Description

洗地机的推磨式连接机构以及洗地机 技术领域
本发明涉及地面清洁设备领域,具体涉及洗地机的推磨式连接机构以及洗地机。
背景技术
洗地机是一种适用于硬质地面清洗同时吸干污水,并将污水带离现场的清洁机械,具有环保、节能、高效等优点。
手扶式洗地机主要包括机身以及具有驱动力的机头,机身通过连接结构与下方的机头连接,现有的连接结构在控制机头移动方向时,机身与水平面所呈角度大,这导致在对矮柜下面等区域进行清洁时,机身容易与其他物品发生碰撞。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出了洗地机的推磨式连接机构以及洗地机。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种洗地机的推磨式连接机构,所述洗地机包括机头以及机身,推磨式连接机构包括:
转动件,转动安装在所述机头上;
第一连接件,通过旋转轴转动安装在所述转动件上,所述第一连接件的转动轴线与所述转动件的转动轴线平行,所述机身与所述第一连接件转动配合,所述机身的转动轴线垂直于所述第一连接件的转动轴线。
机身通过推磨式连接机构与机头连接,在实际操作时,机身与水平面(地面)所呈角度可以较小,在对矮柜下面等区域进行清洁时,机身不易与其他物品发生碰撞。推磨式连接机构的第一连接件的转动轴线与转动件的转动轴线平行,即偏心设置,操作者可以通过对机身施加前后左右的力,来控制机头朝各个方向移动。具体来说,机头通过驱动结构能够进行主动移动,当通过机身对第一连接件施加作用力后,当该作用力未穿过转动件的轴线时,可以产生一个偏置力矩,从而可以控制机头进行相应转动。
实际操作时,机身在保持一个方向的同时,通过推磨式连接机构可以控制机头各个角度的方向。
于本发明其中一实施例中,推磨式连接机构还包括:
定位轴,安装在所述机头上,所述转动件直接外套在所述定位轴上或者通过可圆 周滚动元件外套在所述定位轴上,所述定位轴的轴线与所述转动件的转动轴线重合;
防护件,位于所述定位轴的外侧,所述转动件至少有部分结构位于所述防护件和定位轴之间。
转动件至少有部分结构位于所述防护件和定位轴之间,防护件能够对转动件其保护或限定作用,保证转动件可靠稳定的工作。
实际运用时,所述可圆周滚动元件可以为轴承。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述防护件具有圆柱状内侧壁,所述圆柱状内侧壁具有弧形凹槽,所述转动件具有伸入所述弧形凹槽的凸块,转动件相对机头转动时,所述凸块在弧形凹槽中活动。
防护件具有圆柱状内侧壁,这样设置能够更好的限定和保护转动件;通过设置弧形凹槽和凸块,能够限定转动件相对机头的转动幅度;通过凸块与弧形凹槽的侧壁配合,可以实现更好的控制效果。
本申请还公开了一种洗地机,包括机头、机身以及连接机头和机身的推磨式连接机构,所述推磨式连接机构为上文所述的推磨式连接机构。
于本发明其中一实施例中,还包括限位结构,所述限位结构包括:
定位槽,设置在所述第一连接件上;
限位件,可活动设置在所述机身上,限位件具有用于卡入所述定位槽的限位部;
联动件,与所述限位件连接,用于驱动所述限位件活动。
当限位件的限位部卡入第一连接件的定位槽时,能够使机身与第一连接件限定住,手释放后机身不会倒下;此外,通过限位结构的设计,可以使机身重量不再对操作者的手进行压迫。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述机身包括第二连接件,所述限位件可活动设置在所述第二连接件上,所述第二连接件转动安装在所述第一连接件上,所述定位槽有多个,多个定位槽绕所述第二连接件的转动轴线间隔分布。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述第二连接件的转动轴线水平设置;所述机身具有多个工作位,在不同工作位时,所述机身与地面所呈角度不同,且所述限位件的限位部卡入不同的定位槽。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述定位槽具有两个限位侧壁,所述限位侧壁与限位部配合,限定限位部的位置;
至少一个定位槽为活动槽,当限位部卡入活动槽时,限位部与活动槽的至少一个限位侧壁具有活动空间,机身能够带动限位部在活动槽内转动。
活动槽在周向上比普通的定位槽更长,从而在限位部卡入活动槽时,机身还能够进行小幅度的转动,方便不同身高操作者自由调节机身的高度(即调节机身上的握持把手的高度)。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述限位件滑动设置在所述第二连接件上,所述限位结构还包括设置在第二连接件或机身上,用于驱动所述限位件向第一连接件一侧滑动的弹性件;
