和/或消息在该第一分组中所处的展示状态(例如,是否在第一分组中展示该会话和/或消息),以使在该第一分组中只会出现该第二分组中满足该个性化信息查看需求的会话和/或消息,如此能够满足用户的个性化信息查看需求,从而能够有效地克服所有第二分组中会话和/或消息无差别地聚合展示所导致的不良影响(例如,因某些比较重要的会话淹没于大量会话中而导致这些比较重要会话处理不及时等),进而能够有效地提高用户体验。
实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,本申请实施例还提供了上文信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当在上文分组配置页面上还展示有各个第二分组对应的对象展示描述信息(例如,图4中页面205所示的“始终展示”这一字符串)时,该信息处理方法可以还包括下文步骤21。其中,步骤21的执行时间晚于上文S2的执行时间。
步骤21:在接收到利用分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作之后,在分组配置页面中将该目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息更新为用于描述上文目标对象筛选条件的对象展示描述信息。
其中,目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息用于描述针对该目标分组中会话和/或消息进行主信息流展示筛选处理时所使用的条件,以使该目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息能够表示出针对该目标分组所设置的对象展示状态。例如,如图2所示,当该目标分组为免打扰分组时,该目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息可以是图2中页面205所示的“始终展示”这一字符串。

实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,本申请实施例还提供了上文分组配置页面的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,在上文分组配置页面上不仅可以展示有各个第二分组对应的对象展示描述信息,可以还展示有各个第二分组对应的第三控件(例如,图9中控件902或者图10中控件1001),以便后续用户可以借助该第三控件取消针对某个分组中会话所设置的展示状态。其中,第i个第二分组对应的第三控件用于触发针对该第i个第二分组中会话所设置的展示状态的取消流程。i为正整数,i≤I,I为正整数。
基于此,本申请实施例还提供了上文信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当在上文分组配置页面上展示有各个第二分组对应的对象展示描述信息以及第三控件时,该信息处理方法可以包括下文步骤22。其中,步骤22的执行时间晚于上文S1的执行时间。
步骤22:当上文至少一个第二分组中待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息为第一对象展示描述信息,而且该第一对象展示描述信息用于表示从该待调整分组中选用部分会话或者不从该待调整分组中选用任何会话时,响应于针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作,在该分组配置页面中将该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从该第一对象展示描述信息切换为预设对象展示描述信息。其中,该预设对象展示描述信息用于表示从该待调整分组中选用所有会话。
其中,待调整分组是指被用户触发分组隐藏操作的第二分组。该分组隐藏操作用于取消针对该待调整分组中会话已经设置好的展示状态;而且本申请实施例不限定该分组隐藏操作,例如,其具体可以为:针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作(例如,点击操作)。为了便于理解,下面结合示例进行说明。
作为示例,如图9所示,当上文至少一个第二分组包括未读分组、免打扰分组等时,在用户针对免打扰分组对应的第三控件(例如,图9中控件902)触发点击操作之后,可以将该免打扰分组视为待调整分组。
上文“待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息”用于描述针对该待调整分组中会话和/或消息进行主信息流展示筛选处理时所使用的条件,以使该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息能够表示出针对该待调整分组所设置的对象展示状态。
第一对象展示描述信息是指当针对上文待调整分组进行分组隐藏处理之前,在分组配置页面中所展示的该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息。例如,当该待调整分组为免打扰分组时,该第一对象展示描述信息可以是图9中页面901所示的“有部分新消息时展示”这一字符串。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上文“针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作”,例如,其具体可以为点击操作。
预设对象展示描述信息是指预先设定的处于分组隐藏状态的分组所对应的对象展示描述信息;而且该预设对象展示描述信息可以预先依据应用场景进行设定,例如,该预设对象展示描述信息所描述的对象筛选条件可以为从该分组中选用所有会话。可见,在一种可能的实施方式下,该预设对象展示描述信息可以是图9中区域904所示的“始终展示”这一字符串。
