Description

LIQUID FILLING AND DOSING MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is related to a liquid filling and dosing machine which enables the dosing and filling of multiple liquids at certain temperature ranges and on the same line, especially in the food industry.
PRIOR ART
In the industry, the liquid filling is generally carried out by transferring the liquid flowed into a single hopper from a point to single or multiple filling nozzles. Generally, the filling lines are linear or circular and the filling is carried out one can at a time or multiple cans on a single line at the same time.
Especially in the food industry, the liquid filling is generally carried out by transferring the liquid or liquid mixture transferred into a single hopper to the filling nozzles and transferring the liquid into the can after these nozzles are aligned with the filling mouths of the cans moving on the line. Dosing in the liquid filling is generally carried out volumetrically.
In the current technique, it is not possible to feed multiple liquids from separate hoppers and to dose them separately in filling and dosing machines used for the food industry. In this case, it makes filling difficult to ensure a homogeneous mixture in case a mixed liquid filling is desired. In addition, when different ratios of the mixture are required, the mixture is prepared in advance and fed into the hopper and long preparation times are required for filling different variations.
In the current technique, the filling and dosing machines used in the food industry, when the liquid to be filled is required to be kept within a certain operating temperature range, the filling cannot be performed at liquid temperatures below or above the limits during filling, or undesirable conditions may occur in the products after filling. In the current filling and dosing machines used in the food industry, filling takes place on a single line and this causes the number of cans filled to remain at a certain limit and the filling duration to be longer depending on the line movement.
The previous document CN2151948Y mentions a filling line performed on a circular line in a single hopper. In this case, the product fed into a single hopper is filled into cans on a circular line. Obviously, the filling of more than one product at the same time is only possible by feeding a mixture of products into the hopper.
The previous document WO2018100004A1 , mentions a filling line in which filling is performed into cans moving on a linear line. In this case, when the filling nozzles, which are selected according to the bottle or can to be filled, reach the filling point on the line, the cans that are currently there are filled. Then, depending on the line movement, the filling stops and the number of cans to be filled is expected to come to the filling point again.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention liquid filling and dosing machine has been developed to enable multiple liquids to be filled continuously on more than one line, especially in the food industry, between the desired operating temperatures and with the desired volumetric dosing for each liquid.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, multiple liquid collectors (1 ) are used for filling and dosing multiple liquids. Thanks to this, it is possible to use the desired number of different liquids on the same line with separate dosing and filling controls.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, separate dosing cylinders (3) are used for each liquid collector (1 ) as many as the number of filling nozzles (9) to be used. Thanks to this, the desired dosing for each liquid can be easily controlled.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, different liquids are passed through a homogeneous mixer before being transferred to the filling nozzle (9) and the obtained homogeneous mixture is transferred to the nozzle (9). In this way, the desired mixture is obtained homogeneously with different liquids dosed at the desired level, and filling is performed.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, the movement of the filling nozzle (9) in three different axes is controllable. The up-and-down movement of the filling nozzle (9), the forward-backward movement perpendicular to the filling line (17), and the lateral movement in the direction of the filling line (17) can be controlled. With the perpendicular movement of the filling nozzle (9) to the filling line (17), filling can be performed on more than one parallel line at the same time and the number of cans filled in a unit of time can be increased by shortening the filling time. Furthermore, with the parallel movement of the filling nozzle (9) to the filling line (17), the positioning of the nozzle (9) depending on the filling center is easily performed for cans of different sizes to be filled.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, all lines used during liquid transportation (2, 7, 8) and the heating mechanism on the homogeneous mixer are provided to transport and filling the liquids in the desired operating temperature range.
In the developed liquid filling and dosing machine, liquid temperatures, liquid quantities, valve operating conditions, and movement limits are controlled by sensors used at all points and displayed on the PLC screen. Thus, the problems that may be encountered at each point are detected and intervened in order to ensure the system to operated properly.
