Abstract

The present application discloses a screen sharing device pairing method and pairing apparatus, and an electronic device. The pairing method can be applied to a screen sharing device, and a WiFi module is arranged on the screen sharing device. The method comprises: the screen sharing device receives an indication signal sent by a terminal device, searches for another AP in a nearby range by using the WiFi module, and sends related information of at least one found AP to the terminal device; the screen sharing device receives access information of a target device determined by the terminal device according to the related information of the at least one AP, and establishes a communication link between the screen sharing device and the target device according to the access information of the target device and an encryption mode of the AP associated with the target device. The present method can achieve pairing without inserting a screen sharing device into an intelligent tablet, a communication link between the screen sharing device and a target device is established according to access information of the target device and an encryption mode of an associated AP, thereby completing pairing between the screen sharing device and the target device, and achieving wireless screen mirroring.