基于上文步骤22的相关内容可知,当正在展示分组配置页面(例如,图9中页面901或者图10中页面605),而且在该分组配置页面正在展示待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息以及第三控件时,若该待调整分组(例如,免打扰分组等)对应的对象展示描述信息表示从该待调整分组中选用部分会话或者不从该待调整分组中选用任何会话,则在接收到针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作(例如,针对图9中控件902或者图10中控件1001的点击操作)之后,在该分组配置页面中将该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从该第一对象展示描述信息(例如,“有部分新消息时展示”这一字符串)切换为预设对象展示描述信息(例如,“始终展示”这一字符串);但是,若该待调整分组(例如,单聊分组等)对应的对象展示描述信息表示从该待调整分组中选用所有会话,则在接收到针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作之后,在该分组配置页面中无需更新该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息,如此能够实现依据用户操作取消针对某个分组中会话所设置好的展示状态的目的。
实际上,为了更好的提高用户体验,本申请实施例还提供了上文步骤22的另一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当上文分组配置页面包括第一区域(例如,图9或者图10中所示的展示列表区域)和第二区域(例如,图9或者图10所示的隐藏列表区域)时,上文步骤22具体可以包括:响应于针对上文待调 整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作,在分组配置页面中将该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从第一对象展示描述信息切换为预设对象展示描述信息,并将该待调整分组从第一区域移动至第二区域。
可见,当正在展示分组配置页面(例如,图9中页面901或者图10中页面605),而且在该分组配置页面正在展示待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息以及第三控件时,在接收到针对该待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作(例如,针对图9中控件902或者图10中控件1001的点击操作)之后,可以在该分组配置页面上将该待调整分组从第一区域移动至第二区域,以实现从图9中页面901切换至页面903(或者,从图10中页面605切换至页面1002),如此能够实现依据用户操作取消针对某个分组中会话所设置好的展示状态的目的。
实际上,为了更好的提高用户体验,用户不仅可以将一个分组从分组展示状态切换至分组隐藏状态,还可以将该分组从分组隐藏状态恢复至该分组展示状态,并恢复该分组在切换至分组隐藏状态之前针对其会话所设置的展示状态。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了上文信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当该信息处理方法至少包括上文步骤22时,该信息处理方法可以还包括下文步骤23。其中,步骤23的执行时间晚于该步骤22的执行时间。
步骤23:响应于针对第二区域内展示的待调整分组触发的第一预设操作,将该待调整分组从该第二区域移动至第一区域,并在分组配置页面中将该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从预设对象展示描述信息切换为第一对象展示描述信息。
其中,第一预设操作用于触发将待调整分组恢复至分组展示状态的流程;而且本申请实施例不限定该第一预设操作,例如,其可以是针对该待调整分组的第四控件的触发操作(例如,点击操作)。其中,该第四控件用户触发将待调整分组恢复至分组展示状态的流程,例如,该第四控件可以是图9所示的控件902或者在图10中区域1003内所示的控件1004。
基于上文步骤23的相关内容可知,当正在展示分组配置页面(例如,图9中页面903或者图10中页面1002),而且在该展示分组配置页面的第二区域内展示有待调整分组时,在接收到针对该待调整分组触发的第一预设操作之后,可以将该待调整分组从该第二区域移动至第一区域(例如,将该待调整分组移动至图9所示的页面905中区域906或者图10所示的页面1005中区域1006内),并在该分组配置页面中将该待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从预设对象展示描述信息切换为第一对象展示描述信息(也就是,该待调整分组被移动至该第二区域之前所对应的对象展示描述信息),如此能够实现依据用户操作恢复针对某个分组中会话所设置好的展示状态的目的。
实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,基于上文步骤22,本申请实施例还提供了上文信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当该信息处理方法至少包括该步骤22时,该信息处理方法可以还包括下文步骤24。其中,步骤24的执行时间晚于该步骤22的执行时间。
