Abstract
A method of packaging products in sachet-type packaging includes placing the products in the package and sealing it on three sides. To make the packaging, first, laminated sheets of paper with the printed image of the label are put in piles and rolled with the image facing out, leaving it in this state for a certain time until the sheets are smoothed out. Then the laminated sheets with labels are cut according to given marks to required size, the cut laminated sheets are folded in half and sealed from two opposite sides, on the seam of one side a cutout is formed with nippers for the packaging tear line. The product is placed in the remaining hole and sealed. This method of packaging products in sachet-type packaging is technologically simple and enables quick manual packaging of products of different sizes in small runs in a wrapper.
Description
The method of sachet packaging of products
The utility model belongs to the field of packaging of small food and non-food products and can be used to form a pouch for storage and retail sale of food and nonfood products, including souvenir products.
Many types of wrappers for small food products, in particular sachets, are known from the state of the art. Sachet is a flat three- or four-seam bag (pouch) used for storing loose products, liquids, gels, creams, pasty products, etc. The design of such packaging involves the use of multi-layer polymer films or combined materials with increased tightness and high barrier properties. Thanks to these properties, sachet packages perfectly preserve and protect packaged products during the stated shelf life period.
The closest technical solution to the proposed utility model is the sachet packaging method https://elo-pack.net/gamma-al3-mini-ukr.html. According to this method, products are packed in four-seam pouches formed by an automatic machine. The disadvantage is that this method of packaging is quite expensive and excludes the possibility of packaging in small quantities “from 1 piece”.
The basis of the utility model is the task of creating such a technologically simple method of sachet packaging of products, which would allow packaging of food and non-food items of various sizes in artificial terms in small quantities “from 1 piece” in packaging, which allows the use of finished products as POST materials, artificial sales products, souvenir products, etc.
The set task is solved as follows. The sachet method of product packaging includes placing product in a small pouch and sealing it on at least three sides, in accordance with a utility model; laminated sheets of paper with a printed image of the label are put in piles and rolled with the image facing out, leaving it in this state for a certain period of time until the sheets are smoothed , then the sheets are cut into labels
according to the given marks, the labels are folded in half and sealed from two opposite sides, a cut is formed with nippers on the seam of one of the sides for the line of tearing of the package, the products are placed in the remaining hole and sealed.
According to the information available to the Applicant, the proposed set of features that characterize the essence of the utility model is unknown from the state of the art, and therefore the utility model meets the criterion of novelty.
The photo shows the finished packaged products.
The proposed method of product packaging is carried out as follows. At the preparatory stage for direct packaging, the paper, after printing the image of the label on it, is laminated with a help of a laminator as a whole sheet without cutting to the required size. The sheets pass through the conveyor with a slight overlap so that there is no gap between the sheets. After lamination, the sheets are separated from each other, put in piles and rolled, which allows you to smooth out the sheets, which after lamination are rolled inside the image and do not allow you to cut the sheets into the required sizes. Rolling is performed in the opposite direction and rolls fastened with rubber bands. Experience has shown that to smooth the sheets, piles of 100-120 sheets are made and left for at least 4 hours. This gives an opportunity to smooth the sheets for further cutting. Piles may be smaller, depending on the quantity ordered.
After that, the sheets are folded into a bundle and cut into labels according to the indicated marks. It has been found that cutting by hand will be much faster than using an automatic cutter, provided the number of sheets is small.
Finished labels are passed to packaging.
The packaging operator must have the following equipment and materials for the required process:
- the necessary number of labels prepared according to the above process;
- seam sealer;
- manual nippers for technological cutting with a stop, for setting the tear line of the package;
- products required for packaging.
The operator folds the label in half so that the edges are even and seals the two opposite sides with a seam sealer. After sealing the two seams, a bag (pouch) with an opening for placing the products is obtained. Before placing and final sealing, a cutout for the tear line is formed with nippers. After forming the cutout, the operator puts the product in the pouch and, having slightly aligned the transverse seam, he/she seals it with a seam sealer. After finishing the formation of finished products, all products are packed in transport bags and corrugated containers.
To package products on a stick, so that the stick sticks out of the pouch, a seam sealer with an additional grove in its upper body is used. This grove is needed for the stick itself.
This example of implementation of the utility model is not the only one and it never limits the number of possible variants of packaging products using this method, but only explains the features of the solution outlined in the formula.
The utility model described above can be manufactured in an industrial setting. Thus, the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of industrial suitability and, in general, it can be protected with a patent of Ukraine for a utility model.
