  • the mastoid process and the upper shoulder blade are the most effective pressure points for relieving shoulder stiffness. Since they are both ends of a single muscle from the stiff side of the head of the lateral neck to the stiff side of the torso, the largest pressure points are located at both ends. Both the mastoid process and pressure points on the upper shoulder blade are where bones and muscles are connected, so fatigue accumulates the most in these areas.
  • acupressure on the mastoid activates the nerves throughout the body, which also activates the cranial nerves and helps prevent dementia. Since the first pressing bodies 13 of the left and right acupressure instruments 11 and the central support 3 apply acupressure to the entire circumference of the head, the function of the head is activated and dementia is prevented. Furthermore, when you get rid of stiff shoulders, stress on your body decreases, you feel more secure and happy, and you sleep better. In addition, acupressure on the entire circumference of the head provides even more comfort, inducing a good night's sleep. Furthermore, when the user is lying on his/her side, applying finger pressure to the cheekbones and eye bones using the first pressing member will relieve eye strain. • the possibility of locating pressure point P4 on the upper part of the shoulder blade increases as the area of contact with the body increases. In other words, this makes it easier for amateurs to find the pressure point P4 on the upper part of the shoulder blade.
  • the elastic body 18 constituting the second pressing body 14 has a semicircular shape whose main direction is a straight line and whose vertical plane direction is a curve (see FIG. 10(b)). Furthermore, the second pressing part 14 can press not only the upper part of the shoulder blade but also the interscapular part.
  • Function 2 is "mastoid process push”.
  • This "mastoid process pushing” is “contact pushing” by the first pushing body 13 (specifically, a hemisphere with a diameter of 90 mm) (see FIG. 10(c)). Note that the first pressing body 13 can press not only the mastoid process but also the upper part of the medulla oblongata and the posterior neck.

  • a further use of the central support 3 is a downward, prone push. If you do this when you wake up in the morning, you will wake up feeling good. Simply placing the chin on the central support 3 will “prevent a straight neck.” In addition, the muscles in the front jaw are stretched as much as possible, which relieves a lot of stiffness in the neck. Furthermore, if you turn to the side and place your mastoid process on the first presser 13 (specifically, a hemisphere) while resting your chin on the central support 3, you will feel more comfortable pressing the mastoid process and the lateral neck will be more comfortable. Description

Shiatsu instrument set and how to use it
The present invention relates to an acupressure instrument set and a method of using the same, and more particularly to an acupressure instrument set and a method of using the same that can effectively alleviate, eliminate, or prevent stiff shoulders.
Conventionally, acupressure therapy by acupressure therapists has been widely used as a treatment for stiff shoulders. This acupressure therapy is a therapy in which an acupressure practitioner places his fingers on various parts of the patient's body and presses them by placing his weight on them. However, it is usually difficult to receive acupressure therapy from a shiatsu therapist whenever or immediately when the shoulders become stiff. Therefore, the present applicant has proposed various acupressure instruments that allow one to perform acupressure therapy on his own (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Patent Document 1 discloses, for example, as shown in FIG. 27, an acupressure instrument set 101 including left and right acupressure instruments 111, each acupressure instrument 111 having a mandrel 112 and a long length provided on the axial end surface of the mandrel 112. A device having a first pressing body 113 having a shape and a plurality of elongated second pressing bodies 114 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel 112 to intersect with the axial direction of the mandrel 112 is described. In this acupressure instrument set 101, by placing the user's head on the second pressing body 114, the elongated first pressing body 113 on the shaft end side of the mandrel 112 is applied to the user's upper shoulder blade (scapula). The pressing of the local area P4 on the upper part of the user's neck (for example, the mastoid process P24) by the elongated second pressing body 114 on the outer peripheral side of the mandrel 112 is simultaneously performed.
International Publication No. 2019/123654
According to the acupressure instrument set 101, the pressing body 114 is elastically deformed by the gravity of the user's head and the pressing body itself is soft, so that muscles are loosened and blood circulation is improved, which is similar to the acupressure effect. The effect of this can be obtained. However, there is a desire for a technology that can more effectively alleviate, eliminate, or prevent stiff shoulders. Specifically, it is possible to more accurately grasp the user's upper scapular region P4, to more accurately grasp the user's neck region (for example, the mastoid process P24), and to make the user's head more stable. is required to support. Furthermore, there is a need to grasp the user's interscapular region more accurately. Furthermore, even amateurs are required to accurately locate pressure points on the upper scapula and interscapular region. Furthermore, it is required to be able to push the face in addition to the head push.
The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide an acupressure instrument set and a method for using the same that can effectively alleviate, eliminate, or prevent stiff shoulders.

Further, the second pressing body 14 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or elastomer. However, the second pressing body 14 may be made of wood, plants such as bamboo or rattan (including knitted products), synthetic resin, or the like.
