下面参照图1至图6描述根据本申请一些实施例的多功能服装和多功能服装的制备方法。
实施例1:
如图1所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,提出了一种多功能服装100,包括:服装本体102;控制器104,控制器104用于产生脉冲电流;银纤维层106,银纤维层106与服装本体102和控制器104连接,银纤维层106用于传输脉冲电流;远红外芯片,远红外芯片设置于服装本体102或控制器104内,远红外芯片用于发射共振波。
在该实施例中,多功能服装100包括服装本体102、控制器104和银纤维层106,其中,银纤维层106与服装本体102以及控制器104相连接。当控制器104与服装本体102处于连接状态时,控制器104能够与银纤维层106电性连接,当用户穿戴该服装时,银纤维层106贴合人体皮肤。控制器104开启后,由与服装本体102连接的控制器104产生脉冲式电流,控制器104将脉冲电流传输至与其电性连接的银纤维层106,在银纤维层106的导电性能下,一方面,该生物微电流瞬间使得人体皮肤表皮、肌肉以及神经经由微电流刺激从而产生收缩或颤动,发挥按摩的功效;另一方面,使得带有脉冲电流的银纤维层106对人体皮下细胞进行电刺激,扩充皮肤真皮细胞通道,发挥经皮电刺激的功效。
进一步地,多功能服装100还包括远红外芯片(即生物共振芯片),远红外芯片(图中未示出)设置于服装本体102或控制器104内,当服装本体102或控制器104接近人体时,通过远红外芯片发射与人体内波长十分接近的生物波(共振波),使得人体表面快速接收该生物波,并由表及里传导渗透,与体内细胞产生共振、共鸣,疏通经络改善循环,打通微循环障碍,促进细胞活性,将血液中淤堵的水分子变成直线型的水分子结构, 激活修复血液中的淤堵细胞,使得血管扩张,血液循环加快,加速了血液与细胞的物质交换,从而促进了基体的新陈代谢,有效缓解人体内的疲劳,增强人体免疫力。同时远红外能够提高细胞的吞噬能力,有利于慢性炎症的消散,且有助于活血化瘀、理气止痛,从而预防或消除体内结节,以实现远红外芯片的细胞共振功效。
进一步地,通过将远红外芯片设置服装本体102或控制器104两种设置方式,实现了远红外芯片与银纤维层的分别设置,使得用户可以根据需求选择服装的功能模式,如果用户仅需要远红外芯片,无需控制器104与服装本体102连接,只需穿戴设有远红外芯片的服装即可,无需其他设备,方便简洁,提高了多功能服装100的实用性。进一步地,远红外芯片还可以设置于控制器104内,通过将远红外芯片放置在控制器104内,节省空间,避免远红外芯片设置于服装本体102发生掉落的情况出现,提高多功能服装100的稳定性。
具体地,将远红外芯片的厚度范围设置为0.3毫米至1毫米,例如,0.5毫米、0.75毫米等,值得一体的是远红外芯片的厚度不宜过大,以保证多功能服装100整体的美观度和舒适度。远红外芯片的长、宽、或直径范围设置为0.9至15厘米,例如,1厘米、2.5厘米、8.5厘米、12厘米等,根据多功能服装100对应人体部位和所需的共振波覆盖范围进行具体设置,本申请在此不做具体限定。例如,文胸中远红外芯片为直径为0.9厘米的扁平圆形薄片状。
另外,远红外芯片的数量可以为一个或多个,通过将一个或多个远红外芯片可拆卸地安装在服装本体102,使得用户在穿戴服装时,根据需求选择远红外芯片的安装数量,提高多功能服装100穿戴的灵活性。
进一步地,将控制器104产生的脉冲电流的频率控制在小于1000赫兹,以减少可能的耐受性反应,增强功效。且将脉冲电流发生电路集成输出电流的范围控制在5毫安至50毫安,以使输出电流介乎于人体皮肤感知电流与摆脱电流之间,保证人身安全。通过将电流控制在适用人体的范围内,以保证用户在使用过程中的舒适性和安全性。具体地,低周波电流以1至200赫兹较佳。