步骤24:在执行完上文步骤22之后,响应于针对分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,若待调整分组属于预设分组类,则根据上文预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,并利用满足该待调整分组对应的筛选条件且满足该预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件的历史会话和/或消息,更新该第一分组的会话和/或消息列表;若该待调整分组不属于预设分组类,则根据该预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整该第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
其中,预设分组类是指预先依据应用场景设定的一个分组类别。例如,该预设分组类可以是指由除了已完成分组以外的其他全部或者部分分组(例如,未读分组、免打扰分组等)所构成的分组类别。
基于上文步骤24的相关内容可知,在一种可能的实施方式下,当正在展示分组配置页面(例如,图9中页面903或者图10中页面1002),而且在该展示分组配置页面的第二区域内展示有待调整分组时,在接收到针对该分组配置页面中编辑生效控件(例如,保存控件)的触发操作之后,如果该待调整分组是已完成分组,则为了更好地降低消息分组的对象展示量,可以不将在该已完成分组内聚合的已存在的所有会话和/或消息(也就是,历史会话和/或消息)添加至第一分组,但是该第一分组后续会展示在该已完成分组内聚合的新接收到的会话和/或消息;但是,如果该待调整分组为除了已完成分组以外的其他分组(例如,免打扰分组等),则不仅需要将在该待调整分组内聚合的已存在的所有会话和/或消息添加至第一分组,后续还会在该第一分组继续展示在该待调整分组内聚合的新接收到的会话和/或消息,如此能够实现在该第一分组中取消针对该待调整分组中会话所设置的展示状态目的。
实际上,对于第一分组来说,如果在该第一分组内只需要展示某个第二分组中展示全部或者部分新会话,则该第一分组通常可以只展示该第二分组中处于未读状态的会话即可,故为了实现该用户需求,本 申请实施例还提供了上文信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,该信息处理方法可以还包括下文步骤25-步骤26或者步骤25-步骤29。其中,步骤25的执行时间晚于上文S3的执行时间。
步骤25:在完成上文S3之后,响应于针对分组管理页面触发的第二预设操作,展示对象聚合页面,并在该对象聚合页面上展示第一分组的会话和/或消息列表;该第一分组的会话和/或消息列表是基于该第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得的。
其中,第二预设操作用于触发针对对象聚合页面的展示流程。该对象聚合页面用于展示某一个分组对应的信息流。例如,该对象聚合页面可以是图2中页面206或者图3中页面300。
另外,本申请实施例不限定第二预设操作,例如,当上文分组管理页面为图2中页面202时,该第二预设操作可以是针对该页面202中控件203的点击操作。又如,当上文分组管理页面为图3中页面302时,该第二预设操作可以是针对该页面302触发的从右向左的滑动操作。
基于上文步骤25的相关内容可知,当正在展示分组管理页面(例如,图2中页面202或者图3中页面302)时,在接收到针对该分组管理页面触发的第二预设操作,展示对象聚合页面(例如,图2中页面206或者图3中页面300),并在该对象聚合页面上展示第一分组,以使用户能够借助该对象聚合页面查看到上文第二分组中能够在该第一分组中进行聚合展示的所有会话。
步骤26:在接收到满足上文目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的第一待展示对象之后,利用该第一待展示对象更新对象聚合页面上所展示的第一分组。
其中,第一待展示对象是指新接收的、属于上文目标分组的、满足目标对象筛选条件的会话。例如,当上文目标对象筛选条件为从该目标分组中选用所有会话或者从该目标分组中选用新会话时,该第一待展示对象可以是指该目标分组中的任意一个新会话(也就是,任意一个处于未读状态的会话)。又如,当上文目标对象筛选条件为从该目标分组中选用满足目标条件的新会话时,该第一待展示对象可以是指该目标分组中满足目标条件的任意一个新会话(也就是,满足目标条件的任意一个处于未读状态的会话)。
基于上文步骤26的相关内容可知,当正在展示对象聚合页面(例如,图2中页面206或者图3中页面300),而且在该对象聚合页面上正在展示第一分组(例如,主信息流)时,在接收到针对上文目标分组中满足目标对象筛选条件的第一待展示对象之后,可以直接利用该第一待展示对象更新该对象聚合页面上所展示的第一分组,以使更新后的第一分组包括该第一待展示对象,从而使得用户能够在该对象聚合页面上查看到该第一待展示对象,如此能够实现用户借助该第一分组查看该目标分组中满足目标对象筛选条件的会话的目的。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定上文第一待展示对象在对象聚合页面上所呈现的展示效果,例如,如果该第一待展示对象属于第一类会话(例如,免打扰会话),则该第一待展示对象可以按照该第一类会话对应的新消息展示状态(例如,展示红点或者灰色未读等)进行展示;但是,如果第一待展示对象属于第二类会话(例如,非免打扰会话),则该第一待展示对象可以按照该第二类会话对应的新消息展示状态(例如,展示红色未读等)进行展示。另外,本申请实施例也不限定上文第一待展示对象在上文第一分组中所处位置,例如,可以按照该第一待展示对象的发布时间确定该第一待展示对象在上文第一分组中所处位置。
步骤27:响应于针对对象聚合页面触发的对象阅读操作,展示对象展示界面,并在该对象展示界面中展示第一待展示对象。
其中,对象阅读操作用于触发针对上文第一待展示对象的查看流程。例如,其具体可以为针对图2中区域209的点击操作或者针对图3中区域307的点击操作。
对象展示界面是指针对上文第一待展示对象的交互界面。例如,该对象展示界面可以是图2中所示的界面207。
