Abstract

This cuff is a sphygmomanometer device without a bag, with one or more tubes i.e., it is a type of cuff for use in a blood pressure measuring device. The sphygmomanometer is used to measure one of the vital signs of humans and animals, which is the level of blood pressure in the vein. The cuff or airbag of the available sphygmomanometers is made of natural latex and placed inside a sewn fabric bag. This airbag is wrapped around the arm and on the artery and by pumping air inside it, the blood pressure of the person is determined. The cuff of the pressure measuring device claimed in this invention does not need a sewn fabric bag and it is one piece. The purpose of designing and manufacturing this type of sphygmomanometers cuff is to reduce its price and its disposable ability and to personalize it for each patient.

Claims
[Claim 1] The cuff of the home sphygmomanometer without a bag and with one or more tubes is a one-piece blood pressure cuff. It does not have an air bag made of latex, so it can be used for personal use, and it can also be a part of the personal belongings of each patient. This cuff can be connected to all blood pressure measuring devices and can be made for all people in different sizes. The cuff of the home blood pressure measuring device consists of: 1 . Air inlet and outlet tubes 2. Airbag 3. Additional parts 4. Adhesive zippers are formed, which are connected to each other by thermal stitching.
[Claim 2] According to claim No.1 , the air inlet and outlet tubes can be one or more pieces or they can be separate for inlet and outlet.
[Claim 3] According to claim No.1 , this cuff consists of: 1 . Air inlet and outlet tubes inserted into the airbag, 2. An airbag with specific dimensions made of aluminum foil or metalized, which is manufactured by thermal stitching, 3. An additional part with specific dimensions made of aluminum foil or metalized, which is made with thermal stitching, and 4. The adhesive zipper with specific dimensions is made of aluminum foil on both sides, with male and female adhesive for fixing it around the arm.
[Claim 4] According to claim No.1 , in the production of this cuff, the size must be according to the thermal sewing standard. This is sewn by a rectangular mold, exactly to the desired size, by electric current and the element embedded in it, all around the cuff and its components.
[Claim 5] According to claim No.1 , the Tube installed on the cuff has a specified width and length and has a tee that is in a certain part of the outer tube. Also, a tube, with the same diameter and a specific length, is connected to the third part of the tee, for the air inlet and outlet and placement of the air inlet and outlet pump. After the formation of the airbag, a maximum specified amount of tube length is inserted into the airbag at the right to be fixed with heat and special glue in the desired place.
[Claim 6] According to claim No.1 , the cuff of the home sphygmomanometer for adults in standard dimensions, for example, 14 x 50 cm, is a one-piece that includes the following items: 1 . Air inlet and outlet tubs inserted into the airbag, 2. Airbag with dimensions of 22 x 14 cm, made of aluminum foil or metalized, which is produced by thermal stitching. 3. An additional part with dimensions of 14 x 14 cm, made of aluminum foil or metalized, which is produced by thermal stitching, and 4. The adhesive zipper with dimensions of 14 x 14 cm is made of aluminum foil on both sides, with male and female adhesive, to wrap around the arm.
[Claim 7] According to claim No.1 , The cuff of the home sphygmomanometer used for children, in standard dimensions, for example, 9.5 x 37 cm, is a one- piece that has an airbag in dimensions of 9.5 x 18 cm.
[Claim 8] According to claim No.1 , the cuff for babies in standard dimensions, for example, 27 x 5.5 cm, is a one-piece that has an airbag in dimensions of 5.5 x 13 cm.
[Claim 9] According to claim No.1 , This is sewn by a rectangular mold, exactly to the desired size, by electric current and the element embedded in it, all around the cuff and its components (according to No.1 ). That is, it should be sewn to a width of 1 centimeter, and it is thermally sewn in a certain part of the male and female adhesive connection.
[Claim 10] According to claim No.1 , The tube installed on the cuff has an outer diameter of 8 mm and an inner diameter of 5 mm, in a length of 60 cm, which has a tee that is in the 40 cm part of the outer tube. Also, a tube of the same diameter and length of 30 cm is connected to the third part of the tee for the air inlet and outlet and the placement of the air inlet and outlet pump.
[Claim 11 ] According to claim No.1 , the tube is made of PVC, its outer diameter is 8 mm (+-0.2 mm) and its inner diameter is 5 mm. After forming the airbag, a maximum of 9 cm (this amount is 7 cm for children's cuffs and 3 cm for babies) of the length of the tubes is inserted into the airbag at the right end to be fixed in the desired place with heating and special glue.
