By using the fitting fixture of the present invention, the second and first vertical plate members of the second and first fitting members can be inserted between the first and second vertical plate members of the first and second fitting members. By fitting them together, the first object and the second object can be easily fixed. Moreover, it can be easily removed by releasing the fitting. For example, when fixing a second object to a fixed first object, the first vertical plate member and the second vertical plate member are stacked in the vertical direction and extend horizontally, so that the second object The force from the object is applied downward, making it difficult for the mating to come loose. Moreover, when the fitting is released and removed, it can be easily removed by pulling out in the horizontal direction.

Each member of the fitting fixture of the present invention will be explained below.
[First fitting member]
The first fitting member is a member that is attached to the first object, and includes a plurality of rows of first vertical plate members arranged at predetermined intervals on the first substrate.

Further, the depth is preferably 10 to 100 mm, more preferably 15 to 80 mm, and even more preferably 20 to 50 mm. Further, the thickness is preferably 0.5 to 10 mm, more preferably 1 to 8 mm, and even more preferably 2 to 5 mm.
(First vertical plate member)
The first vertical plate members are a plurality of rows of plate-like members arranged vertically on the first substrate at predetermined intervals. The thickness of the first vertical plate member is not particularly limited as long as it has a predetermined strength and can be fitted between the second vertical plate members described later, and is not particularly limited to the thickness of the first vertical plate member. Although it can be set appropriately according to the size of the It is more preferable that
The interval between the first vertical plate members is not particularly limited as long as it is large enough to fit the second vertical plate member described later, and is set as appropriate depending on the size of the object etc. Specifically, for example, it is preferably 0.5 to 15 mm, more preferably 1.0 to 10 mm, and even more preferably 1.5 to 5.0 mm. Further, the length of the first vertical plate member in the column direction is not particularly limited and can be set as appropriate depending on the size of the object, but specifically, for example, 20 to 200 mm. The length is preferably 30 to 150 mm, more preferably 40 to 100 mm.
Further, the length of the first vertical plate member in the height direction (direction perpendicular to the substrate) is not particularly limited, and can be set as appropriate depending on the size of the object. Specifically, for example, it is preferably 4 to 50 mm, more preferably 6 to 30 mm, and even more preferably 8 to 15 mm. If the lengths of the first vertical plate member in the row direction and the height direction are within the above ranges, the first vertical plate member will have a large fitting area, will be firmly fitted with the second vertical plate member, and will be able to Things can be firmly fixed together.
Further, the number of rows of the first vertical plate member is not particularly limited and can be set appropriately according to the size of the object, etc., and the strength of the fitting increases as the number of rows increases. Specifically, for example, the number is preferably 2 to 10, and more preferably 3 to 6.
Examples of the shape of each first vertical plate member include a flat plate member (a rectangular plate member when viewed from the side) and a plate member formed by connecting a plurality of plate constituent members in a column direction. can. Examples of the plate component include an umbrella-shaped plate having an umbrella and a handle (umbrella-shaped when viewed from the side), a circular plate (circular when viewed from the side), and an elliptical plate (circular when viewed from the side). Examples thereof include a rectangular plate portion (having an elliptical shape), a diamond-shaped plate portion (angular shape when viewed from the side), and an umbrella-shaped plate portion having an umbrella portion and a handle portion is preferable. That is, it is preferable that the first vertical plate member is a plurality of rows of plate members formed by connecting the umbrella-shaped plate portions including the umbrella portion and the handle portion in the row direction. The umbrella-shaped plate portion is configured such that the tip side (umbrella portion) is thicker and the base end side (stem portion) is thinner than the tip side.
