Definitions
- TITLE OF THE INVENTION AN UNMANNED APPARATUS FOR SCRUTINISING A MILIEU FIELD OF THE INVENTION
- the present disclosure is generally related to scrutinising of a milieu. Particularly, the present disclosure is related to an apparatus for scrutinising a milieu. More particularly, the present disclosure is related to an unmanned apparatus for scrutinising a milieu.
- BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The skies of today’s globalised society are criss-crossed with commercial passenger aircrafts, commercial cargo aircrafts, and chartered aircrafts. Likewise, the milieus of today’s globalised society are criss-crossed with commercial passenger ships and commercial cargo ships.
- While such commercial passenger aircrafts, commercial cargo aircrafts, chartered aircrafts, commercial passenger ships, and commercial cargo ships are generally safe to travel in, they understandably do not have a 100% safety record.

Description
TITLE OF THE INVENTION: AN UNMANNED APPARATUS FOR SCRUTINISING A MILIEU FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present disclosure is generally related to scrutinising of a milieu. Particularly, the present disclosure is related to an apparatus for scrutinising a milieu. More particularly, the present disclosure is related to an unmanned apparatus for scrutinising a milieu. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The skies of today’s globalised society are criss-crossed with commercial passenger aircrafts, commercial cargo aircrafts, and chartered aircrafts. Likewise, the milieus of today’s globalised society are criss-crossed with commercial passenger ships and commercial cargo ships. While such commercial passenger aircrafts, commercial cargo aircrafts, chartered aircrafts, commercial passenger ships, and commercial cargo ships are generally safe to travel in, they understandably do not have a 100% safety record. The safety of travel may be compromised due to various reasons, including, but not limited to: malfunctioning mechanical and/or electronic components; poor visibility; poor weather conditions; errors on part of the pilots; errors on part of the captains; on board fires; unforeseen on board events; and/or the like. Aircrafts spend a considerable amount of time travelling over milieus. As a result, when safety of travel is compromised, there is a likelihood of an aircraft going down into a milieu, over which, it was cruising, at the time of occurrence of an incident. With a ship, when safety of travel is compromised, the ship naturally goes down into a milieu, over which, it was sailing, at the time of occurrence of an incident. Once an aircraft (and/or a ship) goes down into a milieu, it is extremely difficult to scrutinise the milieu i.e. search for wreckage of the same. Currently, this scrutinisation is generally being done manually, with skilled and experienced divers scouting (or scrutinising) a suspected area, for the wreckage.
However, such manual operations suffer from at least the following drawbacks: are capable of being performed only between dawn and dusk; cannot be performed in inclement weather conditions; and/or require a team of skilled and experienced divers, which can be difficult to assemble, especially in areas that are extremely remote. Some apparatuses for the scrutinising of milieus are known in the art. However, such apparatuses suffer from at least the following drawbacks: are complex; are expensive; and/or are not configured (i.e. are not comprehensive enough), for multiple use cases. There is, therefore, a need in the art for an unmanned apparatus for scrutinising a milieu, which overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks and shortcomings. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An unmanned apparatus for scrutinising a milieu is disclosed. Said apparatus broadly comprises: an at least a structural member; and an at least a pedestal. Said at least one structural member is configured to bestow structural integrity, to said apparatus. Said at least one structural member supports all components of said apparatus. Said at least one structural member broadly comprises: an at least a propellant reservoir; an at least a leccy generating member; a plurality of energy stashing members; an at least a current transforming member; a plurality of electronic momentum controlling members; an at least a current passage facilitating member; a plurality of thrust generating members; a first plurality of sensing members; and a plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members. Said at least one propellant reservoir supplies a propellant, to said at least one leccy generating member, which, in turn, generates leccy. Said plurality of energy stashing members stashes said leccy that is generated, by said at least one leccy generating member. At least one energy stashing member, among said plurality of energy stashing members is associated with said at least one current transforming member. Said at least one current transforming member is associated with said plurality of electronic momentum controlling members, through said at least one current passage
