背景技术
医院有时需要对患者体内进行图样采集来进行诊断,彩超是对患者图样采集的常用手段之一,其利用超声多普勒技术和超声回波原理,同时进行采集血流运动、组织运动信息和人体器官组织成像,用彩超对患者进行检查时,需要通过耦合剂涂覆工具将耦合剂涂抹在患者皮肤表面,而后通过彩超探头对人体进行成像,当需要检查多个部位时,彩超探头和耦合剂涂覆工具需要来回更换使用,从而造成操作繁琐,使用者的效率也较低,因此一种医学成像系统的图像采集组件来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医学成像系统的图像采集组件,以克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
一种医学成像系统的图像采集组件,包括彩超探头主体,彩超探头主体的左右两侧分别设有瓶座,每个瓶座中均设有与耦合剂瓶可拆卸连接的连接管,连接管的底部通过排出管连接至彩超探头主体侧面安装的微型泵的进液孔,每个微型泵的排液孔分别通过排液管与彩超探头主体底部两侧的出液孔连通。
优选的,所述耦合剂瓶的瓶口设有外螺纹,所述连接管中设有与耦合剂瓶的瓶口螺纹连接的内螺纹。
优选的,所述耦合剂瓶设于瓶座中的安装槽中,所述安装槽与耦合剂瓶大小配合。
优选的,同一侧的出液孔设有若干个,彩超探头主体的外侧设有与同一侧出液孔均连通的安装盒,所述排液管与安装盒内的空腔连通。
优选的,所述安装盒的四个拐角分别通过螺钉与彩超探头主体连接。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供了一种医学成像系统的图像采集组件,包括彩超探头主体1,彩超探头主体1的左右两侧分别设有瓶座2,每个瓶座2中均设有与耦合剂瓶3可拆卸连接的连接管21,连接管21的底部通过排出管4连接至彩超探头主体1侧面安装的微型泵5的进液孔,每个微型泵5的排液孔分别通过排液管6与彩超探头主体1底部两侧的出液孔11连通。
需要注意的是,所述耦合剂瓶3的瓶口设有外螺纹31,所述连接管21中设有与耦合剂瓶3的瓶口螺纹连接的内螺纹211,所述耦合剂瓶3设于瓶座2中的安装槽22中,所述安装槽22与耦合剂瓶3大小配合,避免耦合剂瓶3在瓶座2中晃动。
此外,同一侧的出液孔11设有若干个,彩超探头主体1的外侧设有与同一 侧出液孔11均连通的安装盒7,所述排液管6与安装盒7内的空腔连通,安装盒7的四个拐角分别通过螺钉与彩超探头主体1连接,方便对安装盒7进行拆装。
具体实施方式及原理:
本发明在实际应用时,使用者手握住彩超探头主体1的手柄将彩超探头主体1的底部贴合于待检查者的皮肤表面,接着启动微型泵5,微型泵5通过排出管4将耦合剂从耦合剂瓶3中抽出经排液管6进入安装盒7内的空腔,再经彩超探头主体1底部的出液孔11排出至待检查者的皮肤表面,移动彩超探头主体1将耦合剂抹平,即可使用彩超探头主体1对待检查者进行检查;当耦合剂瓶3中的耦合剂使用完后,转动瓶座2上空的耦合剂瓶3,将耦合剂瓶3从瓶座2的连接管21上拧下,接着换上装满耦合剂的耦合剂瓶3,将耦合剂瓶3拧紧在瓶座2的连接管21上,即完成耦合剂瓶3的更换。
综上所述,本发明中耦合剂涂覆工具与彩超探头安装在一起,当需要涂抹耦合剂时,只需要打开微型泵5,通过微型泵5即可将耦合剂3瓶中的耦合剂排出至待检查者皮肤表面,通过彩超探头对耦合剂进行涂覆和对待检查者进行检查,当耦合剂瓶3用完后,能够轻松的从瓶座上进行更换,整个过程大大提高使用者的效率。

  1. 一种医学成像系统的图像采集组件,其特征在于:包括彩超探头主体(1),彩超探头主体(1)的左右两侧分别设有瓶座(2),每个瓶座(2)中均设有与耦合剂瓶(3)可拆卸连接的连接管(21),连接管(21)的底部通过排出管(4)连接至彩超探头主体(1)侧面安装的微型泵(5)的进液孔,每个微型泵(5)的排液孔分别通过排液管(6)与彩超探头主体(1)底部两侧的出液孔(11)连通。
