搁物架在我们日常生活中非常常见,用以放置不同物品,目前存在将不同高度不同大小的物品放置在搁物架上的需求。
为了在使用搁物架的时候,将不同高度不同大小的物品放置在搁物架,相关技术公开了一种冰箱的可升降搁物架,包括:冰箱箱体,其内腔至少两侧设置有滑轨,滑轨上设置有至少一组与之可上下滑动连接的固定支架,搁物架与固定支架可拆卸连接,滑轨上对应固定支架设置有自锁装置。
在实现本公开实施例的过程中,发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:
在使用此搁物架时,需要先解锁自锁装置,接着上推或下移搁物架,搁物架到达指定位置后使用自锁装置将固定支架锁住,接着放入不同高度大小的物品。调节此搁物架的高度,人为操作步骤较多,使用时并不便捷。

本公开实施例提供的搁物架及冰箱,可以实现以下技术效果:
搁物板连接在转轮上,在使用搁物架时,拉动搁物板,搁物板带动转轮,转轮的轮齿与卡合组件配合,卡合组件时而与轮齿抵接,时而脱离轮齿,卡合组件与轮齿抵接时,使搁物板被固定,卡合组件脱离轮齿时,搁物板可以被调整高度。这样,只要拉动搁物板,就可以使搁物板被调节处于多个高度位置,放置不同大小不同高度的物品,操作简单便捷。

结合图1所示,本公开实施例提供一种搁物架,包括卡合组件1、转轮2和搁物板4。转轮2与卡合组件1相对应并能够相对于卡合组件1绕自身转动中心转动,转轮2设有多个轮齿3,多个轮齿3位于以转动中心为圆心的同一圆周上,轮齿3为弹性轮齿3和/或卡合组件1为弹性卡合组件1,以使卡合组件1能够在限位位置和与轮齿3相脱离的脱离位置之间切换,其中,在限位位置卡合组件1与任一轮齿3相抵接以限制轮齿3继续运动;搁物板4与转轮2的非转动中心的位置连接,拉动搁物板4以带动转轮2相对于卡合组件1绕转动中心转动。
采用本公开实施例提供的搁物架,搁物板4连接在转轮2上,在使用搁物架时,拉动搁物板4,搁物板4带动转轮2,转轮2的轮齿3与卡合组件1配合,卡合组件1时而与
轮齿3抵接,时而脱离轮齿3,卡合组件1与轮齿3抵接时,使搁物板4被固定,卡合组件1脱离轮齿3时,搁物板4可以被调整高度。这样,只要拉动搁物板4,就可以使搁物板4被调节处于多个高度位置,放置不同大小不同高度的物品,操作简单便捷。
可选地,结合图2所示,卡合组件1为弹性卡合组件1,卡合组件1包括:卡爪101和弹性件102。卡爪101在限位位置能够与任一轮齿3相抵接,在脱离位置与任一轮齿3相脱离;弹性件102与卡爪101相连接,且在卡爪101与任一轮齿3相脱离时弹性件102发生弹性形变,以带动卡爪101复位至所述限位位置。
可选取弹簧作为弹性件102。弹性件102与卡爪101相连接,使得卡合组件1可以伸缩。
卡合组件1伸出,卡爪101与任意轮齿3相抵接时,卡合组件1处于限位位置,限制转轮2转动,此时搁物板4高度固定。
卡合组价收缩,卡爪101与轮齿3相脱离,卡合组件1处于脱离位置,转轮2可以转动,此时搁物板4的高度可被调节。
这样,卡合组件1为弹性卡合组件1时,搁物板4的高度可被调节。
可选地,结合图2所示,卡爪101包括第一爪面1011和第二爪面1012。第一爪面1011在限位位置与任一轮齿3相抵接;第二爪面1012与第一爪面1011相对设置,沿拉动搁物板4带动转轮2转动的方向,第二爪面1012和第一爪面1011依次设置;其中,第二爪面1012设有第一导向斜面10121,轮齿3驱动第一导向斜面10121运动,以带动卡爪101朝向与轮齿3相脱离的方向运动。
沿拉动搁物板4带动转轮2转动的方向,第二爪面1012和第一爪面1011依次设置,第二爪面1012设有第一导向斜面10121。
拉动搁物板4,搁物板4带动转轮2绕自身转动中心转动,轮齿3接触到第一导向斜面10121后,施加给第一导向斜面10121力,卡爪101和弹性件102受力回缩,此时,卡爪101与轮齿3脱离。
接着,弹性件102发生弹性形变回弹,卡爪101在弹性件102的带动下伸出,使卡合组件1处于限位位置,限制转轮2转动。
这样,卡爪101在弹性件102弹力的作用下与转轮2配合,使转轮2在每个档位悬停,由此可以控制搁物板4的高度,使搁物架具有多个可调位。
可选地,结合图2所示,卡合组件1的数量为多个,多个卡合组件1包括位于搁物架同一侧的第一卡合组件11和第二卡合组件12,转轮2的数量与卡合组件1的数量相等并一一对应,多个转轮2包括与第一卡合组件11相配合的第一转轮21和与第二卡合组件12
相配合的第二转轮22;第一卡合组件11和第二卡合组件12设于第一转轮21和第二转轮22之间,并沿搁物板4带动转轮2的转动方向依次设置。
