灯具是一种相对于普通明装的灯具更具有聚光性的灯具,一般是用于普通照明或辅助照明。灯具一般有筒装、表面式安装、嵌入式三种安装方式。在中国专利号为CN202020883187.5,名称为“灯具”的专利文献中即公开了一种现有的嵌入式安装的灯具。嵌入式安装为在天花板上设置安装孔,将灯具的上端(接线盒部)插入安装孔内,通过灯具上的可以展开的部件(通常为扭簧组件)展开而悬挂在安装孔的孔壁的上表面上实现安装的,悬挂式安装时,安装孔要不小于两个悬挂件之间的距离。现有的悬挂件的位置为固定在灯的固定位置不可以变的,故一种灯具只能够适用一种安装孔的单一安装方式,导致使用时的通用性差;另外现有的灯具的安装方式只能够表面时安装和嵌入式安装中的一种方式安装,也导致安装方式单一,导致使用时的通用性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的第一个目的旨在提供一种能够适应不同孔径的安装孔的安装的具有多种安装方式的灯具,解决了现有的灯具只能够安装在一种尺寸的安装孔而导致的通用性差的问题。
本实用新型的第二个目的旨在提供一种能够进行嵌入式或者表面式安装的具有多种安装方式的灯具,解决了现有的灯具只能够进行嵌入时或者表面式安装中的一种方式进行安装而导致的通用性差的问题。
以上技术问题是通过以下技术方案解决的:一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,包括灯本体和设置在灯本体背面的接线盒,灯本体远离接线盒的一侧为发光面,其特征在于,所述灯本体的背面设有两个滑槽,两个滑槽位于接线盒的两侧,滑槽的延伸方向同滑槽的分布方向相同,滑槽内滑动连接有悬挂座,悬挂座同灯本体之间设有定位结构,定位结构用于将悬挂座根据需要固定在滑槽的至少两个部位上,所述两个部位沿滑槽的延伸方向分布,所述悬挂座上连接有悬挂灯具用的弹性件;使用时,通过弹性件的变形实现弹性件的避让而使得接线盒能够伸入安装孔内,接线盒进入安装孔后在弹性件的弹力的作用下灯具通过弹性件悬挂在安装孔内。使用时,根据安装孔的大小,移动悬挂座到匹配的部位上,然后通过定位结构固定住使得悬挂座保持在当前的位置。安装方式为同现有方式一样,使弹性件变形避让而使得接线盒能够进入安装孔,接线盒进入安装孔后在弹性件的弹性复位作用下,弹性件勾在安装孔的上端面上,从而实现灯具的悬挂安装。

作为优选,所述扭簧包括由弹簧丝制作而成的螺旋结构的扭簧本体,扭簧本体的一端设有第一扭簧脚、另一端设有第二扭簧脚,第二扭簧脚同悬挂脚的一端连接在一起,悬挂脚的另一端设有穿设在扭簧本体一端内的钩头,第二扭簧脚和悬挂脚构成“U”字形的悬挂柄,所述悬挂座的上端设有穿设在扭簧本体内的连接销,悬挂柄位于悬挂座远离接线盒的一侧,以扭簧本体为轴向上转动悬挂柄时扭簧本体产生驱动悬挂柄朝下转动的弹力。

参见图1到图5,一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,包括灯本体1和设置在灯本体背面的接线盒2,灯本体远离接线盒的一侧为发光面。灯本体的背面使用安装基板20。接线盒可拆卸连接在安装基板上安装基板上设有两个滑槽3,2灯本体为长方形,当然圆形多边形都可以。两个滑槽位于接线盒的两侧,滑槽的延伸方向同滑槽的分布方向相同,滑槽内滑动连接有悬挂座4,悬挂座同灯本体之间设有定位结构。定位结构同安装基板可拆卸连接在一起。定位结构用于将悬挂座根据需要固定在滑槽的至少两个部位上。两个部位沿滑槽的延伸方向分布。具有地定位结构套设在悬挂座上的能够沿上下方向延伸的外套5和两对定位孔对(即本实施例悬挂座只有两个安装位,在固定在灯本体的两个部位上),定位孔对沿滑槽的延伸方向分布,同一个定位孔对中的两个定位孔6垂直于滑槽的延伸方向分布。外套的下端设有两个用于一一对应地穿设在同一个定位孔对中的两个定位孔中的定位销19。悬挂座上连接有悬挂灯具用的弹性件7。弹性件为扭簧,扭簧包括由弹簧丝制作而成的螺旋结构的扭簧本体8,扭簧本体的一端设有第一扭簧脚9、另一端设有第二扭簧脚10,第二扭簧脚同悬挂脚的一端连接在一起,悬挂脚的另一端设有穿设在扭簧本体一端内的钩头11,第二扭簧脚和悬挂脚构成“U”字形的悬挂柄12。悬挂柄设有板体13。悬挂脚通过板体同第二扭簧脚连接在一起,板体所在的平面同扭簧本体的轴线平行。悬挂座的上端设有穿设在扭簧本体内的连接销14,悬挂柄位于悬挂座远离接线盒的一侧,以扭簧本体为轴向上转动悬挂柄时扭簧本体产生驱动悬挂柄朝下转动的弹力。悬挂柄在扭簧本体的弹力作用下处于以远离接线盒的一端朝下的状态倾斜。连接销包括两个半段15,两个半段的一端通过连接部16同悬挂座连接在一起、另一端穿设在扭簧本体内;扭簧本体沿弹簧本体的中心线的方向收缩到最小时,扭簧本体的长度为两个半段之间的间隙的宽度加上半段的长度L以下。悬挂座垂直于滑槽延伸方向的两侧设有悬挂缺口17,滑槽的两个侧壁一一对应地穿设在所述悬挂缺口内,悬挂缺口配合滑槽的侧壁实现悬挂座对灯本体进行悬挂。实现悬挂件和固定结构同安装基板的可拆卸连接的方法为:从安装基板上拔出外套后旋转悬挂座使得悬挂缺口同安装基板脱开,然后取下悬挂座和外套5即可.
