背景技术
当前,在线文档(例如在线表格)以其支持多人协作共享,利用表单完成数据收集,即时保存并保存修改记录,分权限管理,随时随地灵活高效等优点得到广泛应用,覆盖多个使用场景,例如销售管理、电商管理、教务教学管理、连锁店管理等。在一些使用场景里,例如销售管理,用户具有将数据信息在即时通讯应用中发送的需求,例如发送销售战报。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的目的在于提出一种发送消息的方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。
基于上述目的,第一方面,本公开提供了一种发送消息的方法,所述方法应用于在线文档,具体包括:
响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面;其中,所述发送消息流程用于在即时通讯应用发送消息;所述消息配置界面包括消息字段,所述消息字段包括消息标题、消息内容、消息控件中的至少一项;
获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑 结果并显示于所述消息配置界面;
响应于针对保存并启动的确认操作,保存并启动发送消息流程。
第二方面,本公开提供了一种发送消息的装置,所述装置包括:
触发模块;被配置为:响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面;其中,所述发送消息流程用于在即时通讯应用发送消息;所述消息配置界面包括消息字段,所述消息字段包括消息标题、消息内容、消息控件中的至少一项;

为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本公开进一步详细说明。
需要说明的是,除非另外定义,本公开实施例使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开实施例中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的 词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。
现有技术中,对于同时使用在线文档和即时通讯应用的用户,当其被在线文档中编辑的内容提及或者其他用户提及时,即时通信应用中能够收到在线文档的通知消息,该通知消息通常对应链接地址,以使用户能够通过该链接地址跳转至对应的在线文档。
如背景技术所述,销售管理、电商管理、教务教学管理、连锁店管理等使用场景里,用户具有将数据信息在即时通讯应用中发送的需求,例如发送销售战报。显然,现有技术在线文档向即时通讯应用发送消息针对用户个人,无法发送群消息,并且消息内容的形式单一的现状难以满足用户在多样化使用场景里的新需求。
鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种发送消息的方法,在创建发送消息流程的过程中,显示消息配置界面,使得用户通过编辑消息配置界面包括的消息字段,完成自动发送消息相关内容的配置,有助于满足向即时通讯应用的个人、群发送消息的需求。
参考图1,其为本公开实施例提供的发送消息的方法的应用系统100示意图。应用系统100可以是在线文档,例如google表格、石墨文档、讯飞文档等。
该系统100可以包括第一终端102、第一服务器104和第二终端106。其中,第一终端102和第二终端106仅用于区分不同的电子设备,不代表应用场景中电子设备的数量,在实际应用中,电子设备可以有多个,包括但不限于桌面计算机、移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、媒体播放器、智能可穿戴设备视、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)或其它能够实现上述功能的电子设备等。该第一终端102和第二终端106可以运行应用程序,并可以由该应用程序为用户提供相应的服务,例如,创建文档、修改文档等。示例性的,对于在线表格来说,创建自动化流程通常在PC端进行操作,而针对某一在线表格进行数据添加,则可以利用表单在移动端进行操作。
第一服务器104可以是单个服务器或者多个服务器,在多个服务器场景下,这些服务器之间可以采用分布式架构并且可以形成为服务器集群。
参考图2,其为本公开实施例提供的即时通信(Instant Messaging,简写 IM)应用系统200的示意图。该系统200可以包括第一终端202、第二服务器204和第二终端206。其中,第一终端202和第二终端206仅用于区分不同的电子设备,不代表应用场景中电子设备的数量,在实际应用中,电子设备可以有多个,包括但不限于桌面计算机、移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、媒体播放器、智能可穿戴设备视、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)或其它能够实现上述功能的电子设备等。该第一终端202和第二终端206可以运行应用程序,并可以由该应用程序为用户提供相应的服务,例如,聊天服务等。类似地,第二服务器204可以是单个服务器或者多个服务器,在多个服务器场景下,这些服务器之间可以采用分布式架构并且可以形成为服务器集群。