第一转轮21和第一卡合组件11相配合,第二转轮22和第二卡合组件12相配合,第一卡合组件11和第二卡合组件12设于第一转轮21和第二转轮22之间,由此,在同一侧的布局为:第一转轮21、第一卡合组件11、第二卡合组件12和第二转轮22。
第一卡合组件11和第二卡合组件12沿搁物板4带动转轮2的转动方向依次设置。
这样,在拉动搁物架时,第一卡合组件11和第二卡合组件12同步伸缩,避免转轮2反转,从而保证了第一转轮21和第二转轮22保持同步同向旋转。由此,搁物板4被调节高度时就能够始终保持水平平动状态。
可选地,结合图3所示,轮齿3为弹性轮齿3,卡合组件1包括卡板111,卡板111上设有爪槽1111;弹性轮齿3卡入爪槽1111或从爪槽1111脱出以使卡合组件1在限位位置和脱离位置之间切换。
弹性轮齿3卡入爪槽1111,卡合组件1处于限位位置,限制转轮2转动,此时搁物板4高度固定。
弹性轮齿3从爪槽1111脱出,卡合组件1处于脱离位置,转轮2可以转动,此时搁物板4的高度可被调节。
这样,轮齿3为弹性轮齿3时,搁物板4的高度可被调节。
可选地,结合图3所示,弹性轮齿3包括第一连接部31、第二连接部32和卡合部33。第一连接部31与转轮2相连接;第二连接部32的一端与第一连接部31相连接且连接处形成折角34;卡合部33设于第二连接部32的另一端,在限位位置,卡合部33卡入爪槽1111。
弹性轮齿3的第一连接部31、第二连接部32和卡合部33皆为弹性材质。
拉动搁物板4,卡合部33受力弹性形变脱出爪槽1111,使卡合组件1处于脱离位置,转轮2可以转动。
卡合部33到达下一个爪槽1111时,卡合部33弹性形变卡入爪槽1111,使卡合组件1处于限位位置,搁物板4高度不再变化。
这样,弹性轮齿3的卡合部33与爪槽1111配合,使转轮2在每个档位悬停,由此可以控制搁物板4的高度,使搁物架具有多个可调位。
可选地,结合图3所示,卡合部33包括相对设置的第一侧壁331和第二侧壁332,且第一侧壁331和第二侧壁332沿搁物板4带动转轮2的转动方向依次设置;沿搁物板4带动转轮2的转动方向,第二侧壁332朝向第二侧壁332所在的转轮2的转动中心倾斜形
成第二导向斜面3321,爪槽1111设有与第二导向斜面3321相适配的第三导向斜面3322。
第三导向斜面3322适配于第二导向斜面3321,第三导向斜面3322适配于第二侧壁332,爪槽1111适配于卡合部33。第二导向斜面3321是朝向第二侧壁332所在的转轮2的转动中心倾斜形成的,故第三导向斜面3322是朝向第二侧壁332所在的转轮2的转动中心倾斜,这样,随着转轮2的转动,轮齿3的卡合部33更易从爪槽1111中脱出。
可选地,爪槽1111的数量与轮齿3的数量相等并一一对应。
这样,在限位位置时,每个轮齿3都能卡入爪槽1111中,转轮2可以稳固的停留在限位位置,增加搁物架的可靠性。
可选地,结合图1至图3所示,搁物架还包括侧板5,侧板5开设有通口51,转轮2位于通口51内并能够相对于通口51转动。
侧板5开设有通口51,转轮2位于通口51内,即转轮2嵌入于侧板5并可以在通口51内转动。
当卡合组件1为弹性卡合组件1时,侧板5上设有导槽7,弹性卡合组件1位于导槽7内固定。
这样,设置侧板5使得整个搁物架结构更稳定,搁物架可以单独放置在台面上使用,也可以将搁物架安装在冰箱、衣柜等中使用。
可选地,结合图1、图3和图4所示,转轮2的非转动中心位置设有凸起8或凹槽9中的一个,搁物板4设有凸起8或凹槽9中的另一个,凸起8与凹槽9配合,以使转轮2与搁物板4连接。
以转轮2的非转动中心位置设有凸起8为例,相应的,搁物板4设有凹槽9,凸起8与凹槽9配合,使搁物板4被固定在转轮2上。
在使用搁物架时,拉动搁物板4,搁物板4带动转轮2转动,而搁物板4的高度也可以随着转轮2的转动而变化。
可选地,结合图1所示,搁物板4上设有多个弧形面10。
这样,搁物板4不仅可以放置正常形状的物品,还可以放置红酒饮料等瓶装物。瓶装物放置在弧形面10上,不会发生滚动,便于饮品的储存。
本公开实施例提供一种冰箱,因具有前述实施例中任一项的搁物架,因而具有前述实施例中任一项的搁物架的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。
可选地,结合图5和图6所示,冰箱包括内胆6,侧板5嵌入于内胆6。
搁物架的侧板5被做成了内嵌入冰箱内胆6的结构,侧板5与内胆6共同形成了一个完整的腔体,转轮2和卡合组件1被容纳在腔体内部。
这样,侧板5的支撑强度很高,同时从外观面上看不到侧板5、转轮2和弹性组件,只能看到搁物板4,视觉上看起来整洁,并且侧板5嵌入于内胆6可以增大冰箱的使用空间。

Claims (10)
