实施例1:凹凸卡配合连接的本发明之可更换刷头的牙刷
参考图1至图1-3,本实施例之可更换刷头的牙刷含牙刷头1和手柄3。
所述牙刷头1含工作部11和连接部12,所述手柄3设有与所述牙刷头1连接的连接端31。
参考图11-2和图1-3本实施例中,所述牙刷头1与所述手柄3以凹凸卡配合的方式连接在一起;所述连接部12含定位凸阶12-1,所述连接端31含定位凹槽31-1;连接时将所述定位凸阶12-1镶嵌在所述定位凹槽31-1内即可。
参考图1-4,所述牙刷头1与所述手柄3之间还可以通过螺纹连接的方式连接在一起。所述牙刷头1的连接部12上可以设有连接螺杆12-2,所述手柄3的连接端31上设有连接螺母31-3。旋转所述牙线1即可实现所述牙线1和所述手柄3的连接。

本实施例中个,因为所述牙刷头1和所述手柄3之间采取了可拆卸的连接方式,因此,在使用过中,使用者可以根据需要选择不同大小、不同功能的所述牙刷头1,如对于口腔深处的咀嚼齿,由于空间小就可以选择小尺寸尖头的所述牙刷头1,普通刷牙就可以选择大尺寸的所述牙刷头1来增加刷牙效率。对于婴幼儿和儿童,可以根据口腔发育的情况,在不同阶段更换不同尺寸的所述牙刷头1来进行刷牙。必要时,还可以更换所述牙间清洁工具对牙缝间隙进行有深度清洁,一个所述可更换刷头的牙刷100就可以满足多种环境、多种年龄段、多种功能的口腔清洁需要。
实施例2、含照明系统的本发明之可更换刷头的牙刷
参考图2至图2-2,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例中,所述可更换刷头 的牙刷100还含照明系统2。
参考图2-2,所述照明系统2含光源系统21、电路系统22、开关23和电源系统24;所述光源系统21通过所述电路系统22和所述电源系统24连接在一起。
所述照明系统2的光源系统21发出的照明光可以对口腔内进行照明,方便对口腔内的情况进行观察。
本实施例中,所述光源系统21安装在所述手柄3内;所述手柄3的前端用导光材料制造。所述手柄3的前端采用导光材料制造,可以将所述光源系统21的照明光从所述手柄3内传导出来,从而实现清洁过程的照明。所述光源系统21设计在所述手柄3内,可以有效地隔离电子元器件进入口腔可能带来的安全隐患,使用过程更加安全。

所述电源系统24是电池24-1;所述电池24-1安装在所述手柄3内。所述电源系统24采用电池24-1作为供电形式,一方面便于外出携带和使用方便,另一方面,由于所述电池24-1可以密闭在所述手柄3内,使用时不会有意外触电的安全隐患,使用过程更加安全。

实施例3、含弹片式电路系统的本发明之可更换刷头的牙刷
参考图3至图9-2,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于,本实施例中,所述电路系统22是弹片式电路系统22-1。
所述弹片式电路系统22-1上设有连接弹片22-11,所述开关23控制所述连接弹片22-11实现所述光源系统21与所述电源系统24之间的连接与断开。所述开关23可以采取 与所述手柄3之间的纵向相对运动、径向相对运动、旋转运动或多种运动的组合来驱动所述弹片式电路系统22-1,实现所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的连接与断开,从而连通或断开所述电路系统22。
参考图3至图3-6,本实施例中,所述开关23是旋转式开关2301,所述旋转式开关2301沿所述手柄3发生旋转运动来驱动所述弹片式电路系统22-1实现所述电路系统22的接通或断开。
所述弹片式电路系统22-1上设有弹性施力机构22-12,所述弹性施力机构22-12在外力作用下对所述连接弹片22-11施加作用力,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21连接,连通所述光源系统21与所述电源系统24,所述光源系统21工作实现照明。
参考图3-5和图3-6,所述开关23上设有连接固定机构23-1。所述连接固定机构23-1可以用来安装、连接、固定所述电源系统24、所述电路系统22或所述光源系统21,从而实现所述开关23对所述电路系统22的有效控制。所述连接固定机构23-1设有上限位机构23-14、中限位机构23-5和下限位机构23-16。
所述连接固定机构23-1上设有电源安装机构23-11和电路安装机构23-12;所述电源系统24设置在所述电源安装机构23-11内,所述弹片式电路系统22-1通过所述电路安装机构23-12连接固定并和所述电源系统24连接。本实施例中,所述电源安装机构23-11是安装槽23-11-1,将所述电池24-1安装在所述安装槽23-11-1内。

所述负极端2202一端设有所述连接弹片22-11,所述连接弹片22-11靠近所述光源系统21的负极;所述负极端2202另一端通过设置在所述电池24-1下端的所述纵向定位机构23-12-2固定在所述电路安装机构23-12上并与所述电池24-1的负极连接。
所述负极端2202与所述连接弹片22-11整体制造;所述负极端2202的中部设有定位凸起22-13,所述定位凸起22-13构成弹性施力机构22-12;所述定位凸起22-13的双侧俊设有滑动面22-13-1,顶部设有限位面22-13-2,所述手柄3内侧设有定位台阶32。
参考图3-4和图3-6,所述负极端2202的下端呈L形,所述下限位机构23-16上设有限位杆23-16-1,所述负极端2202的L形的底部镶嵌在所述限位杆23-16-1的下端,通过所述限位杆23-16-1防止所述负极端2202沿纵向运动。同时在所述中限位机构23-5上设有定位销23-15-1,所述定位销23-15-1镶嵌在所述定位凸起22-13中部的限位槽22-13-3内,防止所述定位凸起22-13与所述定位台阶32发生作用时出现纵向移动。所述上限位机构23-4通过环形限位方式设置所述横向定位机构23-12-1,实现横向限位的同时以更好地匹配所述手柄3的外部形状。
