Abstract

The present invention provides a management device comprising: an application reception unit (1030) that receives, from an applicant via a first terminal, an authority application indicating that an applicant has requested for authority for executing a setting related to security of a facility or a setting application for setting information indicating an emergency state type and emergency-time response processing for each setting range related to the security of the facility; an authority management unit (1050) that determines application authority of the applicant according to the authority application received by the application reception unit; and a setting management unit (1060) that stores, when a determination result from the authority management unit indicates the presence of the application authority, a combination of user identification information identifying the applicant and setting information in a setting information database used to determine the emergency-time response processing at the facility.

The emergency information may be stored in the setting information database 2200 in such a manner that patterned emergency type information can be set.

Claims (15)

  1.  施設の利用に係る設定情報を管理する管理装置であって、
     申請者から第1の端末を介して、前記施設のセキュリティに係る設定を行う権限が要求されたことを示す権限申請、または、前記施設のセキュリティに係る設定範囲ごとの非常状態種別および非常時対応処理を示す設定情報の設定申請、を受け付ける申請受付部と、
     前記申請受付部により受け付けられた権限申請に応じて、前記申請者の申請権限を判定する権限管理部と、
     前記権限管理部による判定結果が申請権限ありを示す場合において、前記申請者を識別するユーザ識別情報および前記設定情報の組み合わせを、前記施設における非常時対応処理の判定に用いられる設定情報データベースに記憶させる設定管理部と、
    を備えた管理装置。

     前記権限管理部による判定結果が申請権限ありを示す場合において、前記申請者を識別するユーザ識別情報および前記設定情報の組み合わせを、前記施設における非常時対応処理の判定に用いられる設定情報データベースに記憶させる設定管理部と、

     前記申請入力用画像を介して申請確定が操作された場合、前記申請入力用画像を介して受け付けた設定情報を、前記第1の端末の申請部が前記管理装置に対して設定申請する設定申請ステップと、