在具体实施例中,如图1和图2所示,多功能服装100可以为文胸,将银纤维层106与文胸罩杯1024与人体相贴近的内表面连接,控制器104通过文胸主体1022与银纤维层106电性连接。开启控制器104,选择控制器104的运行模式,向银纤维层106输送电流,通过银纤维层106的导电性能使得人体接受到生物电流后,对人体穴位进行刺激,以达到摸握、按揉、托举、敲击、提拉等按摩效果,有效改善胸部下垂,起到保健丰胸的作用。示例性的,银纤维层106连接于罩杯的下半部,以便于通过脉冲电流刺激人体胸部,当然银纤维层106也可以连接在文胸的其它需要的位置。
进一步地,将远红外芯片设置于文胸罩杯1024贴近皮肤一侧,当用户穿戴文胸时,远红外芯片发射生物波渗入人体内后,引起人体细胞的原子和分子共振,分子之间摩擦形成热反应,促使皮下深层温度上升,促进微血管扩张,加速血液循环,有利于清除血管和乳腺的囤积物及体内有害物质,达到疏通乳腺,促进新陈代谢、活化组织细胞和强化免疫系统的目的,甚至是对乳房因为乳腺导管和血液循环引起的乳腺增生以及其他乳腺疾病均具有改善和理疗的作用。
实施例2:
如图2所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:多功能服装100还包括:连接件108,连接件108设置在服装本体102上,连接件108用于连接控制器104和银纤维层106。
在该实施例中,多功能服装100包括连接件108,将连接件108安装在服装本体102上,通过连接件108实现控制器104与服装本体102可拆卸连接,以及控制器104与银纤维层106的电性连接。具体地,当控制器104与连接件108处于连接状态时,通过连接件108将控制器104产生的生物电流传输至银纤维层106,在银纤维层106的导电作用下,此电流瞬间使得人体皮肤表皮、肌肉或神经经由微电流刺激从而产生收缩或颤动,进而促进人体血液循环,使得人体内血液流速加快,促进微循环,进而实现多功能服装100的按摩功能。
实施例3:
如图3所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进 一步地:连接件108包括:连接座1082,连接座1082与服装本体102连接;金属导电部1084,金属导电部1084安装在连接座1082上,金属导电部1084与控制器104可拆卸连接;银纤维线1086,银纤维线1086的一端与金属导电部1084连接,银纤维线1086的另一端与银纤维层106连接。
在该实施例中,连接件108包括连接座1082、金属导电部1084以及银纤维线1086,其中,连接座1082与服装本体102连接,金属导电部1084安装在连接座1082上,银纤维线1086的一端与金属导电部1084连接,银纤维线1086的另一端与银纤维层106连接,银纤维具有良好的导电性,通过银纤维线1086能够将金属导电部1084接收到的微电流传导至银纤维层106。当用户穿戴服装,控制器104与连接座1082相连接且开启控制器104后,金属导电部1084接收到控制器104产生的微电流,通过银纤维线1086传导至银纤维层106,进而在银纤维层106的导电性能下,该电流瞬间使得人体皮肤表皮、肌肉或神经经由微电流刺激从而产生收缩或颤动,进而促进人体血液循环,使得人体内血液流速加快,促进微循环,实现多功能服装100的按摩功能。
具体地,连接座1082可以导电,也可以不导电,例如,连接座1082可以为与服装本体102材质相同的布料,将连接座1082缝合于服装本体102上,以实现连接件108的固定。此外,连接座1082的材质还可以为具有一定刚性的定型纱,将连接座1082粘贴在服装本体102上,使得连接座1082不易变形,有利于增强金属导电部1084的固定效果,又不会使穿戴者产生明显的异物感。
实施例4:
如图1所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:在远红外芯片设置于服装本体102的情况下,服装本体102包括:容纳腔110,容纳腔110用于放置远红外芯片。
在该实施例中,服装本体102包括容纳腔110,容纳腔110贴合在服装本体102贴近皮肤的内表面,将远红外芯片放置在容纳腔110内,使得远红外芯片更加贴近皮肤,减少其他干扰,能最大效能的与肌肤细胞生物协同共振,达到最优效果,同时,内置的远红外芯片又不影响服装本体102 的外观美观性,将远红外芯片放置在容纳腔110内,可每天像正常穿衣一样穿戴,将养护功能融入日常正常穿戴中,能效持久、无负担,便于用户长期使用,改善用户免疫系统,确保用户的体质健康。
