In order to make clearer the purposes, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiments.
After the quick switching device is triggered to start, it needs to judge whether to perform the power supply switching operation, that is, to judge whether the backup power supply meets the circuit-closing conditions, and after judging that the circuit-closing conditions are met, the backup power supply will be switched on to complete the power supply switching operation. With the increased complexity of the operating conditions of power distribution systems, several activation methods that are preset at factories can no longer meet the needs of customers. Based on this, the present application provides the following method for switching the power supplies with a quick switching device.
EMBODIMENT 1
This embodiment provides a method for switching a power supply with a quick switching device, and the object for executing the method is the quick switching device. The quick switching device is located in a power distribution system which comprises a plurality of power supplies in addition to the quick switching device, where the number of power supplies can be set according to the actual needs, for example, two, three or even more. One power supply that is currently supplying power is used as a working power supply, and the remaining power supply is used as a backup power supply, wherein the quick switching device is used to trigger the switching between the working power supply and the backup power supply when it is confirmed that the power distribution system satisfies the condition for switching corresponding to the activation mode.
Figure 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for switching a power supply with a quick switching device according to this embodiment. The method comprises^ Step 101, receiving a target mode, wherein the target mode is used to trigger the quick switching device to start the operation of judging whether to perform power supply switching, and the target mode is determined according to a real-time working condition of the power distribution system.
The quick switching device is generally pre-stored with several common activation modes, such as manual activation, fault activation, self-test activation and random-tripping activation. In practice, users will choose one or more activation modes to trigger the quick switching device to start to judge whether to perform the power supply switching operation. If the switching condition is met, the circuit of the backup power supply will be closed to realize the switching between the two power supplies.
In addition, users can determine the desired activation mode, i.e., the target mode, according to the real-time working conditions of their power distribution system, which is the user's personalized need. The target mode may comprise at least one of the following conditions for switching: the input current of said working power supply is 0; the working power supply has a negative sequence quantity exceeding an allowable range; the working power supply has a zero sequence quantity exceeding an allowable range; the working power supply has a frequency change rate exceeding an allowable range; the working power supply has a voltage change rate exceeding an allowable range; and the working power supply has a reverse power.
Specifically, the condition of the working power supply may be monitored directly or indirectly, such as monitoring the end of power supply connected to a substation of a higher level to determine the input current of the working power supply, or monitoring the stator or rotor of the working power supply to obtain the negative sequence quantity, the zero sequence quantity, the frequency change rate or the voltage change rate of the working power supply. The negative sequence quantity or zero sequence quantity of the working power supply may specifically be a negative sequence quantity or zero sequence quantity of the voltage. Both the frequency change rate and the voltage change rate of the working power supply can be realized through continuous monitoring with a sensor. The reverse power of the working power supply is also known as power direction protection, and when the working power supply has reverse power, the reverse power protection action circuit breaker will trip, which can specifically be realized by collecting the voltage and current of the three phases of the working power supply. In the target mode, by directly monitoring the working condition of the working power supply, it is possible to find out whether there is a problem with the working power supply as early as possible, and switch it in time.
As an exemplary illustration, after users have determined the target mode, they may send the target mode to the quick switching device through an editing interface. For example, the quick switching device may receive, via a preset port, the target mode input by a user through an editing interface.
Step 102, storing the target mode.
The quick switching device stores the target mode after receiving the target mode sent by the user. The specific storage method and storage location are not limited, for example, the target mode may be stored in a memory of the quick switching device for easy recall.
Step 103, judging whether to perform an operation of power supply switching if it is recognized that the quick switching device has been activated in the target mode.
After the quick switching device is activated in the target mode, the quick switching device will start to judge whether the circuit-closing condition of the backup power supply is satisfied, and if the judgment result is Yes, the backup power supply will be triggered to perform the circuit-closing operation. The circuit-closing condition of the backup power supply belongs to prior art, such as fast switching, synchronous capture switching, residual voltage switching, etc., all of which correspond to specific circuit-closing conditions of the backup power supply, and will not be elaborated herein.
According to the present embodiment, users can set the target mode for determining the condition for switching between two power supplies by themselves, so that the users can realize personalized settings to satisfy their needs.
EMBODIMENT 2
This embodiment provides a further supplementary description of the method for switching a power supply with the quick switching device of embodiment 1.
Figure 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for switching a power supply with a quick switching device according to this embodiment. The method comprises^ Step 201, receiving a target mode, wherein the target mode is used to trigger the quick switching device to start the operation of judging whether to perform power supply switching, and the target mode is determined according to a real-time working condition of the power distribution system.
After determining the desired target mode, users enter the target mode through an editing interface, and the target mode is then sent to the quick switching device through a preset port on the quick switching device. The editing interface herein may be presented by software corresponding to the quick switching device. The preset port here may be
In addition, users may set a plurality of target modes and send all of the plurality of target modes to the quick switching device.
Step 202, storing the target mode.
For example, the one or more target modes are stored with other activation modes. The other activation modes are manual activation, fault activation and self-test activation. The preset activation mode is factory preset in the quick switching device.
Step 203, judging whether to perform an operation of power supply switching if it is recognized that the quick switching device has been activated in one activation mode, and performing step 204 if the judgment result is Yes.
The activation mode may be one of the preset activation modes or a target mode. After the quick switching device is activated, it starts to judge whether to execute the operation of power supply switching, i.e., to judge whether to switch on the backup power supply.
Step 204, triggering the switching between two power supplies.
In the case where the quick switching device judges that the condition for switching on the backup power supply is satisfied, it will trigger the switching on of the backup power supply, thereby realizing the switching between the two power supplies.
In the present embodiment, users can set the target mode for determining the conditions for switching between two power supplies by themselves, so that users can realize personalized settings to satisfy their needs.
