本发明涉及展示技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种透光珍品摆设的自动展台。
背景技术
现有的展台在展示矿石、玻璃、琉璃、玉石、贝壳等具有一定透光度或全透光的物件时,物件在灯光照射下,不能显现其透光的特质;并且,亮度较高的照射灯光还会令展品受热,甚至会对物件造成破坏。
有鉴于此,研发设计出一种能够解决上述技术问题的透光珍品摆设的自动展台显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其能够由展示品的底部打光,展示效果较好,且不易出现漏光的情况。
本发明提供一种技术方案:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其包括展示顶板、发光板及限光组件;
所述展示顶板用于承载展示品,所述发光板设置于展示顶板底部,且与所述展示顶板共同围成调光空间,并能够向所述调光空间打光,以经所述展示顶板向所述展示品底部打光;
所述限光组件包括限光移动机构和多个限光单元,所述限光单元包括限光主体及限光板,所述限光主体呈长条状设置,且两端端面均设有竖直的磁吸柱, 以通过各自的所述磁吸柱依次连接多个所述限光主体;所述限光板设置于所述限光主体顶部,且由一个所述磁吸柱延伸至另一所述磁吸柱,以使在两个所述限光主体通过各自的所述磁吸柱连接时,对应的两个所述限光板也依次连接;所述限光主体竖直设置于所述发光板的顶面,且位于所述调光空间内,所述限光板的顶部与所述展示顶板的底面抵持;
所述限光移动机构位于所述调光空间内,且能够带动多个所述限光主体依次连接,并使得多个所述限光主体依次沿所述展示品的底部轮廓延伸,所述发光板能够对多个依次连接的所述限光主体共同围成的局部空间发光,从而仅对所述展示品底部打光。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种实现方式中,所述限光主体的侧面开设有贯穿所述限光主体长度方向上两端的第一限光凹槽和第二限光凹槽,所述第一限光凹槽与所述第二限光凹槽间隔设置,且均沿所述限光主体的长度方向延伸设置,并与所述发光板平行;
所述限光移动机构包括移动小车、伸缩件、第一移动轮及第二移动轮,所述第一移动轮和所述第一移动轮均转动连接于所述伸缩件,且与所述移动小车的行进方向平行,所述伸缩件连接于所述移动小车;
所述移动小车能够在所述发光板上移动,从而带动所述伸缩件移动,以同时带动所述第一移动轮和所述第二移动轮分别进入所述第一限光凹槽和所述第二限光凹槽,从而使得对应的所述限光主体沿所述底部轮廓延伸;
所述伸缩件能够带动所述第一移动轮和所述第二移动轮相互分离或相互靠 近,以使所述第一移动轮和所述第二移动轮分别抵持第三侧壁和第二侧壁,或者使所述第一移动轮和所述第二移动轮分别抵持第一侧壁和第四侧壁,从而连接所述限光主体,以通过所述移动小车带动所述限光主体移动位置,其中,所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁分别为所述第一限光凹槽内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁,所述第二侧壁和所述第四侧壁分别为所述第二限光凹槽内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁。

在所述定位杆处于倾斜时,所述定位杆的顶部与所述展示顶板的底面具有间隔,以释放所述限光主体,且此时,所述第一转动部位于所述第一侧壁以下,所述第二转动部凸出于所述第二侧壁;
并且,在所述第二移动轮进入所述第二限光凹槽,且贴靠所述第二侧壁时,所述第二移动轮能够压持凸出于所述第二侧壁的所述第二转动部,以使第二转动部下移,从而带动所述定位杆由倾斜转动至竖直,以使得所述定位杆的顶部与所述展示顶板抵持,同时,所述第一移动轮进入所述第一限光凹槽,且沿所述第三侧壁滚动,并不与所述第一转动部抵持;
在所述第一移动轮进入所述第一限光凹槽,且贴靠所述第一侧壁时,所述第一移动轮能够压持凸出于所述第一侧壁的所述第一转动部,以使第一转动部下移,从而带动所述定位杆由竖直转动至倾斜,以使得所述定位杆的顶部与所述展示顶板底面之间具有间隔,同时,所述第二移动轮进入所述第二限光凹槽,且沿所述第四侧壁滚动,并不与所述第二转动部抵持。
结合第一方面及其上述实现方式,在第一方面的第二种实现方式中,所述限光单元还包括限光释放条,所述限光释放条可升降地设置于所述第一侧壁, 且延伸至所述第一侧壁的两端,所述限光释放条的底面设有释放凸起,所述释放凸起的末端端面为释放斜面,且所述释放斜面与所述第一转动部对应,且被构造为,在所述第一移动轮进入所述第一限光凹槽并压持所述第一侧壁时,所述限光释放条在所述第一移动轮的压持作用下下移,同时,所述释放斜面压持所述第一转动部,从而使得所述定位杆倾斜,解除所述定位杆顶端与所述展示顶板的抵持状态。

