Description
本发明涉及信息采集技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统。
在企业对员工进行出勤打卡时,考勤机基本上是被动式的,若使用固定高度的考勤机对员工的出勤进行考勤和监控时,需要员工去调整自己的精确位置去匹配考勤机,通常员工需要多次调整自己的体位后,才能打卡成功,打卡效率有待提高。同时,因为员工的身高差异大,身高比较矮的员工需要踮脚才能够够得着考勤机,身高比较高的员工需要弯腰才能够进行信息采集,不方便对不同身高的员工进行信息采集,需要进一步调整后才能顺利打卡,针对于大规模企业,每次上下班时,需要排队进行打卡,容易造成拥堵。
为此我们提出一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统。

3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:通过第二连接板的一侧端固定安装第二摄像头,且第二摄像头与电机信号连接,当第二摄像头对所打卡的人进行检测时,并使得电机进行启动,由于两个齿轮通过齿带进行啮合传动连接,使得固定块带动第一摄像头在主体的一侧端进行上下移动,使得第一摄像头匹配打卡人的身高进行打卡,通过第一显示器与第一摄像头信号连接,当员工打卡完成之后通过第一显示器进行显示,通过指纹打卡器固定在主体的另一侧端,当员工较多时,通过指纹打卡器进行打卡之后,酒精箱对指纹打卡器的内部进行酒精喷洒,并启动气缸使得刷子对指纹打卡器的内部进行清洗,使得员工不会通过触摸同一物体进行病毒感染。

在本发明的具体实施例中,当员工较多时,通过指纹打卡器22进行打卡之后,酒精箱21对指纹打卡器22的内部进行酒精喷洒,并启动气缸28使得刷子27对指纹打卡器22的内部进行清洗,使得员工不会通过触摸同一物体进行病毒感染。
具体的,主体2的一侧端固定连接有存储箱18,存储箱18的一侧端固定连接有进料口19,存储箱18的内部固定安装有连接水管20,连接水管20的另一侧端与酒精箱21的内部固定安装。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过存储箱18的上端固定连接进料口19,当存储箱18内部的酒精较少时,通过进料口19进行添加,由于连接水管20固定安装在存储箱18和酒精箱21的内部,通过连接水管20使得存储箱18内部的酒精对酒精箱21进行添加。
具体的,主体2的一侧端开设有两个限位槽16,两个限位槽16的内部均滑动连接有第一滑块,两个第一滑块均与第一摄像头6的一侧端固定连接。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过两个第一滑块与第一摄像头6固定连接,当第一摄像头6在主体2的一侧进行移动时对其进行限位,使得第一摄像头6不会发生翻转。
具体的,主体2的两侧端均开设有多个散热孔17。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过多个散热孔17分别开设在主体2的两侧,使得散热孔17对外部的空气进入到主体2的内部,并对电机11进行散热。
具体的,指纹打卡器22的一侧端固定连接有第二显示器24,主体2的一侧端固定连接有输入键盘25,第二显示器24和输入键盘25均与指纹打卡器22信号连接。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过指纹打卡器22与第二显示器24和输入键盘25信号连接,当通过第二显示器24即可对员工进行打卡时的成功进行呈现,通过输入键盘25即可对新员工进行登记。
具体的,底板1的下端固定连接有四个桌腿3,四个桌腿3的下端均固定连接有万向轮4。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过四个万向轮4均固定在底板1的下端,当移动主体2时,使得四个万向轮4同时进行旋转并带动主体2进行移动。
具体的,主体2的一侧端固定连接有PLC控制器12,PLC控制器12与气缸28和连接水管20信号连接。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过PLC控制器12与气缸28信号连接,当需要对指纹打卡器22进行清洁时,通过PLC控制器12启动气缸28并对指纹打卡器22的内部进行清扫。
一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过第二连接板13的一侧端固定安装第二摄像头14,且第二摄像头14与电机11信号连接,当第二摄像头14对所打卡的人进行检测时,并使得电机11进行启动,由于两个齿轮9通过齿带10进行啮合传动连接,使得固定块7带动第一摄像头6在主体2的一侧端进行上下移动,使得第一摄像头6匹配打卡人的身高进行打卡,通过第一显示器15与第一摄像头6信号连接,当员工打卡完成之后通过第一显示器15进行显示;
S2、通过第一显示器15与第一摄像头6信号连接,当员工打卡完成之后通过第一显示器15进行显示,通过指纹打卡器22固定在主体2的另一侧端,当员工较多时,通过指纹打卡器22进行打卡之后,酒精箱21对指纹打卡器22的内部进行酒精喷洒,并启动气缸28使得刷子27对指纹打卡器22的内部进行清洗,使得员工不会通过触摸同一物体进行病毒感染;
S3、通过存储箱18的上端固定连接进料口19,当存储箱18内部的酒精较少时,通过进料口19进行添加,由于连接水管20固定安装在存储箱18和酒精箱21的内部,通过连接水管20使得存储箱18内部的酒精对酒精箱21进行添加。

Claims (8)
- 一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,包括:底板(1);主体(2),其固定连接在所述底板(1)上端;所述主体(2)的一侧端开设有移动槽(5),所述主体(2)的内部固定连接有四个第一连接板(8),每两个所述第一连接板(8)的相靠近端之间均转动连接有齿轮(9),两个所述齿轮(9)的圆周表面啮合传动连接有齿带(10),其中一个所述第一连接板(8)的一侧端固定连接有电机(11),所述电机(11)的输出端与其中一个齿轮(9)的一侧端固定连接,所述齿带(10)的一侧端固定连接有固定块(7);所述主体(2)的上端固定连接有第二连接板(13);第一摄像头(6),其固定连接在所述固定块(7)的一侧端;第二摄像头(14),其固定连接在所述第二连接板(13)的一侧端;其中,所述第二摄像头(14)与电机(11)信号连接,所述主体(2)的一侧端固定连接有第一显示器(15),所述第一显示器(15)与第一摄像头(6)信号连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述主体(2)的一侧内壁固定连接有气缸(28),所述气缸(28)的输出端固定连接有连接杆(26),所述连接杆(26)的一侧端固定连接有刷子(27),所述主体(2)的一侧端固定连接有指纹打卡器(22),所述指纹打卡器(22)的一侧端开设有滑动槽(23),所述刷子(27)的一侧端与滑动槽(23)的内部滑动连接,所述指纹打卡器(22)的一侧端固定安装有酒精箱(21)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述主体(2)的一侧端固定连接有存储箱(18),所述存储箱(18)的一侧端固定连接有进料口(19),所述存储箱(18)的内部固定安装有连接水管(20),所述连接水管(20)的另一侧端与酒精箱(21)的内部固定安装。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述主体(2)的一侧端开设有两个限位槽(16),两个所述限位槽(16)的内部均滑动连接有第一滑块,两个所述第一滑块均与第一摄像头(6)的一侧端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述主体(2)的两侧端均开设有多个散热孔(17)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述指纹打卡器(22)的一侧端固定连接有第二显示器(24),所述主体(2)的一侧端固定连接有输入键盘(25),所述第二显示器(24)和输入键盘(25)均与指纹打卡器(22)信号连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的下端固定连接有四个桌腿(3),四个所述桌腿(3)的下端均固定连接有万向轮(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于企业管理的信息采集系统,其特征在于,所述主体(2)的一侧端固定连接有PLC控制器(12),所述PLC控制器(12)与气缸(28)和连接水管(20)信号连接。
