Description
本实用新型涉及衣物透气技术领域,尤其涉及一种透气结构、透气面料以及衣物。
目前,对于雨衣或者防护服等衣物而言,都要求该类衣物满足一定的防护标准。即雨衣具有良好的防水性能,而防护服则要求具有防火、防液等性能。为了满足上述需求,雨衣或者防护服等衣物通常密闭性较好,而透气性较差。尤其在高温天气或者环境作业时,穿着上述衣物较为闷热,导致体感舒适性极差。
为了解决上述问题,目前有的雨衣或者防护服等衣物,采用在衣物上开设透气孔,并在透气孔上设置遮挡盖的方式。然而,采用上述透气方式的衣物在穿着时,衣物紧贴在皮肤上,进而影响了透气效果。同时,遮挡盖由于密闭不严,影响了衣物的防护性能。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步地解决方案。

本实用新型旨在提供一种透气结构、透气面料以及衣物,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种透气结构,其包括:第一防护模块以及与其沿长度方向相配合的第二防护模块;

实施例1
如图1、2所示,本实施例提供一种透气结构100。
本实施例的透气结构100包括:第一防护模块10以及与其沿长度方向相配合的第二防护模块20。
其中,第一防护模块10与第二防护模块20的配合方式为:第二防护模块20部分地沿着长度方向延伸至第一防护模块10的下方,以使得第一防护模块10与第二防护模块20之间能够形成一狭长的透气通道30。如此,使得该透气结构100在具有较好防护性能的同时,还具有较好的透气性能。
具体地,第一防护模块10包括:至少一个第一防护单元11。第二防护模
块20包括:数量与第一防护单元11相当的第二防护单元21。为了形成如上所述的狭长透气通道30,任一第一防护单元11和第二防护单元21均为一拱起的片状结构。从而,该片状结构的下方具有一空间。一个实施方式中,第一防护单元11、第二防护单元21可以为拱起形状为尖顶、圆顶或者方顶等的片状结构。此外,片状结构的拱起高度H沿长度方向减小。

为了根据不同的需求得到相应长度的透气通道30,还可对第二防护单元21延伸至第一防护单元11下方空间的长度进行控制。一个实施方式中,第二防护单元21的至少五分之一延伸至第一防护单元11的下方。即,第二防护单元21延伸至第一防护单元11下方的部分越多,则相应的透气通道30的长度越长。
如上所述,由于拱起高度H沿长度方向减小,从而当本实施例的透气结构100应用于衣物上时,透气通道30倾斜向下设置,进一步使得外部的被防护对象不易反向进入上述透气通道30中,提升了本实施例透气结构100的防
护性能。
此外,当本实施例的透气结构100应用于衣物上时,由于第一防护单元11和第二防护单元21被设计为拱起的片状结构,从而透气结构100仅通过片状结构的下端边缘与人体相接触。如此由于与人体接触面积较小,使得相应的衣物具有良好的透气性,进而克服了在衣物上开设孔洞实现透气的方式中存在的弊端。
为了进一步提升透气结构100的透气效果,可设置多个第一防护单元11以及第二防护单元21,如此可形成更多的透气通道30。具体地,当第一防护单元11和第二防护单元21为多个时,各第一防护单元11和第二防护单元21均沿着宽度方向进行排列。优选地,第一防护模块10和第二防护模块20中,防护单元为多个时,各防护单元沿宽度方向进行紧密排列。如此设置,可在单位面积上提高排气通道的密度。
同时,各防护单元沿宽度方向进行紧密排列,还有利于减少各防护单元之间的面积,从而减少透气结构100与人体相接触的面积,进而使得相应的衣物具有良好的透气性,克服了在衣物上开设孔洞实现透气的方式中存在的弊端。
成型方式上,当第一防护模块10和第二防护模块20中的防护单元为多个时,第一防护模块10和第二防护模块20可采用一体成型的方式,该一体成型方式可以为注塑或者纺织等。可替代地,各防护单元也可分别成型,然后再结合于一基板40上,结合的方式可以为粘接等。

如图3所示,本实施例提供一种采用上述透气结构的透气面料200。
本实施例的透气面料200包括:若干第一防护模块10以及若干第二防护模块20。
其中,各第一防护模块10和第二防护模块20交替设置,且相邻的第一防护模块10和第二防护模块20按照如实施例1所述的透气结构100中排列方式进行设置。
实施例3
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种采用上述透气面料的衣物300,该衣物300可以为雨衣或者防护服等。本实施例的衣物300可全部或者部分采用如实施例2所述的透气面料200。
当本实施例的衣物300部分采用如实施例2所述的透气面料200时,可在衣物300的前面和/或后面和/或手臂和/或裤子和/或帽子等上预留透气面料200连接的开口,然后将透气面料200可拆卸地连接在相应衣物的开口处。
此外,为了便于本实施例透气面料可拆卸地连接在相应衣物的开口处,相应的,透气面料的边缘201还设置有用于拆卸式连接的:拉链、魔术贴、粘胶面、纽扣或者磁铁等。进而,在保证衣物300防护效果的同时,可实现防护与透气的功能转换。
综上所述,本实用新型的透气结构采用模块化设置的防护单元,能够更加方便地结合应用于相应的衣物上。本实用新型的透气结构中,第一防护单元与第二防护单元相配合形成紧密排列且较为狭长的透气通道,如此使得该透气结构在具有较好防护性能的同时,还具有较好的透气性能。

- 根据权利要求1所述的透气结构,其特征在于,当所述第一防护模块和第二防护模块中的防护单元为多个时,所述第一防护模块和第二防护模块一体成型,或者,各第一防护单元连接于第一基板上,各第一防护单元连接于第二基板上。
- 一种透气面料,其特征在于,所述透气面料包括:若干第一防护模块以及若干第二防护模块;各第一防护模块和第二防护模块交替设置,且相邻的所述第一防护模块和第二防护模块按照如权利要求1至7任一项所述的透气结构中排列方式进行设置。
- 一种衣物,其特征在于,所述衣物全部或者部分采用如权利要求8所述的透气面料。
- 根据权利要求9所述的衣物,其特征在于,所述衣物部分采用如权利要求8所述的透气面料时,所述透气面料拆卸地连接于所述衣物的前面和/或背面和/或衣袖和/或裤子和/或帽子上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的衣物,其特征在于,所述衣物为雨衣或者防护服。
