本申请涉及的上肢按摩器在使用时,用户将手臂放置在扶手座10的手臂容置腔101中,则上肢按摩气囊20位于手臂的上方侧,手臂同时支撑在按摩转盘50上;之后,通过上肢按摩气囊20的充放气,按压按摩手臂上表面;驱动源60通过传动机构70驱动按摩转盘50转动,通过按摩转盘50的按摩凸部51,按摩手臂下表面、手腕和手掌。因此,本申请具有较多的按摩区,可以按摩到上肢的多处穴位,具有非常好的上肢按摩效果。另外,通过改变上肢按摩气囊20的充气时间,来改变上肢按摩气囊20的膨胀大小,由此实现不同的按压力度和更好的按摩效果,满足更多的用户群体。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,驱动源60和传动机构70都安装于保护壳40,使上肢按摩机芯30为一个独立模块。通过保护壳40在扶手座10上的拆装,可将上肢按摩机芯30整体安装在扶手座10上、或整体从扶手座10中拆除。上肢按摩机芯30采用模块化设计,结构简单,通用性高,能够装于不同机型的按摩椅。
进一步地,按摩转盘50的数量根据实际需求来确定;本实施例中,如图2所示,按摩转盘50有三个,三个按摩转盘50沿前后方向呈直线形间隔分布。三个按摩转盘50中,最前侧的按摩转盘50可以按摩手掌心,中间的按摩转盘50可以按摩手腕和手腕附近部位,最后侧的按摩转盘50可以按摩小臂和小臂靠近手肘部位。因此,本申请通过三个前后间隔分布的按摩转盘50,可以按摩到手掌和手臂的大部分穴位。优选地,如图2和图4所示,每个按摩转盘50上表面上的按摩凸部51包括第一圆弧凸条52和第二圆弧凸条53,第一圆弧凸条52和第二圆弧凸条53呈阴阳鱼状、且首尾相连。在其他实施例中,按摩转盘50的数量可以增加或减少;按摩凸部51也可以设计成其他形状。
进一步地,如图2、图4和图5所示,驱动源60为电机,驱动源60的电机轴上设有一段蜗杆段61,传动机构70包括蜗轮71、主动齿轮72、减速齿轮73、与按摩转盘50一一对应且固定相连的从动齿轮74、以及传动齿轮75;如此,从动齿轮74也有三个,从前至后间隔排布;蜗杆段61与蜗轮71相啮合,蜗轮71与主动齿轮72固定相连,主动齿轮72与减速齿轮73相啮合,减速齿轮73与中间的这一个从动齿轮74固定相连,传动齿轮75分布在相邻两个从动齿轮74之间、并与这两个从动齿轮74相啮合,则传动齿轮75有两个。驱动源60的电机轴转动时,通过蜗杆段61和蜗轮71的啮合带动蜗轮71转动,主动齿轮72随蜗轮71同步转动,带动减速齿轮73转动,并起到减速的目的;中间的从动齿轮74随减速齿轮73同步转动,同时,中间的从动齿轮74通过前后两侧的传动齿轮75驱动最前侧的从动齿轮74和最后侧的从动齿轮74转动,最终驱动三个按摩转盘50转动。
优选地,从动齿轮74和传动齿轮75的传动比为1:1,从而使得三个按摩转盘50的转速相同。当然,在其他实施例中,通过改变从动齿轮74和传动齿轮75的传动比,实现三个按摩转盘50不同转速。
进一步地,如图2和图4所示,保护壳40包括相固定的上壳体41和下壳体42、以及形成在上壳体41和下壳体42之间的壳内腔43,按摩转盘50布置在壳内腔43外、且可转动地设置在上壳体41的顶部,驱动源60布置在壳内腔43外、且固设在下壳体42的底部,传动机构70布置在壳内腔43中。如此,保护壳40起到支撑和保护整个上肢按摩机芯30的作用。如图4所示,上壳体41的上表面在每个按摩转盘50的下端处开设有下凹的凹腔44,按摩转盘50的下端可转动地容置在凹腔44中。如图3所示,上肢按摩机芯30还包括抱紧在驱动源60前端的前固定盖80、以及抱紧在驱动源60后端的后固定盖90,前固定盖80和后固定盖90都通过螺钉固定于保护壳40的底部,也即固定在下壳体42的底部,由此将驱动源60固定在下壳体42的底部。
优选地,如图4和图5所示,传动机构70还包括固定在各从动齿轮74中的第一转轴76,第一转轴76上下延伸,第一转轴76的上端可转动地穿设在上壳体41的圆孔中,第一转轴76的下端可转动地支撑在下壳体42的圆孔中;减速齿轮73固定在中间这根第一转轴76上,且减速齿轮73分布在中间的从动齿轮74的下方侧。第一转轴76的上端从上壳体41中向上伸出,按摩转盘50安装在第一转轴76的上端,第一转轴76的上端还设有与按摩转盘50相配合的限位特征部761,限位特征部761使得第一转轴76的上端呈非圆形,则限位特征部761可以是平面、或三角凸条,使得第一转轴76带动按摩转盘50一起转动。
