In this way, when the inserting 421 is inserted into the inserting cavity 201, the clasping portion 425 also protrudes into the inserting cavity 201 and clamps with the snapping end 311 located in the inserting cavity 201 , so as to realize the fixing of the rotating curling iron rod 40 and the handle 10. Thereby, by inserting and fitting the rotating curling iron rod 40 and then snapping it through the snapping component 31 , the connection area between the rotating curling iron rod 40 and the handle 10 may be made larger, and the connection may be more stable, and the snapping structure facilitates the detachment of the rotating curling iron rod 40. At the same time, the snapping end 311 of the snapping assembly on the handle 10 is located in the inserting cavity 201, which avoids the exposure of the snapping end 311. When the handle 10 falls or the user accidentally touches the front end of the handle 10 to other objects, the hitting of the snapping component 31 can be avoided, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the snapping structure between the handle 10 and the heating rod.
[0056] In some embodiments, the clipping plate assembly 80 is rotatably mounted to the fixing seat 42 and has a hair clipping plate 82 extending to the side of the heating rod 41. Specifically, the clipping plate assembly 80 comprises a rotating seat 81 and a hair clipping plate 82. The rotating seat 81 is rotatably mounted to the fixing seat 42 and has a pressing portion 83 extending in the direction away from the heating rod 41. One end of the hair clipping plate 82 is connected to the rotating seat 81, and the other end extends toward the end of the heating rod 41 away from the handle 10. When curling the hair, the clipping plate may be opened relative to the rotating curling iron rod 40, and the curling operation may be carried out after placing the ends of the hair between the clipping plate and the heating rod 41 , which also reduces the risk of the hair slipping off the rotating curling iron rod 40 during the curling process. Optionally, the hair clipping plate 82 and the rotating seat 81 are separately provided.
[0057] Of course, in other embodiments, teeth extending to the side of the heating rod 41 may also be provided on the fixing seat 42, so that the ends of the hair may be placed between the teeth and the heating rod 41 when curling the hair, reducing the risk of the hair slipping off the rotating curling iron rod 40 during the curling process. Alternatively, it is also possible to not provide any hair clipping structure, and in use, the hair may be pre-fixed by first overlapping and wrapping the ends of the hair around the heating rod 41 or the fixing seat 42 to achieve hair pre-fixing before the curling operation is carried out.
[0058] In some embodiments, the rotating curling iron comprises two snapping assemblies respectively provided on opposite sides of the connecting end, and the rotating curling iron rod 40 is provided with a clasping portion 425 for each of the snapping assemblies. In this way, it is possible to increase the connection position of the rotating curling iron rod 40 and the handle 10, increase the stability of the connection between the rotating curling iron rod 40 and the handle 10, and facilitate the user to simultaneously press the two pressing components 32 to unlock. In addition, when two snapping components are provided, it is necessary to press the two pressing components 32 so that the two snapping components 31 are disengaged from the clasping portion 425 at the same time, so as to separate the inserting portion 421 of the rotating curling iron rod 40 from the handle 10, reducing the risk of accidentally pressing the pressing members 32 and causing the rotating curling iron rod 40 to fall off.
[0059] In some embodiments, an annular housing 33 is sleeved outside the connecting end, and amounting cavity 331 is enclosed between the annular housing 33 and the outer peripheral surface of the connecting end. The snapping component 31 may be movably mounted in the mounting cavity 331, and the pressing component 32 abuts against the side of the snapping component 31 away from the connecting seat 20 and is exposed through the dowel hole 332. The connecting seat 20 is provided with the via hole 203 in communication with the inserting cavity 201 and the mounting cavity 331, and the snapping end 311 of the snapping component 31 protrudes into the inserting cavity 201 through the via hole 203.