facilitating member. Each electronic momentum controlling member, among said plurality of electronic momentum controlling members is associated with a respective thrust generating member, among said plurality of thrust generating members. Said each electronic momentum controlling member facilitates controlling of momentum, of the respective thrust generating member, among said plurality of thrust generating members, with which, it is associated. Said plurality of thrust generating members generates thrust, said thrust facilitating ambulation of said apparatus, in a milieu, in which, said apparatus is disposed. Said plurality of thrust generating members is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) an outer periphery (or an outer surface) of said at least one structural member, at a rear portion of said at least one structural member. Said first plurality of sensing members includes: an at least a wind direction sensing member; and an at least a water direction sensing member. Said at least one wind direction sensing member senses direction of wind flow, in real-time, in said milieu, with sensed data being transmitted to an at least a supervisory scrutinising member. Said first plurality of sensing members is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) said outer periphery of said at least one structural member, at a front nose portion (front central portion) of said at least one structural member. Said at least one water direction sensing member senses direction of water flow, in real- time, in said milieu, with sensed data being transmitted to said at least one supervisory scrutinising member. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. A method may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may also have additional steps. An unmanned apparatus for scrutinising a milieu (also referred to as “apparatus”) is disclosed. As illustrated, in Figure 1 and Figure 18, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, said apparatus broadly comprises an at least a structural member (100; for example, a hull made of steel or fibreglass, of weight that is about 86 kg). Said at least one structural member (100) is configured to bestow structural integrity, to the apparatus. Said at least one structural member (100) supports all components of the apparatus. Said at least one structural member (100) may be removably associated with said apparatus.
As illustrated, in Figure 2 and Figure 17, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, said at least one structural member (100) broadly comprises an at least a propellant reservoir (110) that is filled with a propellant (for example, diesel), through an at least a propellant flowing passage (111). Any suitable propellant pumping mechanism known in the art may be employed, to pump the propellant, through the at least one propellant flowing passage (111), into the at least one propellant reservoir (110). The at least one propellant reservoir (110) supplies the propellant, to an at least a leccy generating member (109; for example, a generator). The at least one leccy generating member (109) receives the propellant supplied, by the at least one propellant reservoir (110), and generates leccy. The at least one leccy generating member (109) is associated with a plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113; for example, battery banks). The plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113) receives the leccy that is generated, by the at least one leccy generating member (109), and stashes the same. At least one energy stashing member, among the plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113), is associated with an at least a current transforming member (104; for example, an inverter). The at least one current transforming member (104) is associated with a plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108; for example, electronic speed controllers), through an at least a current passage facilitating member (103; for example, a power connector). The at least one current passage facilitating member (103) facilitates easy passage of current that flows through it. Each electronic momentum controlling member, among the plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108), is associated with a respective thrust generating member, among a plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102; for example, motors). Said each electronic momentum controlling member, among the plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108), facilitates controlling of momentum, of the respective thrust generating member, among the plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102), with which, it is associated.
The plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102) generates thrust that facilitates ambulation of the apparatus, in a milieu, in which, the apparatus is disposed. The plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102) is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) an outer periphery (or an outer surface) of the at least one structural member (100), at a rear portion of the at least one structural member (100). A first plurality of sensing members (120) includes, but is not limited to: an at least a wind direction sensing member; and/or an at least a water direction sensing member. The at least one wind direction sensing member senses direction of wind flow, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Likewise, the at least one water direction sensing member senses direction of water flow, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. The first plurality of sensing members (120) is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) the outer periphery of the at least one structural member (100), at a front nose portion (front central portion) of the at least one structural member (100). A plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122) is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) the outer periphery of the at least one structural member (100), on both sides of the front nose portion. The plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122) broadly comprises: a first plurality of milieu capturing members; and a plurality of acoustic sensing members. The first plurality of milieu capturing members (for example, cameras), in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), captures the milieu (underwater portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time. The plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), emits an at least an acoustic signal, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. If the at least one acoustic signal, emitted by the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is returned by an at least a recipient (for example, a human or non-human object), it signifies the presence of the at least one recipient.
