该带电疗功能的矫形器包括第一矫形部、第二矫形部以及电疗组件。其中,第一矫形部与第二矫形部铰接;第一矫形部及第二矫形部用于套设于患者的上肢或下肢,第一矫形部及第二矫形部的铰接处位于患者的上肢关节或下肢关节外;由此,通过将第一矫形部及第二矫形部便可对患者起到矫治的作用。电疗组件包括电疗主机、第一电极片及第二电极片;第一电极片及第二电极片均与电疗主机电连接;第一电极片及第二电极片用于贴设于患者的上肢或下肢,且第一电极片及第二电极片均位于第一矫形部及第二矫形部的内侧。带电疗功能的矫形器的结构简单,使用方便,能够在患者进行矫治的同时,进行电疗,从而能够提高康复治疗的效果。

请参考图1,本实施例提供了一种带电疗功能的矫形器100,带电疗功能的矫形器100可以包括第一矫形部110、第二矫形部120以及电疗组件130。
第一矫形部110与第二矫形部120可以铰接;第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120用于同时套设于患者的上肢或下肢,以使第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的铰接处位于患者的上肢关节或下肢关节外。
电疗组件130可以包括电疗主机131、第一电极片132及第二电极片133;第一电极片132及第二电极片133可以均与电疗主机131电连接;第一电极片132及第二电极片133均可以位于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的内侧,用于同时贴设于患者的上肢或下肢。
请参考图1,该带电疗功能的矫形器100的工作原理是:
该带电疗功能的矫形器100包括第一矫形部110、第二矫形部120以及电疗组件130;
其中,第一矫形部110与第二矫形部120铰接;第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120用于套设于患者的上肢或下肢,第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的铰接处位于患者的上肢关节或下肢关节外;由此,通过将第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120便可对患者起到矫治的作用;
电疗组件130包括电疗主机131、第一电极片132及第二电极片133;第一电极片132及第二电极片133均与电疗主机131电连接;第一电极片132及第二电极片133用于贴设 于患者的上肢或下肢,且第一电极片132及第二电极片133均位于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的内侧;而且在使用的过程中,第一电极片132及第二电极片133贴合于患者的矫形关节的两侧,相对于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120而言,其可以是位于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的铰接处的内侧;
带电疗功能的矫形器100的结构简单,使用方便,能够在患者进行矫治的同时,进行电疗,从而能够提高康复治疗的效果。
可选地,请参考图1,在本实施例中,在设置第一电极片132及第二电极片133时,为防止患者在活动的过程中,第一电极片132及第二电极片133出现脱落的情况,故,第一电极片132及第二电极片133均可以与第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的内侧面抵接。由此,通过第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120能够压紧第一电极片132及第二电极片133,进而能够保持第一电极片132及第二电极片133贴合于患者皮肤的状态。
请参考图1,在本实施例中,由上述内容可知,带电疗功能的矫形器100能够在矫治的同时,同步进行电疗,基于此,带电疗功能的矫形器100还可以包括肌电传感器141、压力传感器142、运动传感器143以及控制器144;电疗主机131、肌电传感器141、压力传感器142及运动传感器143均可以与控制器144电连接;
肌电传感器141可以用于检测患者的上肢或下肢的肌肉运动;压力传感器142可以用于检测第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120与患者的上肢或下肢接触面间的接触应力;以及运动传感器143可以用于检测患者的上肢或下肢的动作。
在设置肌电传感器141、压力传感器142及运动传感器143时,可以采用以下的设置方式,肌电传感器141可以位于第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120的内侧,且贴设于患者的上肢或下肢。压力传感器142可以与第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120连接,并位于第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120的内侧,且与第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120的内侧面抵接。运动传感器143可以与第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120连接。
通过这样的设置方式,能够在进行矫治和电疗的同时,对带电疗功能的矫形器100的穿戴状态,以及患者的关节状态进行检测,以便于对患者的康复情况进行收集和记录,从而便于患者及医护人员掌握关节的康复情况,从而有利于根据实际的康复情况调整带电疗功能的矫形器100的使用方式以及电疗的模式。
