Abstract
The present disclosure is directed to grape cells, plants, plant parts, seeds and fruit comprising a mutation in at least one PPO gene, where said mutations reduce the activity of PPO protein compared to a wild-type. The present disclosure is also directed to beverages and food products made from said plants, plant parts, seeds and fruit, and methods for making the same.
