Description

一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构及洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机作为家用电器已经普遍使用在人们的生活中,洗衣机壳体也出现多种多样,有的洗衣机壳体是整体结构,有的是多片组装结构。整体结构的洗衣机壳体存在加工成本高,对材料性能要求高的缺点,多片组装结构的洗衣机壳体由于连接方式的问题,多存在成型困难、强度不高、振动过大的问题。
现有的洗衣机安装梁和新风模块、电源板盖的连接是通过螺栓固定装配的,在生产组装的过程中,安装梁和新风模块、电源板盖的装配为总装线体工人打螺栓固定,则需要在总装线体增加一个工位,同时也增加了装配时间,提高了生产成本;而且,通过螺栓使安装梁和新风模块、电源板盖固定连接,整机运行一段时间后,存在螺栓松动的风险,增加了事故发生的机率。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,目的在于提供一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,目的在于解决现有技术中新风模块的安装结构安装便捷以及降低事故发生机率的技术问题。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种洗衣机新 风模块的安装结构,包括:
安装梁,用于固定在洗衣机箱体上,所述安装梁上设置多个缺口;
新风模块,用于净化洗衣机外筒内部的环境,所述新风模块上设置有与所述多个缺口相对应的多个卡接部,卡接在所述缺口上。
本发明通过在所述安装梁上设置多个缺口,在所述新风模块上设置有与所述多个缺口相对应的多个卡接部,卡接在所述缺口中,使新风模块直接卡接到安装梁上,然后再进行螺栓固定,使新风模块与安装梁之间的装配更加牢固,实现了双重安全保障,降低了事故发生的机率。
进一步地,所述缺口分别设置在安装梁延伸方向的两侧;
所述卡接部分别设置在所述新风模块的两侧上,与所述安装梁延伸方向两侧的缺口卡接。
进一步地,所述新风模块包括:
通风装置,用于向外筒内导入空气及将空气从外筒中导出,设于所述安装梁延伸方向的一侧的底部;
电源控制装置,用于供电并控制所述通风装置运行,设于所述安装梁延伸方向的另一侧的底部,与所述通风装置相对设置;
所述卡接部包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部,分别对应设置在所述通风装置、电源控制装置上,卡接在安装梁两侧的缺口中。
进一步地,所述通风装置包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体内设有互相独立的进风通道、出风通道,分别用于从外部进风后导入外筒、将外筒空气导入后再排放至外筒的外部;
所述电源控制装置包括第二壳体;
所述第一卡接部、第二卡接部对应设置在第一壳体、第二壳体上,沿所述安装梁的延伸方向间隔设置。
进一步地,所述第一卡接部自所述第一壳体的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口中,然后沿所述安装梁的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口外周的第一壳体顶壁上;
所述第二卡接部自所述第二壳体的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口中,然后沿所述安装梁的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口外周的第二壳体顶壁上。
进一步地,所述安装梁的两侧上设有第一安装孔,通风装置上设有第二安装孔,电源控制装置上设有第三安装孔;
所述第二安装孔和第三安装孔分别通过连接件与安装梁两侧的第一安装孔连接。
进一步地,所述第二壳体与通风装置的相对侧的侧壁上还设有连接部,所述第三安装孔设置在所述连接部的顶部,与所述安装梁一侧的第一安装孔相对设置;
所述第二卡接部设置在所述连接部的侧壁上。
进一步地,根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述通风装置的第一壳体包括盒体和盒盖;所述盒体内设有分隔板,形成进风通道、出风通道;