图3示出了本公开实施例所提供的在线文档和即时通信应用间的交互示意图。第一服务器104能够接收第一用户于在线文档提出的交互请求并将该请求推送至第二服务器204,第二服务器204在收到所述交互请求后,能够将所述交互请求发送至第一用户指定的第二用户。在一些实施例中,若第二服务器204无法将交互请求发送至第二用户,其能够在第一用户对应的即时通信的终端向第一用户进行提醒,也可以向第一服务器104反馈相应结果。对于该结果,第一服务器104可以选择作为运行日志保留。
需要说明的是,第一用户同时具有在线文档和即时通信应用的账号,且基于预设的条件,在线文档和即时通信应用能够对第一用户的两个账号进行绑定,以使第一用户能够利用即时通信应用中的社交网络关系。
示例性的,在线表格是即时通讯应用属于同一应用平台,在线表格的用户账号和即时通信应用采用同一账号。
需要注意的是,上述对在线文档和即时通信应用的描述仅是为了便于理解本公开的精神和原理而示出,本公开的实施方式在此方面不受任何限制。相反,本公开的实施方式可以应用于适用的任何应用。
下面,结合图4A~图8,对本公开提供的发送消息的方法进行详细说明,其中,图7和图8示出了发送消息的流程图。具体包括:
步骤S701:响应于创建自动化流程的触发操作,显示流程配置界面;其中,所述流程配置界面包括触发条件界面411和待选流程界面412;其中,待选流程界面412包括发送消息流程。
在一些实施例中,图4A示出了进入创建自动化流程的界面,所述界面上显示有创建自动化流程的功能键,用户通过点击所述功能键,即可触发创建自动化流程。
在一些实施例中,流程配置界面如图4B所示。图4B左侧示出了触发条件界面411,右侧为待选流程界面412。
需要说明的是,触发条件可以是添加新记录时、记录内容变更时、定时触发等,这里不做具体限定。通过图中的下拉菜单可以对触发条件进行选择。此外,还可以设定同时满足的其他条件,也就是说,可以设定同时满足多个条件实现自动化流程的触发,这里不再详述。
待选流程界面示出的待选流程除了发送消息流程之外,还可以包括新增记录、修改记录、查找记录等,这里不做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,流程配置界面还示出了标题栏413,标题栏413显示用户接下来创建的自动化流程的命名,以便于区分其他自动化流程。
步骤S702:响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面(图5A、图5C);其中,发送消息流程用于在即时通讯应用发送消息;消息配置界面包括至少一个发送对象类型。
示例性的,图5A和图5C中示出了两类发送对象,分别是个人和群。
需要说明的是,这里发送至个人,可以是发送给即时通讯应用中的联系人列表中的个人,也可以是发送给群中的每一个人。这里是发送至群是将消息发送至群中。
步骤S703:基于选中的发送对象类型,消息配置界面示出对应的消息字段。这里,所述消息字段包括消息标题、消息内容、消息控件中的至少一项。
示例性的,请参阅图5A,响应于发送对象类型为个人,消息字段包括发送人、接收人、消息标题、消息内容和消息控件。
示例性的,请参阅图5C,响应于发送对象类型为群,消息字段包括发送人、接收群、消息标题、消息内容和消息控件。
进一步地,如图5F所示,发送人的选项包括第一机器人和第二机器人中的至少一者;其中,第一机器人预设于即时通讯应用内且能够向即时通讯应用的每一用户发送消息;其中,第二机器人预设于即时通讯应用的群组内且能够向对应群组发送消息。
在一些实施例中,响应于发送对象类型为个人,发送人的选项配置为第一机器人。这里,当发送对象为个人时,默认第一机器人为发送人,相应的,发送人的选项置灰处理,以表明第一机器人为默认发送人,如图5A所示。
在一些实施例中,响应于发送对象类型为群,发送人的选项配置为第一机器人和第二机器人。本领域技术人员能够理解的,用户可以选择第一机器人或第二机器人作为发送人。
步骤S704:获取对消息字段的编辑操作,并基于编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于消息配置界面。
具体地,如图5G所示,响应于确定第二机器人为发送人,在配置消息界面显示机器人消息地址和至少一地址栏;其中,地址栏用于输入第二机器人的消息地址。需要说明的是,由于第二机器人预设于即时通讯应用的群内,通常第二机器人的消息地址为webhook地址。
这里,若第二机器人是用户在即时通信应用的群中创建过的机器人,可以直接复制相应的webhook地址填写于地址栏;若第二机器人还未在即时通信应用的群中创建,则需要用户前往即时通信应用的群中添加自定义机器人以获取相应的webhook地址。
可选地,消息配置界面还包括第一提示标522。当用户点击第一提示标522,可以示出如下提示文案:请在群设置->群机器人中添加自定义机器人或选择你创建过的机器人,然后复制机器人的webhook地址填写到此处。采用这样的方式,为用户编辑消息字段提供说明,能够有效降低用户的操作难度,提高用户创建自动化流程的效率。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图5H,配置消息界面还包括添加地址项524;响应于添加地址项的触发操作,增加地址栏。这里,地址栏的数量对应第二机器人的数量,也就是接收群的数量。
