Accordingly, the drawings show only those specific details that are pertinent to understand the embodiments of the present disclosure so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having benefit of the description herein.
The claimed invention relates to the lifting up of underground level water from any depth with very minimal electricity or by water potential energy. The invention is inspired by nature which does not impact the environment and the surroundings and also helps in generation of electricity at very minimal cost.
The water lifting device comprises following parts:
Water, pipes and pipe fittings, non-return valve, piston, connecting rods, crank wheel, pulley wheel, belt or chain, hopper tank or very minimal electric AC motor or DC motor or solar panel, electricity storage battery, turbine, generator, inverter and other fitting materials and addition of any fitting parts (if required).
The invention has many modifications hence it is a new model. Very low electric DC motor is being used. Solar panel is used to run the above said DC motor. In the previous invention, two pipes with ring pistons and pistons were in place at both upper and lower parts but in present invention there are two vertical pipes with pistons in place at both upper and lower parts. Hence there is reduction in model cost and enhanced efficiency. There are a lot of modifications done in the vertical pipe. In this new invention, very minimal energy is required and can be used as a hand pump well. This model is designed such that even a small child can rotate the hand pump easily and lift water from any depth. In previous invention, only water potential energy was used but new invention model is modified such that it can be worked using multiple ways depending on the place like: i) Using very minimal electricity ii) Using solar panel iii) Used as hand pump iv) Using water potential energy.
Motor(17) rotates with the help of solar panel(29) to generate electricity or hopper tank inlet water rotates due to potential energy of water turbine(22) in turn rotating upper part pulley wheel (36), Bottom part Pulley wheel (36A), Pulley wheel belt (37) in-turn connected to crank wheel (11), crank wheel (11A), connecting rod (14) and self-lubrication piston (4B), connecting rod (14A) and self-lubrication piston (4C). Motor may be AC/DC. In AC motors armature is stationary while the magnetic field rotates. In DC motors, the armature rotates while the magnetic field remains stationary.
The components include vertical pipes used for movement of water, crank wheel(l 1) for the manual rotation of the wheel to initiate the system operation, selflubrication pistons(4A and 4) which moves up and down in response to crank wheel rotation, non-retum valves(7, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, AND 7E) which allows water to flow in the two vertical pipes alternatively, connecting rod(14) which connects the crank wheel to the upper self-lubrication piston, piston connecting pipes and floater (5 and 5 A) which aids in the movement of pistons in water, T-pipes(6,6A,6B and 6C) used to direct water flow and vertical pipe sections(9 and 9A), contain water to facilitate movement. When the crank wheel (11) is manually rotated, it drives the connecting rod (14) and consequently, the upper self-lubricating piston (4 A) up and down.
During the first half of the rotation, water in vertical pipe 9A is pushed downward by self-lubrication piston (4A), while water in vertical pipe 9 is pulled upward due to the movement of the upper piston. A self-lubricating piston (4A) moves downward, water in vertical pipe (9) is blocked by non-retum valve (7D) and passes through piston connecting pipe holes (8) to reach self-lubrication piston (4). At the same time the potential energy of the water in vertical pipe (9A) helps lift selflubrication piston 4 upwards. Simultaneously, water in vertical pipe (9) tends to pull upward, and already entered water on vertical non-retum valve (7 A) is blocked and passed upward through non-return valve 7E. Water passes through vertical pipe 9 upwards. Vacuum created at the bottom helps underground water pass through the non-return valve (7) and fill that portion. The movement of self-lubrication piston 4, along with floaters 5 and 5A, allows for easy upward and downward motion in water due to the presence of the floaters.
During the second half of the rotation, the crank wheel (11) continues its rotation, connecting rod (14) causes the self-lubrication piston (4A) to move upwards. In one vertical pipe (9 A), water is pulled upwards by the self-lubrication piston (4A). In the other vertical pipe (9) water tends to move down but is blocked by bottom nonreturn valve (7E). Water flows through piston connecting pipe holes (8A) and
reaches the bottom self-lubrication piston (4) pushing it downwards. Water from second vertical pipe (9) tends to move upwards through non-return valve (7D). Water exits through vertical pipe (9B) due to the blocked non-retum valve (7C) at the top. A vacuum is created again at the bottom, allowing underground water to enter through non-return valve (7 A) and fill that portion.
The design of the system ensures that water enters through the non-retum valve at the bottom while water exits through the non-return valve at the top during each rotation of the crank wheel. This means that the water level within both vertical pipes remain relatively stable, neither increasing nor decreasing significantly. The push force of the self-lubrication piston at the top and pull force at bottom act simultaneously. This balanced force arrangement helps in achieving efficient and consistent movement of the pistons.
The automation provided by the solar panel or electric motor simplifies the operation of the system and enables consistent pumping of water. The energy generated by the turbine is used to drive the pistons and maintain a steady flow of water through the vertical pipes. The use of non-return valves ensures water flow in desired direction, and closed loop design ensures water potential energy continuity from one vertical pipe to the other vertical pipe i.e., water acts as couple force under closed loop.