参考图4至图5-2,旋转所述开关23带动设置在所述电路安装机构23-12上的所述负极端2202旋转,所述定位凸起22-13随之发生旋转,当所述定位凸起22-13旋转至所述定位台阶32处时,随着所述定位凸起22-13的继续运动,所述滑动面22-13-1沿所述定位台阶32滑动,所述定位凸起22-13与所述定位台阶32之间的作用力逐渐增大,在作用力的作用下,所述连接弹片22-11向所述光源系统21的负极靠近,直至所述限位面22-13-2到达所述定位台阶32的顶端时,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接,接通所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21,所述光源系统21工作进行照明,参考图4至图4-2,继续旋转所述开关23,所述定位凸起22-13越过所述定位台阶32的顶端,所述定位台阶32与所述定位凸起22-13之间的作用力减小直至消失,此时所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接分离,所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21断开,所述光源系统21停止工作,参考图5至图5-2。
由于所述定位凸起22-13的双侧俊设有滑动面22-13-1,因此所述开关23旋转的过程中不论是顺时针旋转还是逆时针旋转,所述定位凸起22-13都能带动所述弹片22-11实现与所述光源系统21的连接与断开,不受旋转方向的限制,使用过程中更加方便。
参考图6至图7-1,所述开关23还可以设计成推拉式开关2302。当向上推动所述开关23时,所述滑动面22-13-1沿所述定位台阶32向上滑动,所述定位凸起22-13与所述定位台阶32之间的作用力逐渐增大,在作用力的作用下,所述连接弹片22-11向所述光源系统21的负极靠近,直至所述限位面22-13-2到达所述定位台阶32时,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接,接通所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21,所述光源系统21工作进行照明,参考图6和图6-1。向下拉所述开关23,所述定位凸起22-13向下运动,当所述限位面22-13-2脱离所述定位台阶32时,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接分离,所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21断开,所述光源系统21停止工作,参考图7和图7-1。
参考图8至图9-2,所述开关23还可以设计成拨扣式开关2303。当拨动所述开关23时,所述滑动面22-13-1沿所述定位台阶32滑动,所述定位凸起22-13与所述定位台阶32之间的作用力逐渐增大,在作用力的作用下,所述连接弹片22-11向所述光源系统21的负极靠近,直至所述限位面22-13-2到达所述定位台阶32的顶端时,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接,接通所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21,所述光源系统21工作进行照明,参考图8至图8-2。反向拨动所述开关时,所述定位凸起22-13反向运动,所述当所述限位面22-13-2脱离所述定位台阶32时,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21的负极连接分离,所述电源系统24与所述光源系统21断开,所述光源系统21停止工作,参考图8至图8-2。
参考图1-2、图1-5和图1-6,本实施例中,所述开关23上设有动态密封机构23-2。所述动态密封机构23-2在所述开关23运动的过程中能起到实时动态密封功能,保证在使用过程中的密封性能。
所述动态密封机构23-2是X型密封圈23-21。所述X型密封圈23-21具有制造简单、动态密封性能优异的优势。实际应用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设计出不同的动态密封结构,申请人在此不一一举例说明,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
本实施例中,由于采用了弹片式的电路系统设计,所述开关23的运动能够给所述弹片式电路系统22-1施加作用力,在外力作用下,所述连接弹片22-11与所述光源系统21之间实现连通,从而接通所述光源系统21和所述电源系统24,所述光源系统21在所述电源系统24的供电下发出光线进行照明。由于所述连接弹片22-11能非常方便地实现所述电路系统22的接通和断开,从而实现所述光源系统21的工作与中断,因此结构可以用弹性导电材料设计成非常简单的弹片状结构,不需要设计复杂的电路板进行控制,而且由于结构简单,在使用过程中也不容易因为跌落等原因导致电路板失效。
实施例4、本发明之多功能口腔清洁套盒
参考图12,本实施例之多功能口腔清洁套盒含实施例1至实施例3所述可更换刷头的牙刷100。
本实施例中,所述多功能口腔清洁套盒200所述多功能口腔清洁套盒200含包装盒6,所述包装盒6内含1个所述牙刷头1、1个所述手柄3、1个所述牙线41、1个所述齿间刷42和1支牙膏。