本实用新型专利安装于安装孔内的方法即进行嵌入式安装的方法为:以扭簧本体为轴朝上转动悬挂柄到两个悬挂柄能够穿过安装孔的状态,使接线盒对齐安装孔并插入安装孔内(此时悬挂座与弹性件都插入安装孔内),弹性件复位而使得悬挂柄朝下转动而悬挂在安装孔的上端面上,电源同接线盒连接而引入电源给灯本体。
调整悬挂座的位置的方法为:向上移动外套使得定位销拔出定位孔,沿滑槽移动方向滑动悬挂座到定位销同悬挂板需要到达的部位的定位孔对齐,下移外套,使得定位销插入定位孔内即可。
本实用新型进行表面式安装的方法为:取下悬挂座、定位结构的外套和接线盒,然后用悬挂螺栓穿过安装基板上的悬挂通孔21固定在安装灯的物体(通常为房屋的天花板)的安装部件上,使灯本体同电源接通即可
在另一个实施例中,弹性件为弹片。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,包括灯本体和设置在灯本体背面的接线盒,灯本体远离接线盒的一侧为发光面,其特征在于,所述灯本体的背面设有两个滑槽,两个滑槽位于接线盒的两侧,滑槽的延伸方向同滑槽的分布方向相同,滑槽内滑动连接有悬挂座,悬挂座同灯本体之间设有定位结构,定位结构用于将悬挂座根据需要固定在滑槽的至少两个部位上,所述两个部位沿滑槽的延伸方向分布,所述悬挂座上连接有悬挂灯具用的弹性件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹片或扭簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述扭簧包括由弹簧丝制作而成的螺旋结构的扭簧本体,扭簧本体的一端设有第一扭簧脚、另一端设有第二扭簧脚,第二扭簧脚同悬挂脚的一端连接在一起,悬挂脚的另一端设有穿设在扭簧本体一端内的钩头,第二扭簧脚和悬挂脚构成“U”字形的悬挂柄,所述悬挂座的上端设有穿设在扭簧本体内的连接销,悬挂柄位于悬挂座远离接线盒的一侧,以扭簧本体为轴向上转动悬挂柄时扭簧本体产生驱动悬挂柄朝下转动的弹力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,悬挂柄在扭簧本体的弹力作用下处于以远离接线盒的一端朝下的状态倾斜。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接销包括两个半段,两个半段的一端通过连接部同悬挂座连接在一起、另一端穿设在扭簧本体内;扭簧本体沿弹簧本体的中心线的方向收缩到最小时,扭簧本体的长度为两个半段之间的间隙的宽度加上半段的长度的和以下。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述悬挂脚通过板体同所述第二扭簧脚连接在一起,板体所在的平面同扭簧本体的轴线平行。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述悬挂座垂直于滑槽延伸方向的两侧设有悬挂缺口,所述滑槽的两个侧壁一一对应地穿设在所述悬挂缺口内,悬挂缺口配合滑槽的侧壁实现悬挂座对灯本体进行悬挂。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述定位结构包括套设在悬挂座上的能够沿上下方向延伸的外套和若干定位孔对,定位孔对沿滑槽的延伸方向分布,同一个定位孔对中的两个定位孔垂直于滑槽的延伸方向分布,所述外套的下端设有两个用于一一对应地穿设在同一个定位孔对中的两个定位孔中的定位销。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯本体为长方形或者圆形或者多边形。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种具有多种安装方式的灯具,其特征在于,所述等本体上设有安装基板,所述安装基板上设有若干悬挂通孔,所述滑槽设置在所述安装基板上,所述接线盒和定位结构都同所述安装基板可拆卸连接在一起。