Thus, the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), senses the presence or absence of the at least one recipient, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, said at least one structural member (100) comprises four thrust generating members (for example, bi-directional, waterproof, metal underwater motors, of configuration 200A-12S ES), as illustrated, in Figure 3 and Figure 4. The waterproofing may be achieved, through any suitable materials, known in the art. In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is transducers, which emit the at least one acoustic signal both sideways and downwards. The at least one structural member (100) also comprises a plurality of charging points (or charging stations, or charging terminals; 221 and 222) that facilitates charging or recharging of the components, within the at least one structural member (100), from an external power source. The at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) is communicatively associated with at least: the first plurality of sensing members (120); the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122); and an at least a subsidiary scrutinising member (or an at least a secondary scrutinising member; 230).
Data sensed, by the first plurality of sensing members (120), is (or are) transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). Likewise, data sensed, by the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). If the data sensed, by the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), reveals (or reveal) the presence of the at least one recipient, the milieu captured, by the first plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category. Hence, the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) receives inputs, from at least: the first plurality of sensing members (120); and the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122). Based on the received inputs, the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) transmits instructions, to at least: the at least one subsidiary scrutinising member (230). The at least one subsidiary scrutinising member (230) is configured to monitor and control the ambulation of the apparatus, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is disposed. The at least one subsidiary scrutinising member (230) is communicatively associated with: the plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108); and an at least an ambulating facilitating member (231 and/or 232; for example a GPS). The at least one ambulating facilitating member (231 and/or 232) facilitates ambulation of the apparatus, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is disposed. If two ambulating members are disposed within the apparatus, one ambulating member, among the two ambulating members, may be configured as a primary ambulating member. The other ambulating member, among the two ambulating members, is configured as a secondary ambulating member, and functions only when the primary ambulating member is determined as being non-functional.
Based on the instructions transmitted, by the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), the at least one subsidiary scrutinising member (230) transmits instructions, to the plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108). The at least one pedestal (200) also comprises a plurality of communication facilitating members, through which, the apparatus communicates with an at least an external device and/or an at least a ground station (or an at least a base station). The plurality of communication facilitating members includes, but is not limited to: a plurality of antennas (251, 252, 253, 254, 255, and 256); and an at least a radio telemetry member (320). In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one external device includes, but is not limited to, the Cloud; remote servers; desktop computers; laptop computers; mobile phones; smart phones; tablets; phablets; and smart watches. The communication, through the plurality of communication facilitating members, may occur through wired or wireless technologies such as wireless internet, mobile data, Bluetooth Low Energy, LoRa, ZigBee, and/or the like. Each antenna, among the plurality of antennas (251, 252, 253, 254, 255, and 256), may facilitate communication, through a different technology. As illustrated, in Figure 7, a plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286) is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) an outer periphery (or an outer surface) of the at least one pedestal (200), (for eample, in an equidistant fashion). The plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286) broadly comprises: a second plurality of milieu capturing members; a plurality of illuminating members; and a plurality of recipient sensing members. The second plurality of milieu capturing members (for example, cameras), in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members
(281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), captures the milieu (above water portion and/or surface portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time. The at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) is also communicatively associated with the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286). The plurality of recipient sensing members (for example, object sensing members), in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), senses the presence or absence of the at least one recipient, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Referring back to Figure 1, the apparatus may be communicatively associated with an at least an aviating member (500; for example, a drone). The at least one aviating member (500) performs an overhead scrutiny (or an overhead sortie) of the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. The at least one aviating member (500) may be of any suitable type known in the art. The at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) is also communicatively associated with the at least one aviating member (500). Referring back to Figure 1, the apparatus may also broadly comprise an at least an alighting member (400). Said at least one alighting member (400) is a defined area, within the apparatus, within which (or on which), the at least one aviating member (500) alights, from an overhead position, and touches down. The at least one alighting member (400) is disposed on (or is mounted on, or is associated with) an at least a support services providing member (300; as illustrated, in Figure 10). The at least one support services providing member (300) is disposed on (or is mounted on, or is associated with) the at least one pedestal (200). In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one at least one support services providing member (300) broadly comprises a plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344).
