Abstract

The present application provides an interactive fiction-based product recommendation method and a related apparatus, which are applied to an electronic device in a comprehensive service system. The electronic device is provided with a voice interaction service engine; and the method comprises: calling the voice interaction service engine to obtain target voice information of a user, and performing intention recognition on the target voice information to obtain an intention recognition result of the user; according to the intention recognition result, determining a target service type adapted to the user; obtaining interaction records of the user in an interactive fiction; according to plot content, determining, from the interaction records, a target interaction record associated with the target service type; determining a target product type according to the target interaction record; determining a target product according to the target product type; obtaining product information about the target product from a server; and generating recommendation information according to the product information, and calling the voice interaction service engine to output the recommendation information. In this way, products can be recommended to users in a targeted manner, and the rates of adoption of the recommended products by the users are improved.