The cross-sectional shape of the second pressing body 14 perpendicular to the axial direction is formed into a convex shape (semicircular shape) that is convex toward the distal side of the mandrel 12. Further, the second pressing body 14 is attached to the mandrel 12 by bending a straight elastic body 18 (see FIG. 6) along the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 12 and tying it with a string 19. This elastic body 18 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape (specifically, a semi-cylindrical shape with a radius of 30 mm and a length of 250 mm). However, as the elastic body 18, one with a recess formed on the bottom side (see FIGS. 6(b) and (c)) or one with a prismatic shape on the bottom side (see FIG. 6(d)) is used. Good too.
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, when the pair of legs 16 of the second pressing body 14 are grounded on the arrangement surface 2, the upper end of the first pressing body 13 is spaced apart from the upper end of the second pressing body 14. The level is lowered by L. However, the configuration is such that the upper end of the first pressing body 13 is approximately the same height as the upper end of the second pressing body 14, or the upper end of the first pressing body 13 is higher than the upper end of the second pressing body 14. You may. For example, when the second pressing body 14 is configured using the flat elastic body 18 (specifically, the surface curve is 50R, the thickness is 20 mm, and the width is 67 mm) shown in FIG. 6(d), the upper end of the first pressing body 13 is The height is approximately the same as the upper end of the pressing body 14, further improving the ability to press the upper part of the shoulder blade. Note that the thickness of the flat elastic body 18 may be, for example, 20 to 25 mm.
As shown in FIG. 8, the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are connected by a connecting member 7 to define the maximum distance between the first pressing bodies 13 in the left-right direction. Specifically, a ring-shaped string material or a band material is adopted as the connecting member 7, and the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are connected by inserting each mandrel 12 through the connecting member 7 and locking it to the second pressing body 14. has been done. However, as the connecting member 7, a string material, a band material, a bar material, a plate material, etc., each end of which is attached, locked, pivoted, etc. to the constituent parts of the left and right acupressure instruments 11, may be employed.
Next, the effects of the acupressure instrument set 1A having the above configuration will be explained. First, the central support 3 and the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that the center support 3 is located between the first pressing bodies 13 of the left and right acupressure instruments 11 (see FIG. 8). At this time, in the left and right acupressure instruments 11, one end side (first pressing body 13 side) of each mandrel 12 is closer to the central support body 3 than the other end side, and the axes of each mandrel 12 intersect at an obtuse angle. It is arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that it appears. Furthermore, since the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are connected by the connecting member 7, each first pressing body 13 of the left and right acupressure instruments 11 can be easily placed on the arrangement surface 2 so that the distance is appropriate for the user. Can be placed. Note that the order in which the central support 3 and the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are arranged is not particularly limited. However, by first arranging the central support 3, each acupressure instrument 11 can be easily arranged with the central support 3 as a reference.
When the user lies on his back and places his head on the central support 3 and shakes his head from side to side (see FIG. 8(b)), the first pressing body 13 is applied to a local area of the user's neck (for example, the breasts). At the same time, the second pressing body 14 presses the local area P4 on the upper shoulder blade of the user (see FIG. 9(b)). Further, the central support 3 presses a local area of the user's neck (for example, the acupuncture point P2 on the back neck, the depression P23 on the tray). Note that the pressing by the first and second pressing bodies 13 and 14 may be performed alternately with the left and right acupressure instruments 11, or may be performed simultaneously with the left and right acupressure instruments 11.
In addition, when the user places his or her head on the central support 3 while lying sideways (see FIG. 9(a)), the first pressing body 13 of one of the acupressure instruments 11 presses the back of the user's head. At the same time, the user's cheekbone area is pressed by the first pressing body 13 of the other acupressure instrument 11. Furthermore, the area around the user's ear bone is pressed by the central support 3.
As described above, according to the acupressure instrument set 1A of the present embodiment, by placing the user's head on the central support 3, the hemispherical first pressing body 13 on the shaft end side of the mandrel 12 allows the user to A local area on the neck (for example, the mastoid process P24) is accurately pressed, and a local area P4 on the upper shoulder blade of the user is accurately pressed by the elongated second pressing body 14 on the outer peripheral side of the mandrel 12. As a result, you can relieve stiff shoulders, prevent dementia, get a good night's sleep, relieve sleep disorders, and relieve eye strain.
Specifically, shoulder stiffness can basically be relieved by pressing the mastoid process of the lateral neck and pressing the upper part of the shoulder blade. Furthermore, by pushing the back of the skull in the back of the neck, stiffness in the shoulders can be further relieved. Here, by pressing the mastoid process on the head side and the upper part of the shoulder blade on the torso side, one muscle on the side neck is loosened and stiffness in the shoulders is relieved. Additionally, the mastoid process and the upper shoulder blade are the most effective pressure points for relieving shoulder stiffness.