[0060] Specifically, the hook of the snapping end 311 extends towards the annular housing 33, and is separated from the inner side surface of the annular housing 33. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the snapping end 311 of the snapping member 31 is inserted into the snapping hole 426, and the hook is held on the buckling portion 427, thus achieving the snap fit of the connecting seat 20 with the fixing seat 42. When the rotating curling iron rod 40 needs to be removed, the pressing member 32 is pressed downward so that the snapping member 31 moves towards the insertion cavity 201, and when the hook is detached from the buckling portion 427, the insertion portion 421 may be pulled out of the insertion cavity 201 to remove the rotating curling iron rod 40. In this arrangement, the annular housing 33 is arranged outside the connecting seat 20, so that the mounting cavity 331 is formed between the annular housing 33 and the outside of the connecting seat 20 to mount the snapping member 31 and the pressing member 32. This arrangement simplifies the structure of the connecting seat 20. Alternatively, the connecting seat 20 may be provided as an integral structure to improve the structural strength of the connecting seat 20, thereby reducing the risk of deformation or damage of the connecting seat 20 during rotation, and further improving the reliability of automatic hair curling of the rotating curling iron. Moreover, the snapping end 311 of the snapping member 31 is arranged in the insertion cavity 201, thereby avoiding the risk of the snapping end 311 extending out of the insertion cavity 201 and being damaged by collision, and further improving the use reliability of the snapping structure.
[0061] In other embodiments, the connecting seat 20 is pieced together from two seat bodies, that is, two seat bodies jointly unite to form the insertion cavity 201, the mounting cavity 331 and the via hole 203, and the uniting surfaces of the two seat bodies are parallel to the rotation axis of the connecting seat 20.
[0062] In some embodiments, the snapping structure further comprises an elastic member 35 compressively abutted between the snapping component 31 and the connecting seat 20. Specifically, when the pressing member 32 is pressed downward, the snapping member 31 compresses the elastic member 35 so that the elastic member deforms under compression, when the pressing member 32 is released, the snapping member 31 is driven to move away from the insertion cavity 201 under the elastic action of the elastic member 35. That is, when the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201 and the snapping end 311 of the snapping member 31 is inserted into the snapping hole 426, the hook is held on the buckling portion 427 under the action of the elastic member 35 . When the rotating curling iron rod 40 needs to be detached, the pressing member 32 is pressed downward so that the snapping member 31 moves towards the insertion cavity 201 , and when the hook is disengaged from the buckling portion 427, the insertion portion 421 may be pulled out of the insertion cavity 201 to detach the rotating curling iron rod 40. Providing the elastic member 35 between the snapping member 31 and the pressing member 32 can simplify the structure of the snapping member 31 and simplify the snapping structure. In other embodiments, the snapping member 31 itself is configured as an elastic-sheet structure to achieve the reset of the snapping member 31 .
[0063] In some embodiments, the snapping member 31 is provided with a position-limiting groove 315, and one end of the elastic member 35 abuts against the position-limiting groove 315. In this way, the offset of the elastic member 35 relative to the snapping member 31 may be limited by the position-limiting groove 315, thereby making the installation of the elastic member 35 stable and improving the reliability of the snapping structure.
[0064] In some embodiments, the connecting seat 20 is provided with a position-limiting protrusion 22, the elastic member 35 is a compression spring, and an end of the elastic member 35 away from the pressing member 32 is sleeved on the position- limiting protrusion 22. In this way, the offset of the elastic member 35 relative to the connecting seat 20 may be limited by the position-limiting protrusion 22, thereby making the installation of the elastic member 35 stable and improving the reliability of the snapping structure. In addition, using a compression spring as the elastic member 35 may improve the structural strength and reliability of the elastic member 35. In other embodiments, the elastic member 35 may be an elastic sheet or a rubber block, etc.