可选地,单个节点接收群的上限是5个。示例性的,对于一个触发条件,接收群的上限为5个。
可选地,单个流程接收群的上限是5个。示例性的,若一个自动化发送消息流程包括三个触发条件,也就是满足三个条件可以分别发送消息,则三个触发条件接收群的总上限为10个。
在一些实施例中,图5H所示,响应于第二机器人的消息地址的输入操 作,依据消息地址规则对消息地址进行校验;响应于消息地址不正确,则依据预设文案进行报错。其中,报错区523位于错误地址下方。
示例性的,第二机器人的webhook地址应符合如下https://open.xxxxx.cn/open-apis/bot/v2/hook/[hook_id],若输入地址不符合规则,则依据“webhook地址不正确,请检查”报错。
通过设置第一机器人和第二机器人,增加了发送人的类型,实现了向个人和群发送消息,扩大了发送消息的范围。
在一些实施例中,如图5A、5D所示,接收人/接收群配置有搜索栏;
响应于针对搜索内容的输入操作,向即时通讯应用发送搜索通信录中的个人、群的请求;可选地,第一服务器104向第二服务器204发送请求。
获取并显示即时通讯应用反馈的搜索结果;可选地,第二服务器204向第一服务器104反馈,第一服务器104向用户终端反馈。
响应于针对搜索结果中的个人和/或群的选择操作,添加对应个人和/或群为接收人和/或接收群。
需要说明的是,响应于接收人,由于发送给每一群主成员,因此搜索结果反馈通信录中的外部联系人、不展示外部群。
响应于接收群,搜索结果反馈通信录中的内部群和外部群。
示例性地,响应于发送对象类型为个人,接收人被配置为支持添加个人、内部群以及个人和内部群的组合。应当理解的是,对于内部群,接收人是内部群中的每一个人,而非发送群消息。
由于向群中的每一个人发送消息,为避免信息干扰,在一些实施例中,如图5B所示,响应于接收人包括群,则消息配置界面还包括位于接收人下方区域的第二提示标511,以使用户建立发送消息到每一位群组成员的预期。第二提示标的提示文案可以是“相关通知将通过“第一机器人”的身份发送给每一位群组成员,请合理使用通知功能,避免信息打扰。当前仅支持给200人以内的群组成员发送消息”。
进一步地,对于群的成员数量进行限定。若所选群超过预定人数,该群发送失败并且自动反馈用户。
示例性地,响应于发送对象类型为群,接收群被配置为支持添加内部群和外部群。这里,对于群的数量,也有如前所述的限定,不再赘述。可选地, 对于群的人数,不做限定。
如图6A~图6C示出了对消息标题和消息内容字段进行编辑时的部分页面示意图。
如图6B所示,消息标题配置有调色盘612;所述方法具体包括:
响应于针对调色盘的触发操作,显示出至少两种颜色;这里,至少两种颜色包括浅蓝色、青绿色、深红色、蓝紫色、紫色、靛青和灰色中的至少两者。
响应于针对至少两种颜色的任一种的选择操作,确定消息标题的背景色以及与背景色配套的字体颜色。
应当理解的是,消息标题的背景色默认为透明。
进一步地,响应于对所述消息标题的背景色进行编辑,配置所述消息标题在所述即时通讯应用的消息卡片中以选定的背景色和配套的字体颜色显示。这样的方式,有利于增加消息标题的辨识度和美观性。
在一些实施例中,如图6A所示,消息内容被配置为支持预设文本标记语法;其中,预设文本标记语法用于调整文本的格式。可选地,第三提示标611示出预设文本标记语言的部分内容。
示例性的,预设文本标记语法是MarkDown语法。MarkDown语法实现加粗、斜体、文字链接、@人、分割线等能力。第三提示标611的文案:可以是“MarkDown语法,加粗:**文字**,斜体:_文字_,文字链接:[文字]”。
进一步地,响应于采用预设文本标记语法对所述消息内容进行编辑,配置所述消息内容在所述即时通讯应用的消息卡片中以预设文本标记语法对应的效果显示。这样的方式,有利于增加消息内容的辨识度、丰富性和美观性,满足用户多样性展示消息内容的需求。
示例性的,预设文本标记语法是MarkDown语法,消息内容中编辑为“**文字**”,则对应于在消息卡片中“文字”被加粗显示。
在一些实施例中,如图6B所示,消息标题配置有第一引用标记615;消息内容配置有第二引用标记616;获取对消息字段的编辑操作,并基于编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于消息配置界面的步骤,具体包括:
响应于第一引用标记615或第二引用标记616的触发操作,显示至少一 待选项目613(如图6C所示);
响应于针对待选项目的选中操作,依据选中的待选项目,匹配对并显示对应的效果界面614(如图6C所示);其中,所述效果界面614包括在消息内容显示选中的项目(图中未示出)或者供用户选择的后续选项(如图6C所示)。
示例性的,待选项目是自然时间,则对应的效果界面包括将自然时间字段显示在消息内容字段。
示例性的,待选项目是第一图片,则对应的效果界面包括供用户选择的目标图片的后续选项。需要说明的是,后续选项可以具有多个层级,根据用户的选中操作,效果界面可以逐步显示后续选项以确保用户能够选中目标图片。例如,图片地址在本地D盘,第一文件夹下的第一子文件夹,则后续选项包括三个层级,分别显示包括D盘、第一文件夹和第一子文件夹的效果界面。