所述第一卡接部设置在所述盒盖在安装梁延伸方向上相背的两侧壁上。
进一步地,所述安装梁上具有沿安装梁延伸方向并排延伸设置的第一支撑筋和第二支撑筋;
两侧的缺口自所述安装梁延伸方向的两侧边沿,分别向所述安装梁内部延 伸至靠近所述第一支撑筋、第二支撑筋。
本发明还提供一种洗衣机,采用上述任一洗衣机新风模块的安装结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
(1)本发明通过在所述安装梁上设置多个缺口,在所述新风模块上设置有与所述多个缺口相对应的多个卡接部,卡接在所述缺口中,使新风模块直接卡接到安装梁上,然后再进行螺栓固定,使新风模块与安装梁之间的装配更加牢固,实现了双重安全保障,降低了事故发生的机率。
(2)本发明可以实现安装梁与新风模块、电源板盖先线下预装,然后再到整机上装配,减少了总装线体的装配工位,降低了成本,节约了资源。
(3)本发明的安装梁的安装模块结构简单、安装便捷,提升了用户的使用感。

所述新风模块2用于将净化洗衣机外筒10内部的环境,所述新风模块2上设置有与所述多个缺口11相对应的多个卡接部4。所述多个卡接部4卡接在所述缺口11上。
本发明通过在所述安装梁1上设置多个缺口11,在所述新风模块2上设置有与所述多个缺口11相对应的多个卡接部4,并将所述多个卡接部4卡接在所述缺口11中,使新风模块2直接卡接到安装梁1上,然后再进行螺栓固定,使新风模块2与安装梁1之间的装配更加牢固,实现了双重安全保障,降低了事故发生的机率。
具体地,所述安装梁1设置在洗衣机箱体3的顶部,所述安装梁1的两端分别固定在洗衣机箱体3的相对端上。所述安装梁1的两端和洗衣机箱体3的两个相对端上对应设置固定孔,通过在所述固定孔上安装连接件使安装梁1和洗衣机箱体3固定连接。
如图1至图3所示,所述缺口11分别设置在安装梁1延伸方向的两侧。
所述卡接部4分别设置在所述新风模块2的两侧上,所述卡接部4分别与所述安装梁1延伸方向两侧的缺口11卡接。
本发明通过将所述缺口11分别设置在安装梁1延伸方向的两侧,所述卡接部4分别设置在所述新风模块2的两侧上,进而将所述卡接部4分别与所述安装梁1延伸方向两侧的缺口11卡接,使所述新风模块2固定在所述安装梁1上,进一步增加了新风模块2与安装梁1之间装配的稳定性,避免了由于安装的不牢固使新风模块2从安装梁1上脱落,而导致新风模块2损坏的问题发生。
具体地,所述缺口11分别设置在所述安装梁1中间部分的两侧上。
如图3所示,所述新风模块2包括通风装置21和电源控制装置23。
所述通风装置21用于向外筒10内导入空气及将空气从外筒10中导出,所述通风装置21设于所述安装梁1延伸方向的一侧的底部。
所述电源控制装置23用于供电并控制所述通风装置21运行,所述电源控制装置23设于所述安装梁1延伸方向的另一侧的底部,与所述通风装置21相对设置。
所述卡接部4包括第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42。所述第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42分别对应设置在所述通风装置21、电源控制装置23上,卡接接在安装梁1两侧的缺口中。
本发明通过将所述通风装置21设于所述安装梁1延伸方向的一侧的底部,所述电源控制装置23设于所述安装梁1延伸方向的另一侧的底部,并将所述第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42分别对应设置在所述通风装置21、电源控制装置23上,卡接接在安装梁1两侧的缺口中,实现安装梁1与新风模块2先线下预装,然后再到整机上装配,减少了总装线体的装配工位,降低了成本,节约了资源。
具体地,所述通风装置21和电源控制装置23设置在所述安装梁1的底部。
所述通风装置21和电源控制装置23设置在所述安装梁1延伸方向底部的其中一部分相互抵接设置。
如图4至图5所示,所述通风装置21包括第一壳体22,所述第一壳体22内设有互相独立的进风通道221、出风通道222。
所述进风通道221出风通道222用于从外部进风后导入外筒10,所述出风通道222用于将外筒10空气导入后再排放至外筒10的外部。
所述电源控制装置23包括第二壳体231。
所述第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42对应设置在第一壳体22、第二壳体231上,沿所述安装梁1的延伸方向间隔设置。
