Abstract

An electrochemical appratus and an electric device. The electrochemical apparatus comprises a shell, a battery cell assembly, a circuit board and a first sealing member. The shell comprises a first housing and a second housing which are connected to each other, wherein the first housing is provided with a closed first space, the second housing and the first housing are connected to form a second space, and the second space is isolated from the first space. The battery cell assembly is arranged in the first space. The circuit board is arranged in the second space and is electrically connected to the battery cell assembly, and the circuit board comprises a plurality of components. The first sealing member is arranged in the second space and covers at least portion of the plurality of components. In the electrochemical apparatus, the shell hermetically protects the battery cell assembly by means of the first housing, and at least partially covers and protects the components on the circuit board by means of the first sealing member inside the second housing, such that the protection performance of the electrochemical apparatus can be improved, thereby reducing the influence of impurities in an external environment on the electrochemical apparatus.
