Abstract

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé et un appareil pour la configuration d'une mesure de mobilité d'une cellule multi-porteuses, qui peut être appliquée en technologie de communication mobile. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: un dispositif terminal acquiert, à l'intérieur d'une instruction de commande de ressources radio (RRC) reçue, une information de configuration d'une porteuse primaire d'une cellule multi-porteuse voisine, une information de configuration d'une porteuse secondaire, et une information de configuration de rapport de mesure; sur la base de l'information de configuration de la porteuse primaire et de l'information de configuration de la porteuse secondaire, mesure respectivement des signaux de référence correspondant à une porteuse primaire et à une porteuse secondaire d'une cellule voisine multi-porteuses à détecter; et selon l'information de configuration de rapport de mesure, rapporte des données de mesure des signaux de référence correspondant à la porteuse primaire et à la porteuse secondaire de la cellule voisine multi-porteuses à détecter.
