Definitions
- the present invention is a magnetic implanter device that accelerates the healing while waiting for the root shaped screw like dental implants made of titanium applied to the jawbone in dentistry, relates to accelerating the treatment process cellu larly by increasing the release of nitric oxide (NO) with the help of the pulsed magnetic field (PMF) effect.
- NO nitric oxide
- PMF pulsed magnetic field
- the present invention relates to preventing additional treatment costs in clinical studies, preventing complications, and providing a painless treatment option with its easy to apply feature with the help of the pulsed magnetic field effect.
- Dental implants are a treatment method today that people apply after tooth loss. Dental implants act as replacement tooth roots. It provides a strong base which is configured to fit natural teeth, fixed or removable. In short, dental implants are an artificial tooth root made of titanium, which is artificially placed in the palate structure of the patient so as to support dentures, bridges and similar dental prostheses. Today, these screws are one of the most preferred treatment methods, they are placed in the jawbone, which act as a root for the restructuring of missing teeth. The major reasons why it is preferred by patients can be listed as follows; it looks like one's own tooth, creates a natural feeling, and offers a use close to the real tooth because it is designed in a structure that will fuse with the bone.
- Implant treatment which is an ideal treatment method, is applied to replace teeth lost due to trauma, tooth decay and/or periodontal disease and it is expected that the fixation of the implant to the tissue will fuse to the bone in about 3 to 6 months. Afterwards, when healing status is considered, removable or fixed prostheses that will be placed on the implant within a few weeks are made. Conditions that disrupt bone metabolism may occur in patients during the healing process. In similar cases or in cases where the bone quality is not sufficient, the treatment process is prolonged and even early implant losses may occur. In addition to this, these prolonged recovery processes also reduce the patient's quality of life.
- Drugs that increase the contact of implant and blood are used so as to accelerate the healing processes and prevent possible problems in the state of the art. These drugs are painkillers that will accelerate wound healing, oedema reducing drugs and drugs used for similar treatment. In addition to this, when it is considered that most patients cannot use every drug, there are no methods that can be used by every patient receiving implant treatment. Meanwhile, the drugs used may not provide tissue regeneration at the expected rate.
- Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) treatment which is used to accelerate implant healing processes, is provided in the prior art.
- Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS) is the use of equipment that emits sound waves so as to assist in healing injuries. It is often made so as to damage connective tissues such as ligaments, as well as to help the body repair broken bones.
- an ultrasound which is also used in dentistry, is different from that used to view parts of the body. Sound waves that cannot be heard by the human ear are directed through the body and are typically absorbed by different tissues such as bone. Sound waves can help stimulate responses from cells and molecules with broken bones. However, healing or tissue regeneration at the desired speed and at the desired time man not always be provided.

- LLLT low-level laser therapy
- LLLT is a treatment that comprises transmitting in-phase red and near-infrared light energies through the wavelengths necessary so as to reach a depth of 40 mm in the body.
- This therapy is called low-level is because the energy or power density used in the treatment is used at a lower intensity than other forms of laser therapy used in ablation (surgical removal), tissue cutting and thermal coagulation.
- LLLT stimulates the body's natural healing mechanism on a cellular and systemic level. Consequently, it is a treatment method that occurs when cells obtain the energy they need so as to perform their optimal functions in the body. However, healing or tissue regeneration at the desired speed and at the desired time man not always be provided.

Prior Art
Dental implants are a treatment method today that people apply after tooth loss. Since it is made of titanium, it does not interact with body tissues, can resist forces and is in the form of a root, allowing the bone tissue to combine with the dental implant and fully fuse with the bone tissue. The integration of the dental implant with the bone tissue and its being covered with the bone tissue is called osseointegration. This process is painful for patients and is a long process considering the healing of wounds in the tissue. Dental implants
are used to replace the teeth that could not be recovered despite many interventions, provided that there is no infection. Patients with gaps in their mouths in the tooth locations cannot perform functions such as chewing and their mouth closures differ. This situation leads to problems in the jaw joint. Implant treatment, which is an ideal treatment method, is applied to replace teeth lost due to trauma, tooth decay and/or periodontal disease and it is expected that the fixation of the implant to the tissue will fuse to the bone in about 3 to 6 months.
Drugs that increase the contact of implant and blood are used so as to accelerate the healing processes and prevent possible problems in the state of the art.
Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) treatment, which is used to accelerate implant healing processes, is provided in the prior art. Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS) is the use of equipment that emits sound waves so as to assist in healing injuries. It is often made so as to damage connective tissues such as ligaments, as well as to help the body repair broken bones. Furthermore, such an ultrasound, which is also used in dentistry, is different from that used to view parts of the body. Sound waves that cannot be heard by the human ear are directed through the body and are typically absorbed by different tissues such as bone. Sound waves can help stimulate responses from cells and molecules with broken bones. However, healing or tissue regeneration at the desired speed and at the desired time man not always be provided.

Another method used in the state of the art is low-level laser therapy (LLLT). LLLT is a treatment that comprises transmitting in-phase red and near-infrared light energies through the wavelengths necessary so as to reach a depth of 40 mm in the body. LLLT stimulates the body's natural healing mechanism on a cellular and systemic level. Consequently, it is a treatment method that occurs when cells obtain the energy they need so as to perform their optimal functions in the body. However, healing or tissue regeneration at the desired speed and at the desired time man not always be provided.