具体的,通过肌电传感器141检测患者的上肢或下肢的肌肉运动,能够监测患者关节处的肌肉运动,从而对患者的康复情况进行监测;而通过压力传感器142检测第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120与患者的上肢或下肢接触面间的接触应力,能够监测带电疗功能的矫形器100的使用状态,以便于在带电疗功能的矫形器100处于错位或压力过大时,调整使用状态,以尽可能的提高带电疗功能的矫形器100的矫治效果,并避免出现带电疗功能 的矫形器100错误使用的情况;而通过运动传感器143检测患者的上肢或下肢的动作,从而能够监测关节的活动,并计量患者在使用带电疗功能的矫形器100的过程中关节的最大活动度,同时,能够监测患者的活动情况,从而能够实时的获取患者的状态。
综上,由上述内容可知,通过上述的传感器的设置,能够获取患者在使用带电疗功能的矫形器100的过程中的肌电数据、压力数据以及活动数据;由此,通过将肌电数据、压力数据以及活动数据汇总便可得到患者的康复数据;而且通过将监测得到的康复数据与患者在开始使用时数据进行对比,便可以得到患者的康复情况,而且根据患者的康复情况还能够便于制定患者后续的康复计划,从而能够实时跟进患者的康复情况,提高康复的效果。
需要说明的是,当患者在第一次使用该带电疗功能的矫形器100时,便可获取患者的状态数据,并且控制器144能够存储患者的使用数据,并将患者在第一次使用该带电疗功能的矫形器100时存储的数据作为原始数据,其用于与后续获取的数据进行对比,以便于了解患者的康复情况。
请参考图1,在本实施例中,为便于患者以及医护人员了解患者的使用情况以及康复情况,同时对电疗的状态进行调整,故,带电疗功能的矫形器100还可以包括通信模块145,通信模块145与控制器144电连接,并用于外部设备通信。需要说明的是,通信模块145通过与外部设备的通信,既能够实现向外部设备传送数据,也能够接受外部设备输入的控制信号;需要说明的是,在设置通信模块145时,通信模块145可以为蓝牙模块,而外部设备可以为手持式移动设备。
另外,请参考图1,在本实施例中,为便于电疗主机131、控制器144、肌电传感器141、压力传感器142及运动传感器143的安装,故,第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120可以设置有第一连接部146,第一连接部146与电疗主机131可拆卸地连接;第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120可以设置有第二连接部147,第二连接部147与控制器144可拆卸地连接;第一矫形部110或第二矫形部120的内侧面可以设置有多个安装槽148,肌电传感器141、压力传感器142及运动传感器143可以分别安装于一个安装槽148。
基于上述内容,请参考图1,本公开还提供一种矫形器控制方法,利用上述的带电疗功能的矫形器100实现,矫形器控制方法可以包括:
接收压力传感器142输出的表征第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120与患者上肢或下肢间的接触应力的压力信号;
若接触应力在预设范围内,控制电疗主机131工作;
接收肌电传感器141输出的表征患者上肢或下肢肌肉运动的肌电信号,接收运动传感器143输出的表征患者的上肢动作或下肢动作的动作信号;
根据压力信号、肌电信号以及动作信号,得到患者的康复数据;
根据康复数据调整电疗主机131的工作状态。
可选地,控制电疗主机131工作的步骤可以包括:
接收电疗主机131输出的表征第一电极片132及第二电极片133的贴设状态的安装信号,若贴设状态正常,则控制电疗主机131按预设工作模式工作;以及
若贴设状态异常,则输出报警信号,直至贴设状态正常。
在本实施例中,根据康复数据调整电疗主机131的工作状态的步骤可以包括:
控制通信模块145向外部设备输出表征康复数据的数据信号;接收外部设备输出的控制信号,控制电疗主机131按控制信号表征的工作模式工作。
需要说明的是,在根据康复数据调整电疗主机131的工作状态时,除上述的通过外部设备进行控制外,带电疗功能的矫形器100的控制器144还能够通过预先存入指令的方式,自动运行,即,当康复数据为一定范围时,即对电疗主机131的工作状态进行调整。
综上,由于膝关节是人体十分复杂且重要的关节,也是人全身发病率最高的关节。漆关节病会使关节的应力分布异常,通常会引起疼痛,行走困难等问题,严重影响正常生活。由此,下面将以带电疗功能的矫形器100用于膝关节康复为例进行说明。需要说明的是,在本公开的其他实施例中,可以通过对带电疗功能的矫形器100的尺寸进行调整,便可以适用于不同的关节,比如肘关节、膝关节、指关节或其他关节。
具体的,在使用的过程中,可以通过将第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120分别设置于大腿及小腿处,采用包裹大腿及小腿的方向进行使用;需要说明的是,首先,在佩戴第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120前,默认运动传感器143及压力传感器142已经完成安装,而肌电传感器141、第一电极片132及第二电极片133则可以在安装第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120前或安装第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120时进行安装;其外,第一电极片132及第二电极片133可以贴合于患者的膝关节的两侧,相对于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120而言,其可以是位于第一矫形部110及第二矫形部120的铰接处的内侧;另外,在采用该带电疗功能的矫形器100进行康复治疗前,患者已经使用过带电疗功能的矫形器100,且控制器144中记录有患者的初次使用数据。
随后,控制器144可以根据患者的初次使用数据制定的康复计划,控制电疗主机131工作,同时收集肌电传感器141、压力传感器142以及运动传感器143输出的数据。
当肌电传感器141、压力传感器142以及运动传感器143输出的数据中一个或多个出现异常时,控制器144可以控制电疗主机131停止工作,并发出报警信号,提醒患者或医护人员进行检测。需要说明的是,由上述内容可知,控制器144可以通过通信模块145与外部设备通信连接,即,报警信号可以传递中外部设备,并供患者或医护人员知悉。
