An environment-friendly antimicrobial mildew-proof water-based pigment paste, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10-80 wt% of a pigment, 0-40 wt% of a dispersing agent, 0.3-3 wt% of a microbicide, 0-5 wt% of a wetting agent, 0-5 wt% of a defoaming agent and 0-3 wt% of an anti-settling agent, with the balance being water, and the total mass percentage content of the components being 100%.