The at least one aviating member (500) alights, from the overhead position, and touches down, on the plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344), at a plurality of pre- defined points (351, 352, 353, and 354). Access to the at least one support services providing member (300), by the at least one aviating member (500), is facilitated, through an at least an access facilitating member (600; for example, a dome made of fibreglass; as illustrated, in Figure 11). Said at least one access facilitating member (600) may be removably associated with said apparatus. The at least one access facilitating member (600) may be configured to automatically detect presence of the at least one aviating member (500), during its descent, from an overhead position, and open itself, when the at least one aviating member (500) is within a pre-defined distance, from the at least one access facilitating member (600). Likewise, the at least one access facilitating member (600) may also be configured to automatically detect entry of the at least one aviating member (500), into the at least one support services providing member (300), and close itself. Along similar lines, the at least one access facilitating member (600) may also be configured to automatically open, when the at least one aviating member (500) is about to exit the at least one support services providing member (300). Similarly, the at least one access facilitating member (600) may also be configured to automatically close, once the at least one aviating member (500) has exited the at least one support services providing member (300). To facilitate automatic opening and closing of the at least one access facilitating member (600), to allow entry and exit of the at least one aviating member (500), an at least a sensing member is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) the at least one access facilitating member (600). The at least sensing member senses the presence or absence of the at least one aviating member (500), within the pre-defined distance, in real-time. Data sensed, by the at least one sensing member, is (or are) transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201).
Based on the transmitted data, the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) transmits instructions to an electrified main drive train that controls a clutch mechanism, which is associated with an auxiliary drive or cog wheel. To facilitate the aligning of the at least one aviating member (500), with the plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344), an at least an aligning member (346; for example, a sensing point) is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) the at least one support services providing member (300), at the centre of the plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344). The plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344) faclitates recharging of an at least a power supply member (for example, a rechargeable battery), of the at least one aviating member (500). Alternatively, or in addition, the power supply member may be charged, through a wireless magnetic charging point (or a wireless magnetic charging station, or a magnetic charging terminal; 348). Alternatively, or in addition, the power supply member may be charged, through an external electricity charging point (or an external electricity charging station, or an external electricity charging terminal), among a plurality of external electricity charging points (361, 362, 363, and 364). The at least one at least one support services providing member (300) may also comprise an at least a USB connector (345) that facilitates transmission of data: from the apparatus (for example, to the at least one ground station) and/or to the apparatus (for example, from the at least one ground station). The at least one at least one support services providing member (300) may also comprise an at least a propellant filling mechanism (347). The at least one propellant filling mechanism (347) facilitates filling of propellant, into an at least another leccy generating member (for example, a generator), which is disposed in (or is disposed within, or is associated with) the at least one aviating member (500). The apparatus may be switched on or switched off, through a switch, that is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) the apparatus.