实际应用中,在所述包装盒6内使用者可以根据需要选择套盒工具,如放置不同大小的所述牙刷头1、或放置所述牙线41、或放置所述齿间刷42、或放置所述牙膏5,一个套装组合内可以满足刷牙、牙缝清洁等多种功能需求。
使用时,打开所述包装盒6,取出所述手柄3和所述牙刷头1,先将所述固定套管31-2后退,将所述牙刷头1安装在所述手柄3上,然后向上推所述固定套管31-2,将所述牙刷头1固定在所述手柄3上即可进行刷牙清洁,需要更换时,向后退所述固定套管31-2,即可将所述牙刷头1从所述手柄3上拆卸,然后根据需要更换不同的所述牙刷头1或更换所述牙间清洁工具4,如所述牙线41或所述齿间刷42。
本实施例之多功能口腔清洁套盒内由于含有所述牙刷头1和不同的所述牙间清洁工具4以及所述牙膏5,一个套装组合内可以满足刷牙、牙缝清洁等多种功能需求,尤其小包装盒的设计,非常便于外出携带。
应该注意,本文中公开和说明的结构可以用其它效果相同的结构代替,同时本发明所介绍的实施例并非实现本发明的唯一结构。虽然本发明的优先实施例已在本文中予以介绍和说明,但本领域内的技术人员都清楚知道这些实施例不过是举例说明而己,本领域内的技术人员可以做出无数的变化、改进和代替,而不会脱离本发明,因此,应按照本发明所附的权利要求书的精神和范围来的界定本发明的保护范围。

Claims (28)

  1. 可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述可更换刷头的牙刷(100)含牙刷头(1)和手柄(3);
    A、所述牙刷头(1)含工作部(11)和连接部(12);
    B、所述手柄(3)设有与所述牙刷头(1)连接的连接端(31);
    C、所述牙刷头(1)通过所述连接部(12)和所述连接端(31)之间构成的可拆卸的连接方式连接在所述手柄(3)上,使用过程中根据需要更换不同大小、不同功能的所述牙刷头(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述牙刷头(1)连接部(12)的与所述手柄(3)的连接端(31)之间以旋转的方式、或以凹凸卡配合的方式、或以过盈配合的方式连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述牙刷头(1)与所述手柄(3)以凹凸卡配合的方式连接在一起;所述连接部(12)含定位凸阶(12-1),所述连接端(31)含定位凹槽(31-1);连接时将所述定位凸阶(12-1)镶嵌在所述定位凹槽(31-1)内即可。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述连接端(31)还含固定套管(31-2),连接时,向上推动所述固定套管(31-2),所述固定套管(31-2)可固定所述定位凸阶(12-1)和所述定位凹槽(31-1)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述可更换刷头的牙刷(100)还含照明系统(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述照明系统(2)含光源系统(21)、电路系统(22)、开关(23)和电源系统(24);所述光源系统(21)通过所述电路系统(22)和所述电源系统(24)连接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(21)设置在所述电路系统(22)的近端,所述开关(23)设置在所述电路系统(22)的远端,靠近所述手柄(3)的底部,所述手柄(3)的底部采取弹性材料制成,通过按压所述手柄(3)的底部能实现所述开关(23)的接通或断开,从而实现所述光源系统(21)的工作照明或关闭停止工作。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述电路系统(22)是弹 片式电路系统(22-1);所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)上设有连接弹片(22-11),所述开关(23)控制所述连接弹片(22-11)实现所述光源系统(21)与所述电源系统(24)之间的连接与断开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)上设有弹性施力机构(22-12),所述弹性施力机构(22-12)在外力作用下对所述连接弹片(22-11)施加作用力,所述连接弹片(22-11)与所述光源系统(21)连接,连通所述光源系统(21)与所述电源系统(24),所述光源系统(21)工作实现照明。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述开关(23)沿所述手柄(3)的纵向相对运动、和/或者沿所述手柄(3)的径向运动、和/或沿所述手柄(3)发生旋转运动来驱动所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)实现电路系统(22)的接通或断开。