In the case where the first vertical plate member is a plate member formed by connecting umbrella-shaped plate parts including an umbrella part and a handle part in the row direction, the shape of the umbrella part may be, for example, circular, semicircular ( Examples include a mountain (mountain) shape, a triangular shape, a rhombus shape (square shape), etc., and a combination of a plurality of these may also be used (see FIGS. 5 to 7). The spacing between the handles is, for example, preferably 0.5 to 10 mm, more preferably 0.8 to 8 mm, and even more preferably 1 to 6 mm. By arranging the handle portions at predetermined intervals in this way, a through hole passing through the first vertical plate member is formed, and the second vertical plate member of the second fitting member is connected to the first fitting member. When fitting between the first vertical plate members of The vertical plate member and the second vertical plate member fit together in a more compressed state, and the first fitting member and the second fitting member are firmly fixed.
(linear groove)
Preferably, the first vertical plate member has a plurality of linear grooves extending in the column direction on its surface. Thereby, when the first vertical plate member is fitted between the second vertical plate members of the second fitting member, both of them are difficult to come off and can be fixed more firmly. The width of the groove is not particularly limited, and the smaller the width, the more difficult it is for the fitting to come off, but specifically, for example, it is preferably 0.1 to 1 mm, more preferably 0.2 to 0.8 mm, More preferably 0.3 to 0.5 mm. This linear groove can be easily formed by manufacturing the first vertical plate member with a 3D printer.
In addition, when the first vertical plate member is a plate member formed by connecting umbrella-shaped plate parts including an umbrella part and a handle part in the column direction, the umbrella part having a curved edge has a groove in the column direction. It is possible to increase the frictional force against the material and achieve a more secure fit.
(Material)
As the material of the first fitting member, a material having a predetermined strength can be used, and examples thereof include plastic (synthetic resin) and metal, with plastic being preferred from the viewpoint of weight reduction. Specific examples of the plastic include hard vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, hard polyethylene resin, and polylactic acid (PLA), with polylactic acid being preferred.
[Second fitting member]
The second fitting member is a member attached to the second object, and includes a plurality of rows of second vertical plate members arranged at predetermined intervals on the second substrate. The second substrate and the second vertical plate member of the second fitting member are the same as the description of the first substrate and the first vertical plate member of the first fitting member, so a description thereof will be omitted.
The first fitting member and the second fitting member may be members of the same shape or may be members of different shapes, but members of the same shape are preferable. Since the members have the same shape, mass production becomes possible, and therefore manufacturing costs can be held down.
<Method for manufacturing the fitting fixture of the present invention>
Next, a method for manufacturing the fitting fixture of the present invention will be explained.
Preferably, the first and second substrates and the first and second fitting members of the fitting fixture are each integrally formed. Examples of the integral molding method include a method of integrally molding using a 3D printer, and a method of pouring and solidifying the material into a mold such as casting or injection molding.
In the case of a method of integrally molding using a 3D printer, specifically, for example, it is preferable to perform molding by laminating resin from the substrate side to the umbrella side using a 3D printer. Thereby, it is possible to efficiently form a plurality of linear grooves extending in the column direction on the surfaces of the first vertical plate member and the second vertical plate member.
Further, in the method for manufacturing a fitting fixture of the present invention, a fitting member comprising a plurality of rows of vertical plate members arranged at predetermined intervals on the same substrate is cut into a plurality of members having the same shape. Preferably, there are a first fitting member and a second fitting member. Thereby, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a large quantity of fitting fixtures.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the fitting fixture of the present invention will be specifically described using the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

There is. The first substrate 14 is provided with screw holes 18a and 18b for fixing to an object with screws or the like. The second fitting member 12 is a member having the same shape as the first fitting member 10, and similarly to the first fitting member 10, it has a second substrate 20, a second vertical plate member 22, and screw holes 24a, 24b. We are prepared.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first vertical plate member 16 is a plate member formed by connecting umbrella-shaped plate portions 26 in the column direction. The umbrella-shaped plate part 26 includes a semicircular (mountain) shaped umbrella part 28 with a height of 4 mm and a maximum width of 6 mm, and a handle part 30 with a height of 4 mm and a width of 3 mm. The spacing between the handle portions 30 is 3 mm. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the first vertical plate member 16 has a plurality of linear grooves 32 extending in the column direction on its surface.