In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus forms a mesh network, with: the at least one aviating member (500); the at least one external device (for example, on board a ship); and/or the cloud. The data transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) may subsequently be transmitted to the cloud, for storage and backup purposes. The method of functioning of the apparatus shall now be explained. Once the apparatus is switched on, if the at least one propellant reservoir (110) is not filled with the propellant, the same is filled with the propellant, through the at least one propellant flowing passage (111). The at least one propellant reservoir (110) supplies the propellant, to the at least one leccy generating member (109). The at least one leccy generating member (109) receives the propellant supplied, by the at least one propellant reservoir (110), and generates the leccy. The plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113) receives the leccy that is generated, by the at least one leccy generating member (109), and stashes the same. The at least one energy stashing member, among the plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113), which is associated with the at least one current transforming member (104), supplies the stashed leccy, to the at least one current transforming member (104). Through the at least one current passage faciliitating member (103), the leccy that is received, by the at least one current transforming member (104), from the at least one energy stashing member, among the plurality of energy stashing members (105, 106, 112, and 113), flows to the plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108). The plurality of electronic momentum controlling members (107 and 108) facilitates controlling of momentum, of the plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102), as follows: Ground Speed Vector
Air Speed
Wind Speed Vector

North component of air speed is and the East component of air speed is
For ground speed, the calculations are: North:
The wind direction is determined, as follows:
The at least one wind direction sensing member senses the direction of wind flow, in real- time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Data sensed, by the at least one wind direction sensing member, is (or are) transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). Likewise, the at least one water direction sensing member senses the direction of water flow, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Data sensed, by the at least one water direction sensing member, is (or are) transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). Based on the data sensed, by the at least one wind direction sensing member and the at least one water direction sensing member (current data and/or past data), a region to be ambulated is determined, as illustrated, in Figure 12 (if the at least one recipient is known and the last point of the at least one recipient is also known).
In Figure 12, the two Figures, on the right hand side and the left hand side, illustrate scenarios, where only one region is to be ambulated. Further, in the Figure, on the right hand side, shaded dots represent locations, within the region to be ambulated, where ambulation has been completed, while unshaded dots represent locations, within the region to be ambulated, where ambulation has not been completed. The Figure, in the middle, on the other hand, involves three regions to be ambulated. Alternatively, the apparatus may also be used for general ambulating purposes, in which case, the data sensed, by the at least one wind direction sensing member and/or the at least one water direction sensing member, facilitate the ambulating of the apparatus, along the direction of the wind flow and/or along the direction of the water flow. With the thrust that is generated, by the plurality of thrust generating members (101 and 102), the apparatus ambulates, within the region to be ambulated (or generally), through the at least one ambulating facilitating member (231 and/or 232). The plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), senses the presence or absence of the at least one recipient, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Likewise, the first plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), captures the milieu (underwater portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time. Parallelly, the plurality of recipient sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), senses the presence or absence of the at least one recipient, in real-time, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating. Parallelly, the second plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), captures the milieu (above water portion and/or surface portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time.
Data sensed, by the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is (or are) transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). Data sensed, by the plurality of recipient sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201). Likewise, if the data sensed, by the plurality of recipient sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), reveals (or reveal) the presence of the at least one recipient, the milieu captured, by the second plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category. The data transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category, is (or are) processed and compared to pre-existing data, as illustrated, in the examples, in Figure 13, Figure 14, and Figure 15. For example, water is first removed, from the data transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category, as illustrated, in the examples, in Figure 19, Figure 20, and Figure 21. This involves removing: blue-green tint; and visual distortion