所述机身上转动安装有解锁件,所述联动件的一端与所述解锁件连接,转动解锁件能够使联动件带动所述限位件向远离定位槽的一侧滑动。
于本实用新型其中一实施例中,所述解锁件设置在机身偏上部分。
这样设置方便对解锁件进行操作,无需操作者下蹲,实际运用时,解锁件可以为按压把手。
于本发明其中一实施例中,所述第二连接件具有供限位件和联动件穿过的通道,所述第二连接件的下端具有两个相对设置的连接部,两个连接部分别位于所述第一连接件的两侧,两个连接部通过连接轴与所述第一连接件转动配合,两个连接部形成安装槽,所述安装槽的底壁具有与所述通道连通的穿过孔,所述限位部穿出所述穿过孔;
所述第一连接件上具有至少一个限位块,所述限位块用于与所述第二连接件配合,限定第二连接件相对第一连接件的转动角度。
第二连接件和第一连接件这样设置,整个连接结构受力可靠。
本发明的有益效果是:机身通过推磨式连接机构与机头连接,在实际操作时,机身与水平面(地面)所呈角度可以较小,在对矮柜下面等区域进行清洁时,机身不易与其他物品发生碰撞。推磨式连接机构的第一连接件的转动轴线与转动件的转动轴线平行,即偏心设置,操作者可以通过对机身施加前后左右的力,来控制机头朝各个方向移动。

实施例1
如图1、3和4所示,一种洗地机,包括机头B以及机身A,机身A通过推磨式 连接机构1与机头B连接,本实施例中,推磨式连接机构1包括:
转动件11,转动安装在机头B上;
第一连接件12,通过旋转轴15转动安装在转动件11上,第一连接件的转动轴线Z2与转动件的转动轴线Z1平行,机身A与第一连接件12转动配合,机身的转动轴线Z3垂直于第一连接件的转动轴线Z2。
机身A通过推磨式连接机构1与机头B连接,在实际操作时,机身A与水平面(地面)所呈角度可以较小,在对柜脚等区域进行清洁时,机身A不易与其他物品发生碰撞,见图8和9所示。推磨式连接机构1的第一连接件的转动轴线Z2与转动件的转动轴线Z1平行,即偏心设置,操作者可以通过对机身A施加前后左右的力,来控制机头B朝各个方向移动。具体来说,如图10~14所示,机头B通过驱动结构能够进行主动移动,当通过机身A对第一连接件12施加作用力后,当该作用力未穿过转动件11的轴线时,可以产生一个偏置力矩,从而可以控制机头B进行相应转动。
实际操作时,机身A在保持一个方向的同时,通过推磨式连接机构1可以控制机头B各个角度的方向。
如图3和4所示,于本实施例中,推磨式连接机构1还包括:
定位轴13,安装在机头B上,转动件11外套在定位轴13上,定位轴13的轴线与转动件的转动轴线Z1重合;
防护件14,位于定位轴13的外侧,转动件11至少有部分结构位于防护件14和定位轴13之间。
转动件11至少有部分结构位于防护件14和定位轴13之间,防护件14能够对转动件11其保护或限定作用,保证转动件11可靠稳定的工作。
如图3和4所示,于本实施例中,防护件14具有圆柱状内侧壁141,圆柱状内侧壁141具有弧形凹槽1411,转动件11具有伸入弧形凹槽1411的凸块111,转动件11相对机头B转动时,凸块111在弧形凹槽1411中活动。
防护件14具有圆柱状内侧壁141,这样设置能够更好的限定和保护转动件11;通过设置弧形凹槽1411和凸块111,能够限定转动件11相对机头B的转动幅度;通过凸块111与弧形凹槽1411的侧壁配合,可以实现更好的控制效果。
实际运用时,还可以不设置用于限制转动件11转动的结构,即可以不设置弧形凹槽1411和凸块111,此时转动件11可以进行360°转动。
实际运用时,转动件11还可以通过可圆周滚动元件(可以为轴承)外套在定位轴13上。
如图1、2、5和6所示,于本实施例中,洗地机还包括限位结构,限位结构包括:
定位槽121,设置在第一连接件12上;
限位件33,可活动设置在机身A上,限位件33具有用于卡入定位槽121的限位 部331;
联动件34,与限位件33连接,用于驱动限位件33活动。
当限位件33的限位部331卡入第一连接件12的定位槽121时,能够使机身A与第一连接件12限定住,手释放后机身A不会倒下;此外,通过限位结构的设计,可以使机身A重量不再对操作者的手进行压迫。
如图2和5所示,于本实施例中,机身A包括第二连接件35,限位件33可活动设置在第二连接件35上,第二连接件35转动安装在第一连接件12上(第二连接件的转动轴线X即为机身的转动轴线Z3),定位槽121有多个,多个定位槽121绕第二连接件的转动轴线X间隔分布。
于本实施例中,第二连接件的转动轴线X水平设置;机身A具有多个工作位,在不同工作位时,机身A与地面所呈角度不同,且限位件33的限位部331卡入不同的定位槽121。
如图2和5所示,于本实施例中,定位槽121具有两个限位侧壁1211,限位侧壁1211与限位部331配合,限定限位部331的位置。