优选地,如图4和图5所示,传动机构70还包括固定在蜗轮71中的第二转轴77、以及穿设在各传动齿轮75中的第三转轴78,第二转轴77和第三转轴78都上下延伸;第二转轴77的上端可转动地支撑在上壳体41的圆孔中,第二转轴77的下端可转动地支撑在下壳体42的圆孔中,主动齿轮72从蜗轮71的上端一体地向上延伸出;第三转轴78的上端可转动地支撑在上壳体41的圆孔中,第三转轴78的下端可转动地支撑在下壳体42的圆孔中,传动齿轮75与第三转轴78相固定、或转动配合。在其他实施例中,主动齿轮72和蜗轮71之间可以为分体式结构,主动齿轮72固定在第二转轴77上。
综上所述,本申请涉及的上肢按摩器既可以按摩上肢肌肉,也可以按摩手掌和小臂穴位,通过上肢按摩气囊20的充放气实现对手臂上表面的按压,通过上肢按摩机芯30实现对上肢揉搓的同时还具有按压的效果,其按摩区大,按摩效果好。
所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上肢按摩器,包括开设有手臂容置腔(101)的扶手座(10),其特征在于:还包括设置在所述手臂容置腔(101)顶部的上肢按摩气囊(20)、以及设置在所述手臂容置腔(101)底部的上肢按摩机芯(30),所述上肢按摩机芯(30)包括安装于扶手座(10)的保护壳(40)、至少一个可转动的安装于保护壳(40)的按摩转盘(50)、驱动源(60)、以及传动机构(70),所述驱动源(60)通过传动机构(70)与按摩转盘(50)传动连接,所述按摩转盘(50)的上表面上设有位于保护壳(40)外部的按摩凸部(51)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述驱动源(60)和传动机构(70)都安装于保护壳(40),使所述上肢按摩机芯(30)为一个独立模块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述上肢按摩机芯(30)还包括抱紧在驱动源(60)前端的前固定盖(80)、以及抱紧在驱动源(60)后端的后固定盖(90),所述前固定盖(80)和后固定盖(90)都固定于保护壳(40)的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述按摩转盘(50)有多个,多个按摩转盘(50)沿前后方向呈直线形间隔分布。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述驱动源(60)为电机,所述驱动源(60)的电机轴上设有一段蜗杆段(61),所述传动机构(70)包括蜗轮(71)、主动齿轮(72)、减速齿轮(73)、与按摩转盘(50)一一对应且固定相连的从动齿轮(74)、以及传动齿轮(75),所述蜗杆段(61)与蜗轮(71)相啮合,所述蜗轮(71)与主动齿轮(72)固定相连,所述主动齿轮(72)与减速齿轮(73)相啮合,所述减速齿轮(73)与其中一个从动齿轮(74)固定相连,所述传动齿轮(75)分布在相邻两个从动齿轮(74)之间、并与这两个从动齿轮(74)相啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述保护壳(40)包括相固定的上壳体(41)和下壳体(42)、以及形成在上壳体(41)和下壳体(42)之间的壳内腔(43),所述按摩转盘(50)布置在壳内腔(43)外、且可转动地设置在上壳体(41)的顶部,所述驱动源(60)布置在壳内腔(43)外、且固设在下壳体(42)的底部,所述传动机构(70)布置在壳内腔(43)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述传动机构(70)还包括固定在各从动齿轮(74)中的第一转轴(76),所述第一转轴(76)的上下两端分别可转动地支撑在上壳体(41)和下壳体(42)中,所述减速齿轮(73)固定在其中一根第一转轴(76)上,所述按摩转盘(50)安装在第一转轴(76)的上端,所述第一转轴(76)的上端还设有与按摩转盘(50)相配合的限位特征部(761)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述传动机构(70)还包括固定在蜗轮(71)中的第二转轴(77)、以及穿设在各传动齿轮(75)中的第三转轴(78),所述主动齿轮(72)从蜗轮(71)上一体地延伸出,所述传动齿轮(75)与第三转轴(78)相固定或转动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的上肢按摩器,其特征在于:所述按摩凸部(51)包括第一圆弧凸条(52)和第二圆弧凸条(53),所述第一圆弧凸条(52)和第二圆弧凸条(53)呈阴阳鱼状、且首尾相连。
  10. 一种按摩椅,其特征在于:所述按摩椅中配置有权利要求1-9任一项所述的上肢按摩器。