基于上文步骤27的相关内容可知,当正在展示对象聚合页面(例如,图2中页面206或者图3中页面300),而且在该对象聚合页面上所展示的主信息流包括上文第一待展示对象时,在接收到针对该对象聚合页面触发的对象阅读操作之后,可以展示对象展示界面,并在该对象展示界面中展示第一待展示对象,以使该用户能够借助该对象展示界面查看并针对该第一待展示对象进行回复,如此能够实现用户阅读该第一待展示对象的目的。
步骤28:响应于第一切换操作,将对象聚合页面中所展示的第一分组切换为待查看分组。
其中,第一切换操作用于触发在上文对象聚合页面上将其所展示的第一分组切换为除了该第一分组以外的其他任意一个分组的信息流切换流程。需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定该第一切换操作。
待查看分组是指上文第一切换操作所涉及的、最终会展示在上文对象聚合页面上的分组;而且该待查看分组可以是除了该第一分组以外的其他任意一个分组。
步骤29:若上文目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用部分或者全部新会话,则响应于第二切换操作,从第一分组中删除第一待展示对象,并将对象聚合页面中所展示的待查看分组切换为第一分组。
其中,第二切换操作用于触发在上文对象聚合页面上将其所展示的待查看分组切换为第一分组的信息流切换流程。需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定该第二切换操作。
基于上文步骤27-步骤29的相关内容可知,当正在展示对象聚合页面(例如,图2中页面206或者图3中页面300),而且在该对象聚合页面上所展示的主信息流包括上文第一待展示对象时,如果上文目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用部分或者全部新会话,则可以确定该主信息流(也就是,第一分组)只用于展示该目标分组中的某些新消息,故在该第一待展示对象已经被用户阅读之后,如果用户针对该对象聚合页面触发了信息流切换流程,则依据该用户操作在该对象聚合页面上重新切换回该主信息流之后,处于已读状态的第一待展示对象从该主信息流中消失,如此能够实现该主信息流只展示该目标分组中处于未读状态的新消息的目的。
实际上,在一些应用场景下,对于上文第一分组对应的对象筛选条件来说,该“第一分组对应的对象筛选条件”通常可以包括上文至少一个第二分组对应的对象筛选条件,以使该第一分组的会话和/或消息列表用于记录这些第二分组对应的对象筛选处理结果。
另外,基于上段内容,在一些情况下,某个会话可能会属于多个分组,如果针对这些分组所设置的对象展示状态不相同,则可以按照预先针对每种对象展示状态所设定的优先级,确定出该会话在第一分组中所呈现的展示状态。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了上文S4中步骤“利用该目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果更新第一分组”的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,当上文至少一个第二分组中待参考分组对应的对象筛选条件为第二对象筛选条件,而且目标分组与该待参考分组之间的交集包括第三待展示对象时,其具体可以为包括下文步骤31-步骤32。
步骤31:若目标对象筛选条件对应的权重不低于第二对象筛选条件对应的权重,则利用目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果更新第一分组的会话和/或消息列表。
其中,第三待展示对象是依据目标分组与该待参考分组之间的会话交集确定的,以使该第三待展示对象属于该目标分组中会话,也属于该待参考分组中会话。
目标对象筛选条件对应的权重用于表示该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态的优先级。例如,若目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用所有会话,则该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态可以是“始终展示”这一状态;若目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用所有新会话,则该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态可以是“有新消息时展示”这一状态;若目标对象筛选条件为从目标分组中选用满足目标条件的新会话,则该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态可以是“有部分新消息时展示”这一状态;若目标对象筛选条件为不从目标分组中选用任何会话,则该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态可以是“始终不展示”这一状态。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定不同对象展示状态的优先级,例如,这些对象展示状态的优先级从高到低的排列顺序如下:“始终不展示”这一状态→“有部分新消息时展示”这一状态→“有新消息时展示”这一状态→“始终展示”这一状态。也就是,“始终不展示”这一状态的优先级最高,而且“始终展示”这一状态的优先级最低。其中,“→”这一符号左侧所示的对象展示状态的优先级高于该符号右侧所示的对象展示状态的优先级。
还需要说明的是,“@我的新消息”、“@所有人的新消息”、以及“星标联系人的新消息”这些约束条件所对应的对象展示状态(例如,“@我的时候展示”、“@所有人的时候展示”、以及“星标联系人的时候展示”等状态)的优先级相同;而且同一优先级的会话所对应的权重相同。
另外,上文目标对象筛选条件对应的权重与该目标对象筛选条件所表示的对象展示状态的优先级正相关,而且该目标对象筛选条件对应的权重可以预先设定。