Also, applying acupressure to the mastoid activates the nerves throughout the body, which also activates the cranial nerves and helps prevent dementia. Acupressure on the eyes is especially important for modern people, who suffer from a lot of eye fatigue due to computers.
Here, this acupressure instrument set 1A is made up of three functions.
Function 1 is "press the upper part of the shoulder blade". This "upper shoulder blade push" is a "straight line diagonal push" by the second pusher 14 (specifically, a semicylindrical elastic body 18 with a radius of 30 mm and a long length of 250 mm) (FIG. 10(a)) reference). However, the body is soft and sinks into contact, so the contact area of the body expands in both straight and curved directions. The possibility of locating pressure point P4 on the upper part of the shoulder blade increases as the area of contact with the body increases. In other words, this makes it easier for amateurs to find the pressure point P4 on the upper part of the shoulder blade. Note that the elastic body 18 constituting the second pressing body 14 has a semicircular shape whose main direction is a straight line and whose vertical plane direction is a curve (see FIG. 10(b)). Furthermore, the second pressing part 14 can press not only the upper part of the shoulder blade but also the interscapular part.
Function 2 is "mastoid process push". This "mastoid process pushing" is "contact pushing" by the first pushing body 13 (specifically, a hemisphere with a diameter of 90 mm) (see FIG. 10(c)). Note that the first pressing body 13 can press not only the mastoid process but also the upper part of the medulla oblongata and the posterior neck.
なお、中央支持体3の厚さとしては、例えば10~100mm(好ましくは50~80mm、特に60~70mm)を採用できる。 Function 3 is "head support". This "head support" is a "horizontal push by a plane" by the central support 3 (specifically, the central support 3 with a thickness of 40 mm) (see FIGS. 8 and 9). The thickness of the central support 3 may be, for example, 10 to 100 mm (preferably 50 to 80 mm, particularly 60 to 70 mm).
The key to relieving shoulder stiffness is being able to accurately grasp and press the pressure points on the upper shoulder blade and the mastoid process.
Function 1, "pressing the upper part of the shoulder blade", is particularly difficult and consists of many elements. Element 1 is the tightening angle (specifically, 90 degrees; the ground contact angle is 45 degrees) of the second elastic body 14 (specifically, the semicylindrical elastic body 18) to the mandrel 12 (specifically, the mandrel 12 with a diameter of 50 mm). It is. Furthermore, element 2 is the length of the second elastic body 14's legs. Element 3 is the width between the second elastic bodies 14 of the left and right acupressure instruments 11 (that is, the width of the upper part of the shoulder blades of both shoulders). Further, the element 4 is the direction in which the second elastic body 14 contacts the ground (that is, the direction in which it pushes the upper part of the shoulder blade), and pushes it toward the seventh thoracic vertebrae and the center of the trunk (see FIG. 28). Element 5 is the support height of the head (that is, the thickness of the central support 3 (specifically, 40 mm)), which determines the height position at which the shoulders touch. Furthermore, the element 6 is the size of the curved surface of the second elastic body 14 (specifically, a radius of 30 mm), and as this curved surface becomes larger, it becomes easier to grip the upper part of the shoulder blade. Note that each value of elements 1 to 6 can be appropriately selected depending on their correlation, the skeleton of the human body, and the like.
Function 1, "pressing the upper part of the shoulder blade", requires some learning for amateurs. In particular, two points, Element 3 and Element 4, require learning.
In the function 2, "mastoid process pushing," the contact point can be pressed with the spherical part from diagonally downward toward the mastoid process using the first pressing body 13 (specifically, a hemisphere). Now even an amateur can easily and accurately locate the pleasant mastoid pressure point. This is a "major evolution."
Function 3, "head support", supports the head horizontally on a flat surface, so the gravity of the head is stably supported. This makes it easier to sleep soundly.
When the pain of stiff shoulders is relieved in a situation where it is easy to sleep, an indescribable feeling of ``forgetfulness'' appears as the pain of stiff shoulders, or physical stress, disappears, leading to further sleepiness. , restful sleep turns into deep sleep. This is the main factor in "resolving sleep disorders."
A further use of the central support 3 is a downward, prone push. If you do this when you wake up in the morning, you will wake up feeling good. Simply placing the chin on the central support 3 will "prevent a straight neck." In addition, the muscles in the front jaw are stretched as much as possible, which relieves a lot of stiffness in the neck. Furthermore, if you turn to the side and place your mastoid process on the first presser 13 (specifically, a hemisphere) while resting your chin on the central support 3, you will feel more comfortable pressing the mastoid process and the lateral neck will be more comfortable. The muscles are stretched firmly and the stiffness in the shoulders is greatly alleviated.
When facing diagonally upward, if you also rotate your body without moving the axis of your body, the second pressing body 14 (specifically, the semicylindrical elastic body 18) will grip the interscapular region, making you feel very comfortable. . Moreover, since the first pressing body 13 (specifically, a hemisphere) grips the upper part of the back neck, the muscles in the back neck are stretched, thereby greatly alleviating and eliminating stiff shoulders.