示例性的,在在线表格中,用户可以通过效果界面614选择触发条件中包括的新增记录,接着选择记录中的某一字段。
在一些实施例中,待选项目包括第一图片;所述后续选项用于指定第一图片对应的目标图片;所述方法还包括:
响应于所述目标图片的确定操作,将目标图片发送给第一机器人以获取目标图片的图片地址;以及以预定格式在所述消息配置界面的消息内容中展示目标图片。
可选地,目标图片的地址是image-key;即时通信应用可以根据图片地址查找目标图片并展示于聊天界面的消息内容中。
可选地,在消息内容部分第一图片以预定格式展示,例如“图片|$图片名称$”。
可选地,第一图片来自本地图片。
在一些实施例中,所述后续选项包括在线文档的信息类别,以使对应信息类别的信息内容能够嵌入消息标题或消息内容。
进一步地,还包括:
响应于信息类别对应为第二图片,将第二图片对应的目标图片发送给第一机器人以获取目标图片的图片地址;以及在消息配置界面的消息内容中展 示目标图片对应的字段名称。也就是说,本发送消息的方法支持选择在线文档中的图片作为消息内容发送至即时通信应用的接收人/接收群。应当理解的是,信息类别对应的附件不是图片格式,则跳过。
响应于信息类别对应为人员,则在消息配置界面的消息内容中转换为指向人员;这里,指向人员可以采用@人员的形式表示。
响应于信息类别对应为文本,则在消息配置界面的消息内容中展示文本对应的类别名称。
需要说明的是,本公开的发送消息的方法具有触发条件,例如新录入的信息,因此在编辑消息内容的过程中,信息的具体内容还无法确定。由此,在消息内容部分展示对应类型名称、第二图片对应的字段名称。
这里,第一图片和第二图片的格式可以是JEPG(.jpg)、PNG(.png)、GIF(.gif)、TIFF(.tif)、PSD(.psd)、RAW(.dng/.cr2/.nef),不做具体限定。
可选地,第一图片和第二图片的大小不超过10MB。可选地,每条消息图片展示上限为5个。
在一些实施例中,响应于所述信息类别的选定操作,配置所述信息类别对应的信息内容在所述即时通讯应用的消息卡片中显示,从实现具体消息内容的嵌入。例如,信息类别是图片,则在消息卡片中显示目标图片;又如,信息类别是销售数据,则在消息卡片中显示具体的销售数据值。
在一些实施例中,如图6D、6E所示,消息控件包括是否添加按钮选项;其中,按钮623用于在消息中设置链接;所述方法还包括:
响应于添加按钮选项的触发操作,消息配置界面显示按钮标题输入框和跳转至输入框。应当理解的是,按钮标题输入框用于输入按钮标题;跳转至输入框用于输入链接地址。
进一步地,消息配置界面还包括增加按钮项;响应于增加按钮项的触发操作,消息配置界面增加按钮标题输入框和跳转地址输入框。
例如,按钮2以及对应的按钮标题输入框和跳转至输入框;按钮3以及对应的按钮标题输入框和跳转至输入框,图中未示出。
可选地,按钮的数量上限为3个;标题的文字上限是15个字。
进一步地,响应于所述按钮为多个,配置多个所述按钮于所述即时通讯应用中的消息卡片同行显示。通过设置同行显示,视觉效果更加整齐美观, 而且有助于用户看到全部按钮,提高按钮的视觉曝光度,避免漏看。
在一些实施例中,参考图6E,消息标题、消息内容和消息控件被配置为形成即时通讯应用中的消息卡片621。
具体地,依据所述消息标题、所述消息内容和所述消息控件在所述消息配置界面的位置顺序,确定所述消息标题、所述消息内容和所述消息控件在所述消息卡片中的位置顺序。通过这样的设置,有助于用户提前预测消息卡片的视觉显示效果,便于用户对消息字段进行有预见性性的编辑操作,提高消息字段的编辑准确性和美观性。
示例性的,消息控件位于所述消息内容的下面,则消息控件位于消息卡片的底部。
进一步地,响应于所述消息内容包括文本和图片,依据所述文本和所述图片的位置顺序配置所述文本和所述图片在所述消息卡片中的位置顺序且所述文本和所述图片异行显示。这里,图片可以来自本地图片(对应第一图片)也可以来自在线文档(对应第二图片),这里不做具体限定。
通过设置文本和图片异行显示,有助于确保图片在消息卡片中处于适宜位置,避免因文字和图片同行而导致文字被忽略、图片偏移等问题。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
配置来源说明,来源说明622被配置为显示于消息卡片的下方;其中,来源说明包括创建发送消息流程的账号名称。
示例性的,来源说明可以是“来自:用户名称的自动化流程查看在线表格”。这里,用户名称、查看在线表格可以依据自动发送消息的流程的具体配置发生变化。
可选地,来源说明还配置有分割线,用于区分消息正文和来源说明。
需要说明的是,本公开的方法发送的消息卡片的属性符合即时通信应用的通用标准。
可选地,所述消息卡片根据屏幕宽度动态调整消息卡片宽度。可选地,所述消息卡片不支持国际化卡片内容。可选地,所述消息卡片的文本信息不超过30KB,其中,图片的image_key长度算入30KB限制中,图片本身的大小不算,如果超过,则运行日志显示运行失败。
可选地,消息内容中禁止指向全员,例如@全体成员。
此外,即时通信的机器审核可以对消息卡片进行审核。
通过设置调色盘、支持预设文本标记语法、支持插入图片等,消息内容更加丰富,且能够以消息卡片的形式显示,更加美观。