基于上文步骤31的相关内容可知,当目标分组与待参考分组之间的交集包括第三待展示对象,该目标分组对应的对象筛选条件为目标对象筛选条件,而且该待参考分组对应的对象筛选条件为第二对象筛选条件时,如果该目标对象筛选条件对应的权重不低于第二对象筛选条件对应的权重,则可以确定针对该目标分组所设置的对象展示状态的优先级不低于针对该待参考分组所设置的对象展示状态的优先级,故该第三待展示对象可以优先按照该目标分组对应的对象筛选条件进行会话筛选处理,以使在获取到利用该目标 对象筛选条件所确定的该目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果之后,可以直接利用该会话筛选处理结果更新第一分组即可。
步骤32:若目标对象筛选条件对应的权重低于第二对象筛选条件对应的权重,而且目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果包括第三待展示对象,则从目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果中删除第三待展示对象,并利用该目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果更新第一分组的会话和/或消息列表。
可见,当目标分组与待参考分组之间的交集包括第三待展示对象,该目标分组对应的对象筛选条件为目标对象筛选条件,而且该待参考分组对应的对象筛选条件为第二对象筛选条件时,如果该目标对象筛选条件对应的权重低于第二对象筛选条件对应的权重,则可以确定针对该目标分组所设置的对象展示状态的优先级低于针对该待参考分组所设置的对象展示状态的优先级,故该第三待展示对象可以优先按照该待参考分组对应的对象筛选条件进行会话筛选处理,以使在获取到利用该目标对象筛选条件所确定的该目标分组对应的对象筛选处理结果之后,如果该会话筛选处理结果包括第三待展示对象,则从该会话筛选处理结果中删除第三待展示对象,并利用该会话筛选处理结果更新第一分组。
基于上文步骤31至步骤32的相关内容可知,当一个会话属于多个分组,而且针对这些分组所设置的对象展示状态不一致时,可以将针对这些分组所设置的对象展示状态中具有最高优先级的对象展示状态,确定为该会话在第一分组中所呈现的展示状态,如此能够有效避免因一个会话同时命中多个对象展示状态而导致的混乱情况,如此有利于提高用户体验。
实际上,为了更好地提高用户体验,本申请实施例还提供了信息处理方法的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,该信息处理方法可以还包括下文步骤41-步骤43。
步骤41:当满足预设提醒条件时,在接收到第二待展示对象之后,展示会话提醒信息。其中,该第二待展示对象属于至少一个待使用分组。
其中,预设提醒条件可以预先依据应用场景设定。例如,在一些应用场景(例如,手机等第二类移动终端)下,当上文分组管理页面等页面均是在目标客户端中进行展示时,该预设提醒条件可以为:该目标客户端在该第二类移动终端中处于后台运行状态,或者,该第二类移动终端处于锁屏状态。
第二待展示对象是指在预设提醒条件下所接收的新会话。
待使用分组是指包括上文第二待展示对象的分组;而且本申请实施例不限定该待使用分组的个数。
会话提醒信息用于提醒用户收到一条新会话;而且本申请实施例不限定该会话提醒信息的实施方式,例如,其可以采用消息弹窗进行实施。
步骤42:响应于针对会话提醒信息的触发操作,若至少一个待使用分组包括第一分组,则展示第一分组,并在第一分组中打开第二待展示对象。
本申请实施例中,当正在向用户展示上文第二待展示对象对应的会话提醒信息,而且该第二待展示对象属于至少一个待使用分组时,在接收到该用户针对该会话提醒信息的触发操作(例如,点击操作)之后,如果确定这些待使用分组包括第一分组,则可以直接跳转展示该第一分组,并在该第一分组中打开该第二待展示对象,以使该用户能够直接从该第一分组中查看该第二待展示对象。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定上文“针对会话提醒信息的触发操作”,例如,其具体可以为点击操作。
步骤43:若至少一个待使用分组不包括第一分组,则展示至少一个待使用分组中目标使用组,并在该目标使用组中打开第二待展示对象。其中,该目标使用组是指对象展示状态设置最晚的待使用分组,以使该目标使用组包括该第二待展示对象,而且该目标使用组对应的对象展示配置操作的触发时刻晚于该至少一个待使用分组中除了该目标使用组以外其他任意一个分组对应的对象展示配置操作的触发时刻(也就是,该目标使用组对应的对象筛选条件的确定时刻晚于至少一个待使用分组中除了目标使用组以外其他任意一个分组对应的对象筛选条件的确定时刻)。
本申请实施例中,当正在向用户展示上文第二待展示对象对应的会话提醒信息,而且该第二待展示对象属于至少一个待使用分组时,在接收到该用户针对该会话提醒信息的触发操作(例如,点击操作)之后,如果确定这些待使用分组不包括第一分组,则可以直接跳转展示这些待使用分组中对象展示状态设置最晚的目标使用组,并在该目标使用组中打开该第二待展示对象,以使该用户能够直接从该目标使用组中查看该第二待展示对象。
基于上文步骤41至步骤43的相关内容可知,对于本申请所涉及的各个分组来说,当满足预设提醒条件时,这些分组新接收的会话依旧会进行提醒通知,以使用户能够基于该提醒通知获知其接收到的新会话, 以便在用户针对该新会话触发查看操作之后,能够依据该新会话对应的分组归属情况,确定该新会话的展示方式,从而使得用户能够更好地查看该新会话,如此有利于提高用户体验。
另外,为了更好地理解本申请所提供的技术方案,下面针对图2-图10中所涉及的一些技术细节进行说明。
(1)如图2所示,控件209用于调整单聊分组在页面205上所处位置,而且为了更好地提高用户体验,该控件209可以部署该单聊分组在页面205上所处区域的最左边,而且该控件209可以以尽可能小的图标进行表示,如此以使该控件209尽可能地不影响针对该单聊分组的对象展示状态的设置操作。需要说明的是,其他分组的相关内容类似于该单聊分组的相关内容,为了简要起见,在此不再赘述。