<Other types of acupressure instrument sets>

The mandrel 22 is made of wood and has a cylindrical shape (specifically, a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 170 mm). Note that the back acupressure device 21 may have three or more pressing bodies 24. Furthermore, as the mandrel 22 and the pressing body 24, those to which the configurations of the above-described mandrel 12 and second pressing body 14 are applied can be adopted.
The pressing body 24 has a curved portion 25 along the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel 22, and a pair of legs 26 (specifically, a pair of legs 26 at a crossing angle of 90 degrees) extending from both ends of the curved portion 25. ing. Further, the pressing body 24 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or elastomer. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the pressing body 24 perpendicular to the axial direction is formed in a convex shape (semicircular shape) that is convex toward the distal side of the mandrel 22. Further, the pressing body 24 is attached to the mandrel 22 by bending a straight elastic body 18 (see FIG. 6) along the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 22 and tying it with a string 19. Further, as one pressing body 24, an elastic body 18 formed in a semi-cylindrical shape (specifically, a semi-cylindrical shape with a radius of 30 mm and a length of 250 mm) is adopted, and as the other pressing body 24, a semi-cylindrical shape ( Specifically, the elastic body 18 is formed into a semi-cylindrical shape with a radius of 25 mm and a length of 250 mm.
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the lumbar acupressure device 31 includes a mandrel 32 and three elongated pressing bodies 34 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 32 to intersect with the axial direction of the mandrel 32. are doing. The mandrel 32 is made of wood and has a cylindrical shape (specifically, a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 250 mm). In addition, as the lower back acupressure device 31, one having two or four or more pressing bodies 34 may be adopted. Furthermore, as the mandrel 32 and the pressing body 34, those to which the configurations of the above-described mandrel 12 and second pressing body 14 are applied can be adopted.
The pressing body 34 has a curved portion 35 along the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 32 and a pair of legs 36 extending from both ends of the curved portion 35. Further, the pressing body 34 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or elastomer. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the pressing body 34 perpendicular to the axial direction is formed in a convex shape (semicircular shape) that is convex toward the distal side of the mandrel 32. Further, the pressing body 34 is attached to the mandrel 32 by bending the straight elastic body 18 (see FIG. 6) along the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 32 and tying it with a string 19. The elastic body 18 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape (specifically, a semi-cylindrical shape with a radius of 30 mm and a length of 250 mm). Further, in each of the pressing bodies 34, the intersecting angles of the pair of legs 36 are different. That is, the intersecting angles of the pair of legs 36 of the elastic body 34 increase in order from the upper part to the lower part of the waist (specifically, the intersecting angles are 70 degrees, 80 degrees, and 90 degrees). However, a pair of legs 36 having the same intersecting angle may be used for each pressing body 34.
Next, the effects of the acupressure instrument set 1B having the above configuration will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 11, the central support 3 and the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that the center support 3 is located between each first pressing body 13 of the left and right acupressure instruments 11. do. Further, a part of each pressing body 24 of the left and right back acupressure instruments 21 is located in an extension region R of the central support 3 in the front-rear direction (that is, the direction on the arrangement surface perpendicular to the direction in which the left and right acupressure instruments 11 are lined up). The left and right back acupressure instruments 21 are placed on the placement surface 2 as shown in FIG. At this time, the left and right back acupressure instruments 21 are arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that the axes of the mandrels 22 intersect at an acute angle, or the axes of the mandrels 22 are parallel to each other. Furthermore, the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31 are arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that a part of each pressing body 34 of the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31 is located in the longitudinal extension region R of the central support 3. At this time, the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31 are arranged on the arrangement surface 2 so that the axes of the mandrels 32 intersect at an acute angle, or the axes of the mandrels 32 are parallel to each other. Note that the order in which the central support 3 and the acupressure instruments 11, 21, and 31 are arranged is not particularly limited. However, by first arranging the central support 3, the acupressure instruments 11, 21, 31 can be easily arranged with the central support 3 as a reference.
9(b)). Further, the central support 3 presses a local area of the user's neck (for example, the acupoint P2 of the rear neck, the depression P23 of the tray). Further, the pressing bodies 24 of the left and right back acupressure instruments 21 press local areas on the user's back (for example, acupoint P5 (particularly the liver) in the interscapular region and acupoint P6 in the lower part of the scapula. Furthermore, the local area P7 of the user's lower back is pressed by each pressing body 34 of the left and right lower back acupressure instruments 31.