患者在使用该带电疗功能的矫形器100的过程中,其可以活动,并不需要长期躺卧或 坐立;按制定的康复计划工作一段时长后,控制器144会根据汇总的康复数据与初次使用数据进行对比,并基于数据进行分析,从而确定后续的康复治疗是否需要进行调整或维持康复计划不变;需要说明的是,在此过程中,可以在使用该带电疗功能的矫形器100的过程中进行实时调整,也可以是阶段性的调整;而且,调整的方式可以是控制器144自动调整,也可以是患者或医护人员通过外部设备与控制器144通信的方式调整;还需要说明的是,在控制器144对数据进行分析以及进行康复计划的调整时,需要使用者预先在控制器144内输入相关的指令。
综上,在使用该带电疗功能的矫形器100进行膝关节的康复治疗的过程中,能够将膝关节的伸展和屈曲限制在合适的角度范围内,或将膝关节维持在某一角度,即,对膝关节起到支撑和稳定患者受损膝关节的作用,以促进膝关节功能早期得到康复;而且在此过程中,还能够同步进行电疗,而电疗则可以促进膝关节的局部血液循环,进而消炎、镇痛及促进伤口愈合等;由此,该带电疗功能的矫形器100,可以用于治疗膝关节的关节炎,且功能丰富,可提高康复治疗的效果。
以上,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本公开的实施例提供了一种带电疗功能的矫形器,包括第一矫形部、第二矫形部以及电疗组件。其中,第一矫形部与第二矫形部铰接;第一矫形部及第二矫形部用于套设于患者的上肢或下肢,第一矫形部及第二矫形部的铰接处位于患者的上肢关节或下肢关节外;由此,通过将第一矫形部及第二矫形部便可对患者起到矫治的作用。电疗组件包括电疗主机、第一电极片及第二电极片;第一电极片及第二电极片均与电疗主机电连接;第一电极片及第二电极片用于贴设于患者的上肢或下肢,且第一电极片及第二电极片均位于第一矫形部及第二矫形部的内侧。带电疗功能的矫形器的结构简单,使用方便,能够在患者进行矫治的同时,进行电疗,从而能够提高康复治疗的效果。
此外,可以理解的是,本公开实施例提供的带电疗功能的矫形器是可以重现的,并且可以用在多种工业应用中。例如,本公开实施例提供的带电疗功能的矫形器可以用于涉及康复器械的技术领域。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述带电疗功能的矫形器包括第一矫形部、第二矫形部以及电疗组件;
    所述第一矫形部与所述第二矫形部铰接;所述第一矫形部及所述第二矫形部用于同时套设于患者的上肢或下肢,以使所述第一矫形部及所述第二矫形部的铰接处位于患者的上肢关节或下肢关节外;以及
    所述电疗组件包括电疗主机、第一电极片及第二电极片;所述第一电极片及所述第二电极片均与所述电疗主机电连接;所述第一电极片及所述第二电极片均位于所述第一矫形部及所述第二矫形部的内侧,用于同时贴设于患者的上肢或下肢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述第一电极片及所述第二电极片均与所述第一矫形部及所述第二矫形部的内侧面抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述带电疗功能的矫形器还包括肌电传感器、压力传感器、运动传感器以及控制器;所述电疗主机、所述肌电传感器、所述压力传感器及所述运动传感器均与所述控制器电连接;
    所述肌电传感器用于检测患者的上肢或下肢的肌肉运动;
    所述压力传感器用于检测所述第一矫形部及所述第二矫形部与患者的上肢或下肢接触面间的接触应力;以及
    所述运动传感器用于检测患者的上肢或下肢的动作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述肌电传感器位于所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部的内侧,且贴设于患者的上肢或下肢。
  5. 根据权利要求3至4中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述压力传感器与所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部连接,并位于所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部的内侧,且与所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部的内侧面抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述运动传感器与所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部设置有第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述控制器可拆卸地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3至7中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部的内侧面设置有多个安装槽,所述肌电传感器、所述压力传感器及所述运动传感器分别安装于一个所述安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述带电疗功能的矫形器还包括通信模块,所述通信模块与所述控制器电连接,并用于外部设备通信。
  10. 根据权利要求3至8中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,
    所述第一矫形部或所述第二矫形部设置有第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述电疗主机可拆卸地连接。
  11. 根据权利要求3至10中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,所述控制器能够通过预先存入指令的方式自动运行。
  12. 根据权利要求3至11中的任一项所述的带电疗功能的矫形器,其中,所述控制器存储患者的使用数据,并将所述患者在第一次使用所述带电疗功能的矫形器时存储的数据作为原始数据,以用于与后续获取的数据进行对比。
