因此,有必要提供一种新的组装简单的镶口结构解决上述技术问题。

本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种实现晃动功能所需的零件较少、组装方便、随动灵活的组装简单的镶口结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的组装简单的镶口结构包括安装筒,所述安装筒的底部一体成型设置有车花盘,所述安装筒的顶部一体成型设置有内螺纹凸圈,所述安装筒的顶部设置有镶座,所述镶座的底部一体成型设置有外螺纹凸圈,所述外螺纹凸圈的底部延伸至所述内螺纹凸圈内,并与所述内螺纹凸圈螺纹连接,所述安装筒内活动安装有安装杆。

请结合参阅图1-图3,其中,图1为本实用新型提供的组装简单的镶口结构的剖开状态下的分解图;图2为本实用新型提供的组装简单的镶口结构的分解图;图3为本实用新型提供的组装简单的镶口结构的组装好后的立体图。组装简单的镶口结构包括:安装筒2,安装 筒2的底部一体成型设置有车花盘1,车花盘1的顶部开设有车花面,安装筒2的顶部一体成型设置有内螺纹凸圈3,内螺纹凸圈3的内壁上开设有一段内螺纹,安装筒2的顶部设置有镶座5,镶座5用于对钻石进行镶嵌固定,其顶部同样开设有车花面,并且还固定有四个卡爪11,且多个卡爪11呈旋转对称分布,通过四个卡爪11可实现对钻石的可靠固定,镶座5的底部一体成型设置有外螺纹凸圈6,外螺纹凸圈6的外壁上开设有一段外螺纹,内螺纹与外螺纹能够相旋合,外螺纹凸圈6的底部延伸至内螺纹凸圈3内,并通过外螺纹与内螺纹凸圈3的内螺纹想旋合,安装筒2内活动安装有安装杆8,安装杆8用于对安装筒2、镶座5等进行支撑,安装杆8上一体成型设置有定位圆块,安装时,安装杆8上位于定位圆块以下的部分插入到珠宝首饰的主体上(如吊坠主体),而定位圆块能够限制安装杆8插入的长度。
为了能够使镶座5在水平或近似水平状态下能够在安装杆8上进行晃动,安装筒2内开设有陀螺形空腔4,安装杆8的顶端一体成型设置有锥形盘9,锥形盘9的顶部与腰部的连接处(以下称为圆角外圈)为圆角设计,当安装杆8处于水平或近似水平状态下,锥形盘9的圆角外圈会与陀螺形空腔4的腰线位置构成点状接触,这样,在佩戴者行走的过程中,镶座5能够进行灵活的摆动,锥形盘9的最大直径大于陀螺形空腔4的底口的直径,当镶座5与安装筒2组装好以后,锥形盘9不会从陀螺形空腔4内滑脱出,并且锥形盘9的最大直径小于陀螺形空腔4的顶口的直径,将安装杆8由上至下穿过安装筒2时,最终锥形盘9能够穿过陀螺形空腔4的顶口并进入到陀螺形空腔4内。
为了进一步使镶座5在安装杆8处于竖直或近似竖直状态下也能够进行灵活晃动,镶座5的底部一体成型设置有锥形凸起7,且锥形凸起7位于外螺纹凸圈6内,锥形盘9的顶部开设有第一锥槽10,当安装杆8处于竖直或近似竖直状态下时,锥形凸起7进入到第一锥槽10中,并且其底部尖端与第一锥槽10的收缩点构成点接触,腰部与第一锥槽10的内壁构成线接触,从而使镶座5也能够进行灵活的 摆动。
为了能够对钻石的底部尖端进行避让,锥形凸起7内开设有第二锥槽。
本实用新型提供的组装简单的镶口结构的工作原理如下:
在进行组装时,先将安装杆8由上至下穿过安装筒2,锥形盘9能够穿过陀螺形空腔4的顶口并进入到陀螺形空腔4内,而安装杆8的低端会穿过陀螺形空腔4的底口,而又由于锥形盘9的最大直径大于陀螺形空腔4的底口的直径,因此锥形盘9不会从陀螺形空腔4中滑脱出,然后再将镶座5通过外螺纹凸圈6旋合到安装筒2上的内螺纹凸圈3上即可,整个组装过程较为快速、简单;
当整个镶口结构处于水平或近似水平状态下时,锥形盘9的圆角外圈会与陀螺形空腔4的腰线位置构成点状接触,在佩戴者行走的过程中,镶座5能够进行灵活的摆动,从而使镶座5上所镶嵌的钻石能够灵活摆动,当镶口结构处于竖直或近似竖直状态下时,安装筒2、镶座5等相对于安装杆8会向下运动,锥形凸起7会进入到第一锥槽10中,并且其底部尖端与第一锥槽10的收缩点构成点接触,腰部与第一锥槽10的内壁构成线接触,这样在人体发生移动时,使镶座5也能够进行灵活的摆动。
