充气枕头的气囊结构、充气枕头 技术领域
本实用新型属于枕头技术领域,尤其涉及一种充气枕头的气囊结构、充气枕头。
背景技术
枕头,一种睡眠工具。一般认为,枕头是人们为睡眠舒适而采用的填充物。从现代医学研究上认识,人体的脊柱,从正面看是一条直线,但侧面看是具有四个生理弯曲的曲线。为保护颈部的正常生理弯曲,维持人们睡眠时正常的生理活动,睡觉时须采用枕头。枕头一般由枕芯、枕套两部分构成。
随着消费者对枕头的要求越来越多,目前市场上的枕头结构、功能的类型也较为多样化。例如,市场上的一些枕头具有高度调节的功能,具体是通过在枕芯内设置一个气囊,通过气囊充气和放气,实现枕芯高度的调节。
目前的气囊是呈气袋结构,并且气袋的边缘是通过超声波或者胶水的方式连接起来的。充气后会造成中间高,两边低的现象。例如公开号为CN113827082A的中国专利文献中公开的一种高度可调的多用途枕头。然而该结构的枕头会造成周边低于中间的高度,并且人体躺卧在枕头上时,即使气袋受到头部的重力变形,依然会存在中间高周边低的现象,因此会导致枕头对人体头部的支撑面积小,造成用户不适的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种充气枕头的气囊结构,解决现有技术中的枕头中的气袋充气后会存在中间高周边低,导致枕头对人体的支撑面积小的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型实施例提供的一种充气枕头的气囊结构,包括软管、第一端盖、第二端盖、充气泵和泄气装置;第一端盖密封连接在软管的一端,第二端盖密封连接在软管的另一端,使第一端盖和第二端盖分别支撑软管的两端;充气泵设置在第一端盖上,泄气装置设置在第一端盖或第二端盖上。
进一步,第一端盖包括第一密封盖和第一锁紧套;第一密封盖具有第一端面板和从第一端面板一侧延伸的第一连接套,第一连接套伸入软管的一端,第一端面板的外侧延伸有多个的第一连接部;第一锁紧套套设在软管上,且与第一连接套夹紧软管的管壁,第一锁紧套的外侧设置有第二连接部,与第一连接部固定连接;充气泵连接在第一端面板上。
进一步,充气泵包括单向阀和手压泵;第一端面板上设置有向软管内延伸的安装孔,单向阀设置在安装孔内;第一端面板的外侧还设置有第一环形卡槽,手压泵具有仅一端开口的腔体,腔体的口部向内延伸有第二环形卡槽,第二环形卡槽与第一环形卡槽卡接。
进一步,手压泵的外侧还延伸有环形槽,环形槽用于卡接枕套的避空口的边缘。
进一步,第二端盖包括第二密封盖和第二锁紧套;第二密封盖具有第二端面板和从第二端面板一侧延伸的第二连接套,第二连接套伸入软管的另一端,第二端面板的外侧延伸有多个的第三连接部;第二锁紧套套设在软管上,且与第二连接套夹紧软管的管壁,第二锁紧套的外侧设置有第四连接部,且与第三连接部固定连接;泄气装置连接在第二端面板上。
进一步,第二端面板设置有向软管内凹陷的凹腔,凹腔的内侧壁延伸有凸环,凸环具有贯穿软管内的通孔;泄气装置包括泄气阀和软胶套,泄气阀设置连接在凸环上,软胶套套设在泄气阀的外侧;软胶套的外侧还延伸有限位部,限位部与第二端面板形成限位槽,用于限位枕套的避空孔边缘。
进一步,软管内还填充有柔性填充物,用于支撑软管。
一种充气枕头,包括枕芯,气囊设置在枕芯内。
本实用新型实施例提供的充气枕头的气囊结构中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果:
本枕头的气囊结构,是在软管的两端设置第一端盖和第二端盖,并且充气泵连接在第一端盖上,而泄气装置连接在第一端盖或者第二端盖上;因此,可以通过第一端盖和第二端盖对软管的两端支撑起来,通过充气泵对软管内部充气后,会使得软管的两端与中间部位的高度平齐。当人体的头部支撑在软管上后,软管的中间位置会受到头部的重力而向下凹陷变形,而软管的两端会高于中间支撑的位置,因此使得枕头中间凹陷,而两端高的现象,增加了枕头对人体头部支撑的面积,进而增加人体的舒适度。

在本实用新型的一个实施例中,参照图1和图2,充气枕头的气囊结构,应用在枕头内,具体可以设置在枕头的枕芯内。其中气囊包括软管100、第一端盖200、第二端盖300、充气泵400和泄气装置500。第一端盖200密封连接在软管100的一端,第二端盖300密封连接在软管100的另一端,并且使得第一端盖200和第二端盖300分别支撑软管100的两端,使得软管100的两端保持恒定。充气泵400连接在第一端盖200上,泄气装置500连接在第二端盖300上。在本实施例中,不仅使得软管100结构简单,容易组装成形。并且,在软管100的两端设置第一端盖200和第二端盖300,因此可以通过第一端盖200和第二端盖300将软管100的两端支撑起来,避免两端变形的问题,所以在向软管100 内充气后,软管100的两端保持恒定的状态,因此在人体躺卧在枕头上时,软管100的中间位置会下凹陷,从而形成两端高中间低的支撑状态,可以增加对头部或者颈部的支撑面,增加人体舒适感。更进一步地,软管100为硅胶管,而硅胶管具有很好的柔软度,并且亲肤;另外硅胶管具有微弹性,不会造成充气后,形成很大的弹性形变的问题。因此可以很好地调节支撑的硬度。
进一步,参照图2~图4,第一端盖200包括第一密封盖201和第一锁紧套202。第一密封盖201具有第一端面板203和从第一端面板203一侧延伸的第一连接套204,第一连接套204伸入软管100的一端,第一端面板203的外侧延伸有多个的第一连接部205。第一锁紧套202套设在软管100上,且与第一连接套204夹紧软管100的管壁,使得软管100密封地连接在第一锁紧套202与第一连接套204之间。第一锁紧套202的外侧设置有第二连接部206,与第一连接部205固定连接。充气泵400连接在第一端面板203上。在本实施例中,通过第一锁紧套202与第一连接套204夹紧软管100端部的管壁,不仅能对软管100起到很好的密封连接的效果,并且能对软管100的口部起到固定支撑作用;以及使得第一端盖200便于与软管100密封连接。