As described above, according to the present acupressure instrument set 1B, in addition to achieving substantially the same effects as the above-mentioned acupressure instrument set 1A, it is further provided with the left and right back acupressure instruments 21 and the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31. The pressing bodies 24 of the back acupressure device 21 accurately press local areas on the user's back (for example, acupressure point P5 in the interscapular area (particularly the liver), acupoint P4 in the lower part of the scapula), and also apply acupressure to the left and right lower back areas. Each pressing body 34 of the device 31 accurately presses the user's lower back region P7.
Specifically, by providing the left and right back acupressure instruments 21, acupressure is applied to the erector spinae muscles connected to the rear neck, and stimulation is applied from below, further improving shoulder stiffness relief. Further, by providing the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31, acupressure is applied to the root side of the erector spinae muscle to relieve shoulder stiffness, back pain, and lower back pain. That is, according to this acupressure instrument set 1B, since acupressure is performed to loosen a series of muscles from the skull to the sacrum and muscles from the back of the neck to the erector spinae, shoulder stiffness can be effectively removed. Shoulder stiffness mainly occurs due to overuse of the arms. This causes the muscles around the shoulder blade to become fatigued.
<Yet another type of acupressure instrument set>
Next, an acupressure instrument set 1C according to yet another embodiment will be described, but the same components as the above-mentioned acupressure instrument set 1A will be given the same reference numerals and detailed explanation will be omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the acupressure instrument set 1C according to the present embodiment includes a central support 3 placed on the placement surface 2 on which the user's head can be placed, and a central support 3 on the placement surface 2. It includes left and right acupressure instruments 11 disposed on both left and right sides of the central support body 3, and left and right push members 41 disposed near the left and right acupressure instruments 11 on the arrangement surface.
The pushing member 41 is arranged between the second pushing body 14 of the acupressure instrument 11 and a center line passing through the center of the central support 3 (i.e., the center of the user's body, the user's spine) (FIG. 17). (see FIG. 18). The location of the push member 41 is determined as appropriate depending on the user's physique and the position of the acupuncture points in the interscapular region.
As shown in FIG. 19, the pushing member 41 is formed into a block shape. The pushing member 41 has a pushing surface 42 (upper surface) extending in a direction inclined with respect to the arrangement surface 2 (specifically, in a direction inclined with respect to the arrangement surface 2 at an inclination angle θ of 25 degrees or less). The pushing surface 42 is formed into a curved shape (specifically, a curved shape with a radius R of 40 to 80 mm) in a cross section transverse to its extending direction. Further, the pushing member 41 is formed in a planar rectangular shape (specifically, a planar rectangular shape with a vertical width W1 of 40 to 80 mm and a horizontal width W2 of 30 to 50 mm). Further, the pushing member 41 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or elastomer. However, the pushing member 41 may be made of wood, plants such as bamboo or rattan (including knitted products), synthetic resin, or the like.
Next, the effects of the acupressure instrument set 1C having the above configuration will be explained. First, the central support 3, the left and right acupressure instruments 11, and the left and right push members 41 are placed on the placement surface 2 (see FIGS. 17 and 18). At this time, the pushing member 41 is arranged so that its pushing surface 42 becomes lower from the top to the bottom of the user's body. From this state, when the user lies on his back and places his head on the central support 3 and shakes his head from side to side, the first pressing body 13 presses a local area of the user's neck (for example, the mastoid process P24). At the same time, the second pressing body 14 presses a local area P4 on the upper shoulder blade of the user, and the pressing member 41 further presses a local area P5 on the interscapular area of the user (single point pressing by the pressing surface 42). . Further, the central support 3 presses a local area of the user's neck (for example, the acupoint P2 of the rear neck, the depression P23 of the tray).
As described above, according to the acupressure instrument set 1C of the present embodiment, in addition to having substantially the same effects as the above-mentioned acupressure instrument set 1A, since the left and right pushing members 41 are provided, the user can By placing the head of the user, the first pressing body 13 accurately presses a local area of the user's neck (for example, mastoid process P24), and the second pressing body 14 presses a local area P4 of the user's upper shoulder blade. is pressed accurately, and furthermore, the local area P5 of the user's interscapular region is pressed accurately by the pressing member 41.