[0065] In some embodiments, the snapping member 31 further has a rotating end 312 opposing the snapping end 311. The rotating end 312 is rotatably mounted in the mounting cavity 331, and the pressing member 32 is abutted between the rotating end 312 and the snapping end 311. That is, the snapping end 311 is rotatably mounted in the mounting cavity 331 with the rotating end 312 as the axis. Compared with the way that the whole of the snapping member 31 is slidably mounted in the mounting cavity 331 along the hole depth direction of the avoidance hole 332 (a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the connecting seat 20), the rotating end 312 in this solution is basically stationary along the hole depth direction of the avoidance hole 332, and the movement space required by the rotating end 312 in the mounting cavity 331 is small, so that the space occupied by the snapping member 31 in the mounting cavity 331 may be reduced, and the structural compactness of the connecting seat 20 and the snapping structure may be improved, which is beneficial to reducing the size of the rotating curling iron rod 40 and makes it easy for the user to hold and use.
[0066] In some embodiments, the mounting cavity 331 is internally provided with a rotating shaft 71, the rotating end 312 is provided with a rotating groove 314, two ends of the rotating groove 314 are through along the axial direction ofthe rotating shaft 71, the rotating end 312 is rotatably mounted to the rotating shaft 71 via the rotating groove 314, and the groove opening of the rotating groove 314 is located at a side of the rotating end 312 facing away from the connecting seat 20. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface ofthe rotating portion is substantially circumferential, and the rotating end 312 is substantially in the form of a hook. During installation, the rotating shaft 71 may be mounted in the mounting cavity 331 first, and the rotating end 312 may then be snapped between the rotating shaft 71 and the connecting seat 20 through the groove opening of the rotating groove 314, so as to avoid the inconvenient locating of the shaft hole of the rotating portion with the rotating shaft 71 and facilitate the installation of the snapping member 31.
[0067] In some embodiments, the connecting seat 20 is provided with an arc groove 202 at a position corresponding to the rotating shaft 71, and the rotating end 312 is rotatably mounted in the arc groove 202. Such arrangement allows the rotating end 312 to rotate stably in the arc groove 202, and allows the snapping member 31 to rotate stably and reliably, thereby reducing the risk of failure of the snapping member 31.
[0068] In some embodiments, the pressing member 32 is provided with a position-limiting snapping lug 321, the snapping member 31 is provided with aposition-limiting snapping hole 313, and the position-limiting snapping lug 321 is movably snapped in the position-limiting snapping hole 313. Specifically, the length ofthe position-limiting snapping lug 321 is greater than the hole depth of the position-limiting snapping hole 313, so that the pressing member 32 and the snapping member 31 may be well constrained together, and the circumstance that the rotation of the snapping member 31 is limited due to rigid connection between the pressing member 32 and the snapping member 31 may be avoided.
[0069] In some embodiments, one of the outside surface of the insertion portion 421 and the cavity wall of the insertion cavity 201 is provided with a mistake-proof raised rib 23, and the other is provided with a mistake-proof groove 428. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the mistake-proof raised rib 23 is inserted into the mistake-proof groove 428. Such arrangement makes it convenient for the user to install the rotating curling iron rod 40 and avoids wrong installation by the user.
[0070] In some embodiments, a cavity wall of the insertion cavity 201 has a first arc surface 24 and a first plane 25. The first arc surface 24 and the first plane 25 are distributed along the rotation direction of the connecting seat 20. The outer peripheral side of the insertion portion 421 is provided with a second arc surface 423 and a second plane 424. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the first plane 25 is opposite to the second plane 424, and the first arc surface 24 is opposite to the second arc surface 423. Specifically, the cavity wall of the insertion cavity 201 has two opposite first arc surfaces 24 and two opposite second arc surfaces 423, and the two first arc surfaces 24 and two first planes 25 are alternately distributed along the rotation direction of the connecting seat 20. Likewise, the outer peripheral side of the insertion portion 421 is provided with two opposite second arc surfaces 423 and two opposite second planes 424. The two second arc surfaces 423 and the two second planes 424 are alternately distributed along the rotation direction of the connecting seat 20. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the two first planes 25 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two second planes 424, and the two first arc surfaces 24 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two second arc surfaces 423. Such arrangement may prevent the fixing seat 42 from rotating relative to the connecting seat 20, and improve the stability of installation of the rotating curling iron rod 40. In other embodiments, the cavity wall of the insertion cavity 201 may have only one first arc surface
24 and one first plane 25.