该透光珍品摆设的自动展台包括展示顶板、发光板及限光组件,其中,展示顶板用于承载展示品,发光板设置于展示顶板底部,且与展示顶板之间具有间隔,以共同围成调光空间,发光板能够向调光空间打光,以经展示顶板向展示品底部打光。而限光组件包括限光移动机构和多个限光单元,限光单元包括限光主体及限光板,其中,限光主体呈长条状设置,且两端端面均设有竖直的磁吸柱,以通过各自的磁吸柱依次连接多个限光主体,换言之,两个限光主体是通过各自的磁吸柱相互磁吸,以实现连接的,其便于连接,也便于拆分。限光板设置于限光主体顶部,且由一个磁吸柱延伸至另一磁吸柱,以使在两个限光主体通过各自的磁吸柱连接时,对应的两个限光板也依次连接,限光主体竖直设置于发光板的顶面,且位于调光空间内,限光板的顶部与展示顶板的底面抵持,从而通过限光主体和限光板隔离展示顶板和发光板之间的间隔,并通过多个依次连接的限光主体和限光板实现分隔调光空间中的单独空间的目的。而限光移动机构位于调光空间内,且能够带动多个限光主体依次连接,并使得多个限光主体依次沿展示品的底部轮廓延伸,发光板能够对多个依次连接的限光 主体共同围成的局部空间发光,从而对展示品底部打光,且通过依次连接的限光主体以及依次连接的限光板来避免出现漏光,提高展示效果。

该透光珍品摆设的自动展台10包括展示顶板11、发光板12及限光组件13,其中,展示顶板11用于承载展示品900,发光板12设置于展示顶板11底部,且与展示顶板11之间具有间隔,以共同围成调光空间121,发光板12能够向调光空间121打光,以经展示顶板11向展示品900底部打光。而限光组件13包括限光移动机构131和多个限光单元132,限光单元132包括限光主体1321及限光板1323,其中,限光主体1321呈长条状设置,且两端端面均设有竖直的磁吸柱1322,以通过各自的磁吸柱1322依次连接多个限光主体1321,换言之,两个限光主体1321是通过各自的磁吸柱1322相互磁吸,以实现连接的,其便于连接,也便于拆分。限光板1323设置于限光主体1321顶部,且由一个磁吸柱1322延伸至另一磁吸柱1322,以使在两个限光主体1321通过各自的磁吸柱1322连接时,对应的两个限光板1323也依次连接,限光主体1321竖直设置于发光板12的顶面,且位于调光空间121内,限光板1323的顶部与展示顶板11的底面抵持,从而通过限光主体1321和限光板1323隔离展示顶板11和发光板12之间的间隔,并通过多个依次连接的限光主体1321和限光板1323实现分隔调光空间121中的单独空间的目的。而限光移动机构131位于调光空间121内,且能够带动多个限光主体1321依次连接,并使得多个限光主体1321依次沿展示品900的底部轮廓延伸,发光板12能够对多个依次连接的限光主体1321共同围成的局部空间发光,从而对展示品900底部打光,且通过依次连接的限光主体1321以及依次连接的限光板1323来避免出现漏光,提高展示效果。
需要说明的是,限光板1323长度方向上的两端可设置遮光绒毛等,以在两张限光板1323连接时,保证连接处不漏光。此外,底部轮廓可由外部电脑等控制单元直接输入,也可为位于展示顶板11下方的摄像头或红外传感器等机构扫描得到的,本实施例对其不做限制。
请继续参阅图1-图4,以及参阅图5。限光主体1321的侧面可开设有第一限光凹槽13211和第二限光凹槽13214,其中,第一限光凹槽13211与第二限光凹槽13214间隔设置,且均沿限光主体1321的长度方向延伸设置,并与发光板12平行,此外,第一限光凹槽13211与第二限光凹槽13214均贯穿限光主体1321长度方向上两端的。
而限光移动机构131包括移动小车1316、伸缩件1317、第一移动轮1311及第二移动轮1312,第一移动轮1311和第一移动轮1311均转动连接于伸缩件1317,且与移动小车1316的行进方向平行,伸缩件1317连接于移动小车1316。其中,移动小车1316能够在发光板12上移动,从而带动伸缩件1317移动,以带动第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312分别进入第一限光凹槽13211和第二限光凹槽13214,从而使得对应的限光主体1321沿底部轮廓延伸,换言之,在移动小车1316能够在发光板12上沿底部轮廓移动时,第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312分别进入第一限光凹槽13211和第二限光凹槽13214的过程中,若限光主体1321的长度方向与对应的底部轮廓切向方向不一致,第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312将分别与第一限光凹槽13211的内壁及第二限光凹槽13214内壁抵持,从而带动对应的限光主体1321转动,以实现校正限光主体1321的长度方向的目的。