(2)当上文分组管理页面等页面均是在目标客户端中进行展示时,该目标客户端所涉及的除了主信息流以外的其他所有分组(例如,由开发人员预先设定好的分组或者由用户依据个性化需求所构建的分组等)中会话在该主信息流中所呈现的展示状态均可以被设置。
(3)对于图2-图10所涉及的一些对象展示状态的相关内容如下:
①对于“始终展示”这一展示状态来说,其可以被预先设定为默认配置;而且其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有会话均展示主信息流中,以使用户能够在该主信息流中查看到该分组中所有会话。
②对于“全部新消息”这一展示状态来说,其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有处于未读状态的对象展示在主信息流中,以使用户能够在该主信息流中查看到该分组中所有处于未读状态的会话;而且在某个会话已读之后,如果执行了信息流切换展示操作,则在该会话会从主信息流中消失。
③对于“@我的新消息”这一展示状态来说,其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有处于未读状态的at我的对象展示在主信息流中,以使用户能够在该主信息流中查看到该分组中所有处于未读状态的at我的会话;而且在某个会话已读之后,如果执行了信息流切换展示操作,则在该会话会从主信息流中消失。
④对于“@所有人的新消息”这一展示状态来说,其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有处于未读状态的at所有人的对象展示在主信息流中,以使用户能够在该主信息流中查看到该分组中所有处于未读状态的at所有人的会话;而且在某个会话已读之后,如果执行了信息流切换展示操作,则在该会话会从主信息流中消失。
⑤对于“星标联系人的新消息”这一展示状态来说,其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有处于未读状态的由重要联系人发布的对象展示在主信息流中,以使用户能够在该主信息流中查看到该分组中所有处于未读状态的由重要联系人发布的会话;而且在某个会话已读之后,如果执行了信息流切换展示操作,则在该会话会从主信息流中消失。
⑥对于“始终不展示”这一展示状态来说,其对应的对象展示规则为:将被设置了该展示状态的分组中所有会话始终不会出现在主信息流中。
基于上文信息处理方法的相关内容可知,对于该信息处理方法所涉及的客户端来说,该客户端的用户可以依据其个性化需求,针对该客户端所涉及的一些分组进行对象展示状态设置处理,以使该客户端不仅能够在主信息流中只展示哪些用户想要及时查看的会话,还能够在一些其他信息流中展示一些用户可能需要查看的会话,如此能够有助于该用户在该客户端上配置出更符合其会话查看需求的各种信息流(例如,一个信息流用于展示工作相关会话,另一个信息流用于展示娱乐相关会话,又一个信息流用于展示生活相关会话,再一个信息流用于聚合展示其他信息流中比较重要的会话等),从而能够提高用户体验。
另外,由于本申请所涉及的分组均可以聚合展示会话和消息中的至少一个,以使本申请以会话作为示例所描述的内容均适用于会话和/或消息聚合展示的相关场景,为了简要起见,在此不再赘述。
基于本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法,本申请实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置,下面结合图11进行解释和说明。其中,图11为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图。需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的信息处理装置的技术详情,请参照上文信息处理方法的相关内容。

基于上述信息处理装置1100的相关内容可知,对于本申请实施例提供的信息处理装置1100来说,当该信息处理装置1100包括第一分组(例如,用于默认展示会话和/或消息的主信息流等)和多个第二分组(例如,类似于娱乐分组、出行分组等用于聚合某种类型会话和/或消息的分组)时,用户可以依据其个性化信息查看需求(例如,只在主信息流中查看娱乐分组中提及我的消息等需求),针对某个第二分组(例如,娱乐分组等)的执行一些配置操作,以调整该第二分组中会话和/或消息在该第一分组中所处的展示状态(例如,是否在第一分组中展示该会话和/或消息),以使在该第一分组中只会出现该第二分组中满足该个性化信息查看需求的会话和/或消息,如此能够满足用户的个性化信息查看需求,从而能够有效地克服所有第二分组中会话和/或消息无差别地聚合展示所导致的不良影响(例如,因某些比较重要的会话淹没于大量会话中而导致这些比较重要会话处理不及时等),进而能够有效地提高用户体验。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    响应于在通信系统客户端界面中的预设触发操作,展示目标分组的分组配置页面;其中,所述通信系统包括第一分组和至少一个第二分组,所述目标分组为所述至少一个第二分组中的任一个,所述第二分组包括满足所述第二分组对应的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息;
    接收利用所述分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,所述对象展示配置操作用于指示:将满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在所述第一分组中展示;所述目标对象筛选条件是根据所述对象展示配置操作确定的;