[0071] In some embodiments, the snapping component 31 is located between the first plane
25 and the annular housing 33, so that the space between the first plane 25 and the annular housing 33 may be used to set the snapping component 31, which improves the structural stability between the connecting seat 20 and the snapping joint, reduces the size of the rotating curling iron, and is convenient for users to hold and use.
[0072] In some embodiments, the insertion portion 421 is provided with the first insertion hole 422, and the insertion cavity 201 is internally provided with the insertion protrusion 21 . Further, the second wiring assembly is arranged in the first insertion hole 422, and the first wiring assembly is arranged at the insertion protrusion 21. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the insertion protrusion 21 is inserted into the first insertion hole 422, and the second wiring assembly is correspondingly connected to the first wiring assembly. Due to the above arrangement, with the insertion portion 421 inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the length of the gap between the second wiring assembly and the first wiring assembly, and the outside of the rotating curling iron may be increased, which is equivalent to increasing the path of water entering the second wiring assembly and the first wiring assembly from the outside of the rotating curling iron, reducing the risk of water entering the second wiring assembly and the first wiring assembly, and improving the waterproof effect of the rotating curling iron during use.
[0073] In some embodiments, the insertion protrusion 21 is provided with multiple second insertion holes 211, the second wiring assembly comprises multiple conductive pillars 51 provided in the first insertion hole 422, and the first wiring assembly comprises conductive members 15 provided in the second insertion hole 211. When the insertion portion 421 is inserted into the insertion cavity 201, the insertion protrusion 21 is inserted into the first insertion hole 422, and each conductive pillar 51 is correspondingly inserted into the respective insertion hole and contacts the corresponding conductive component 15. With such arrangement, the multiple conductive members 15 may be separated from each other, and the path between the conductive members 15 is increased. That is, when the rotating curling iron rod 40 is detached, even if a small amount of water drips into the insertion cavity 201, it is still difficult for the water to contact two conductive components 15 at the same time, i.e., a short circuit is difficult to occur between two adjacent conductive components 15, which greatly reduces the risk of short circuit of the first wiring assembly caused by water invasion. In other embodiments, the first wiring assembly comprises multiple conductive contact plates provided on an end face of the insertion protrusion 21 , wherein the multiple conductive contact plates are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple conductive pillars 51.
[0074] In some embodiments, the rotating curling iron comprises a plurality of rotating curling iron rods 40, and one of the plurality of rotating curling iron rods 40 is selectively mounted to the connecting end. Specifically, the plurality of rotating curling iron rods 40 each comprise the heating rod 41 and the fixing seat 42, and the heating rods 41 of the plurality of rotating curling iron rods 40 differ in size and/or shape, i.e. the heating rods 41 of the plurality of rotating curling iron rods 40 have different sizes and/or shapes. Thus, it is convenient for the user to select a suitable rotating curling iron rod 40 for hair curling according to the hair curling needs, so as to meet individual needs.
[0075] In some embodiments, the handle 10 further comprises the drive motor 16 arranged in the housing 11 and the electric control device, wherein the electric control device is electrically connected to the drive motor 16. The connecting seat 20 is rotatably mounted in the housing 11 and is connected to the output shaft of the drive motor 16. Thus, when curling hair, the drive motor 16 may drive the connecting seat 20 and the rotating curling iron rod 40 to rotate together for hair curling, which greatly facilitates the hair curling of the user.
[0076] In some embodiments, the electronic control device further comprises a forwardrotation button 17 and a reverse-rotation button 18 arranged at the housing 11 . The forwardrotation button 17 and the reverse -rotation button 18 are both electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and are both arranged at one end of the housing 11 close to the rotating curling iron rod 40 so that the two buttons are convenient for the user to press.