实际运用时,可以这样设置,参见图7,至少一个定位槽121为活动槽,当限位部331卡入活动槽时,限位部331与活动槽的至少一个限位侧壁1211具有活动空间1212,机身A能够带动限位部331在活动槽内转动。
活动槽在周向上比普通的定位槽121更长,从而在限位部331卡入活动槽时,机身A还能够进行小幅度的转动,方便不同身高操作者自由调节机身A的高度(即调节机身A上的握持把手的高度)。
如图2所示,于本实施例中,限位件33滑动设置在第二连接件35上,限位结构还包括设置在第二连接件35或机身A上,用于驱动限位件33向第一连接件12一侧滑动的弹性件(图中省略未画出);
机身A上转动安装有解锁件36,联动件34的一端与解锁件36连接,转动解锁件36能够使联动件34带动限位件33向远离定位槽121的一侧滑动。
于本实用新型其中一实施例中,解锁件36设置在机身A偏上部分。
这样设置方便对解锁件36进行操作,无需操作者下蹲,实际运用时,解锁件36可以为按压把手。
如图2和5所示,于本实施例中,第二连接件35具有供限位件33和联动件34穿过的通道353,第二连接件35的下端具有两个相对设置的连接部351,两个连接部351分别位于第一连接件12的两侧,两个连接部351通过连接轴(图中省略未画出)与第一连接件12转动配合,两个连接部351形成安装槽352,安装槽352的底壁具有与通道353连通的穿过孔3521,限位部331穿出穿过孔3521;
第一连接件12上具有至少一个限位块122,限位块122用于与第二连接件35配 合,限定第二连接件35相对第一连接件12的转动角度。第二连接件35和第一连接件12这样设置,整个连接结构受力可靠。
如图15所示,本申请机头B底部安装有至少一个清洁刷盘21(本实施例有2个),机头B包括用于驱动清洁刷盘21转动的驱动电机(图中省略未画出),机头通过驱动结构能够实现向前方具有一个牵引力,驱动结构包括:
驱动轮22,安装在机头B底部的前方;
驱动器(图中省略未画出),用于驱动驱动轮22转动,使机头B移动。
通过驱动结构能够使机头B具有往前的牵引力。本申请中,驱动电机与驱动器可以为不同部件也可以为同一个部件,当为同一个部件时,通过现有的多种动力传输结构来分别驱动清洁刷盘21和驱动轮22。
实际运用时,清洁刷盘21可以通过磁吸方式安装在机头B上。
于其他实施例中,还可以通过设置清洁刷盘21的结构,使得两个清洁刷盘21转动时,能够驱动机头B向设定方向移动。,即机头B的前进动力可以通过清洁刷盘21的转动实现。
如图1、3和15所示,于本实施例中,机身A包括抽真空装置31以及至少一个水箱32,水箱32上具有提手321;机头B还包括:
吸尘装置23,设置在清洁刷盘21的后方,具有吸口231;
吸水装置24,设置在清洁刷盘21的后方,且位于吸口231的后方;
抽真空装置31与吸尘装置23和吸水装置24配合。
吸尘装置23可聚拢垃圾并通过吸口231吸走赃物;吸水装置24为软性橡胶,并在前端开设有计算好的进水口。
实际运用时,优选为两个水箱32,其中一个用于装清水,另一个用于装脏水。更进一步的,两个水箱32可以为上下分布、左右分布或前后分布。
本申请机头B底部至少设置一个可支撑部件,可支撑部件可滚动部件,通过安装架固定在机头B的移动或推拉位置。如图1、3和15所示,于本实施例中,可支撑部件为导向行走轮25,机头B底部两侧均设置有至少一个导向行走轮25。优选的,导向行走轮25位于机头B的尾部。
导向行走轮25有多个作用,可作为搬运推拉洗地机的滚轮(见图16),也可作为垂直放置时的稳固支撑。导向行走轮25还可作为拆掉吸水装置24后洗地机的定位和平衡部件,即通过设置导向行走轮25,在将吸水装置24拆除后洗地机还可以正常工作(此时洗地机没有吸水功能)。
如图10所示,于本实施例中,机头B前部设置有至少一个照明灯26。通过设置照明灯26能够对光线不好的地方进行照明,方便操作者更好的操作。
实际运用时,本申请的洗地机可以通过电池供电,机头B上设置有至少一个电池。
如图3所示,于本实施例中,还包括吸废管4,吸废管4与吸尘装置23和吸水装置24的至少一个配合,抽真空装置31用于使吸废管产生负压;机头B具有容纳腔28,吸废管4在容纳腔28的部分往复弯折。
吸废管4往复弯折的设计能够保证机身A在转动、推拉等情况下不会使吸废管4内的脏水回流到地面。
如图1和3所示,于本实施例中,机身A还包括至少一个手柄控制单元32。机头B部分设置有放水组件喷出清水对地面污渍进行软化中和,驱动装置带动清洁刷对地面进行清洁,吸水装置24对地面上的水渍聚集并通过抽真空形式回收到水箱32存储。
实际运用时,机头B在清洁刷盘组(清洁刷盘组包括至少一个清洁刷盘)的左右两侧分别设置有挡水条,以防侧边水流涌出。
实施例2