caused, when light travels underwater, thus, accurately correcting both colours, as well as physical aspects of the data. Depth data (depth between the at least one recipient, and: the first plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122); and/or the second plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286)) is (or are) combined with the raw data, to reveal true colours, by calculating the attenuation of each wavelength of light. If the results of the comparison (or comparisons) indicate a match, an at least a notification is sent, through the the plurality of communication facilitating members, to the application on a computing device. Alternatively, the processing and comparing to pre-existing data may be performed through any other technologies known in the art. Alternatively, or in addition, the data transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201) may subsequently be transmitted to the application on a computing device, for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category, by the operator or an expert. If the apparatus is communicatively associated with the at least one aviating member (500), after completing the overhead scrutiny, the at least one aviating member (500) alights, from the overhead position, and touches down, on the at least one alighting member (400), through the: at least one access facilitating member (600); the plurality of magnetic chargers (341, 342, 343, and 344); and the at least one aligning member (346). The at least one access facilitating member (600) automatically detects entry of the at least one aviating member (500), into the at least one support services providing member (300), and closes itself. As illustrated, in Figure 16, the at least one propellant filling mechanism (347) facilitates filling of the propellant, into the at least another leccy generating member. The at least one propellant filling mechanism (347) broadly comprises: an at least a propellant receptacle (300-01; for example, a diesel tank); an at least a one-side barricading member
(or an at least a one-side valve; or an at least a one-side vent; 300-02; for example, a one- side door); an at least a first connecting mechanism (300-03); an at least a propellant hose (300-04; for example, made of stainless steel or hard plastic); and an at least a second connecting mechanism (300-05). The at least one first connecting mechanism (300-03) is configured to provide a connection, between the at least one aviating member (500) and the apparatus, while the at least one second connecting mechanism (300-05) is configured to provide a connection, between the at least one propellant hose (300-04) and a pump. Initially, the at least one first connecting mechanism (300-03) is disconnected, from the at least one propellant hose (300-04). Subsequently, the at least one first connecting mechanism (300-03) enters, into the at least one propellant hose (300-04), thereby, enabling the propellant to flow, into the at least one propellant receptacle (300-01). The at least one propellant hose (300-04) is configured to be at an orientation of 90 degrees. The use cases of the disclosed apparatus, include, but are not limited to: scrutinising a milieu for a human being (or human beings); scrutinising a milieu for an aircraft part (or aircraft parts); scrutinising a milieu for a shipwreck (or shipwrecks); general scrutinising of a milieu; and/or scrutinising a milieu for wildlife. When scrutinising a milieu for a human being (or human beings), if the human being (or human beings) communicated with the apparatus, through the at least one external device and the plurality of communication facilitating members, the location, from where, the last communication was established, is taken as a reference or starting point. On the other hand, if the human being (or human beings) did not establish any communication with the apparatus, through the at least one external device and the plurality of communication facilitating members, the location, where, the human being (or human beings) were last known to be (or last suspected to be), is taken as the reference or starting point. When scrutinising a milieu for an aircraft part (or aircraft parts), the following may be taken into consideration, by the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), to identify the aircraft part (or aircraft parts): shape of the aircraft part (or aircraft parts);

In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the first plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), captures the milieu (underwater portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time, if the data sensed, by the plurality of acoustic sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), reveals (or reveal) the presence of the at least one recipient. Subsequently, the milieu captured, by the first plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members and acoustic sensing members (121 and 122), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category. Likewise, the second plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), captures the milieu (above water portion and/or surface portion), in which, the apparatus is ambulating, in real-time, if the data sensed, by the plurality of recipient sensing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), reveals (or reveal) the presence of the at least one recipient. Subsequently, the milieu captured, by the second plurality of milieu capturing members, in the plurality of milieu capturing members, illuminating members, and recipient sensing members (281, 282, 283, 284, 285, and 286), is (or are) also transmitted to the at least one supervisory scrutinising member (201), for identification of the at least one recipient and/or the at least one recipient’s category. In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus further comprises: an at least a speaker; and an at least a microphone. When the apparatus is not scrutinising the milieu, for wildlife, and the apparatus senses the presence of wildlife, in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is ambulating, the apparatus is configured to generate an at least a sound, through the at least one speaker. Alternatively, or in addition to the above, the
apparatus may also be configured to ambulate away, from the sensed wildlife, to protect both the apparatus and the sensed wildlife. In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus is disposed in the milieu, in which, the apparatus is to ambulate, through a plurality of magnet-enabled hoisting and lowering mechanisms (for example, four magnet-enabled chains). A first magnet-enabled chain, among the four magnet-enabled chains, is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) a first end of the apparatus. Likewise, a second magnet- enabled chain, among the four magnet-enabled chains, is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) a second end of the apparatus. Along similar lines, a third magnet-enabled chain, among the four magnet-enabled chains, is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) a third end of the apparatus, while a fourth magnet-enabled chain, among the four magnet-enabled chains, is disposed on (or is disposed at, or is associated with) a fourth end of the apparatus.