进一步,参照图3,充气泵400包括单向阀401和手压泵402。第一端面板203上设置有向软管100内延伸的安装孔207,单向阀401设置在安装孔207内。第一端面板203的外侧还设置有第一环形卡槽208,手压泵402具有仅一端开口的腔体,腔体的口部向内延伸有第二环形卡槽403,第二环形卡槽403与第一环形卡槽208卡接。本实施例中,通过按压手压泵402,气体从单向阀401进入到软管100内。
进一步,参照图3,手压泵402的外侧还延伸有环形槽404,环形槽404用于卡接枕套的避空口的边缘。具体地,在枕套的一侧面设置有避空孔,避空孔是用来避空手压泵402从枕套内伸出,并且避空孔的边缘卡入到环形槽404内,达到对枕套起到很好的限位和固定作用。
进一步,参照图2和图4,第二端盖300包括第二密封盖301和第二锁紧套 302;第二密封盖301具有第二端面板303和从第二端面板303一侧延伸的第二连接套304,第二连接套304伸入软管100的另一端,第二端面板303的外侧延伸有多个的第三连接部305。第二锁紧套302套设在软管100上,且与第二连接套304夹紧软管100的管壁,第二锁紧套302的外侧设置有第四连接部306,且与第三连接部305固定连接。泄气装置500连接在第二端面板303上。实现第二端盖300与软管100固定连接。
进一步,参照图4,第二端面板303设置有向软管100内凹陷的凹腔308,凹腔308的内侧壁延伸有凸环307,凸环307具有贯穿软管100内的通孔。泄气装置500包括泄气阀501和软胶套502。泄气阀501设置连接在凸环307上,软胶套502套设在泄气阀501的外侧。软胶套502的外侧还延伸有限位部503,限位部503与第二端面板形成限位槽504,用于限位枕套的避空孔边缘。本实施例中,通过按压软胶套502,再由软胶套502挤压泄气阀501,使得软管100内的空气从泄气阀501中排出。并且排出的气会通过软胶套502消音降噪。
进一步,参照图2,软管100内还填充有柔性填充物101,用于填充和支撑软管100。其中柔性填充物101可以是棉花,海绵泡棉等。本实施例中,在不需要使用软管100中的气压对颈部支撑时,能通过柔性填充物101对软管100柔性支撑,进而能保证头部或者颈部支撑位的正常高度,避免软管100处于真空状而塌陷的问题,保证枕头能正常使用。

  1. 充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于,包括软管、第一端盖、第二端盖、充气泵和泄气装置;所述第一端盖密封连接在所述软管的一端,所述第二端盖密封连接在所述软管的另一端,使所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖分别支撑所述软管的两端;所述充气泵连接在所述第一端盖上,所述泄气装置连接在所述第一端盖或所述第二端盖上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述软管为硅胶管。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述第一端盖包括第一密封盖和第一锁紧套;所述第一密封盖具有第一端面板和从第一端面板一侧延伸的第一连接套,所述第一连接套伸入所述软管的一端,所述第一端面板的外侧延伸有多个的第一连接部;所述第一锁紧套套设在所述软管上,且与所述第一连接套夹紧所述软管的管壁,所述第一锁紧套的外侧设置有第二连接部,与所述第一连接部固定连接;所述充气泵连接在所述第一端面板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述充气泵包括单向阀和手压泵;所述第一端面板上设置有向所述软管内延伸的安装孔,所述单向阀设置在所述安装孔内;所述第一端面板的外侧还设置有第一环形卡槽,所述手压泵具有仅一端开口的腔体,所述腔体的口部向内延伸有第二环形卡槽,所述第二环形卡槽与所述第一环形卡槽卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述手压泵的外侧还延伸有环形槽,所述环形槽用于卡接枕套的避空口的边缘。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述第二端盖包括第二密封盖和第二锁紧套;所述第二密封盖具有第二端面板和从第二端面板一侧延伸的第二连接套,所述第二连接套伸入所述软管的另一端,所述第二端面板的外侧延伸有多个的第三连接部;所述第二锁紧套套设在所述软管上,且与所述第二连接套夹紧所述软管的管壁,所述第二锁紧套的外侧设 置有第四连接部,且与所述第三连接部固定连接;所述泄气装置连接在所述第二端面板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述第二端面板设置有向所述软管内凹陷的凹腔,所述凹腔的内侧壁延伸有凸环,所述凸环具有贯穿所述软管内的通孔;所述泄气装置包括泄气阀和软胶套,所述泄气阀设置连接在所述凸环上,所述软胶套套设在所述泄气阀的外侧;所述软胶套的外侧还延伸有限位部,所述限位部与所述第二端面板形成限位槽,用于限位枕套的避空孔边缘。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,其特征在于:所述软管内还填充有柔性填充物,用于支撑所述软管。
  9. 一种充气枕头,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~8任一项所述的充气枕头的气囊结构,还包括枕芯,所述气囊设置在所述枕芯内。