As shown in FIG. 3, when fixing the first object and the second object, the second vertical plate member 22 of the second fitting member 12 is inserted between the first vertical plate member 16 of the first fitting member 10. At the same time, the first vertical plate member 16 of the first fitting member 10 is fitted between the second vertical plate members 22 of the second fitting member 12 . Note that when removing the first target object and the second target object, the first fitting member 10 and the second fitting member 12 are pulled toward the first substrate 14 and the second substrate 20 (outward) to remove them. .
Further, as described above, the fitting fixture 1 has the handle portions 30 arranged at predetermined intervals, so that the through hole 34 passing through the first vertical plate member 16 is formed, and the second fitting When fitting the second vertical plate member 22 of the mating member 12 between the first vertical plate members 16 of the first fitting member 10, the space between the first vertical plate members 16 where the through hole 34 is located widens, The second vertical plate member 22 can be smoothly inserted to the vicinity of the first substrate 14, and the first vertical plate member 16 and the second vertical plate member 22 are fitted together in a more compressed state.
Further, the first fitting member 10 and the second fitting member 12 are each integrally formed using a 3D printer. Specifically, using a 3D printer, polylactic acid resin is printed on the first substrate 14 and the second fitting member 12. The two substrates are formed by laminating each other from the side of the substrate 20 to the side of the umbrella section 28. Thereby, a plurality of linear grooves 32 can be efficiently formed on the surfaces of the first vertical plate member 16 and the second vertical plate member 22.
Next, a procedure for fixing a signboard to a wall using the fitting fixture 1 will be explained.
As shown in FIG. 4, first, the first fitting member 10 of the fitting fixture 1 is fixed to the wall A as the first object. Specifically, the mounting surface of the first substrate 14 of the first fitting member 10 is brought into contact with the wall A so that the front and back surfaces of the first vertical plate member are in the vertical direction and parallel to the floor surface. and fix it with a screw through the screw hole 18.
Subsequently, the second fitting member 12 of the fitting fixture 1 is fixed to the signboard B as the second object. Specifically, the mounting surface of the second board 20 of the second fitting member 12 is set so that the front and back surfaces of the second vertical plate member 22 are in the vertical direction (when fitting with the first fitting member), and the mounting surface of the second board 20 is aligned with the floor. Place it in contact with the signboard B so that it is parallel to the plane, and fix it with a screw through the screw hole 24.
Subsequently, the first fitting member 10 and the second fitting member 12 are fitted to fix the wall A and the signboard B. Specifically, the second vertical plate member 22 of the second fitting member 12 is fitted between the first vertical plate members 16 of the first fitting member 10, and the second vertical plate member 22 of the second fitting member 12 is fitted between the first vertical plate members 16 of the first fitting member 10. The first vertical plate member 16 of the first fitting member 10 is fitted between the plate members 22 . This completes the work of fixing signboard B to wall A.
Note that in order to remove the signboard B from the wall A, the second fitting member 12 fixed to the wall A can be easily removed by pulling out the first fitting member 10 in the horizontal direction.
As described above, by using the fitting fixture according to the first embodiment, the second vertical plate member of the second and first fitting members is connected between the first and second vertical plate members of the first and second fitting members. By fitting the first vertical plate member and the first vertical plate member, the first object and the second object can be easily fixed. At this time, since the first vertical plate member and the second vertical plate member are stacked in the vertical direction and extend in the horizontal direction, the force from the second object is applied downward, making it difficult for the fitting to come off. Moreover, when the fitting is released and removed, it can be easily removed by pulling out in the horizontal direction.
Next, fitting fixtures according to second to fourth embodiments of the present invention will be described using FIGS. 5 to 7.
