技术领域
本发明属于户外用品领域,涉及一种折叠椅。
背景技术
折叠椅具有可以收折、便于携带的特点,而被应用于户外活动中,如露营、野餐中。折叠椅通常包括可折叠的椅架、设在椅架上的布套,布套被椅架撑开而支撑人体。椅架通常包括多个枢接的杆件,从而能够相对展开和折叠。然而,目前的折叠椅结构较为复杂且成本较高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种改进的折叠椅,在保证较好的结构稳定性的前提下,使结构简单且成本较低。
本发明的第一个方面提供一种折叠椅,其具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述折叠椅包括:
上铰接座;
多个支撑腿,各所述支撑腿分别具有可转动地连接于所述上铰接座的上端部和用于撑在地面上的下端部;
下铰接座,其位于所述上铰接座的下方;及
多个上支杆,各所述上支杆的下端部可转动地连接于所述下铰接座;
其中,每个所述支撑腿的中部还分别和一对应的所述上支杆相转动连接;所述折叠椅在所述展开状态时,所述多个支撑腿的下端部相对展开,所述多个上支杆的上端部相对展开,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座直接相接或间接连接;所述折叠椅在所述折叠状态时,所述多个支撑腿的下端部相互靠拢,所述多个上支杆的上端部相互靠拢,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座相互分离。
在一优选的实施例中,所述折叠椅在展开状态时,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座相互抵接。其中,上铰接座和下铰接组之间不再设置其他中间连接部件,上铰接座和下铰接座直接抵紧接触或连接,如插接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以互相结合。
实施例1
参照图1至图5所示,本实施例提供一种户外用的折叠椅,其具有如图1所示的展开状 态和如图5所示的折叠状态。该折叠椅包括:上铰接座11、多个支撑腿12、下铰接座13和多个上支杆14。该折叠椅还包括支撑布套,支撑布套连接于多个上支杆14上,构成支撑臀部的座椅部分,还可进一步构成支撑背部的靠背部分。折叠椅在展开状态时,布套被多个上支杆14撑开,以支撑人体。
进一步地,上铰接座11包括多个径向向外延伸的上铰接部111,多个上铰接部111沿上铰接座11的圆周方向间隔分布。各个支撑腿12分别具有可转动地连接于上铰接座11的上端部121和用于撑在地面上的下端部。上铰接部111具体为铰接槽,该铰接槽具有开放设置的下侧和外侧,以和支撑腿12铰接;其中,支撑腿12的上端部121插于该铰接槽中并相互铰接。此处,方位词“外侧”是以上铰接座11的几何中心为参照定义的,以距上铰接座11的几何中心较远的一侧为外侧。
下铰接座13位于上铰接座11的下方,上铰接座11和下铰接座13可直接或间接连接;本实施例中,上铰接座11和下铰接座13通过下述的连杆16间接连接。各上支杆14的下端部可转动地连接于下铰接座13。下铰接座13具体为铰接槽,该铰接座具有开放设置的上侧和外侧,以和上支杆14相铰接;其中,上支杆12的下端部插入该交接槽中并相互铰接。此处,方位词“外侧”是以下铰接座13的几何中心为参照定义的,以距下铰接座13的几何中心较远的一侧为外侧。
每个支撑腿12的中部还分别和一对应的上支杆14相转动连接,多个支撑腿12和多个上支杆14交错设置。具体地,上支杆14具有连接套143,连接套143和支撑腿12相转动连接。
更进一步地,参照图1和图2所示,下铰接座13具有第一下铰接部131和第二下铰接部132,第一下铰接部131高于第二下铰接部132,相邻两个支撑腿12之间仅设置一个第一下铰接部131或一个第二下铰接部132,在俯视视角下,第一下铰接部131或第二下铰接部132位于相邻两个上铰接部111之间。
多个上支杆14包括两个前撑杆141和两个靠背杆142,各前撑杆141的下端部和第一下铰接部131转动连接,各靠背杆142的下端部和第二下铰接部132转动连接,这使得前撑杆141的倾斜程度小于靠背杆142的倾斜程度,更符合人体工学,在使用折叠椅时会比较舒适。
还需要说明的是:任意相邻两个上铰接部111之间形成有上收容槽,折叠椅在折叠状态后,上支杆14向上铰接座11靠近,并被收容在上收容槽中;类似地,相邻第一下铰接部131 之间、相邻第二下铰接部132之间、第一下铰接部131和第二下铰接部132之间分别形成有下收容槽,折叠椅在折叠状态后,支撑腿12向上铰接座11靠近,并被收容在下收容槽中。此外,上述提及的“转动连接”具体是枢轴连接。