在具体实施例中,在文胸的罩杯1024上开设一个口袋,远红外芯片能够通过口袋的开口放置于口袋内,当然,在穿戴者不需要生物波功能的情况下,可将远红外芯片从口袋中取出。
实施例5:
如图6所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:控制器104包括:主控芯片,主控芯片用于产生脉冲电流;通信组件,通信组件与主控芯片连接,通信组件用于与终端进行信息交互。
在该实施例中,控制器104包括主控芯片和通信组件,其中,主控芯片用于产生脉冲电流,当控制器104与连接件相连接时,控制器104与银纤维层电性连接,开启控制器104,通过主控芯片产生的脉冲电流传输至银纤维层,进而通过银纤维层输出到人体皮肤,以实现震动按摩等功能。
进一步地,通信组件和主控芯片连接,通信组件可与终端程序进行信息的传递。在使用过程中,用户进入终端的应用程序界面,选择不同的控制模式,通过通信组件与终端进行信息交互,在接收到用户选择的运行模式后,控制主控芯片输出不同波形的电流,通过与控制器104电性连接的银纤维层,模拟出按摩、敲打、抽拉等不同模式。
具体地,终端可以为用户随身携带的电子产品,如手机、智能手表、手环等。通信组件与终端之间通过蓝牙、wifi等无线通信方式连接。
进一步地,控制器104还包括健康检测模块,健康检测模块与主控芯片相连接,在使用过程中,在控制器104的配合下,用户可直观的了解自身的健康状况,进而根据用户的健康监测结果,控制器104采用对应的运行模式,实现了对用户健康监测的同时,便于用户实时理疗。
进一步地,如图6所示,控制器104还包括指示灯1042,指示灯1042与主控芯片连接,且露出于控制器104,指示灯1042对该控制器104的工作状态进行指示。用户通过观察指示灯1042的亮暗,了解多功能服装100的工作状态。进一步地,控制器104还包括显示屏,显示屏与主控芯片连 接,当控制器104开启后,显示屏上能够显示控制器104的工作模式、时间以及电流强度大小,使得用户根据显示屏显示内容及时了解运行状态,并根据自身需求调整控制器104的运行模式,提高了控制器104的实用性。
进一步地,如图6所示,控制器104上设置有至少一个功能按钮1044,用于控制控制器104的运行模式,每个功能按钮1044可以调节电流档位大小和运行时长等,以实现多种运行模式。
在具体实施例中,通过通信组件将控制器104与终端连接,打开微信搜索“智能变美”小程序,授权登录后,点击右上角箭头添加控制器104,点击“开始搜索”搜索控制器104,选择搜索到的控制器104后,添加该控制器104并输入名称,点击控制器104连接,控制器104连接成功后小程序界面将出现8种模式,用户可自行选择所需的运行模式、时长以及力度大小。进一步地,系统还可以根据用户的健康情况,有针对性地为用户设定对应的运行模式。
实施例6:
如图6所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:控制器104还包括:指示灯1042,指示灯1042与主控芯片连接;和/或显示屏,显示屏与主控芯片连接。
在该实施例中,控制器104包括指示灯1042,指示灯1042与主控芯片连接,且露出于控制器104,指示灯1042对该控制器104的工作状态进行指示。用户通过观察指示灯1042的亮暗,了解多功能服装100的工作状态。进一步地,控制器104还包括显示屏,显示屏与主控芯片连接,当控制器104开启后,显示屏上能够显示控制器104的工作模式、时间以及电流强度大小,使得用户根据显示屏显示内容及时了解运行状态,并根据自身需求调整控制器104的运行模式,提高了控制器104的实用性。
实施例7:
根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:多功能服装还包括:隔离层,隔离层包覆于远红外芯片的表面,隔离层用于隔离电磁干扰。