并且,伸缩件1317能够带动第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312相互分离,以使第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312分别抵持第三侧壁13213和第二侧壁13215,从而实现夹持第一限光凹槽13211和第二限光凹槽13214的目的,以连接限光主体1321,以便于通过移动小车1316带动限光主体1321移动位置,在本实施例中,第一侧壁13212和第三侧壁13213分别为第一限光凹槽13211内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁,第二侧壁13215和第四侧壁13216分别为第二限光凹槽13214内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁。

并且,在伸缩件1317带动第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312相互分离,以使第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312各自的外周面分别贴靠第三侧壁13213和第二侧壁13215时,随着第二移动轮1312进入第二限光凹槽13214,第二移动轮1312贴靠第二侧壁13215,第二移动轮1312能够压持凸出于第二侧壁13215的第二转动部13252,以使第二转动部13252下移,从而带动定位杆1325由倾斜转动至竖直,以使得定位杆1325的顶部与展示顶板11抵持,同时,第一移动轮1311进入第一限光凹槽13211,且贴靠第三侧壁13213滚动,其不与所述第一转动部13251抵持,以便于定位杆1325转动至竖直。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,定位杆1325顶部具有一定弹性,在定位杆1325大致处于竖直状态时,其顶部便可和展示顶板11抵持,以便于带动定位杆1325转动的精度要求。
在伸缩件1317带动第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312相互靠近,以使第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312能够分别贴靠第一侧壁13212和第四侧壁13216时,随着第一移动轮1311进入第一限光凹槽13211,且第一移动轮1311贴靠第一侧壁13212,第一移动轮1311能够压持凸出于第一侧壁13212的第一转动部13251,以使第一转动部13251下移,从而带动定位杆1325由竖直转动 至倾斜,以使得定位杆1325的顶部与展示顶板11底面之间具有间隔,同时,第二移动轮1312进入第二限光凹槽13214,且沿第四侧壁13216滚动,其不与第二转动部13252接触,以便于带动定位杆1325转动至倾斜。
上述带动定位杆1325转动的方式简单,且在移动小车1316移动通过第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312带动限光主体1321转动方位的同时即可完成锁定限光主体1321位置的动作,或者在带动限光主体1321移动的同时完成释放限光主体1321位置的动作,以提高调整上述局部空间的形状的效率。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一转动部13251和第二转动部13252可为转动轴承等,以便于第一移动轮1311和第二移动轮1312在移动时抵持。