各支撑腿12的下端部设置有脚垫17,脚垫17具有支撑表面171,折叠椅在展开状态时,各脚垫17的支撑表面171位于同一平面内。
各前撑杆141、靠背杆142或支撑腿12为伸缩杆。具体地,参照图1所示,前撑杆141包括两个相套接且能够相对伸缩的杆件15,靠背杆142包括三个相套接且能够相对伸缩的杆件15,支撑腿12包括两个相套接且能够相对伸缩的杆件15,由此该折叠椅能够适应性的调整高度,且在折叠收纳之后,体积较小。
参照图3和图4所示,上铰接座11和下铰接座13中的一者上设置有一连杆16,另一者和连杆16可拆卸地连接。具体到本实施例中,上铰接座11上设置有连杆16,下铰接座13和连杆16可拆卸地连接。上铰接座11或下铰接座13上设有供连杆16插入的插接槽133,具体到本实施例中,下铰接座13上设有插接槽133,连杆16的下端部可脱离地插接于该插接槽133中。
该折叠椅在展开状态时,多个支撑腿12的下端部相对展开,多个上支杆14的上端部相对展开,连杆16连接于上铰接座11和下铰接座13之间;具体地,连杆16的下端部插于下铰接座13的插接槽133中。该折叠椅在折叠状态时,多个支撑腿12的下端部相互靠拢,多个上支杆14的上端部相互靠拢,连杆16和下铰接座13相分离,上铰接座11和下铰接13座相互分离;具体地,连杆16的下端部脱离下铰接座13的插接槽133。
本实施例中的支撑腿12和上支杆14的数量均为四个,且上支杆14和支撑腿12均具有能够相套接且能够相对伸缩的杆件15,该折叠椅伸缩折叠后体积较小,减小包装尺寸;通过在折叠椅的中心设置上铰接座11和下铰接座13,分别将支撑腿12和上支杆14连接起来,多个支撑腿12和多个上支杆14交错设置,即每两个支撑腿12之间收容一个上支杆14,合理利用空间,折叠后体积较小;上铰接座11上设有连杆16,下铰接座13与连杆16可拆卸地连接,在展开状态时,连杆16连接于上铰接座11和下铰接座13之间,具有较好的结构稳定性;第一下铰接部和第二下铰接部采用高低错落的方式设置,靠背杆的倾斜角度较小(即较为接近竖直面),从而能对使用者的背部进行较好的支撑;前撑杆的倾斜角度较大(即较 为接近水平面),前撑杆和靠背杆之间的间距增大,提高了使用舒适性。
本实施例的折叠椅结构简单且成本较低,在展开状态时,多个支撑腿12的下端部相对展开,多个上支杆14的上端部相对展开,连杆16连接于上铰接座11和下铰接座13之间,折叠椅由展开状态转向折叠状态时,向上拉上铰接座11,支撑腿12和上支杆14会随之翻转(如图4所示),接着收缩各个支撑腿12和各上支杆14的杆件15至图5所示的状态,折叠收纳后的体积较小。
实施例2
参照图6至图9所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:上铰接座11和下铰接座13之间不通过任何杆件直接连接,其他基本同实施例1。参照图6至图9所示,上铰接座11的中部向下延伸,下铰接座13的中部向上延伸,上铰接座11和下铰接座13之间除了多个上支杆14和多个支撑腿12,无其它任何连接部件。当该折叠椅在如图8所示的展开状态时,上铰接座11和下铰接座13相互抵接,更具体地,上铰接座11和下铰接座13相互抵接;该折叠椅在如图9所示的在折叠状态时,上铰接座11和下铰接座13相分离。
上铰接座11的中部具有向下延伸的下延伸段,下延伸段上开设有插接槽。下铰接座13的中部具有向上延伸的上延伸段,上延伸段的上端部形成插接部。折叠椅展开时,上铰接座11和下铰接座13相互靠近,上延伸段的上端部逐渐插入到下延伸段的插接槽内;折叠椅折叠时,上铰接座11和下铰接座13相对远离,上延伸段的上端部逐渐脱离下延伸段的插接槽。上延伸段的高度、下延伸段的高度或二者的高度之和均小于上支杆14或支撑腿12收缩后的长度。
如本说明书和权利要求书中所示,术语“包括”与“包含”仅提示包括已明确标识的步骤和元素,而这些步骤和元素不构成一个排它性的罗列,方法或者设备也可能包含其他的步骤或元素。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的组合。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种折叠椅,其具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述折叠椅包括:
    上铰接座;
    多个支撑腿,分别具有可转动地连接于所述上铰接座的上端部和用于撑在地面上的下端部;
    下铰接座,其位于所述上铰接座的下方;