在该实施例中,当远红外芯片安装在控制器内的情况下,通过在远红 外芯片的表面覆有一层隔离层,一方面,避免控制器运行过程中产生大量的电流,对磁场产生干扰,进而对远红外芯片发射的生物波产生影响,确保生物波的精准性;另一方面,减少远红外芯片与控制器中其他模块相接触的接触面的磨损,避免远红外芯片遭到破坏,以实现对远红外芯片的保护。
实施例8:
根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:共振波的波长范围为9.30微米至9.35微米。
在该实施例中,结合人体生物波感应耦合设计,将远红外芯片的波长控制在9.30微米至9.35微米之间,以保证生物共振芯片发射的生物波与人体内波长相同,该区间的远红外作用于人体更高效、安全、不产生电磁辐射,进而在贴近人体时,通过相同波长的生物波使得人体内细胞产生共振、共鸣,有利于人体各部分机能活络,能够修复人体内紊乱细胞磁场,改善细胞生存环境,促进细胞再生,活化生物细胞,使微血管扩张,促进血液循环,从而提高机体新陈代谢,同时远红外能够提高细胞的吞噬能力,有利于慢性炎症的消散,且有助于活血化瘀、理气止痛,甚至是预防或消除体内结节。
在具体实施例中,通过黑体辐射理论,可以推断出对人体有益的远红外波长数值,具体地,根据维恩常数和绝对温度,得到

计算出人体有益的远红外波长为9.34微米,其中,2897为维恩常数,37为辐射体表面的摄氏温度,273为绝对温度。因此,将远红外芯片的波长设置为9.34微米,使得远红外芯片发射的生物波(共振波)与人体自身放出的远红外线的波长一致,以实现远红外芯片的细胞共振功效的同时,确保远红外芯片的使用更加高效、安全,不会改变人体电流的特性。

如图1所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:银纤维层106为柔性带状结构。
在该实施例中,银纤维层106采用柔性带状结构,柔性的银纤维能够对人体无任何刺激和副作用,且柔软有弹性,能够适用不同用户的体型,进而完全紧贴皮肤。平时未开启控制器104使用生物电流功能时,银纤维层106与普通布料一样舒适,当用户需要按摩以及经皮电刺激功能时,开启控制器104,进而通过银纤维层106导电进行按摩。
在具体实施例中,如图1所示,设置为柔性带状的银纤维层106缝合于罩杯1024与人体皮肤相接触的内表面,且位于罩杯1024的下杯处,使得银纤维层106能够对乳房进行包裹的同时,漏出乳头,保证了文胸使用时的舒适性。
实施例10:
根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:多功能服装包括:文胸、内裤、上衣、裤子、塑身衣、袜子。
在该实施例中,多功能服装可以为文胸、内裤、上衣、裤子、塑身衣以及袜子的一种或任意组合。随着人们保养意识的增强,通过对应不同部位的多功能服装,对身体的各个部位进行保养,提高了多功能服装养护功能的适用性。
例如,多功能服装为瑜伽裤,控制器和远红外芯片设置在裤腿靠近人体穴位的位置,瑜伽裤的帖服面(即内侧)对应人体穴位的位置粘贴有银纤维层,使得瑜伽裤本体与银纤维层连接处无边线,用户穿戴时无明显凸凹感,在日常穿着中,既能保持瑜伽裤原有舒适感,又能实现养护功能。
在具体实施例中,如图5所示,塑身衣的服装本体102对应于胸部位置的内侧缝合有两个条状银纤维层,服装本体102对应于腹部位置的内侧缝合有容纳腔,远红外芯片放置于容纳腔内。通过在塑身衣本体对应人体重要部位和穴位(例如肠胃、肝脏、腰部、卵巢等)上缝合银纤维层,以及放置远红外芯片。使得在日常穿着中,塑身衣能够添加促进人体微循环, 促进人体细胞新陈代谢,促进血液循环,舒筋活络,缓宫,抗宫寒等功效。
实施例11:
如图4所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地:多功能服装100为文胸,服装本体102包括:文胸主体1022;罩杯1024,罩杯1024与文胸主体1022连接,且罩杯1024与银纤维层106连接;肩带1026,肩带1026与文胸主体1022连接。