本发明通过将所述第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42对应设置在第一壳体22、第二壳体231上,沿所述安装梁1的延伸方向间隔设置,使所述第一壳体22和第二壳体231直接设置在所述安装梁1的底部,增加了将所述新风模块2的安装结构安装在洗衣机箱体3内部的便捷性。
另外,所述第一卡接部41自所述第一壳体22的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口11中,然后沿所述安装梁1的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口11外周的第一壳体22顶壁上。
所述第二卡接部42自所述第二壳体231的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口11中,然后沿所述安装梁1的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口11外周的第二壳体231顶壁上。
本发明通过将所述第一卡接部41、第二卡接部42分别自所述第一壳体22、第二壳体231的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口11中,然后沿所述安装梁1的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口11外周的第一壳体22、第二壳体231顶壁上,进一步增加了所述卡接部4与所述缺口11配合的稳定性,进而增加了将所述通风装置21、电源控制装置23固定在所述安装梁1上的稳定性。
具体地,两个第一卡接部41自所述第一壳体22的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口11中,然后向相背侧方向延伸设置可接在缺口11外周的第一壳体22的顶壁上。
两个第二卡接部42自所述第二壳体231的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口11中,然后与所述安装梁1延伸方向相同或相反的方向延伸设置可接在缺口11外周的第二壳体231的顶壁上。
另外,所述第一卡接部41设置在所述第一壳体22相背侧的两侧壁上。两个第一卡接部41在所述第一壳体22的端面处于一条直线上。
所述第二卡接部42设置在第二壳体231同一侧的侧壁上。
需要解释的是,所述第一卡接部41和第二卡接部42的延伸方向还可以向所述安装梁1内部延伸设置,只要满足将所述通风装置21、电源控制装置23固定在所述安装梁1上即可。
如图2至图3所示,所述安装梁1的两侧上分别设有第一安装孔14。所述通风装置21上设有第二安装孔2241。所述电源控制装置23设上设有第三安装孔233。
所述第二安装孔2241和第三安装孔233分别通过连接件与安装梁1两侧的第一安装孔14连接。
本发明通过在所述安装梁1的两侧上设有第一安装孔14,在所述通风装置21、电源控制装置23上分别设置第二安装孔2241和第三安装孔233,进而在所述第二安装孔2241和第三安装孔233安装连接件与安装梁1两侧的第一安装孔14连接,进一步增加了新风模块2与安装梁1之间的装配牢固性,实现了双重安全保障,降低了事故发生的机率。
如图6至图7所示,所述电源控制装置23的第二壳体231与通风装置21的相对侧的侧壁上还设有连接部232。
所述第三安装孔233设置在所述连接部232的顶部。所述连接部232与所述安装梁1的第一安装孔14相对设置。

本发明通过在所述电源控制装置23第二壳体231的侧壁上设置连接部232, 与所述安装梁1的第一安装孔14通过连接件固定连接,使电源控制装置23固定在所述安装梁1上,保证了安装的稳定性,另外,使所述第二卡接部42设置在所述连接部232的侧壁上,进一步增加了电源控制装置23固定在所述安装梁1上的稳定性。
具体地,所述第二壳体231上设置多个连接部232,分别与所述安装梁1的第一安装孔14通过连接件固定连接。其中一个所述连接部232与所述通风装置21的侧壁抵接设置。
所述连接部232包括连接柱2321和连接壳2322。
所述连接柱2321设置在所述第二壳体231的侧壁上,所述连接柱2321部分凹陷在第二壳体231内。所述连接柱2321用于与所述安装梁1的第一安装孔14通过连接件固定连接。
