Abstract

Un système d'administration de fil-guide comprend un boîtier renfermant, un moteur, une vis-mère couplée au moteur, une structure coulissante couplée à la vis-mère, des commutateurs de limite couplés électriquement au moteur, et un support de fil-guide couplé au boîtier. Le système d'administration de fil-guide comprend en outre des boutons en communication électrique avec le moteur, une aiguille s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir du boîtier, et un fil-guide devant être reçu par le support de fil-guide. Le fonctionnement du moteur par l'intermédiaire des boutons provoque la rotation de la vis-mère qui permet à la structure coulissante de se déplacer en translation par rapport au moteur le long de la vis-mère. La translation de la structure coulissante le long de la vis-mère amène le fil-guide à avancer à partir du support de fil-guide à travers le boîtier et vers l'extérieur à travers l'aiguille. Le moteur est conçu pour arrêter le fonctionnement lorsque la structure coulissante entre en contact avec chacun des commutateurs de limite.
