L'invention concerne un lit pour les soins d'un patient gravement malade comprenant : une partie de montage qui est formée au niveau d'une partie d'un matelas et comprend un espace formé dans une partie correspondant aux fesses ou aux mollets d'un corps humain, une plaque d'entraînement qui est montée à l'intérieur de la partie de montage, tourne de manière répétée à gauche/droite et fait saillie au-dessus du matelas ; une partie de fixation d'arbre de bascule ayant une paroi de séparation étirable formée à l'intérieur de celle-ci, la paroi de séparation étirable ayant une extrémité supérieure montée pour être supportée par le centre inférieur de la plaque d'entraînement et une extrémité inférieure montée sur une plaque inférieure du lit ; et une première et une seconde poche d'air disposées symétriquement sur les côtés gauche et droit d'une partie de mise en prise inférieure reliée à la plaque inférieure du lit et installées pour supporter les parties inférieures des côtés gauche et droit de la plaque d'entraînement.