所述连接壳2322的一端开口设置,所述连接壳2322的另一端封闭设置。所述连接柱2321设置在所述连接壳2322内部。
另外,所述通风装置21的第一壳体22包括盒体223和盒盖224。所述盒体223内设有分隔板225,所述分隔板225将盒体223内分割形成进风通道221、出风通道222。
所述第二卡接部42设置在所述盒盖224在安装梁1延伸方向上相背的两侧壁上。
如图1至图3所示,所述安装梁1上具有沿安装梁1延伸方向并排延伸设置的第一支撑筋12和第二支撑筋13。
两侧的缺口11自所述安装梁1延伸方向的两侧边沿,分别向所述安装梁1内部延伸至靠近所述第一支撑筋12、第二支撑筋13。
再者,所述缺口11包括第一缺口111和第二缺口112。
所述第一缺口111设置在所述安装梁1的一侧,所述第一缺口111与所述通风装置21的第一卡接部41相对应设置。
所述第二缺口112设置在所述安装梁1的另一侧,所述第二缺口112与所述电源控制装置23的第二卡接部42相对应设置。
所述第一支撑筋12和第二支撑筋13靠近所述第一安装孔14的部分向所述安装梁1内部凹陷设置。
如图8至图16所示,所述通风装置21还包括通断阀组件5。
所述通断阀组件5设置在所述第一壳体22内,用于打开或关闭所述进风通道221、出风通道222。
所述进风通道221用于将外部空气导入后通过外接管路9排放至洗衣机外筒10内,所述出风通道222用于将洗衣机外筒10内的空气导入后通过外接管路9导出。
本发明在通风装置21的第一壳体22内设置独立进风通道221、出风通道222,在第一壳体22内设置通断阀组件5,方便控制进风通道221、出风通道222的通断,在通风装置21安装时不需要临时在洗衣机内安装通断阀组件5,仅需要安装外接管路9,即可以将外部空气经通风装置21导入外筒10中,然后将外筒10中空气经通风装置21导出至外部,能够实现洗衣机外筒10内部与洗衣机外部的空气循环流动,提高外筒10内的除湿效率,防止筒组件内部因潮湿滋生细菌和产生异味,通风装置21结构设计简单、安装方便、方便安装外筒10的外接管路9。
如图9至图12所示,所述通断阀组件5分别可转动的设置在所述进风通道 221、出风通道222内,用于在转动后封堵或打开对应通道。
所述进风通道221设有第一进风口2211、第一出风口2212,所述出风通道222设有第二进风口2221、第二出风口2222。
所述通断阀组件5分别可转动的设置在所述进风通道221、出风通道222内,用于在转动后封堵或打开对应通道。所述通断阀组件5可以控制进风通道221、出风通道222同时打开,也可以控制进风通道221、出风通道222分别单独打开。
进一步地,所述进风通道221、出风通道222并排延伸设置所述第一壳体22的两端之间。所述进风通道221的第一进风口2211、第一出风口2212分别设置在所述第一壳体22的两端端面上,所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221、第二出风口2222分别设置在所述第一壳体22的两端端面上。
所述通断阀组件5分别设置在所述第一壳体22同一端的进风通道221、出风通道222内,用于封堵或打开对应通道的进风口或出风口。
本发明通过将进风通道221、出风通道222并排延伸设置在第一壳体22内,能够减小第一壳体22的体积,避免占用洗衣机箱体3内的过多空间,在第一壳体22内设置通断阀组件5,能够在较小的空间实现进、出风以及控制风路的通断,结构紧凑,方便外接管路9的连接,安装简单。
优选的方案是,所述进风通道221的第一出风口2212、所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221均设置在所述第一壳体22的一端端面上。所述进风通道221的第一进风口2211、所述出风通道222的第二出风口2222均设置在所述第一壳体22的另一端端面上。
本发明通过将进风通道221的第一出风口2212、所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221均设置在所述第一壳体22的一端端面上,方便第一出风口2212通 过外接管路9与外筒10连接,将外部进风导入外筒10中,也方便第二进风口2221通过外接管路9与外筒10连接,接收外筒10内的潮湿空气排放至外筒10外部,能够减少外接管路9的长度,减少外接管路9占用的箱体3空间,方便外接管路9的安装。