在一些实施例中,如图5A~图6D所示,消息配置界面还包括预览功能键;所述方法还包括:
响应于预览功能键的触发操作,基于编辑过的消息标题和消息内容,按照预设的预览规则向即时通讯应用的预览账号发送消息卡片(如图6E所示);其中,预览账号对应于创建发送消息流程的账号。
通过预览可以测试消息卡片中的变量内容,对消息字段的设置进行检查,以便即使发现问题。若触发条件是新增某一数据,则由于没有对应触发条件的数据,可以按以下方式呈现预览,例如:内容引用字段变量,多行文本的记录转化成【字段】;按钮链接引用记录链接,那链接显示文本【记录链接】,自然就无法跳转;内容引用自然时间,则发出发送预览的当前时间。
可选地,若预览失败,则进行提醒以便于用户查找原因。
步骤S705:响应于针对保存并启动的确认操作,保存并启动发送消息流程。
在一些实施例中,如图5E所示,响应于发送对象类型为群且发送人为第一机器人;消息配置界面还包括第四提示标521,用于提示第一机器人将被自动添加至接受群组。
进一步地,保存并启动发送消息流程的步骤包括:
向即时通讯应用发送添加请求;添加请求包括将第一机器人添加至接收群下对应的每一群;其中,第一机器人的权限根据每一群对应的群管理设置和创建发送消息流程的账号于对应群中的身份确定。
示例性的,群管理设置为“仅群主和群管理员可以添加群成员”时,若创建自动化发送消息流程的账号不是群主或群管理员,则无法添加第一机器人,此时IM提示失败“仅群主和管理员可添加机器人”,在线文档运行日志显示运行失败并说明失败原因。
示例性的,群管理设置为“仅群主和群管理员可以在此群发言”时,若创建自动化发送消息流程的账号不是群主或群管理员,在自动化触发后IM显示第一机器人被邀请进群但不允许推送消息,在线文档运行日志显示运行 失败并说明失败原因。
示例性的,若符合权限要求,则拉群成功,IM群内提示“账号名称邀请第一机器人加入群聊,新成员入群可查看所有历史消息”。
可选地,消息配置界面包括是否启动功能项,若选择启动功能项,则对应示出保存并启动功能键;否则,示出保存为草稿功能键。
步骤S706:响应于满足发送消息的触发条件,执行发送消息流程。这里,执行发送消息流程包括向即时通信应用推送发送消息的请求等,不再详述。

基于同一发明构思,与上述任意实施例方法相对应的,本公开还提供了一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现上任意一实施例所述的发送消息的方法。
图10示出了本实施例所提供的一种更为具体的电子设备硬件结构示意图,该设备可以包括:处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030、通信接口1040和总线1050。其中处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030和通信接口1040通过总线1050实现彼此之间在设备内部的通信连接。
处理器1010可以采用通用的CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、微处理器、应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、或者一个或多个集成电路等方式实现,用于执行相关程序,以实现本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案。
存储器1020可以采用ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、静态存储设备,动态存储设备等形式实现。存储器1020可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序,在通过软件或者固件来实现本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案时,相关的程序代码保存在存储器1020中,并由处理器1010来调用执行。
输入/输出接口1030用于连接输入/输出模块,以实现信息输入及输出。输入输出/模块可以作为组件配置在设备中(图中未示出),也可以外接于设备以提供相应功能。其中输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏、麦克风、各类传感器等,输出设备可以包括显示器、扬声器、振动器、指示灯等。
通信接口1040用于连接通信模块(图中未示出),以实现本设备与其他设备的通信交互。其中通信模块可以通过有线方式(例如USB、网线等)实现通信,也可以通过无线方式(例如移动网络、WIFI、蓝牙等)实现通信。
总线1050包括一通路,在设备的各个组件(例如处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030和通信接口1040)之间传输信息。

  1. 一种发送消息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面;其中,所述发送消息流程用于向即时通讯应用发送消息;所述消息配置界面包括消息字段,所述消息字段包括消息标题、消息内容、消息控件中的至少一项;
