通常情况下,终端厂商会设置一个复杂的默认登录密码,用户在初次登录时还可以自行设置一个复杂的自定义登录密码。但是,在设备参数配置成功后,用户往往很少甚至不再使用该自定义登录密码,长此以往,用户可能遗忘自行设置的复杂的自定义登录密码,一旦数据类终端设备发生故障且又需要重新登录,用户无法成功登录。
此时用户可以直接使用默认登录密码,通过恢复出厂设置来重新设置自定义登录密码,但是终端设备存储的用户信息将全部丢失。终端厂商设置的默认登录密码往往显示在数据类终端设备外表面粘贴的标签上,由于用户通常会将数据类终端设备放进口袋、背包等位置随身携带,在长时间的使用之后,标签上的默认登录密码可能会发生磨损,从而导致默认登录密码识别不清楚。如果标签上的默认登录密码发生磨损,用户甚至无法通过恢复出厂设置来找回密码,只能联系终端厂商来找回密码。

终端设备在检测到登录界面首次被用户登录时,往往会引导用户设置自定义登录密码以提高终端设备的安全性,那么此时还可以引导用户设置预设密码找回策略,以在用户丢失自定义登录密码时能够辅助用户找回当前的自定义登录密码。相应的,如图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S21中,在检测到所述登录界面首次被登录的情况下,生成并显示提示信息;
在步骤S22中,根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略。
其中,提示信息可以用于提示用户配置预设密码找回策略,其中可以包括多种初始密码找回策略,在显示提示信息后,用户可以从多种初始密码找回策略中选择一种或多种作为预设密码找回策略,方便后续在丢失自定义登录密码时通过操作终端设备来找回密码。
相应的,在一些实施例中,所述提示信息包括多种初始密码找回策略,所述操作指令为选择指令;如图3所示,所述根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略,可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S31中,确定所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略;
在步骤S32中,将所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略作为所述预设密码找回策略。
在一些实施例中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对所述登录界面进行的操作。
其中,对登录界面进行的操作,相当于对软件进行的操作,可以包括对登录界面中特定按钮的点击、特定功能的设置等等。
相应的,在一些实施例中,所述对所述登录界面进行的操作可以包括以下任一:
连续点击所述登录界面中的预设按钮达到第一预设次数;
启动显示语言设置功能,并按照预设顺序勾选各语言项。
其中,该预设按钮可以为“登录”按钮、“找回密码”按钮等等,第一预设次数可以为2次、3次、4次等等。举例来说,预设顺序可以是:简体中文、英文、繁体中文、日文、法文(当然,也可以是包含其他语种的其他任意顺序如:英文、简体中文、德文、意大利文、日文等等),那么按照预设顺序勾选各语言项就是依次勾选简体中文、英文、繁体中文、日文以及法文。
在一些实施例中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对当前终端设备的硬件进行的操作。
其中,用户所能操作的当前终端设备的硬件,通常指的是当前终端设备的按键。
相应的,在一些实施例中,所述对当前终端的硬件进行的操作可以包括以下任一:
连续按压同一个预设按键达到第二预设次数;
同时按压多个不同的预设按键。
其中,预设按键可以包括电源键、恢复出厂设置键等等,具体可以视终端设备而定,终端设备的类型不同预设按键也可以有所不同。连续按压同一个预设按键达到第二预设次数,例如,连续按压电源键达到3次、连续按压恢复出厂设置键达到4次等等。同时按压多个不同的预设按键,例如,同时按压电源键以及恢复出厂设置键等等。
需要注意的是,预设密码找回策略可以同时包括对所述登录界面进行的操作以及对当前终端设备的硬件进行的操作,例如,预设密码找回策略可以为先连续点击登录界面中的“登录”按钮达到3次、再连续按压当前终端设备的电源键达到3次,也可以为先启动显示语言设置功能并按照预设顺序勾选各语言项、再连续按压当前终端设备的恢复出厂设置键达到3次。
以下结合一个具体实施例来对本公开提供的密码找回方法进行详细说明。
如图4所示,终端设备中可以包括一个密码找回主控模块,密码找回主控模块可以包括策略配置子模块、策略监控子模块、策略判断子模块以及策略执行子模块。策略配置子模块用于根据多种初始密码找回策略配置预设密码找回策略,即在检测到所述登录界面首次被登录的情况下,生成并控制终端设备的显示模块显示提示信息,根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略。策略监控子模块用于监控(也称检测)用户操作行为。策略判断子模块用于判断当前检测到的用户操作行为是否与事先配置的预设密码找回策略相匹配。策略执行子模块用于在当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略相匹配的情况下,向当前终端设备发送携带有当前的自定义登录密码的信息。除这些子模块之外,密码找回主控模块还可以提供统一的封装接口,方便终端设备的其他业务模块将密码找回模块的密码找回功能进行集成。
当用户根据终端设备外表面粘贴的标签,首次登录终端设备的WEB UI时,WEB UI显示如图5所示的提示信息,提示信息中包括“配置密码找回策略”的提示字眼,还包括多种初始密码找回策略,多种初始密码找回策略可以包括对软件的操作以及对硬件的操作。对软件 的操作,指的是用户操作终端设备的WEB UI界面,例如,用户连续点击“登录”按钮达到X次,又例如,用户启动显示语言设置功能,并按照预设顺序勾选各语言项。对硬件的操作,指的是用户操作终端设备的按键,例如,用户连续按压电源键达到Y次,又例如,用户同时按压电源键以及恢复出厂设置键。用户从多种初始密码找回策略中选定一种或多种密码找回策略,通过勾选所选定的初始密码找回策略并点击“确认”按钮向终端设备输入选择指令,此时密码找回主控模块的密码找回功能被激活,策略配置子模块将选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略作为预设密码找回策略。策略监控子模块在后台监控并记录用户操作行为。策略判断子模块将用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略进行匹配,在策略判断子模块判断出当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略相匹配的情况下,策略执行子模块向当前终端设备发送携带有当前的自定义登录密码的短信,该短信默认存储到SIM卡中。用户从终端设备中取出SIM卡,插入手机等可以读取短信的设备中,成功获悉当前的自定义登录密码。