如图17所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,机头B还包括可翻转的支撑支架27,支撑支架27具有与地面配合的支撑位;支撑支架27位于机头B的后部,在支撑位时,支撑支架27与驱动轮22配合,形成高度差(机头B底部与地面形成角度H),使清洁刷盘21和/或吸水装置24局部或全部脱离地面。
通过设置支撑支架27能够有效保护清洁刷盘21和吸水装置24,防止在静态下长时间放置导致清洁刷盘21和吸水装置24变形。
实施例3
如图18所示,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于,本实施例的支撑支架27位于机头B的前部,在支撑位时,支撑支架27与导向行走轮25配合,形成高度差(机头B底部与地面形成角度H),使清洁刷盘21和/或吸水装置24局部或全部脱离地面。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗地机的推磨式连接机构,所述洗地机包括机头以及机身,其特征在于,推磨式连接机构包括:
    转动件,转动安装在所述机头上;
    第一连接件,通过旋转轴转动安装在所述转动件上,所述第一连接件的转动轴线与所述转动件的转动轴线平行,所述机身与所述第一连接件转动配合,所述机身的转动轴线垂直于所述第一连接件的转动轴线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗地机的推磨式连接机构,其特征在于,还包括:
    定位轴,安装在所述机头上,所述转动件直接外套在所述定位轴上或者通过可圆周滚动元件外套在所述定位轴上,所述定位轴的轴线与所述转动件的转动轴线重合;
    防护件,位于所述定位轴的外侧,所述转动件至少有部分结构位于所述防护件和定位轴之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗地机的推磨式连接机构,其特征在于,所述防护件具有圆柱状内侧壁,所述圆柱状内侧壁具有弧形凹槽,所述转动件具有伸入所述弧形凹槽的凸块,转动件相对机头转动时,所述凸块在弧形凹槽中活动。
  4. 一种洗地机,其特征在于,包括机头、机身以及连接机头和机身的推磨式连接机构,所述推磨式连接机构为权利要求1~3任意一项所述的推磨式连接机构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的洗地机,其特征在于,还包括限位结构,所述限位结构包括:
    定位槽,设置在所述第一连接件上;
    限位件,可活动设置在所述机身上,限位件具有用于卡入所述定位槽的限位部;
    联动件,与所述限位件连接,用于驱动所述限位件活动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述机身包括第二连接件,所述限位件可活动设置在所述第二连接件上,所述第二连接件转动安装在所述第一连接件上,所述定位槽有多个,多个定位槽绕所述第二连接件的转动轴线间隔分布。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第二连接件的转动轴线水平设置;所述机身具有多个工作位,在不同工作位时,所述机身与地面所呈角度不同,且所述限位件的限位部卡入不同的定位槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述定位槽具有两个限位侧壁,所述限位侧壁与限位部配合,限定限位部的位置;
    至少一个定位槽为活动槽,当限位部卡入活动槽时,限位部与活动槽的至少一个限位侧壁具有活动空间,机身能够带动限位部在活动槽内转动。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述限位件滑动设置在所述第二连 接件上,所述限位结构还包括设置在第二连接件或机身上,用于驱动所述限位件向第一连接件一侧滑动的弹性件;
    所述机身上转动安装有解锁件,所述联动件的一端与所述解锁件连接,转动解锁件能够使联动件带动所述限位件向远离定位槽的一侧滑动。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第二连接件具有供限位件和联动件穿过的通道,所述第二连接件的下端具有两个相对设置的连接部,两个连接部分别位于所述第一连接件的两侧,两个连接部通过连接轴与所述第一连接件转动配合,两个连接部形成安装槽,所述安装槽的底壁具有与所述通道连通的穿过孔,所述限位部穿出所述穿过孔;
    所述第一连接件上具有至少一个限位块,所述限位块用于与所述第二连接件配合,限定第二连接件相对第一连接件的转动角度。
