Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : une fois qu'un dispositif de gestion de conférence détermine qu'une première conférence satisfait une condition de commutation, le dispositif de gestion de conférence envoie des informations d'instruction de commutation à un premier terminal de conférence qui accède à la première conférence de façon à ordonner au premier terminal de conférence de commuter de la première conférence à une seconde conférence. Comme le dispositif de gestion de conférence commande le premier terminal de conférence pour effectuer une commutation de conférence une fois que la première conférence satisfait la condition de commutation, une participation manuelle n'est pas nécessaire dans le processus de commutation de conférence, le processus de commutation est simple et non sujet aux erreurs, la vitesse de commutation est rapide, et l'efficacité de commutation est élevée.