    多个上支杆,各所述上支杆的下端部可转动地连接于所述下铰接座;
    每个所述支撑腿的中部还分别和一对应的所述上支杆相转动连接;其特征在于,所述折叠椅在所述展开状态时,所述多个支撑腿的下端部相对展开,所述多个上支杆的上端部相对展开,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座直接相接或间接连接;所述折叠椅在所述折叠状态时,所述多个支撑腿的下端部相互靠拢,所述多个上支杆的上端部相互靠拢,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座相互分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述折叠椅在展开状态时,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座相互抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座中的一个部件上设有插接槽,另一个部件上设有插接部;所述折叠椅在展开状态时,所述插接部插于所述插接槽中;所述折叠椅在折叠状态时,所述插接部脱离所述插接槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接座的中部具有向下延伸的下延伸段,所述插接槽开设于所述下延伸段上;所述下铰接座的中部具有向上延伸的上延伸段,所述插接部形成于所述上延伸段的上端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座中的一者上设置有一连杆,另一者和所述连杆可拆卸地连接;所述折叠椅在展开状态时,所述连杆连接于所述上铰接座和所述下铰接座之间;所述折叠椅在折叠状态时,所述连杆和所述上铰接座或所述下铰接座相分离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接座或所述下铰接座上设有供所述连杆插入的插接槽;所述折叠椅在展开状态时,所述连杆的一端部插于所述插接槽中;所述折叠椅在折叠状态时,所述连杆脱离所述插接槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述下铰接座具有第一下铰接部和第二下铰接部,所述第一下铰接部高于所述第二下铰接部;所述多个上支杆包括前撑杆和靠背杆,所述前撑杆的下端部和所述第一下铰接部转动连接,所述靠背杆的下端部和所述第二下铰接部转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述前撑杆与水平面之间的夹角小于所述靠背杆与水平面之间的夹角。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述多个支撑腿和所述多个前撑杆交错设置;相邻两个支撑腿之间仅设置一个所述第一下铰接部或一个所述第二下铰接部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接座包括多个径向向外延伸的上铰接部,多个所述上铰接部沿圆周方向间隔分布;在俯视视角下,所述第一下铰接部或所述第二下铰接部位于相邻两个上铰接部之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,多个所述上铰接座在水平面上的正投影构成的图形轴对称,所述第一下铰接部及所述第二下铰接部在水平面上的正投影构成的图形中心对称且不轴对称。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上铰接部为铰接槽,该铰接槽具有开放设置的下侧及外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,各所述支撑腿的下端部设置有脚垫,所述脚垫具有支撑表面,所述折叠椅在所述展开状态时,各所述脚垫的支撑表面位于同一平面内。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述上支杆具有连接套,所述连接 套和所述支撑腿相转动连接。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述前撑杆、所述靠背杆或所述支撑腿为伸缩杆。
  16. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于,所述第一下铰接部和/或所述第二下铰接部为铰接槽,该铰接槽具有开放设置的上侧及外侧。