Here, it is the neck muscles that support the heavy head. In particular, the ``posterior neck'' muscles that support the back of the neck and the ``lateral neck'' muscles that support the sides of the neck accumulate fatigue, causing shoulder stiffness. Fatigue in the lateral neck accumulates in pressure points on the upper scapulae, and fatigue in the back neck accumulates in pressure points in the interscapular region. According to this acupressure instrument set 1C, as described above, it is possible to perform acupressure on both the acupuncture points on the upper part of the shoulder blade and the acupressure points on the interscapular region, so that shoulder stiffness can be almost completely eliminated. Furthermore, the interscapular region is located behind the heart, and applying sufficient acupressure to the interscapular region will help the heart function. Additionally, the main cause of slouching is the accumulation of fatigue in the interscapular region, which causes the erector spinae muscles to become stiff. By applying acupressure to the interscapular region every day, slouching can also be alleviated.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 20, the other pushing members 41 include a first pushing surface 42a extending in a direction inclined at an inclination angle θ1 with respect to the arrangement surface 2, and an end portion of the first pushing surface 42a in the extending direction. and a second pushing surface 42b that extends in a direction that is connected to the arrangement surface 2 and is inclined at a different angle of inclination θ2 than the first pushing surface 42a, and each of the first and second pushing surfaces 42a and 42b is It is possible to adopt a structure having a curved cross section transverse to the extending direction. According to the main pushing member 41, since the first and second pushing surfaces 42a and 42b provide two-point pushing, pressure points in the interscapular region can be pressed more effectively. Furthermore, as another pushing member 41, one having three or more pushing surfaces with different inclination angles with respect to the arrangement surface 2 may be employed, or one having a pushing surface parallel to the arrangement surface 2 may be employed.
<First portable acupressure device>
Next, the first portable acupressure device (portable shoulder stiffness remover) 45 according to the embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 21, this acupressure instrument 45 has a central portion 46, and first fingers 47, second fingers 48, and third fingers 49 extending radially from the central portion 46. Further, the acupressure instrument 45 is made of an elastic material (specifically, silicone rubber) that is made to bend when pressure (load) is applied to each of the fingers 47 to 49. Note that this acupressure instrument 45 is provided as an acupressure instrument set 1A to 1C.
The first to third fingers 47 to 49 are arranged at predetermined angular intervals (specifically, equal angular intervals θ of 120 degrees) around the central axis of the central portion 46. Further, each of the fingers 47 to 49 is formed into a plate shape having a uniform cross-sectional area in the extending direction. Specifically, the first finger 47 has a plate shape (specifically, a plate shape with a width W of 30 mm and a thickness T1 of 10 mm) having a uniform cross-sectional area (specifically 300 mm 2 ) in the extending direction. It is formed. Further, the second finger 48 is formed into a plate shape (specifically, a plate shape with a width W of 30 mm and a thickness T2 of 13 mm) having a uniform cross-sectional area (specifically 390 mm 2 ) in the extending direction. ing. Furthermore, the third finger 49 is formed into a plate shape (specifically, a plate shape with a width W of 30 mm and a thickness T3 of 16 mm) having a uniform cross-sectional area (specifically 480 mm 2 ) in the extending direction. ing. However, the shape, length, angular spacing, etc. of each finger 47 to 49 are not limited to the above, and may be determined as appropriate.
As described above, the first to third fingers 47 to 49 are formed into plate shapes having different cross-sectional areas. As a result, as shown in FIG. 22(a), each of the fingers 47 to 49 applies loads P1, P2, and P3 (P1<P2<P3) of different magnitudes to each tip portion with the center portion 46 fixed. It is configured so that the same amount of deflection A occurs when the load is applied. That is, the first to third fingers 47 to 49 are configured as protrusions that bend under different pressures. Specifically, the first finger 47 deflects by a predetermined amount A when a load P1 (weak, soft pressure) is applied to the tip. Further, the second finger 48 has a predetermined amount of deflection A when a load P2 (medium pressure) is applied to the tip. Further, the third finger 49 deflects by a predetermined amount A when a load P3 (strong pressure) is applied to the tip.
Note that the direction of the loads P1 to P3 is the tangential direction of the circumference around the central axis of the central portion 46. Further, the amount of deflection A of each finger 47 to 49 is the amount of displacement of the tip of each finger 47 to 49 in the tangential direction of the circumference around the central axis of the central portion 46 . Further, in this embodiment, each of the fingers 47 to 49 is configured as a protrusion that bends under different pressures depending on the difference in cross-sectional area, but the present invention is not limited to this. It may also be configured as a protrusion that bends under different pressures. Furthermore, an acupressure instrument 45 having four or more fingers may be employed.
Next, the effects of the portable acupressure instrument 45 having the above configuration will be explained. As shown in FIG. 22(b), when the small pressure finger 47 is applied to the upper part of the shoulder blade, the medium pressure finger 48 is applied to the interscapular area. When the large pressure finger 49 is supported with the hand and pressure is applied in the direction of arrow a, pressure points P4 and P5 on the upper part of the shoulder blade and the interscapular area are pressed, and a feeling of pleasure and ecstasy is obtained. Furthermore, when pressure is applied in the direction of arrow b, the upper part of the shoulder blade is mainly pressed. Furthermore, when pressure is applied in the direction of arrow c, the interscapular region is mainly pressed. It is very effective and can achieve the same effect as acupressure done by humans. Furthermore, when applying pressure to the large pressure fingers 49, the user simply pulls them toward the center of the body using the four fingers, which is the direction in which the force is applied naturally, so the user does not get tired. Since it uses the principle of leverage, your arms won't get tired. That is, the two fingers 47 and 48 are pressed against the body, one finger is used as a fulcrum, and the other protrusion is used as a point of action to press acupuncture points. The third finger 49, which is away from the body, becomes the point of emphasis.
