     前記データ端末を操作する前記移動主体の位置情報を取得する取得ステップと、
     前記取得ステップによって取得される前記位置情報と、前記データ端末を介して前記移動主体が入力した旅プランで特定される起点及び終点と、を照合して、前記データ端末を操作する前記移動主体による輸送機関の利用状況を解析する解析ステップと、
     前記解析ステップによる解析結果に基づいて、前記データ端末を操作する前記移動主体が獲得可能な無償化もしくは一部無償化可能な費用を算出する算出ステップと、
     前記算出ステップによって算出された前記費用を、前記移動主体が支払う代価に充てて使用できる指標として前記アプリケーションに対して発行する発行ステップと、を含む、