    获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面;
    响应于针对保存并启动的确认操作,保存并启动所述发送消息流程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面的步骤之前,还包括:
    响应于创建自动化流程的触发操作,显示流程配置界面;其中,所述流程配置界面包括触发条件界面和待选流程界面;其中,所述待选流程界面包括发送消息流程。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保存并启动所述发送消息流程的步骤之后,还包括:
    响应于满足发送消息流程的触发条件,执行所述发送消息流程。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息配置界面包括至少一个发送对象类型;所述方法包括:
    基于选中的发送对象类型,所述消息配置界面示出对应的消息字段。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发送人的选项包括第一机器人和第二机器人中的至少一者;
    其中,所述第一机器人预设于所述即时通讯应用内且能够向所述即时通讯应用的每一用户发送消息;
    其中,所述第二机器人预设于所述即时通讯应用的群组内且能够向对应群组发送消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述发送对象类型为个人,所述发送人的选项配置为第一机器人;或
    响应于所述发送对象类型为群,所述发送人的选项配置为第一机器人和第二机器人。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面的步骤,具体包括:
    响应于确定所述第二机器人为发送人,在所述配置消息界面显示机器人消息地址和至少一地址栏;其中,所述地址栏用于输入所述第二机器人的消息地址。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置消息界面还包括添加地址项;
    响应于所述添加地址项的触发操作,增加所述地址栏。
  10. 根据所述要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第二机器人的消息地址的输入操作,依据消息地址规则对所述消息地址进行校验;
    响应于所述消息地址不正确,则依据预设文案进行报错。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述发送对象类型为个人,所述接收人被配置为支持添加个人、内部群以及个人和内部群的组合;或
    响应于所述发送对象类型为群,所述接收群被配置为支持添加内部群和外部群。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收人或所述接收群配置有搜索栏;所述获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面的步骤,具体包括:
    响应于针对搜索内容的输入操作,向所述即时通讯应用发送搜索通信录中的个人、群的请求;
    获取并显示所述即时通讯应用反馈的搜索结果;
    响应于针对所述搜索结果中的个人或群的选择操作,添加对应个人为接收人;或者添加对应群为接收人或接收群。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述发送对象类型为群且所述发送人为第一机器人;
    所述保存并启动发送消息流程的步骤,包括:
    向所述即时通讯应用发送添加请求;所述添加请求包括将所述第一机器人添加至所述接收群下对应的每一群;
    其中,所述第一机器人的权限根据每一群对应的群管理设置和创建发送消息流程的账号于对应群中的身份确定。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标题配置有调色盘;所述获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面的步骤,具体包括:
    响应于针对所述调色盘的触发操作,显示出至少两种颜色;
    响应于针对所述至少两种颜色的任一种的选择操作,确定所述消息标题的背景色以及与所述背景色配套的字体颜色。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述消息标题的背景色进行编辑,配置所述消息标题在所述即时通讯应用的消息卡片中以选定的背景色和配套的字体颜色显示。

  18. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标题配置有第一引用标记或所述消息内容配置有第二引用标记;所述获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面的步骤,具体包括:
    响应于所述第一引用标记或所述第二引用标记的触发操作,显示至少一待选项目;