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述开关(23)上设有连接固定机构(23-1)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述连接固定机构(23-1)上设有电源安装机构(23-11)和电路安装机构(23-12);所述电源系统(24)设置在所述电源安装机构(23-11)内,所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)通过所述电路安装机构(23-12)连接固定并和所述电源系统(24)连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述电路安装机构(23-12)含横向定位机构(23-12-1)和纵向定位机构(23-12-2);所述横向定位机构(23-12-1)对所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)进行横向限位,所述纵向定位机构(23-12-2)对所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)进行纵向限位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)含正极端(2201)和负极端(2202);所述负极端(2202)一端设有所述连接弹片(22-11);所述负极端(2202)一端固定在所述电路安装机构(23-12)上并与所述电源系统(24)的负极连接,另一端的所述连接弹片(22-11)靠近所述光源系统(21)的负极,在所述开关(23)的控制下实现所述连接弹片(22-11)与所述光源系统(21)的连接和断开;所述正极端(2201)一端与所述电源系统(24)的正极连接,另一端与所述光源系统(21)的正极连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述开关(23)是旋转式开关(2301),所述旋转式开关(2301)沿所述手柄(3)发生旋转运动来驱动所述弹片式电路系统(22-1)实现所述电路系统(22)的接通或断开;所述负极端(2202)与所述连接弹片(22-11)整体制造;所述负极端(2202)上设有定位凸起(22-13),所述定位 凸起(22-13)构成弹性施力机构(22-12);所述定位凸起(22-13)含滑动面(22-13-1)和限位面(22-13-2),所述手柄(3)内侧设有定位台阶(32);旋转所述开关(23)带动设置在所述电路安装机构(23-12)上的所述负极端(2202)旋转,所述定位凸起(22-13)随之发生旋转,当所述定位凸起(22-13)旋转至所述定位台阶(32)处时,随着所述定位凸起(22-13)的继续运动,所述滑动面(22-13-1)沿所述定位台阶(32)滑动,所述定位凸起(22-13)与所述定位台阶(32)之间的作用力逐渐增大,在作用力的作用下,所述连接弹片(22-11)向所述光源系统(21)的负极靠近,直至所述限位面(22-13-2)到达所述定位台阶(32)的顶端时,所述连接弹片(22-11)与所述光源系统(21)的负极连接,接通所述电源系统(24)与所述光源系统(21),所述光源系统(21)工作进行照明,继续旋转所述开关(23),所述定位凸起(22-13)越过所述定位台阶(32)的顶端,所述定位台阶(32)与所述定位凸起(22-13)之间的作用力减小直至消失,此时所述连接弹片(22-11)与所述光源系统(21)的负极连接分离,所述电源系统(24)与所述光源系统(21)断开,所述光源系统(21)停止工作。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述开关(23)上设有动态密封机构(23-2)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述动态密封机构(23-2)是X型密封圈(23-21)。
  18. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(21)安装在所述手柄(3)内;所述手柄(3)的前端用导光材料制造。
  19. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述电源系统(24)是电池(24-1);所述电池(24-1)安装在所述手柄(3)内。
  20. 根据权利要求6所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述照明系统(2)有定时功能,可在所述开关(23)开启后,所述光源系统(21)在设定时间内可自动熄灭。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述工作部(11)的外部设有弹性保护层(11-1)。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述可更换刷头的牙刷(100)可以直立的方式放置在台面上。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述手柄(3)通过所述连接端(31)还可以安装牙间清洁工具(4)。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述可更换刷头的牙刷,其特征在于:所述牙间清洁工具(4)是牙线(41)、和/或齿间刷(42)、和/或取物钳。
  25. 多功能口腔清洁套盒,其特征在于:所述多功能口腔清洁套盒(200)含权利要求1所述可更换刷头的牙刷(100)。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述多功能口腔清洁套盒,其特征在于:所述多功能口腔清洁套盒(200)内至少含1个所述牙刷头(1)、1个所述手柄(3)和1种能与所述连接端(31)连接的安装牙间清洁工具(4)。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述多功能口腔清洁套盒,其特征在于:所述多功能口腔清洁套盒(200)内含的所述安装牙间清洁工具(4)包括牙线(41)、和/或齿间刷(42)。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述多功能口腔清洁套盒,其特征在于:所述多功能口腔清洁套盒(200)还含牙膏(5)。