Acupressure is performed by applying human body weight and pressure, but the weight and pressure are not transmitted directly to the affected area (acupuncture points), but are transmitted through the soft cushion through the joints. In this acupressure instrument 45, the fingers 47 to 49 bend to play the same role as human joints. Therefore, the acupressure effect can have the same effect as acupressure performed by humans. Furthermore, this acupressure instrument 45 is a universal acupressure instrument that can press any part of the body. It can also be used as a ``pressure point finding tool'' for people who are unsure of the location of pressure points on their body. The pressure points are the areas that feel more comfortable when you press them. Furthermore, it can be used for facial and parietal acupressure.
As described above, according to the portable acupressure device 45 of the present embodiment, one of the first to third fingers 47 to 49 is held in the hand, and the remaining two fingers are inserted between the upper part of the shoulder blade and the part between the shoulder blade. By applying it to the area, even an amateur can find the local areas (acupoints) on the upper scapula and interscapular area. Therefore, when using the main body (a set of the central support 3 and the acupressure instrument 11), the user can grasp the upper part of the shoulder blade and the interscapular region more reliably and smoothly. Acupressure can be applied to the body.
It is extremely difficult for amateurs to grasp the location of pressure points on the upper scapula and interscapular region. For that reason, even if you suddenly use the main unit, it doesn't go as expected. Therefore, if you use this acupressure instrument 45 and place it on your shoulder and feel around the upper part of the shoulder blade and the interscapular area, you will definitely find a ``place that feels good''. That's the key point. In this way, you can find pressure points on the upper scapula and interscapular area. Get used to this first. Gradually, you will begin to understand ``What does it mean to feel good?'' and ``What does it mean to feel ecstatic?'' through shiatsu. If you use the main unit after going through the above steps, you will be able to smoothly remove shoulder stiffness using the main unit and enjoy a life without shoulder stiffness. The best way to use the acupressure device 45 is to place it at your workplace during the day, place it on your bed at home, and apply acupressure all the time while you sleep.
As shown in FIG. 23, the acupressure instrument 45 has a central portion 46, and a first finger 47, a second finger 48, and a third finger 49 extending radially from the central portion 46. Good too. The first to third fingers 47 to 49 are arranged at predetermined angular intervals around the central axis of the central portion 46 (specifically, the angular interval θ1 of the first and second fingers 47 and 48 is 120 degrees, and the second and third fingers The angular interval θ2 between the fingers 48 and 49 is 180 degrees, and the angular interval θ3 between the third and first fingers 49 and 47 is 60 degrees). Further, the first finger 47 is formed into a plate shape (specifically, a plate shape with a width W of 30 mm and a thickness T1 of 10 mm) having a uniform cross-sectional area (specifically 300 mm 2 ) in the extending direction. ing. Further, the third finger 49 is formed into a plate shape (specifically, a plate shape with a width W of 30 mm and a thickness T3 of 15 mm) having a uniform cross-sectional area (specifically 450 mm 2 ) in the extending direction. ing.
<Second portable acupressure device>
Next, a second portable acupressure device (portable facial and head acupressure device) 50 according to the embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 24, the present acupressure instrument 50 is formed into a substantially block shape as a whole. Further, the acupressure instrument 50 is formed with first to fourth corner portions 51 to 54 that are recessed from the sides. Further, the acupressure instrument 50 is made of a soft elastic material (specifically, silicone sponge rubber). This is because acupressure on the face (especially on the eyes) requires a softer, more delicate touch. Furthermore, this acupressure instrument 50 is provided as an acupressure instrument set 1A to 1C.
具体的に、第1コーナー部(大角コーナー部)51は、一対の壁面51a、51b(具体的に、高さHが30mmで長さL1の壁面51aと高さHが30mmで長さL2が30mmの51b)から形成されている。また、第2コーナー部(大小角コーナー部)52は、一対の壁面52a、52b(具体的に、高さHが30mmで長さL1が30mmの壁面52aと高さHが30mmで長さL2が10mmの壁面52b)から形成されている。また、第3コーナー部(中角コーナー部)53は、一対の壁面53a、53b(具体的に、高さHが30mmで長さL1が20mmの壁面53aと高さHが30mmで長さL2が20mmの53b)から形成されている。さらに、第4コーナー部(小角コーナー部)54は、一対の壁面54a、54b(具体的に、高さHが30mmで長さL1が10mmの壁面54aと高さHが30mmで長さL2が10mmの54b)から形成されている。 The first to fourth corner portions 51 to 54 have different recess amounts. Specifically, the first corner part (large corner part) 51 has a pair of wall surfaces 51a and 51b (specifically, a wall surface 51a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L1, and a wall surface 51a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L2). 51b) of 30 mm. The second corner portion (large and small corner portion) 52 has a pair of wall surfaces 52a and 52b (specifically, a wall surface 52a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L1 of 30 mm, and a wall surface 52a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L2 is formed from a wall surface 52b) of 10 mm. The third corner portion (medium corner portion) 53 has a pair of wall surfaces 53a and 53b (specifically, a wall surface 53a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L1 of 20 mm, and a wall surface 53a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L2). is formed from 53b) of 20 mm. Further, the fourth corner part (small corner part) 54 has a pair of wall surfaces 54a and 54b (specifically, a wall surface 54a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L1 of 10 mm, and a wall surface 54a with a height H of 30 mm and a length L2). 54b) of 10 mm. Note that the width L3 and length L4 of the acupressure instrument 50 are 80 mm.