如图6所示,本公开提供的密码找回方法其工作流程可以简单概括为:用户首次登录WEB UI;用户配置密码找回策略;开始监控用户操作行为;是否属于合法策略,若是,发送找回密码短信,若否,不会发送找回密码短信;用户拔下SIM卡获取密码;用户成功登录WEB UI。
基于相同的技术构思,如图7所示,本公开实施例还提供一种终端设备,可以包括:
检测模块101,用于检测用户操作行为;
处理模块102,用于确定当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略是否相匹配;
发送模块103,用于在当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略相匹配的情况下,向当前终端设备发送携带有当前的自定义登录密码的信息,其中,所述自定义登录密码用于登录当前终端设备的登录界面,所述信息具有预定格式,以使得该信息能够被存储在当前终端设备的客户识别模块中;
存储模块104,用于将所述信息存储至所述客户识别模块。
在一些实施例中,终端设备还可以包括显示模块;
处理模块102还用于:
在检测到所述登录界面首次被登录的情况下,生成提示信息;
根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略。
显示模块用于,显示所述提示信息。
在一些实施例中,所述提示信息包括多种初始密码找回策略,所述操作指令为选择指令;
所述处理模块102还用于:
确定所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略;
将所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略作为所述预设密码找回策略。
在一些实施例中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对所述登录界面进行的操作。
在一些实施例中,所述对所述登录界面进行的操作包括以下任一:
连续点击所述登录界面中的预设按钮达到第一预设次数;
启动显示语言设置功能,并按照预设顺序勾选各语言项。
在一些实施例中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对当前终端设备的硬件进行的操作。
在一些实施例中,所述对当前终端的硬件进行的操作包括以下任一:
连续按压同一个预设按键达到第二预设次数;
同时按压多个不同的预设按键。
此外,本公开实施例还提供一种电子设备,可以包括:
一个或多个处理器;
存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;
当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如前任一实施例所述的密码找回方法。
此外,本公开实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被执行时实现如前任一实施例所述的密码找回方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密码找回方法,所述方法包括:
    在当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略相匹配的情况下,向当前终端设备发送携带有当前的自定义登录密码的信息,其中,所述自定义登录密码用于登录当前终端设备的登录界面,所述信息具有预定格式,以使得该信息能够被存储在当前终端设备的客户识别模块中;
    将所述信息存储至所述客户识别模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述登录界面首次被登录的情况下,生成并显示提示信息;
    根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述提示信息包括多种初始密码找回策略,所述操作指令为选择指令;
    所述根据用户输入的操作指令确定所述预设密码找回策略,包括:
    确定所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略;
    将所述选择指令所选定的初始密码找回策略作为所述预设密码找回策略。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对所述登录界面进行的操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述对所述登录界面进行的操作包括以下任一:
    连续点击所述登录界面中的预设按钮达到第一预设次数;
    启动显示语言设置功能,并按照预设顺序勾选各语言项。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述预设密码找回策略包括对当前终端设备的硬件进行的操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述对当前终端的硬件进行的操作包括以下任一:
    连续按压同一个预设按键达到第二预设次数;
    同时按压多个不同的预设按键。
  8. 一种终端设备,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测用户操作行为;
    处理模块,用于确定当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略是否相匹配;
    发送模块,用于在当前检测到的用户操作行为与预设密码找回策略相匹配的情况下,向当前终端设备发送携带有当前的自定义登录密码的信息,其中,所述自定义登录密码用于登录当前终端设备的登录界面,所述信息具有预定格式,以使得该信息能够被存储在当前终端设备的客户识别模块中;
    存储模块,用于将所述信息存储至所述客户识别模块。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7任一项所述的密码找回方法。
  10. 一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被执行时实现如权利要求1-7任一项所述的密码找回方法。
