一种发光浮漂 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械领域,特别是涉及一种发光浮漂。
背景技术
为了便于夜晚进行钓鱼,人们发明了一种发光浮标,漂尾用玻璃纤维制作,内部设置发光纤维,并设置电源和LED进行发光,从而在晚上透射光线,便于人们垂钓。
但是由于使用了电源,而且浮标均是在水中使用,若水渗入浮标内部会导致短路,导致浮标损坏,为了人们发明了无线充电的浮标如CN 216969928 U公开的一种无线充电跟踪浮标装置,CN 112154983 A公开的一种闪光鱼漂等,通过电磁感应,不需要进行拆卸即可进行充电,从而将浮标做成密闭的不需要拆卸更换电池的结构。但是现有的密闭结构,通常是通过在连接端面涂防水胶,并通过防水胶连接在一起。但是在实际使用时,当鱼咬勾后会剧烈挣扎,此时漂尾会受到各向水流的冲击力,从而导致连接处受到拉扯力或旋柠力而松动,导致水渗入漂身内部,导致其损坏。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种发光浮漂。

进一步的改进,所述发光纤维外套设有玻璃纤维。
进一步的改进,所述玻璃纤维的外壁为上窄下宽的锥形,内腔为圆柱状。
进一步的改进,所述玻璃纤维的底部凸起成形有阻截环。
进一步的改进,所述上壳体与漂身对接的端面通过防水胶黏贴。
进一步的改进,所述无线充电电源结构包括充电线圈,充电线圈电连接有AC/DC电路,AC/DC电路电连接电池,电池通过感应开关电连接发光纤维。
进一步的改进,所述感应开关为震动感应开关、电容感应开关或磁感应开关。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果。
1.可以有效承载拉力和扭力,从而降低了其受力导致各部件相对移动导致的防水性能下降,提高了发光浮漂的使用寿命。
2.将玻璃纤维设置成锥形,有效避免了其手侧向力,容易导致应力集中到连接点而引起断裂的缺陷。

为了使实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实例,对本实用新型进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示的一种发光浮漂,包括漂身1、漂脚2、漂尾连接槽3、上壳体4、连接套5、发光纤维6、玻璃纤维7、上环槽8、下环槽9、阻力板10、进胶孔11和出气孔12。
其中,漂尾连接槽3处于漂身1顶部,并且内侧壁形成有内螺纹,上壳体4底部形成有连接套5,连接套5外壁形成有外螺纹。从而使得连接套5可以与漂尾连接槽3螺纹连接。发光纤维6外套设有玻璃纤维7,玻璃纤维7的底部凸起成形有阻截环17。上壳体4的底部端面形成有上环槽8,漂身1顶部形成有与上环槽8配合的下环槽9;上环槽8 和下环槽9内均固定有若干阻力板10;上环槽8一端连通有进胶孔11,另一端连通有出气孔12。漂身1底部连接有漂脚2。
其组装时方法如下:首先将发光纤维6无线充电电源结构电连接,然后外套设玻璃纤维7并黏贴固定,然后将玻璃纤维7的阻截环17以及下部涂抹防水胶后穿过上壳体4顶部的通孔,黏贴固定,再将上壳体4的端面与漂身1端面涂抹防水胶后,通过漂尾连接槽3和连接套5螺纹连接,并使得两个端面接触对接。然后向进胶孔11注入防水胶,直至出气孔12有胶溢出,将溢出的胶刮除,然后待防水胶干后即完成组装。
完成组装后通过阻截环17以及漂尾连接槽3和连接套5螺纹实现向外的抗拔力。通过阻力板10和防水胶的组合抵消上壳体4受到扭力,防止有人误扭动以及使用时受到的震动等导致螺纹旋松引起的防水性降低。
玻璃纤维7的外壁为上窄下宽的锥形,内腔为圆柱状。由于玻璃纤维7的外壁为上窄下宽的锥形,因此玻璃纤维的刚度由下向上是逐渐递减的,从而使得玻璃纤维7与上壳体的连接处不会由于玻璃纤维受压时导致应力集中而折断。具体的,玻璃纤维收到侧向压力如钓鱼是鱼挣扎导致的水流对漂尾的冲击等后,上部弯曲的角度会大于下部,从而将整个压力分布到玻璃纤维整体上从而抗压,防断裂。若玻璃纤维7厚度一致,则容易出现受到侧向压力时,压力集中到玻璃纤维7与上壳体4的连接点处,导致其应力集中而压断。
上壳体4与漂身1对接的端面通过防水胶黏贴。
其中,无线充电电源结构如背景技术所述,为现有的技术,具体的包括充电线圈13,充电线圈13电连接有AC/DC电路14,AC/DC电路14电连接电池15,电池15通过感应开关16电连接发光纤维6。这样通过感应开关16控制发光纤维6的明灭,通过充电线圈13实现无线充电。其中感应开关16为震动感应开关、电容感应开关或磁感应开关等。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的发光浮漂,其特征在于,所述发光纤维(6)外套设有玻璃纤维(7)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的发光浮漂,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维(7)的外壁为上窄下宽的锥形,内腔为圆柱状。