    响应于针对所述待选项目的选中操作,依据选中的待选项目,匹配并显示对应的效果界面;其中,所述效果界面包括在所述消息内容显示选中的项目或者供用户选择的后续选项。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待选项目包括第一图片;所述后续选项用于指定第一图片对应的目标图片;所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述目标图片的确定操作,将所述目标图片发送给第一机器人以获取所述目标图片的图片地址;以及以预定格式在所述消息配置界面的消息内容中展示所述目标图片。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述后续选项包括所述在线文档的信息类别,以使对应所述信息类别的信息内容能够嵌入所述消息标题或所述消息内容。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    响应于所述信息类别对应为第二图片,将所述第二图片对应的目标图片发送给第一机器人以获取所述目标图片的图片地址;以及在所述消息配置界面的消息内容中展示所述目标图片对应的字段名称;
    响应于所述信息类别对应为人员,则在所述消息配置界面的消息内容中转换为指向人员;
    响应于所述信息类别对应为文本,则在所述消息配置界面的消息内容中展示所述文本对应的类别名称。
  22. 根据根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述信息类别的选定操作,配置所述信息类别对应的信息内容在所述即时通讯应用的消息卡片中显示。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息控件包括是否添加按钮选项;其中,所述按钮用于在消息中设置链接;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述添加按钮选项的触发操作,所述消息配置界面显示按钮标题输入框和跳转至输入框。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息配置界面还包括增加按钮项;所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述增加按钮项的触发操作,所述消息配置界面增加按钮标题输 入框和跳转地址输入框。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述按钮为多个,配置多个所述按钮于所述即时通讯应用中的消息卡片同行显示。
  26. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标题、所述消息内容和所述消息控件被配置为形成所述即时通讯应用中的消息卡片。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    依据所述消息标题、所述消息内容和所述消息控件在所述消息配置界面的位置顺序,确定所述消息标题、所述消息内容和所述消息控件在所述消息卡片中的位置顺序。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于所述消息内容包括文本和图片,依据所述文本和所述图片的位置顺序配置所述文本和所述图片在所述消息卡片中的位置顺序且所述文本和所述图片异行显示。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    配置来源说明,所述来源说明被配置为显示于所述消息卡片的下方;其中,所述来源说明包括创建发送消息流程的账号名称。
  30. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息配置界面还包括预览功能键;所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述预览功能键的触发操作,基于编辑过的消息标题和消息内容,按照预设的预览规则向所述即时通讯应用的预览账号发送消息卡片;其中,所述预览账号对应于创建发送消息流程的账号。
  31. 一种发送消息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    触发模块;被配置为:响应于在在线文档界面中接收到创建发送消息流程的触发操作,显示消息配置界面;其中,所述发送消息流程用于向即时通讯应用发送消息;所述消息配置界面包括消息字段,所述消息字段包括消息标题、消息内容、消息控件中的至少一项;
    编辑模块;被配置为:获取对所述消息字段的编辑操作,并基于所述编辑操作匹配对应的编辑结果并显示于所述消息配置界面;以及
    启动模块;被配置为:响应于针对保存并启动的确认操作,保存并启动 发送消息流程。
  32. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至30任意一项所述的方法。
  33. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,其特征在于,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1至30任意一项所述的方法。