所述通断阀组件5可以设置在所述第一壳体22的同一端内,也可以分别设置在所述第一壳体22的两端内。
优选的,所述通断阀组件5分别设置在所述进风通道221、出风通道222靠近所述第一壳体22的一端内,靠近所述第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221设置,用于对应封堵或打开所述第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221。
如图11至图12所示,所述通断阀组件5包括转轴和阀片。
所述转轴包括第一转轴52、第二转轴54,分别可转动的对应设置在所述进风通道221、出风通道222内。所述阀片包括第一阀片51、第二阀片53,分别对应设置在所述进风通道221、出风通道222内。
所述第一阀片51设置在所述第一转轴52的周壁上,所述第二阀片53设置在所述第二转轴54的周壁上。在封堵状态下,所述第一阀片51、第二阀片53的一侧壁对应与封堵的所述进风通道221的第一进风口2211或第一出风口2212、封堵的所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221或第二出风口2222相对抵接设置。
进一步地,所述第一转轴52、第二转轴54设置在所述第一壳体22的同一端内。所述通断阀组件5还包括连接轴55,所述连接轴55穿设所述进风通道221、出风通道222之间的第一壳体22的壁。所述连接轴55的两端分别与所述第一转轴52、第二转轴54连接为一体轴,带动所述第一阀片51、第二阀片53一体转动,同时封堵或打开所述进风通道221和出风通道222。
优选的,所述第一阀片51、第二阀片53对应封堵所述进风通道221的第一出风口2212、所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221。
所述第一阀片51、第二阀片53的一侧壁上分别设有杯状密封圈56,用于对应封堵第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221。
所述通风装置21还包括驱动电机6,所述驱动电机6设置在与所述第一壳体22的一端的外侧壁上。所述驱动电机6的输出轴61穿设所述第一壳体22的外侧壁,与所述一体轴传动连接,带动所述第一转轴52、第二转轴54同时转动。
所述驱动电机6设置在与所述第一壳体22的一端端面左右相邻的一外侧壁上。优选的,所述输出轴61的轴向与所述进风通道221、出风通道222的延伸方向垂直。
具体的,所述盒盖224可拆卸的封闭所述盒体223的开口,所述分隔板225竖向设置在所述盒体223的底壁上。所述分隔板225延伸连接至所述盒体223的两端,将第一壳体22的内部分隔成独立的进风通道221、出风通道222。
所述分隔板225的顶壁与所述盒盖224的底部抵接,所述连接轴55穿设在所述分隔板225中。
进一步地,所述通风装置21还包括风机7。所述风机7设置在所述第一壳体22上,所述风机7的一端设有出口73,与所述进风通道221的第一进风口2211相对连通。
所述进风通道221、出风通道222沿横向依次并排设置。所述风机7横向设置,所述风机7的一端设置在所述进风通道221的第一进风口2211所在的第一壳体22端面的上部,所述出风通道222的第二进风口2221或第二出风口2222设置在所述第一壳体22端面的下部。
优选的,所述第一进风口2211设置在所述第一壳体22的另一端端面的上部,所述第二出风口2222设置在所述第一壳体22的另一端端面的下部。所述风机7设置在第一进风口2211所在的第一壳体22端面的上部,所述第二出风口2222设于所述风机7的下部。
本发明通过将风机7设置在第一壳体22的另一端端面的上部,将所述出风通道222的第二出风口2222设于所述风机7的下部,既能安装风机7向进风通道221内进风、又能方便第二出风口2222的外接管路9的安装,结构紧凑、占用洗衣机内的空间小。
所述风机7包括风机壳71。所述风机壳71的上部设有进口72,所述风机壳71的侧部设有出口73,与所述第一进风口2211相对并连通。
具体的,所述通风装置21还包括安装板226,所述安装板226横向延伸设置在第一进风口2211所在的所述第一壳体22端面的中部。所述风机7固定在所述安装板226的上部,所述出风通道222的进风口或出风口设于所述安装板226下方的第一壳体22端面上。