进一步地,限光单元132还可包括限光释放条1326,限光释放条1326可升降地设置于第一侧壁13212,并且,限光释放条1326可延伸至第一侧壁13212的两端,限光释放条1326的底面设有释放凸起13261,释放凸起13261的末端端面为释放斜面13262,且释放斜面13262与第一转动部13251对应,且被构造为,在第一移动轮1311进入第一限光凹槽13211并压持第一侧壁13212时,限光释放条1326在第一移动轮1311的压持作用下下移,同时,释放斜面13262压持第一转动部13251,从而使得定位杆1325倾斜,解除定位杆1325顶端与展示顶板11的抵持状态。换言之,由于限光释放条1326延伸至第一侧壁13212的两端,在第一移动轮1311进入第一限光凹槽13211时即可压持限光释放条1326,以便通过释放斜面13262及时压持第一转动部13251使得定位杆1325倾斜,以在移动限光主体1321时能够及时释放定位杆1325与展示顶板11的抵持状态,实现及时释放限光主体1321的目的。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其特征在于,包括展示顶板(11)、发光板(12)及限光组件(13);
    所述展示顶板(11)用于承载展示品(900),所述发光板(12)设置于展示顶板(11)底部,且与所述展示顶板(11)共同围成调光空间(121),并能够向所述调光空间(121)打光,以经所述展示顶板(11)向所述展示品(900)底部打光;
    所述限光组件(13)包括限光移动机构(131)和多个限光单元(132),所述限光单元(132)包括限光主体(1321)及限光板(1323),所述限光主体(1321)呈长条状设置,且两端端面均设有竖直的磁吸柱(1322),以通过各自的所述磁吸柱(1322)依次连接多个所述限光主体(1321);所述限光板(1323)设置于所述限光主体(1321)顶部,且由一个所述磁吸柱(1322)延伸至另一所述磁吸柱(1322),以使在两个所述限光主体(1321)通过各自的所述磁吸柱(1322)连接时,对应的两个所述限光板(1323)也依次连接;所述限光主体(1321)竖直设置于所述发光板(12)的顶面,且位于所述调光空间(121)内,所述限光板(1323)的顶部与所述展示顶板(11)的底面抵持;
    所述限光移动机构(131)位于所述调光空间(121)内,且能够带动多个所述限光主体(1321)依次连接,并使得多个所述限光主体(1321)依次沿所述展示品(900)的底部轮廓延伸,所述发光板(12)能够对多个依次连接的所述限光主体(1321)共同围成的局部空间发光,从而仅对所述展示品(900)底部打光。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其特征在于,所述限光主体(1321)的侧面开设有贯穿所述限光主体(1321)长度方向上两端的第一限光凹槽(13211)和第二限光凹槽(13214),所述第一限光凹槽(13211)与 所述第二限光凹槽(13214)间隔设置,且均沿所述限光主体(1321)的长度方向延伸设置,并与所述发光板(12)平行;
    所述限光移动机构(131)包括移动小车(1316)、伸缩件(1317)、第一移动轮(1311)及第二移动轮(1312),所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第一移动轮(1311)均转动连接于所述伸缩件(1317),且与所述移动小车(1316)的行进方向平行,所述伸缩件(1317)连接于所述移动小车(1316);
    所述移动小车(1316)能够在所述发光板(12)上移动,从而带动所述伸缩件(1317)移动,以同时带动所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)分别进入所述第一限光凹槽(13211)和所述第二限光凹槽(13214),从而使得对应的所述限光主体(1321)沿所述底部轮廓延伸;
    所述伸缩件(1317)能够带动所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)相互分离或相互靠近,以使所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)分别抵持第三侧壁(13213)和第二侧壁(13215),或者使所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)分别抵持第一侧壁(13212)和第四侧壁(13216),从而连接所述限光主体(1321),以通过所述移动小车(1316)带动所述限光主体(1321)移动位置,其中,所述第一侧壁(13212)和所述第三侧壁(13213)分别为所述第一限光凹槽(13211)内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁,所述第二侧壁(13215)和所述第四侧壁(13216)分别为所述第二限光凹槽(13214)内向上的侧壁及向下的侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其特征在于,所述伸缩件(1317)还能够带动所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)相互分离或相互靠近,以使所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)各自的外周面分别贴靠第三侧壁(13213)和所述第二侧壁(13215),或者使所述第一移动轮(1311)和所述第二移动轮(1312)各自的外周面分别贴靠所述 第一侧壁(13212)和所述第四侧壁(13216);