    根据所述对象展示配置操作,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
    响应于展示第一分组的操作,基于所述第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表并展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标对象筛选条件包括如下中的一种或多种:
    目标分组下的所有消息;
    目标分组下的新消息;
    目标分组下的提及我的消息;
    目标分组下的提及我的新消息;
    目标分组下的提及所有人的消息;
    目标分组下的提及所有人的新消息;
    目标分组下的包含预设关键字的消息;
    目标分组下的包含预设关键字的新消息;
    目标分组下的特定联系人发送的消息;
    目标分组下的特定联系人发送的新消息;
    目标分组下0个消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述客户端界面上展示分组管理页面;所述分组管理页面上展示有第一分组的标识信息和至少一个第二分组的标识信息;
    所述响应于在通信系统客户端界面中的预设触发操作,展示目标分组的分组配置页面,包括:
    响应于针对所述分组管理页面中编辑控件的触发操作,展示所述分组配置页面;
    所述根据所述对象展示配置操作,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,包括:
    响应于针对所述分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,根据所述对象展示配置操作,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述分组配置页面上展示有所述目标分组对应的第一控件;
    所述接收利用所述分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,包括:
    响应于针对所述目标分组对应的第一控件的触发操作,展示对象展示状态设置页面;
    接收利用所述对象展示状态设置页面触发的对象展示配置操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述目标分组包括至少一个对象聚合子组;
    所述响应于针对所述目标分组对应的第一控件的触发操作,展示对象展示状态设置页面,包括:
    响应于针对所述目标分组对应的第一控件的触发操作,展示子组聚合页;所述子组聚合页上展示有所述至少一个对象聚合子组对应的第二控件;
    响应于针对所述至少一个对象聚合子组中目标子组对应的第二控件的触发操作,展示所述对象展示状态设置页面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述对象展示状态设置页面包括至少一个展示状态候选项;
    所述对象展示配置操作包括针对所述至少一个展示状态候选项中目标项触发的选择操作。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述对象展示状态设置页面包括至少一个展示状态候选项;所述至少一个展示状态候选项包括第一类候选项和第二类候选项;
    所述接收利用所述对象展示状态设置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,包括:
    接收针对所述对象展示状态设置页面中所述第一类候选项触发的选择操作;
    或者,
    所述接收利用所述对象展示状态设置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,包括:
    接收针对所述对象展示状态设置页面中所述第二类候选项触发的选择操作,并展示所述第二类候选项对应的至少一个候选约束条件;
    接收针对所述至少一个候选约束条件中目标约束条件的选择操作;所述对象展示配置操作包括针对所述第二类候选项和所述目标约束条件的选择操作。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述分组配置页面上展示有所述目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息;
    所述接收利用所述分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述分组配置页面中将所述目标分组对应的对象展示描述信息更新为用于描述所述目标对象筛选条件的对象展示描述信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述分组配置页面上展示有所述至少一个第二分组中待调整分组对应的第三控件、以及所述待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息;所述分组配置页面包括第一区域和第二区域;
    所述展示目标分组的分组配置页面之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息为第一对象展示描述信息,而且所述第一对象展示描述信息用于表示从所述待调整分组中选用部分会话或者不从所述待调整分组中选用任何会话时,响应于针对所述待调整分组对应的第三控件的触发操作,将所述待调整分组从所述第一区域移动至所述第二区域,并将所述待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从所述第一对象展示描述信息切换为预设对象展示描述信息;所述预设对象展示描述信息用于表示从所述待调整分组中选用所有会话。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,若所述待调整分组属于预设分组类,则根据所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件,并利用满足所述待调整分组对应的筛选条件且满足所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件的历史会话和/或消息,更新所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表;
