Background
Products are now widely available for purchase at display stands in markets, stores, and other similar retail sales locations. The said products are displayed in the stand. Aside from the regular arrangement of the products on the stand, cleanliness is also important in the display and sale of the products in order to make them appear qualified in the eyes of the consumer.
Personnel have been assigned to keep the products in order, stock follow-up, and dust-free at display stands in markets, stores, and other similar retail sales points in the current technique. The stand is covered in dust due to excessive dust accumulation on the racks in the product display stands, making the products on the rack look unappealing. As a result, stands and products should be cleaned in short bursts and kept dust-free. Because dust accumulates and appears dirty on the packaging, consumers do not prefer it, and reliability of the brand suffers as a result. However, cleaning each rack in a product display stand without disrupting the product sequence is difficult and time-consuming. In businesses, this results in extra labor and lost time. As a result, there is a need in the present state of the art for a system that provides automatic removal of dust accumulated on the racks in the product display stands and on the products displayed on the racks for sale.
The document TR2012/08291 can be used to demonstrate the state of the art in research conducted in the literature. The said document is about a modular stand with a variety of rack configurations. The racks or hooks are positioned as desired on a stand that has at least one rack and hook that holds the said products to be displayed. However, there is no system in the said stand that cleans the dust that has accumulated on the racks or the products that are displayed on the rack.
As a result of the existence of the said problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions, it became necessary to make advancements in the relevant technical field.

The said vacuum hood (80) is connected to the air vacuuming end of the compressor (70) by means of at least one suction hose (90). Thereby, the vacuum air supplied from the compressor (70) reaches the vacuum hood (80) from the suction hose (90) and the vacuum hood (80) vacuums the dust accumulated on the racks (20) moving up and down cyclically.
At least one blower hose (100) is connected to the compressed air blowing end of the compressor (70) in order to vent the dust on the racks (20) simultaneously with the vacuuming process of the dusts and the said blower hose (100) is directed into a channel (121 ) opened on the upper table (12), and linear movement is provided. With the linear movement of the blower hose (100), the dust accumulated on the entire surface of the racks (20) is ventilated.
For the linear movement of the blower hose (100) in the channel (121 ), at least one circular motion engine (110) is connected to the upper table (12) of the chassis (10), providing a circular motion drive. A disc (120) is connected to the end of said circular motion engine (1 10) in such a way that it can rotate. The said disc (120) moves circularly by means of circular motion engine (110).
On the upper table (12) of the chassis (10), the side registers (130) are mutually connected and a movement shaft (140) that moves linearly on the horizontal axis is placed between the side registers (130). In order to transfer the linear movement of the movement shaft (140) to the blower hose (100), one end of the movement shaft (140) is connected to the holder (101 ) on the blower hose (100).
A drive frame (150), which is positioned on the vertical axis and converts circular motion into linear motion, is connected between the motion shaft and the drive shaft (140). The drive frame (150) is associated with the disc (120) by inserting an L- shaped disc arm (160) connected to the disc (120), which is rotated by the circular motion engine (1 10), into the said slit (151 ). The disc arm (160) moves in the slit (151 ) on the axis of rotation with the full rotation movement of the disc (120) and moves the drive frame (150) between the drive shaft (140) linearly. Thereby, the drive shaft (140), which moves linearly with the drive frame (150), moves the blower hose (100) linearly in the channel (121 ).
The working principle of the product display stand dust removal system, which is the subject of the invention, is as follows;
If the product that the consumer desires to buy is on the rack (20) located above, below or at the back in the chassis (10), the button (60) is pressed. With the operation of the engine (30), the gears (40) rotate. This rotational movement is transferred to the racks (20) by means of the chain (50) on the gears (40). Racks (20) move up and down cyclically within the chassis (10) together with the chain (50). And while the racks (20) at the front of the chassis (10) move towards the rear in an up or down direction, the racks (20) at the rear move to the front. The rack (20) where the product to be purchased is located in front of the consumer and the consumer can easily take the product.
The circular motion engine (1 10) positioned on the chassis (10) is started and the disc (120) rotates. With the rotation of the disc (120), the disc arm (160) moves in the slit (151 ) on the axis of rotation and the drive frame (150) between the drive shaft (140) is linearly moved. The drive shaft (140), which moves linearly with the drive frame (150), moves the blower hose (100) linearly in the channel (121 ). When the compressor (70) is turned on, compressed (70) air is blown from one end while air is vacuumed from the other.
While the blower hose (100), which is connected to the compressed air blowing end of the compressor (70), moves linearly in the channel (121 ) with the linear movement of the drive shaft (140), it ventilates the dust that has accumulated on the racks (20) as they move up and down in a cyclical manner. Meanwhile, the vacuum hood (80), which is attached to the end of the compressor (70) that vacuums the air with the suction hose (90), vacuums the dust accumulated on the moving racks (20). Thereby, the racks (20) and the products displayed on the racks (20) are cleaned.