所述安装板226的厚度小于所述第一壳体22在上下方向的厚度。
所述第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221、第二出风口2222外均设有接头。
所述安装板226设置在所述盒体223横向延伸的另一端的端面。所述盒体223另一端的端面对应的盒口边沿,沿横向继续向外延伸设置。所述风机7部分夹设于所述盒口边向外延伸的部分结构和所述安装板226之间。
所述盒体223的一侧壁上设有驱动电机6,靠近所述盒体223横向的一端端面设置。所述盒体223的一侧壁上设有延伸板227,靠近所述盒体223横向的另一端端面设置。所述延伸板227一端与所述盒体223连接,另一端横向向外部 延伸设置。
所述延伸板227上设有安装柱,通过连接件与所述盒盖224连接。所述盒体223内也设有安装柱,通过连接件与所述盒盖224连接。所述延伸板227的另一端端部设有避让口2271,用于容纳风机7的线束。
进一步地,所述通风装置21还包括检测通断阀组件5是否关闭所述通道的检测装置8。所述检测装置8包括本体81和检测端82。
所述本体81设置在所述第一壳体22外,所述检测端82自所述本体81穿设至所述通道内。所述检测端82与所述通断阀组件5配合,用于在通断阀组件5转动关闭通道时受到抵压力时与本体81配合产生通道关闭的触发信号。
所述检测端82可伸缩的设置在所述本体81上。所述通断阀组件5上设有凸出部512,在封闭所述通道时抵压所述检测端82,与所述本体81连通触发通道关闭信号。
一种具体的方案是,所述第一阀片51与所述第一壳体22内的一端端面相对的侧壁上设有凸出部512,所述检测端82可伸缩的设置在所述本体81上,可内外伸缩的穿设在所述进风通道221的一端端面中。
当第一阀片51转动至与所述进风通道221内的一端端面相对时,封闭所述第一出风口2212,所述凸出部512抵压所述检测端82,使所述检测部向外部移动与所述本体81内的零部件接触,从而产生触发信号,洗衣机接收触发信号,判断进风通道221封闭。第一阀片51、第二阀片53同轴转动,若判断进风通道221封闭,则出风通道222也封闭。
当第一阀片51转动打开所述第一出风口2212时,带动所述凸出部512远离所述检测端82,检测端82回弹,与本体81内的零部件不再接触产生触发信 号。
所述第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221设置在所述第一壳体22的一端端面的下部。所述本体81设置在所述第一出风口2212上部的所述第一壳体22的一端端面上。所述第一转轴52、第二转轴54设置在所述第一壳体22内的一端的上部。
进一步地,所述电源控制装置23,用于为所述检测装置8、风机7和/或驱动电机6供电,以及控制所述检测装置8或驱动电机6供电。
如图13至图16所示,本发明还提供一种洗衣机,具有上述任一所述的通风装置21。
所述洗衣机还包括外筒10和箱体3,所述外筒10置于所述箱体3内。所述外筒10的筒口101朝前侧设置。
所述通风装置21设置在所述外筒10的外周壁上,所述通风装置21的第一出风口2212通过外接管路9与所述外筒10连接。所述通风装置21的第二进风口2221通过外接管路9与所述外筒10连接。所述通风装置21的第二出风口2222通过外接管路9与箱体3上的开口连接,将外筒10内的潮湿空气排出箱体3外。
所述第一壳体22和所述电源控制装置23沿所述外筒10的周向间隔相对设置。优选的,所述第一壳体22和所述电源控制装置23均通过螺钉与所述外筒10连接
具体的,所述外筒10的前部具有窗垫102,设于所述筒口101的外周。所述通风装置21的第一壳体22的一端朝向所述窗垫102方向设置,即所述第一出风口2212、第二进风口2221朝向所述窗垫102方向设置。
所述窗垫102上设有进气口103,通过外接管路9与第一出风口2212连通。 所述外筒10的外周壁上设有出气口104,通过外接管路9与第二进风口2221连通。
所述第二出风口2222连接的外接管路9弯折后向箱体3的前部延伸设置,延伸至与所述筒口101的外周相对的箱体3上。
本发明还提供一种洗衣机控制方法。所述洗衣机具有上述任一所述通风装置,或者所述洗衣机为上述任一所述的洗衣机。
所述控制方法为:在洗涤结束后,控制通断阀组件同时打开进风通道和出风通道进行通风除湿;在通风结束后,控制通断阀组件同时封堵进风通道和出风通道。
具体的,通过控制驱动电机运转,带动第一阀片、第二阀片同时对应封堵或打开进风通道、出风通道。