    若所述待调整分组不属于预设分组类,则根据所述预设对象展示描述信息对应的对象筛选条件,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述将所述待调整分组从所述第一区域移动至所述第二区域之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述第二区域内展示的待调整分组触发的第一预设操作,将所述待调整分组从所述第二区域移动至所述第一区域,并在所述分组配置页面中将所述待调整分组对应的对象展示描述信息从所述预设对象展示描述信息切换为所述第一对象展示描述信息。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述分组配置页面中编辑生效控件的触发操作,从所述分组配置页面切换至所述分组管理页面;
    所述响应于展示第一分组的操作,基于所述第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表并展示,包括:
    响应于针对所述分组管理页面触发的第二预设操作,展示对象聚合页面,并在所述对象聚合页面上展示所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表;所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表是基于所述第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得的。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述目标对象筛选条件用于从所述目标分组中选用部分或者全部新会话和/或新消息;
    所述展示对象聚合页面之后,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的第一待展示对象之后,利用所述第一待展示对象更新所述对象聚合页面上所展示的第一分组;
    响应于针对所述对象聚合页面触发的对象阅读操作,展示对象展示界面,并在所述对象展示界面中展示所述第一待展示对象;
    响应于第一切换操作,将所述对象聚合页面中所展示的第一分组切换为待查看分组;
    响应于第二切换操作,从所述第一分组中删除所述第一待展示对象,并将所述对象聚合页面中 所展示的待查看分组切换为所述第一分组。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个第二分组中待处理分组与所述目标分组之间存在预设从属关系;
    所述对象展示配置操作用于指示:将满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,以及满足所述待处理分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在所述第一分组中展示。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当满足预设提醒条件时,在接收到第二待展示对象之后,展示会话提醒信息;所述第二待展示对象属于至少一个待使用分组;
    响应于针对所述会话提醒信息的触发操作,若所述至少一个待使用分组包括所述第一分组,则展示所述第一分组,并在所述第一分组中打开所述第二待展示对象;
    若所述至少一个待使用分组不包括所述第一分组,则展示所述至少一个待使用分组中目标使用组,并在所述目标使用组中打开所述第二待展示对象;所述目标使用组对应的对象展示配置操作的触发时刻晚于所述至少一个待使用分组中除了所述目标使用组以外其他任意一个分组对应的对象展示配置操作的触发时刻。
  16. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第一展示单元,用于响应于在通信系统客户端界面中的预设触发操作,展示目标分组的分组配置页面;其中,所述通信系统包括第一分组和至少一个第二分组,所述目标分组为所述至少一个第二分组中的任一个,所述第二分组包括满足所述第二分组对应的对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息;
    第一接收单元,用于接收利用所述分组配置页面触发的对象展示配置操作,所述对象展示配置操作用于指示:将满足所述目标分组对应的筛选条件且满足目标对象筛选条件的会话和/或消息,在所述第一分组中展示;所述目标对象筛选条件是根据所述对象展示配置操作确定的;
    条件调整单元,用于根据所述对象展示配置操作,调整所述第一分组对应的对象筛选条件;
    第二展示单元,用于响应于展示第一分组的操作,基于所述第一分组的调整后的对象筛选条件获得所述第一分组的会话和/或消息列表并展示。
  17. 一种电子设备,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-15任一项所述的方法。
  18. 一种计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质中存储有指令或计算机程序,当所述指令或计算机程序在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-15任一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行权利要求1-15任一项所述的方法的程序代码。