According to the present acupressure instrument 50, acupressure can be applied to acupressure points P30 on the face (see FIG. 25(c)) in addition to acupuncture points P31 and P32 on the head (see FIGS. 25(a) and 25(b)). That is, four corner portions 51 to 54 of different sizes are provided, and these can be used depending on the location. For example, the "large corner part 51" is easy to use for parietal acupressure. It is recommended to use the "large and small corner portions 52" for acupressure around the eyes. Head acupressure has effects such as dementia prevention, hair growth, and relaxation. Furthermore, facial acupressure can relieve tired eyes, stuffy nose, and awakening effects. If you apply ``face and head acupressure'' every day, you will see very good results. In addition, when the acupressure device 50 is placed next to the bed and used while sleeping, the person's mind is calmed and relaxed, and the person can sleep well and fall asleep easily. Also, if you use it when you wake up, you will wake up better and improve your cognitive function. Furthermore, if you carry it with you when you go out or keep it at work, it will reduce eye fatigue and relax your brain.
Here, both the second portable acupressure instrument 50 and the first portable acupressure instrument 45 are the same portable universal acupressure instrument. The soft and delicate areas are covered with the "Face + Head Acupressure Instrument 50" made of silicone sponge. On the other hand, areas that require strong acupressure are covered with a "portable shoulder stiffness remover 45" made of silicone rubber. Both feel good when applied to any part of the body. Therefore, it is preferable that both acupressure instruments 45 and 50 are provided as an acupressure instrument set 1A to 1C. Furthermore, the acupressure instrument 50 can also be used as the central support 3 constituting the acupressure instrument set 1A to 1C.
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be modified in various ways within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and use. That is, in the above embodiment, the acupressure instrument set 1A including the center support 3 and the left and right acupressure instruments 11 is illustrated, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, other left and right acupressure instruments (for example, a thigh root acupressure instrument, a lower leg acupressure instrument, etc.) are used. The acupressure instrument set 1A may further include a lower acupressure instrument, etc.).
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, in addition to the central support 3 and the left and right acupressure instruments 11, the acupressure instrument set 1B further includes the left and right back acupressure instruments 21 and the left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31, but the present invention is not limited to this. First, for example, the acupressure instrument set 1B may further include only one of the back acupressure instrument 21 and the waist acupressure instrument 31. Furthermore, the acupressure instrument set 1B may further include other left and right acupressure instruments (for example, a thigh root acupressure instrument, a lower leg acupressure instrument, etc.).
Further, in the above embodiment, the acupressure instrument set 1C is illustrated as having the pushing member 41 having a rectangular planar shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is good also as acupressure instrument set 1C provided with ). Furthermore, the acupressure instrument set 1C may further include left and right back acupressure instruments 21 and left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31.
Further, in the above embodiment, the pressing member 41 presses the acupuncture points in the interscapular region (see FIGS. 17 and 18), but the present invention is not limited to this. The pressing member 41 may be used to press the acupuncture point P11 in the sacral region. In this form, one pushing member 41 is usually installed on the placement surface 2 (specifically, the pushing surface 42 is installed so that it becomes lower from the top to the bottom of the user's body). At the same time, left and right lumbar acupressure instruments 31 are installed on both sides of the pushing member 41. Note that the order in which the pushing member 41 and the main acupressure device 31 are installed is not particularly limited. This really relieves back fatigue and helps prevent back pain. The pushing member 41 presses the sacral region, and the lumbar acupressure instrument 31 presses the Namikoshi pressure point, the upper part of the iliac crest, and the lumbar region. In this way, relieving fatigue in the lower back means relieving fatigue below the erector spinae muscles, and relieving stiffness in the shoulders means relieving fatigue above the erector spinae muscles, and the two are closely related. Related. There is a pressure point in the middle of the erector spinae muscle called ``Kanyu'', where fatigue from above and fatigue from below gather. Therefore, in order to better relieve stiff shoulders, it is essential to relieve fatigue from the lower back.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments detailed above, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
The present invention is widely used as a technique for pressing local parts of the human body.