    所述限光单元(132)还包括定位杆(1325),所述限光主体(1321)上开设有定位空间(13210),所述定位空间(13210)与所述第一限光凹槽(13211)及所述第二限光凹槽(13214)连通;所述定位杆(1325)位于所述定位空间(13210)内,且所述定位杆(1325)上依次间隔设置有第一转动部(13251)、第三转动部(13253)及第二转动部(13252),所述第三转动部(13253)与所述限光主体(1321)转动连接,以转动连接所述定位杆(1325)于所述限光主体(1321);
    且所述定位杆(1325)被构造为,在所述定位杆(1325)由倾斜转动至竖直的过程中,所述第一转动部(13251)能够随所述定位杆(1325)的转动而上移并凸出于所述第一侧壁(13212),同时,所述第二转动部(13252)能够随所述定位杆(1325)的转动而下降至所述第二侧壁(13215)以下;而在所述定位杆(1325)由竖直转动至倾斜的过程中,所述第一转动部(13251)能够随所述定位杆(1325)的转动而下降至所述第一侧壁(13212)以下,同时,所述第二转动部(13252)能够随所述定位杆(1325)的转动而上移并凸出于所述第二侧壁(13215);
    且在所述定位杆(1325)处于竖直时,所述定位杆(1325)的顶部与所述展示顶板(11)的底面抵持,以压持所述限光主体(1321)在所述发光板(12)顶面,从而锁定所述限光主体(1321)在所述调光空间(121)内的位置,且此时,所述第一转动部(13251)凸出于所述第一侧壁(13212),所述第二转动部(13252)位于所述第二侧壁(13215)以下;
    在所述定位杆(1325)处于倾斜时,所述定位杆(1325)的顶部与所述展示顶板(11)的底面具有间隔,以释放所述限光主体(1321),且此时,所述第一转动部(13251)位于所述第一侧壁(13212)以下,所述第二转动部(13252) 凸出于所述第二侧壁(13215);
    并且,在所述第二移动轮(1312)进入所述第二限光凹槽(13214),且贴靠所述第二侧壁(13215)时,所述第二移动轮(1312)能够压持凸出于所述第二侧壁(13215)的所述第二转动部(13252),以使第二转动部(13252)下移,从而带动所述定位杆(1325)由倾斜转动至竖直,以使得所述定位杆(1325)的顶部与所述展示顶板(11)抵持,同时,所述第一移动轮(1311)进入所述第一限光凹槽(13211),且沿所述第三侧壁(13213)滚动,并不与所述第一转动部(13251)抵持;
    在所述第一移动轮(1311)进入所述第一限光凹槽(13211),且贴靠所述第一侧壁(13212)时,所述第一移动轮(1311)能够压持凸出于所述第一侧壁(13212)的所述第一转动部(13251),以使第一转动部(13251)下移,从而带动所述定位杆(1325)由竖直转动至倾斜,以使得所述定位杆(1325)的顶部与所述展示顶板(11)底面之间具有间隔,同时,所述第二移动轮(1312)进入所述第二限光凹槽(13214),且沿所述第四侧壁(13216)滚动,并不与所述第二转动部(13252)抵持。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的透光珍品摆设的自动展台,其特征在于,所述限光单元(132)还包括限光释放条(1326),所述限光释放条(1326)可升降地设置于所述第一侧壁(13212),且延伸至所述第一侧壁(13212)的两端,所述限光释放条(1326)的底面设有释放凸起(13261),所述释放凸起(13261)的末端端面为释放斜面(13262),且所述释放斜面(13262)与所述第一转动部(13251)对应,且被构造为,在所述第一移动轮(1311)进入所述第一限光凹槽(13211)并压持所述第一侧壁(13212)时,所述限光释放条(1326)在所述第一移动轮(1311)的压持作用下下移,同时,所述释放斜面(13262)压持所述第一转动部(13251),从而使得所述定位杆(1325)倾斜,解除所述定位杆(1325)顶 端与所述展示顶板(11)的抵持状态。