所述通风装置有两种模式:工作模式和非工作模式。
在工作模式下:进风通道的第一阀片和出风通道的第二阀片同时开启,风机开启,开始向进风通道内吹入空气,空气经过进风通道、外接管路和窗垫进入到外筒内部;然后经过外筒上的出气口及外接管路回到出风通道中,出风通道又通过外接管路将潮气排到洗衣机外部。
在非工作模式下:进风通道的第一阀片和出风通道的第二阀片均关闭,防止洗衣机工作时,筒内的湿热空气、泡沫等外溢。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,包括:
    安装梁,用于固定在洗衣机箱体上,所述安装梁上设置多个缺口;
    新风模块,用于净化洗衣机外筒内部的环境,所述新风模块上设置有与所述多个缺口相对应的多个卡接部,卡接在所述缺口中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述缺口分别设置在安装梁延伸方向的两侧;
    所述卡接部分别设置在所述新风模块的两侧上,与所述安装梁延伸方向两侧的缺口卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述新风模块包括:
    通风装置,用于向外筒内导入空气及将空气从外筒中导出,设于所述安装梁延伸方向的一侧的底部;
    电源控制装置,用于供电并控制所述通风装置运行,设于所述安装梁延伸方向的另一侧的底部,与所述通风装置相对设置;
    所述卡接部包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部,分别对应设置在所述通风装置、电源控制装置上,卡接在安装梁两侧的缺口中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述通风装置包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体内设有互相独立的进风通道、出风通道,分别用于从外部进风后导入外筒、将外筒空气导入后再排放至外筒的外部;
    所述电源控制装置包括第二壳体;
    所述第一卡接部、第二卡接部对应设置在第一壳体、第二壳体上,沿所述 安装梁的延伸方向间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡接部自所述第一壳体的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口中,然后沿所述安装梁的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口外周的第一壳体顶壁上;
    所述第二卡接部自所述第二壳体的侧壁向上延伸穿设在所述缺口中,然后沿所述安装梁的延伸方向延伸设置,卡接在缺口外周的第二壳体顶壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装梁的两侧上设有第一安装孔,通风装置上设有第二安装孔,电源控制装置上设有第三安装孔;
    所述第二安装孔和第三安装孔分别通过连接件与安装梁两侧的第一安装孔连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第二壳体与通风装置的相对侧的侧壁上还设有连接部,所述第三安装孔设置在所述连接部的顶部,与所述安装梁一侧的第一安装孔相对设置;
    所述第二卡接部设置在所述连接部的侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述通风装置的第一壳体包括盒体和盒盖;所述盒体内设有分隔板,形成进风通道、出风通道;
    所述第一卡接部设置在所述盒盖在安装梁延伸方向上相背的两侧壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机新风模块的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装梁上具有沿安装梁延伸方向并排延伸设置的第一支撑筋和第二支撑筋;
    两侧的缺口自所述安装梁延伸方向的两侧边沿,分别向所述安装梁内部延伸至靠近所述第一支撑筋、第二支撑筋。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机新风模块的安装结构。