- 一种搁物架,其特征在于,包括:卡合组件(1);转轮(2),与所述卡合组件(1)相对应并能够相对于所述卡合组件(1)绕自身转动中心转动,所述转轮(2)设有多个轮齿(3),多个所述轮齿(3)位于以所述转动中心为圆心的同一圆周上,所述轮齿(3)为弹性轮齿(3)和/或所述卡合组件(1)为弹性卡合组件(1),以使所述卡合组件(1)能够在限位位置和与所述轮齿(3)相脱离的脱离位置之间切换,其中,在所述限位位置所述卡合组件(1)与任一所述轮齿(3)相抵接以限制所述轮齿(3)继续运动;搁物板(4),与所述转轮(2)的非转动中心的位置连接,拉动所述搁物板(4)以带动所述转轮(2)相对于所述卡合组件(1)绕所述转动中心转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述卡合组件(1)为弹性卡合组件(1),所述卡合组件(1)包括:卡爪(101),在所述限位位置能够与任一所述轮齿(3)相抵接,在所述脱离位置与所述任一所述轮齿(3)相脱离;弹性件(102),与所述卡爪(101)相连接,且在所述卡爪(101)与所述任一所述轮齿(3)相脱离时所述弹性件(102)发生弹性形变,以带动所述卡爪(101)复位至所述限位位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述卡爪(101)包括:第一爪面(1011),在所述限位位置与任一所述轮齿(3)相抵接;第二爪面(1012),与所述第一爪面(1011)相对设置,沿拉动所述搁物板(4)带动所述转轮(2)转动的方向,所述第二爪面(1012)和所述第一爪面(1011)依次设置;其中,所述第二爪面(1012)设有第一导向斜面(10121),所述轮齿(3)驱动所述第一导向斜面(10121)运动,以带动所述卡爪(101)朝向与所述轮齿(3)相脱离的方向运动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述卡合组件(1)的数量为多个,多个所述卡合组件(1)包括位于所述搁物架同一侧的第一卡合组件(11)和第二卡合组件(12),所述转轮(2)的数量与所述卡合组件(1)的数量相等并一一对应,多个所述转轮(2)包括与所述第一卡合组件(11)相配合的第一转轮(21)和与所述第二卡合组件(12)相配合的第二转轮(22);所述第一卡合组件(11)和所述第二卡合组件(12)设于所述第一转轮(21)和所述第二转轮(22)之间,并沿所述搁物板(4)带动所述转轮(2)的转动方向依次设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述轮齿(3)为弹性轮齿(3),所述卡合组件(1)包括卡板(111),所述卡板(111)上设有爪槽(1111);所述弹性轮齿(3)卡入所述爪槽(1111)或从所述爪槽(1111)脱出以使卡合组件(1)在所述限位位置和所述脱离位置之间切换。
- 根据权利要求5所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述弹性轮齿(3)包括:第一连接部(31),与所述转轮(2)相连接;第二连接部(32),所述第二连接部(32)的一端与所述第一连接部(31)相连接且连接处形成折角(34);卡合部(33),设于所述第二连接部(32)的另一端,在所述限位位置,所述卡合部(33)卡入所述爪槽(1111)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述卡合部(33)包括相对设置的第一侧壁(331)和第二侧壁(332),且所述第一侧壁(331)和所述第二侧壁(332)沿所述搁物板(4)带动所述转轮(2)的转动方向依次设置;沿所述搁物板(4)带动所述转轮(2)的转动方向,所述第二侧壁(332)朝向所述第二侧壁(332)所在的所述转轮(2)的转动中心倾斜形成第二导向斜面(3321),所述爪槽(1111)设有与所述第二导向斜面(3321)相适配的第三导向斜面(3322)。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的搁物架,其特征在于,还包括:侧板(5),开设有通口(51),所述转轮(2)位于所述通口(51)内并能够相对于所述通口(51)转动。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的搁物架。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括内胆(6),侧板(5)嵌入于所述内胆(6)。