[0077] In some embodiments, the electronic control device further comprises a power button 19 arranged at the housing 11. The power button 19 is electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and is arranged at one end of the housing 11 away from the rotating curling iron rod 40 so as to avoid the risk of the user touching the power button 19 by mistake during hair curling.
[0078] In some embodiments, the connecting seat 20 has a connecting shaft 26 extending toward the drive motor 16. An insulating mounting structure 60 is sleeved outside the connecting shaft 26. The insulating mounting structure 60 is connected to the output shaft of the drive motor 16. Multiple mounting ring grooves 613 are provided on a peripheral side of the insulating mounting structure 60. The multiple mounting ring grooves 613 are spaced apart along the axial direction of the connecting shaft 26. The fixing seat 42 is provided with the first wiring assembly. The electric control device comprises the circuit board 12, the second wiring assembly, multiple conductive rings 13 and multiple conductive sheets 14. The circuit board 12 is fixed in the housing 1 1. Each conductive ring 13 is correspondingly mounted in one mounting ring groove 613 and electrically connected to the second wiring assembly. The multiple conductive sheets 14 are all mounted to the circuit board 12, and each conductive sheet 14 correspondingly abuts against an outside of one conductive ring 13.
[0079] Specifically, the insulating mounting structure 60 and the connecting shaft 26 are fixed relative to each other in the rotation direction of the connecting seat 20, i.e., the insulating mounting structure 60 and the connecting seat 20 rotate together under the drive of the drive motor 16. The circuit board 12 is fixed relative to the housing 11. When the drive motor 16 drives the insulating mounting structure 60 and the connecting seat 20 to rotate, the conductive ring 13 in the mounting ring groove 613 rotates with the insulating mounting structure 60, and the conductive ring 13 rotates relative to the conductive sheet 14. During the rotation of the conductive ring 13 relative to the conductive sheet 14, the conductive sheet 14 abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the conductive ring 13. In this way, a well electrical connection may be achieved between the conductive sheet 14 and the conductive ring 13 while the connecting seat 20 is rotated.
[0080] In some embodiments, the conductive sheet 14 comprises a connecting pin 141 and two elastic contact sheets 142 arranged on the opposite sides of the connecting pin 141. The two elastic contact sheets 142 are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the conductive ring 13 and elastically abut against the outer peripheral surface ofthe conductive ring 13, i.e., the two elastic contact sheets 142 are elastically deformed toward each other. In this way, the conductive sheet 14 may be brought into full contact with the conductive ring 13. Further, even if one of the elastic contact sheets 142 is temporarily separated from the conductive ring 13 during the rotation of the connecting seat 20, the risk of poor contact between the conductive sheet 14 and the conductive ring 13 may still be reduced by means of the contact between the other elastic contact sheet 142 and the conductive ring 13.
[0081] In some embodiments, the insulating mounting structure 60 has multiple mounting rings 61. Each mounting ring 61 comprises a first section 611 and a second section 612 connected to each other. The outer diameter of the first section 611 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second section 612 to form the mounting ring groove 613 on the outside of the first section 611. The multiple mounting rings 61 are sequentially distributed in the direction from the drive motor 16 to the connecting seat 20, and the first section 611 of each mounting ring 61 is located on one side of its second section 612 away from the drive motor 16. The conductive ring 13 is in the form of a continuous ring (closed ring). In this way, even if there is a notch on the conductive ring 13, the conductive sheet 14 is always in full contact with the conductive ring 13 when the conductive ring 13 is rotated for one cycle, and the risk of poor contact between the conductive sheet 14 and the conductive ring 13 may be reduced.
[0082] The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Within the inventive concept of the present disclosure, any equivalent structural substitutions made by using the contents of description and drawings of the present disclosure, or direct/indirect applications in other related technical fields are included in the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