在该实施例中,在多功能服装100为文胸的情况下,服装本体102包括文胸主体1022、罩杯1024和肩带1026。具体地,控制器104与文胸主体1022相连接,肩带1026缝合在文胸主体1022上,罩杯1024与文胸主体1022连接,银纤维层106缝合在罩杯1024贴近于人体的内表面,且远红外芯片放置于罩杯1024内表面的容纳腔110内。本申请通过在文胸主体1022上设置用于产生生物电流及生物波的控制器104、银纤维层106和远红外芯片,实现了振动按摩及体内细胞共振的多重功效,而且整体结构简单,制造成本较低,避免为用户造成经济负担,同时与普通文胸穿戴方式相同,便于用户日常穿戴,有效提高用户使用次数,性价比高。
实施例12:
根据本申请的一个实施例,提出了一种多功能服装的制备方法,在该实施例中,制备方法包括:将银纤维层缝合于服装本体上;连接控制器和银纤维层;将远红外芯片设置在服装本体或控制器内。
在该实施例中,多功能服装的制备方法包括,将银纤维层缝合在服装本体靠近人体的一侧上,控制器和银纤维层进行电性连接,使得控制器开启后,通过银纤维层的导电性能,将控制器产生的生物电流传导至人体,一方面,该生物微电流瞬间使得人体皮肤表皮、肌肉以及神经经由微电流刺激从而产生收缩或颤动,发挥按摩的功效;另一方面,使得带有脉冲电流的银纤维层对人体皮下细胞进行电刺激,扩充皮肤真皮细胞通道,发挥经皮电刺激的功效。进一步地,将远红外芯片设置在服装本体或控制器内,通过对远红外芯片单独控制,使得服装本体接近人体时,无需其他设备,远红外芯片发射与人体同频共振的生物波,即渗透到体内的生物波与人体内生物波协同共振,有助于活血化瘀、理气止痛,从而预防或消除体内结 节,以实现远红外芯片的医疗理疗功效。通过将生物电流、生物波与服装缝纫工艺相结合,使得服装能够进行日常穿戴的同时,对身体不同部位实现养护功能。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,当多功能服装100为文胸时,肩带1026缝合在文胸主体1022上,罩杯1024与文胸主体1022连接,将带状银纤维层106贴合在罩杯1024内侧乳根穴下杯边。文胸主体1022的下边界贴有定型纱,将银纤维线1086与银纤维层106车缝固定8厘米后,银纤维线1086压在连接座1082下,且绕金属导电部1084的接口处,进而将银纤维线1086固定于连接座1082与定型纱之间,有效降低了因拉扯导致的银纤维线1086损坏的风险。进一步地,将连接座1082缝合或粘贴在文胸主体1022上,连接座1082固定后,将位于文胸主体1022内侧的定型纱中间底座位置双拉布贴合,使得连接座1082隐藏于文胸主体1022内表面,避免用户穿戴时,连接座1082触碰到人体,降低用户的舒适度,在定型纱布与文胸主体1022外表面连接的中间位置打孔,使得连接座1082上的金属导电部1084漏于文胸主体1022外表面。此外,银纤维线1086与银纤维层106连接好后,在罩杯1024的下杯空白处留长,便于银纤维线1086与银纤维层106接触不良时,及时找到银纤维线1086位置并进行检测、修复。

    银纤维层,所述银纤维层与所述服装本体和所述控制器连接,所述银纤维层用于传输所述脉冲电流;
    远红外芯片,所述远红外芯片设置于所述服装本体或所述控制器内,所述远红外芯片用于发射共振波。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能服装,其中,还包括:
    连接件,所述连接件设置在所述服装本体上,所述连接件用于连接所述控制器和所述银纤维层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能服装,其中,所述连接件包括:
    连接座,所述连接座与所述服装本体连接;
    金属导电部,所述金属导电部安装在所述连接座上,金属导电部与所述控制器可拆卸连接;

    将所述远红外芯片设置在所述服装本体或所述控制器内。
